Abstract
Description
間接活線工事では作業中の作業者の安全を確保することが極めて重要であり、絶縁操作棒の先端に交換自在に連結された皮剥機などの各種間接活線工事用工具が作業中に不用意に脱落することがないよう配慮されている。
先行文献1の連結構造は、連結金具の掛止溝を、縦溝部分、横溝部分、縦溝部分からなる略逆L字形状の第1のシフト溝部に、横溝部分、縦溝部分からなる略横向きL字形状の第2のシフト溝部を追加し、または、縦溝に追加縦溝を形成している。そして、縦溝中をピンが上端まで動いても横への抜け止めがなされ、ピンが掛止溝から外れ難いものである。
先行文献2の連結構造は、共用操作棒が、棒状部材と先端工具を接続可能な接続部と先端工具をロックするための固定部とを有し、固定部は、傾斜部と傾斜部とが算盤珠状に連接された芯部分と、この芯部分の軸方向に沿ってスライドして先端工具に当接することができるスライド部材とで構成され、スライド部材は、押圧部の各当部が、芯部分の径方向にて芯部分を押し、先端工具を締め付けて固定するように形成されている。
先行文献3の連結構造は、工具部が、円柱状の軸部、一対のプッシュボタン、及び、二つの板ばねを備え、接続金具が、軸穴と一対の切り欠き溝を有し、軸穴には、軸部を導入及び嵌合でき、ノブを把持して、凹部からラッチ板を出没させて、操作棒と先端工具とを接続できるように形成されている。
本発明は、かかる事情に鑑みなされたもので、より一層安全性を担保することができる棒体の連結構造を提供することを目的とする。
この発明の請求項2にかかる棒体の連結構造は、棒体と前記棒体に連結される被連結部とを連結する連結構造であって、前記棒体側の領域に配設される第1連結部材と、前記棒体に連結される被連結部側の領域に配設される第2連結部材とを備え、前記棒体側の連結部と被連結部側の連結部とは、一方に凸部が形成され、他方に凹部が形成されており、その凸部と凹部とが組み合わさって連結されるように構成されており、前記第1連結部材は、棒体の軸方向に移動可能に棒体側に配設され、前記第2連結部材は、被連結部に移動可能に被連結部側に配設され、前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材とは、連結された第1連結部材と第2連結部材とが反対方向に移動することにより分離されるように構成されており、前記棒体は、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段が配設されており、前記抑止手段は、第1連結部材を、第2連結部材側に押圧して、前記連結した時に噛み合わされた凸部と凹部とが離れないように構成されたことを特徴とする、棒体の連結構造。
この発明の請求項3にかかる棒体の連結構造は、棒体側の連結部と被連結部側の連結部とが、一方に凸部が形成され、他方に凹部が形成されており、その凸部と凹部とが組み合わさって連結されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項4にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記棒体側に設けられた固定手段が、分離防止手段を構成しており、被連結部に対し相対的に、棒体の移動に伴い棒体の軸方向に移動するように形成され、且つ棒体の周方向に回転するように形成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項5にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記第1連結部材が、被連結部側の連結部を棒体側の連結部とを連結したとき、第2連結部材の第1連結部材側の端部を押圧するように形成された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項6にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記固定手段が、前記棒体側の連結部に形成された、分離防止手段を構成する第1の固定凸部(ピン)により構成され、及び/又は、前記固定手段は、前記棒体側の第1連結部材に形成された、分離防止手段を構成する第2の固定凸部(プランジャー)により構成され、前記第2連結部材に形成された固定手段又は芯部材に形成された固定手段は、前記芯部材及び/又は第2連結部材において、対応した位置に形成された、曲がりくねった分離防止手段を構成する固定溝により構成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項7にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記固定手段が、固定ピン及びプランジャ並びに固定溝により構成され、前記固定ピン及びプランジャは、棒体の径方向に突き出し設けられ、前記固定溝は、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピンの頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピン及びプランジャの軸部が移動することができる幅とを備え、棒体に被連結部を取り付けたとき固定ピン及びプランジャが移動しないように構成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項8にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記第1操作棒側の固定手段が、第1連結部材に形成された位置決め部材により構成され、前記位置決め部材が第2連結部材に配設された前記固定手段に嵌合するように形成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項9にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記第1連結部材が、被連結部を棒体に連結したとき、前記第2連結部材又は棒体の連結部に螺合されるように構成され、棒体に被連結部が固定されたときに第2連結部材より離れないように構成された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項10にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記抑止手段が、弾発部材により構成され、前記弾発部材は、第1連結部材を被連結部側に押圧するように、又は前記固定手段を固定溝に押圧するように第1連結部又は前記第2連結部材を前記連結した時に噛み合わされた凸部と凹部とが離れないように押圧するように配設された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項11にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記棒体が、棒体本体より細い第1連結部が被連結部に連結される側に形成され、且つ前記第1連結部の被連結部側に前記第1連結部より太い第2連結部が連設され、前記第1連結部は、第1連結部材の移動スペースを棒体本体との間に形成するように構成され、前記第2連結部は、前記固定手段が配設された、請求項1ないし10の何かに記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明の請求項12にかかる棒体の連結構造は、前記第1連結部材が、前記棒体における手元側の領域の棒体に配設され、前記第2連結部材は、前記棒体における被連結部側の棒体に配設された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造である。
この発明に係る棒体の手に持つ方の側を手元あるいは手元側といい、前記手元側とは反対側の先端側を先端あるいは先端側と言う。
この発明に係る棒体における長手方向に延びる中心線を軸線と言い、その軸線の伸びる方向を軸方向と言う。棒体の外周方向に沿った方向を周方向と言う。
この明細書においては、連結工具、先端工具及び二つに分割された内の一方を、連結具と称する。
この発明に係る操作棒12は、前記絶縁操作棒と同じような目的で使用されるものであり、操作棒12を絶縁操作棒と称することがある。
この実施の形態においては、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凸部が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凹部が形成されている。
前記操作棒12は、先端工具14に連結される側の領域に、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する固定手段16が配設され、前記第2連結部材80は、操作棒12に連結される側の領域に、前記固定手段16を停止させる連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する固定手段16が配設され、固定手段16を構成する第1の固定溝90が形成されている。

前記固定溝90は、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピン60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピン60及びプランジャ62の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備え、連結構造10において操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき固定ピン60及びプランジャ62が移動しないように構成されている。

前記弾発部材70は、第1連結部材50を先端工具14側に押圧するように、又は前記固定手段16を固定溝90に押圧するように、(操作棒側の)連結部24又は工具部(先端工具部)30に介装されている。
前記第1連結部40は、第1連結部材50の軸方向における移動スペースを操作棒本体20との間に形成するように構成されている。
前記第1連結部40は、前記固定手段16を構成する弾発部材70であるコイルバネをその周囲に配設することができる。
前記棒体側の(操作棒側の)連結部24に被連結部である(先端工具側の)連結部32を取り付けたロック状態にしたとき、前記第1連結部材50は、前記固定手段16により第2連結部材80の第1連結部材側領域に固定されて、第2連結部材80の移動を制御して、前記棒体側の固定手段16が前記第2連結部材80に形成された固定手段16から外れないように形成されている。
そして、これら操作棒12の操作棒本体20、芯部材44、第1連結部材50及び第2連結部材80は、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されている。
この実施の形態においては、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凸部を構成する芯部材44が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凹部を構成する棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
芯部材44は、断面略円形の棒状体であり、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94は、断面略円形の環状体であり、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として並列されており、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94に芯部材44を組み合わせて、操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とが連結されるように構成されている。
前記第2連結部材80は、二つに分割された操作棒12における先端工具側の操作棒に配設されることができる。
本発明にかかる第1の実施の形態である連結構造10は、棒体を構成する操作棒12と前記操作棒12に連結される被連結部を構成する先端工具14の連結部位とを連結する連結構造である。
間接活線工事用絶縁操作棒は、電気的に絶縁性を有するものであればよく、また軽量化を計ることができるようなものであれば、より良い。例えば、繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)などの各種の強靭性を備えたプラスチックを用いることができる。
先端工具14は、電線等に直接的に接触する工具部30と、工具部30を操作棒12に連結される領域に形成された、被連結部を構成する(先端工具側の)連結部32とを備える。
この実施の形態においては、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凸部を構成する芯部材44が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凹部を構成する棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
芯部材44は、断面略円形の棒状体であり、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94は、断面略円形の環状体であり、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として並列されており、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94に芯部材44を組み合わせて、操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とが連結されるように構成されている。
更に、操作棒12は、先端工具14に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12と先端工具14との連結が外れることがないように、それらの移動を抑止する、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段18が配設されている。
芯部材44の第1連結部40は、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲にはめ込まれて操作棒本体20の先端に設けられた凹み部20aに嵌め込まれ、操作棒本体20に固定されている。
芯部材44は、中空円筒状であり、前記操作棒取付部材を構成する(第1)操作棒取付部材26及び(第2)操作棒取付部材28の周囲に、配設されている。
中空部46は、その略中央において、細長くくびれた第1中空部46aが形成され、その第1中空部46aより先端側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第2中空部46bが形成されている。
更に、中空部46は、第1中空部46aより手元側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第3中空部46cが形成されている。
操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26)は、操作棒本体20の先端に固定されており、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲に、芯部材44の第3中空部46cが嵌め込まれて取り付けられている。
(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、中空部46内に嵌挿されて、その手元側が第3中空部46cの中に位置し、そこより先端側が第1中空部46aの中に摺動自在に嵌め込まれ、更に、それより先端側が第2中空部46bの中を先端側に伸びて柱状の芯部材取り付け部96と連結されている。
この実施の形態においては、(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、円柱状棒体であり、手元側が第1中空部46aよりその直径が太い頭部を備え、その先端側が第1中空部46aとほぼその直径が同じである棒状体を備えている。従って、第2中空部46bは、(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間に中空部を残しており、その中に第3弾発部材98を嵌装できるように構成されている。
前記第2連結部材80に形成された固定手段又は芯部材44に形成された固定手段16は、前記芯部材44及び/又は第2連結部材80において、対応した位置に形成された、曲がりくねった分離防止手段を構成する固定溝たる第1の固定溝90により構成されている。
更に、(操作棒側の)連結部24は、芯部材44の手元側においてその周囲に、操作棒12の手元側より先端工具14側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネなどの弾発部材70で構成された抑止手段18が配設されている。
この第1の実施の形態においては、第1連結部材50の手元側には弾発部材70の先端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部72が形成されている。
更に、操作棒12の操作棒本体20は、第1連結部材50の手元側の外表面と向き合う側において、その先端側に、弾発部材70の後端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部74が形成されている。
抑止手段18を構成する弾発部材70は、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1連結部材50を、被連結部を構成する第2連結部材80側に付勢するように構成されている。
それ故に、抑止手段18が、使用時に、他の物品に当たる確率が極めて低い。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、(操作棒側の)連結部24の中央において、径方向にのびるように形成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、先端工具14に対し相対的に、操作棒12の移動に伴い操作棒12の軸方向に移動できるように形成され且つ操作棒12の回転に伴い操作棒12の周方向に回転できるように形成されている。
第2連結部材80は、操作棒12に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12の側の連結部24に配設された前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を停止させる固定手段16たる第1の固定溝90が形成されている。第1の固定溝90は、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を嵌め入れ、(操作棒側の)連結部24と(先端工具側の)連結部32とを連結したときに第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を固定する固定手段16を構成している。
従って、第2連結部材80と第1連結部材50との境界には、殆んど段差がなく、他のものに当たる確率が極めて低い。
この実施の形態においては、第1連結部材50の先端面50Eは、軸方向に直交する平面であり、第2連結部材80の後端面80Eは、軸方向に直交する平面である。従って、前記第1連結部材50の先端面50Eと第2連結部材80の後端面80Eとは、密接する。
第1の固定溝90は、平面視L字型に形成されており、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が第3の溝部90Cに停止して移動しないように構成されている。
第1の固定溝90は、嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。

第2連結部84は、中空状の芯部材取り付け部を構成しており、芯部材44に嵌装される棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
第2連結部84は、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94の中に、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96が設けられている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、芯部材44の第2連結部42と(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間の円環状の中空部46に嵌挿されて、前記(第2)操作棒取付部材28の先端側に接して連接されている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、第2連結部材80の手元側の部位に突き当たるように構成されており、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96の手元側の端部と前記中空部46の第1中空部46aの境界壁部との間に存在する第2中空部46bに、第2弾発部材76が配設されている。第2弾発部材76は、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96を手元側又は先端側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネ等により形成されている。
第2弾発部材76は、芯部材取り付け部96及び第2連結部84を、常時、先端側に押しており、ロック状態では、軽く縮んでいる状態で、解除動作で第2連結部材80を手前側に引いたときに、更に縮んだ状態になる。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、手元側に、(第2)操作棒取付部材28を嵌合できるように構成された有底穴が、穿設されており、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96に(第2)操作棒取付部材28が連結されるように構成されている。

第1連結部材50の固定手段16は、芯部材44の固定手段16を螺合され、第1連結部材50を回すことにより操作棒12の長手方向に移動させることができ、第1連結部材50により第2連結部材80を押圧するに適する位置に停止させることができる。
そして、これら操作棒12の操作棒本体20、芯部材44、第1連結部材50及び第2連結部材80は、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されている。
第1連結部材50は、芯部材44の第2連結部42の周囲に配設され、第2連結部材80は、芯部材44の先端側の周囲に配設され、第1連結部材50の先端側の端縁と第2連結部材80の手元側の端縁とは、対向するように形成されている。
まず、図1及び2に示すように、作業者が間接活線工事用の先端工具14を絶縁操作棒12の先端部に装着するために、連結構造10を構成する絶縁操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32と連結する。
具体的には、操作棒12側の(操作棒側の)連結部24の軸線と先端工具14側の(先端工具側の)連結部32の軸線とを一致させ、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第1の溝部90Aと位置合わせする。
次に、操作棒12を先端工具14側に移動させて、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第2の溝部90Bまで挿入し、第2の溝部90Bの先端工具14側の溝壁まで到達すれば、操作棒12を円周方向に回して、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第2の溝部90Bの溝に沿って第3の溝部90Cに向けて進める。
連結構造10が第3の溝部90Cの溝口まで到達したとき、すなわち第2の溝部90Bの行き止まりまで到達したとき、操作棒12を先端工具14側より手元側に引き戻し、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第3の溝部90Cに嵌め入れる。
そこで、第1連結部材50を回すことにより、第1連結部材50の雄ネジ部48と芯部材44の雌ネジ部58との作用により第1連結部材50を操作棒12の長手方向に移動させて、第1連結部材50により第2連結部材80を押圧する位置まで移動させて、操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32とを強固に連結させる。
なお、第1の実施の形態の変形例である第2の実施の形態である連結構造の説明において、図1ないし図9図示の第1の実施の形態である連結構造10と共通の構成要件・要素については、同じ符号を付して、共通の構成要件・要素についての説明を省略することとする。
以下、第1の実施の形態の変形例である連結構造の特徴ある構成要件・要素を中心に説明する。
先端工具14は、電線等に直接的に接触する工具部30と、工具部30を操作棒12に連結される領域に形成された、被連結部を構成する(先端工具側の)連結部32とを備える。
この実施の形態においては、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凸部を構成する芯部材44が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凹部を構成する棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
芯部材44は、断面略円形の棒状体であり、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94は、断面略円形の環状体であり、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として並列されており、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94に芯部材44を組み合わせて、操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とが連結されるように構成されている。
更に、操作棒12は、先端工具14に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12と先端工具14との連結が外れることがないように、それらの移動を抑止する、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段18が配設されている。
芯部材44の第1連結部40は、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲にはめ込まれて操作棒本体20の先端に設けられた凹み部20aに嵌め込まれ、操作棒本体20に固定されている。
芯部材44は、中空円筒状であり、前記操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26及び(第2)操作棒取付部材28)の周囲に、配設されている。
中空部46は、その略中央において、細長くくびれた第1中空部46aが形成され、その第1中空部46aより先端側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第2中空部46bが形成されている。
更に、中空部46は、第1中空部46aより手元側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第3中空部46cが形成されている。
操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26)は、操作棒本体20の先端に固定されており、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲に、芯部材44の第3中空部46cが嵌め込まれて取り付けられている。
(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、中空部46内に嵌挿されて、その手元側が第3中空部
46cの中に位置し、そこより先端側が第1中空部46aの中に摺動自在に嵌め込まれ、
更に、それより先端側が第2中空部46bの中を先端側に伸びて柱状の芯部材取り付け部96と連結されている。
この実施の形態においては、(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、円柱状棒体であり、手元側が第1中空部46aよりその直径が太い頭部を備え、その先端側が第1中空部46aとほぼその直径が同じである棒状体を備えている。従って、第2中空部46bは、(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間に中空部を残しており、その中に第2弾発部材を嵌装できるように構成されている。
前記第2連結部材80に形成された固定手段又は芯部材44に形成された固定手段は、前記芯部材44及び/又は第2連結部材80において、対応した位置に形成された、曲がりくねった分離防止手段を構成する固定溝により構成されている。
(操作棒側の)連結部24は、この第2の実施の形態においては、抑止手段18を構成する弾発部材70が配設されていないが、芯部材44の手元側に配設しても良い。
第1連結部材50の手元側には、弾発部材70の先端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部72が形成されている。
更に、操作棒12の操作棒本体20は、第1連結部材50の手元側の外表面と向き合う側において、その先端側に、弾発部材70の後端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部74が形成されている。
抑止手段18を構成する弾発部材70は、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1連結部材50を第2連結部材80側に付勢するように構成するとよい。
更に、(操作棒側の)連結部24は、芯部材44の手元側においてその周囲に、操作棒12の手元側より先端工具14側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネなどの弾発部材70で構成された抑止手段18が配設されている。
前記第1連結部40は、後述する第1連結部材50の移動スペースを操作棒本体20との間に形成するように構成され、前記第2連結部42は、前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が配設され、その周囲に(先端工具側の)連結部32を構成する第2連結部材80を嵌挿されるように構成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、(操作棒側の)連結部24の中央において、径方向にのびるように形成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、先端工具14に対し相対的に、操作棒12の移動に伴い操作棒12の軸方向に移動できるように形成され且つ操作棒12の周方向に回転できるように形成されている。
第2連結部材80は、操作棒12に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12の側の連結部24に配設された前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を停止させる第1の固定溝90が形成されている。第1の固定溝90は、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を嵌め入れ、(操作棒側の)連結部24と(先端工具側の)連結部32とを連結したときに第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を固定する固定手段16を構成している。
第1の固定溝90は、平面視L字型に形成されており、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が第3の溝部90Cに停止して移動しないように構成されている。
第1の固定溝90は、嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
前記第1の固定溝90は、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
第1連結部82は、(先端)工具部30の取り付け部に嵌合され、(先端)工具部30に適宜な固定具、例えばピン等により固定される。
第2連結部84は、中空状の芯部材取り付け部を構成しており、芯部材44に嵌装される棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
第2連結部84は、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94の中に、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96が設けられている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、芯部材44の第2連結部42と(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間の円環状の中空部46に嵌挿されて、前記(第2)操作棒取付部材28の先端側に接して連接されている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、第2連結部材80の手元側の部位に突き当たるように構成されており、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96の手元側の端部と前記中空部46の第1中空部46aの境界壁部との間に存在する第2中空部46bに、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96を手元側又は先端側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネ等の第2弾発部材76が配設されている。
この第2弾発部材76は、省いてもよい。
第3弾発部材98は、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96の先端側に固定されてもよく、又、(先端工具側の)連結部32の中心に形成された凹み部32aに嵌挿されて固定されてもよい。
第1連結部材50は、第2連結部材80の移動を制御するために、固定手段16を有している。
第1連結部材50の固定手段16を構成する雌ネジ部58は、芯部材44の固定手段16を構成する雄ネジ部48に螺合され、第1連結部材50を回すことにより操作棒12の長手方向に移動させることができ、第1連結部材50により第2連結部材80を押圧するに適する位置に停止させることができる。
そして、これら操作棒12の操作棒本体20、芯部材44、第1連結部材50及び第2連結部材80は、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されている。
第1連結部材50は、芯部材44の第2連結部42の周囲に配設され、第2連結部材80は、芯部材44の先端側の周囲に配設され、第1連結部材50の先端側の端縁と第2連結部材80の手元側の端縁とは、対向するように形成されている。
まず、図10及び11に示すように、作業者が間接活線工事用の先端工具14を絶縁操作棒12の先端部に装着するために、連結構造10を構成する絶縁操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32と連結する。
具体的には、操作棒12側の(操作棒側の)連結部24の軸線と先端工具14側の(先端工具側の)連結部32の軸線とを一致させ、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第1の溝部90Aと位置合わせする。
次に、操作棒12を先端工具14側に移動させて、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第2の溝部90Bまで挿入し、第2の溝部90Bの先端工具14側の溝壁まで到達すれば、操作棒12を円周方向に回して、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第2の溝部90Bの溝に沿って第3の溝部90Cに向けて進める。
連結構造10が第3の溝部90Cの溝口まで到達したとき、すなわち第2の溝部90Bの行き止まりまで到達したとき、操作棒12を先端工具14側より手元側に引き戻し、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第3の溝部90Cに嵌め入れる。
そこで、第1連結部材50を回すことにより、第1連結部材50の雄ネジ部48と芯部材44の雌ネジ部58との作用により第1連結部材50を操作棒12の長手方向に移動させて、第1連結部材50により第2連結部材80を押圧する位置まで移動させて、操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32とを強固に連結させる。
なお、第1の実施の形態の変形例である第2の実施の形態である連結構造の説明において、図1ないし図9図示の第1の実施の形態である連結構造10と共通の構成要件・要素については、同じ符号を付して、共通の構成要件・要素についての説明を省略することとする。
以下、第1の実施の形態の変形例である連結構造の特徴ある構成要件・要素を中心に説明する。
先端工具14は、電線等に直接的に接触する工具部30と、工具部30を操作棒12に連結される領域に形成された、被連結部を構成する(先端工具側の)連結部32とを備える。
この実施の形態においては、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凸部を構成する芯部材44が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凹部を構成する棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
芯部材44は、断面略円形の棒状体であり、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94は、断面略円形の環状体であり、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として並列されており、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94に芯部材44を組み合わせて、操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とが連結されるように構成されている。
更に、操作棒12は、先端工具14に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12と先端工具14との連結が外れることがないように、それらの移動を抑止する、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段18が配設されている。
芯部材44の第1連結部40は、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲にはめ込まれて操作棒本体20の先端に設けられた凹み部20aに嵌め込まれ、操作棒本体20に固定されている。
芯部材44は、中空円筒状であり、前記操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26及び(第2)操作棒取付部材28)の周囲に、配設されている。
中空部46は、その略中央において、細長くくびれた第1中空部46aが形成され、その第1中空部46aより先端側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第2中空部46bが形成されている。
更に、中空部46は、第1中空部46aより手元側において、第1中空部46aより長い直径を備えた比較的太い第3中空部46cが形成されている。
操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26)は、操作棒本体20の先端に固定されており、(第1)操作棒取付部材26の周囲に、芯部材44の第3中空部46cが嵌め込まれて取り付けられている。
(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、中空部46内に嵌挿されて、その手元側が第3中空部46cの中に位置し、そこより先端側が第1中空部46aの中に摺動自在に嵌め込まれ、更に、それより先端側が第2中空部46bの中を先端側に伸びて柱状の芯部材取り付け部96と連結されている。
この実施の形態においては、(第2)操作棒取付部材28は、円柱状棒体であり、手元側が第1中空部46aよりその直径が太い頭部を備え、その先端側が第1中空部46aとほぼその直径が同じである棒状体を備えている。従って、第2中空部46bは、(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間に中空部を残しており、その中に第3弾発部材98を嵌装できるように構成されている。
更に、芯部材44は、その手元側においてその周囲に、操作棒12の手元側より先端工具14側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネなどの弾発部材70で構成された抑止手段18が配設されていないが、芯部材44の手元側に配設しても良い。
第1連結部材50は、断面円形の円環状体であり、中空部分の内側において、その先端側が第2連結部材80の手元側に嵌め入れられている。
第3連結部材52は、芯部材44の第2連結部42に嵌挿され、第1連結部材50の中空部側の内周面に嵌挿されるように形成された、リング状体である。第3連結部材52は、その先端側が第2連結部材80の第2連結部84の手元側の端縁と接し、且つ、第1連結部材50の中空部側の内周面の手元側の端縁と接して、第2連結部材80の第2連結部84の手元側端縁と第1連結部材50の中空部側の内周面の手元側の端縁との間に介在するように構成されている。
第1連結部材50の固定手段16を構成する雌ネジ部58は、第2連結部材80の固定手段16を構成する雄ネジ部88に螺合され、第1連結部材50を回すことにより操作棒12の長手方向に移動させることができ、第1連結部材50に連設された第3連結部材52により第2連結部材80を押圧するに適する位置に停止させることができる。
この第3の実施の形態においては、第1連結部40の第2連結部42は、第1連結部材50が嵌め入れられた領域の手元側には弾発部材70(図示せず)の先端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部72が形成されている。
更に、操作棒12の操作棒本体20は、第1連結部材50の手元側の外表面と向き合う側において、その先端側に、弾発部材70(図示せず)の後端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部74が形成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、(操作棒側の)連結部24の中央において、径方向にのびるように形成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、先端工具14に対し相対的に、操作棒12の移動に伴い操作棒12の軸方向に移動できるように形成され且つ操作棒12の周方向に回転できるように形成されている。
第2連結部材80は、操作棒12に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12の側の連結部24に配設された前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を停止させる第1の固定溝90が形成されている。第1の固定溝90は、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を嵌め入れ、(操作棒側の)連結部24と(先端工具側の)連結部32とを連結したときに第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を固定する固定手段16を構成している。
第1の固定溝90は、平面視L字型に形成されており、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が第3の溝部90Cに停止して移動しないように構成されている。
第1の固定溝90は、嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
前記第1の固定溝90は、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
第1連結部82は、(先端)工具部30の取り付け部に嵌合され、(先端)工具部30に適宜な固定具、例えばピン等により固定される。
第2連結部84は、中空状の芯部材取り付け部を構成しており、芯部材44に嵌装される棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
第2連結部84は、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94の中に、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96が設けられている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、芯部材44の第2連結部42と(第2)操作棒取付部材28との間の円環状の中空部46に嵌挿されて、前記(第2)操作棒取付部材28の先端側に接して連接されている。
柱状の芯部材取り付け部96は、第2連結部材80の手元側の部位に突き当たるように構成されており、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96の手元側の端部と前記中空部46の第1中空部46aの境界壁部との間に存在する第2中空部46bに、柱状の芯部材取り付け部96を手元側又は先端側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネ等の第2弾発部材76が配設されている。
第1連結部材50は、第2連結部材80の移動を制御するために、固定手段16を有している。
この実施の形態においては、第1連結部材50は、第1連結部材50における第2連結部材80の第2連結部84と重なる領域の内側に雌ネジ部58が形成され、第2連結部材80は、第2連結部84における第1連結部材50に覆われる領域の外側に雄ネジ部88が形成されている。
そして、これら操作棒12の操作棒本体20、芯部材44、第1連結部材50、第3連結部材52及び第2連結部材80は、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されている。
第3連結部材52は、芯部材44の第2連結部42の周囲に配設され、第1連結部材50は、第3連結部材52及び第2連結部材80の第2連結部84の周囲に配設され、第2連結部材80は、芯部材44の先端側の周囲に配設され、第3連結部材52の先端側の端縁と第2連結部材80の手元側の端縁とは、対向するように形成されている。
まず、図16及び図17に示すように、作業者が間接活線工事用の先端工具14を絶縁操作棒12の先端部に装着するために、連結構造10を構成する絶縁操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32と連結する。
具体的には、操作棒12側の(操作棒側の)連結部24の軸線と先端工具14側の(先端工具側の)連結部32の軸線とを一致させ、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第1の溝部90Aと位置合わせする。
次に、操作棒12を先端工具14側に移動させて、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第2の溝部90Bまで挿入し、第2の溝部90Bの先端工具14側の溝壁まで到達すれば、操作棒12を円周方向に回して、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第2の溝部90Bの溝に沿って第3の溝部90Cに向けて進める。
連結構造10が第3の溝部90Cの溝口まで到達したとき、すなわち第2の溝部90Bの行き止まりまで到達したとき、操作棒12を先端工具14側より手元側に引き戻し、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第3の溝部90Cに嵌め入れる。
そこで、第1連結部材50を回すことにより、第1連結部材50の雌ネジ部58と第2連結部材80の雄ネジ部88との作用により第1連結部材50を操作棒12の長手方向に移動させて、第3連結部材52により第2連結部材80を押圧する位置まで移動させて、操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32とを強固に連結させる。
なお、図1ないし図9図示の第1の実施の形態である連結構造10と共通の構成要件・要素については、同じ符号を付して、共通の構成要件・要素についての説明を省略することとする。
以下、第4の実施の形態の連結構造の特徴ある構成要件・要素を中心に説明する。
先端工具14は、電線等に直接的に接触する工具部30と、工具部30を操作棒12に連結される領域に形成された、被連結部を構成する(先端工具側の)連結部32とを備える。
この実施の形態においては、連結部24に凸部を構成する芯部材44が形成され、連結部32に凹部を構成する棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
芯部材44は、断面略円形の棒状体であり、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94は、断面略円形の環状体であり、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として並列されており、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94に芯部材44を組み合わせて、操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とが連結されるように構成されている。
更に、操作棒12は、先端工具14に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12と先端工具14との連結が外れることがないように、それらの移動を抑止する、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段18が配設されている。
(第1)操作棒取付部材26は、有底円環状体であり、操作棒本体20の凹み部20aに嵌め込まれて、適宜な固定手段、例えば、固定ピン26a及び固定ピン26bにより直接的に連結されるように構成されている。
芯部材44は、前記操作棒取付部材((第1)操作棒取付部材26)の中央に穿設された取り付け穴26dに嵌合され、前記連結ネジ26cにより、連結されている。
この実施の形態においては、(第1)操作棒取付部材26は、その手元側より(第1)操作棒取付部材26と芯部材44とを連結するための連結ネジ26cを挿入することにより、芯部材44の手元側に連結ネジ26cによりネジ止めして、(第1)操作棒取付部材26と連結されている。
芯部材44は、(第1)操作棒取付部材26を介して操作棒本体20に取り付けられている。
この実施の形態においては、芯部材44は、その第1連結部40においてその周囲に、操作棒12の手元側より先端工具14側に向けて弾発するように形成されたコイルバネなどの弾発部材70で構成された抑止手段18が配設されている。
この実施の形態においては、図28において示すように、芯部材44は、第1連結部40と第2連結部42とを別部材として形成し、適宜ピンにより連結されたものである。
更に、この実施の形態においては、芯部材44は、第2連結部42において後述する第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を、操作棒12の長手方向及び径方向に導き、固定させるための第2の固定溝92が形成されている。
第1連結部材50は、断面円形の円環状体であり、中空部分の内側において、その先端側が第1連結部40の第2連結部42に嵌め入れられている。
(操作棒側の)連結部24は、この実施の形態においては、操作棒本体20の先端においてその中心に固定された芯部材44を備えており、その芯部材44の周囲には第1連結部材50が配設されている。
更に、操作棒12の操作棒本体20は、第1連結部材50の手元側の外表面と向き合う側において、その先端側に、弾発部材70の後端側を止めるための弾発部材取り付け部74が形成されている。
第1連結部材50は、第1連結部40の芯部材44に介装された弾発部材70を囲繞するように、弾発部材取り付け部72と弾発部材取り付け部74との間に跨って架設されており、その先端側が第2連結部42の外周面を囲繞するように第2連結部42に取り付けられている。

前記固定手段16は、前記棒体側の第1連結部材50に形成された、分離防止手段を構成する第2の固定凸部(プランジャー)62により構成され、
前記第2連結部材80に形成された固定手段又は芯部材44に形成された固定手段は、前記芯部材44及び/又は第2連結部材80において、対応した位置に形成された、曲がりくねった分離防止手段を構成する固定溝たる第1の固定溝90により構成されている。
前記芯部材44の第2連結部42は、先端側に前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が配設されている。
更に、芯部材44の第2連結部42は、後述する第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を誘導するための第2の固定溝92が形成されている。
第1の固定凸部(ピン)60は、先端工具14に対し相対的に、操作棒12の移動に伴い操作棒12の軸方向に移動できるように形成され且つ操作棒12の回転に伴い操作棒12の周方向に回転できるように形成されている。
第2の固定溝92は、平面視L字型に形成されており、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けるとき、第1連結部材50を回すと、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62が第3の溝部92Cに突き当たり、第1連結部材50が移動しないように構成されている。
第2の固定溝92は、嵌り込んだ第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62は、第1連結部材50の径方向に突き出し設けられ、前記第2の固定溝92は、前記嵌り込んだ第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62の凸部62cが若干嵌る深さの凹部92aと、前記嵌り込んだ第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62の筒状の本体62a及び凸部62cが移動することができる幅を有する平面上の移動路92bとを備えている。第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62が第2の固定溝92の溝中の移動路92bを移動して、凹状の凹部92aに嵌り、第1連結部材50の移動を制御するように構成されている。第2の固定溝92は、図24において示すように、凹部92aが第2の溝部92B及び第3の溝部92Cに設けられている。
第1連結部材50は、先端側に、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を固定するための孔50aが穿設されており、その孔50aに固定手段16を構成する第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62が嵌合固定されている。
第2連結部材80は、操作棒12に連結される側の領域に、操作棒12の側の連結部24に配設された前記第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を停止させる第1の固定溝90が形成されている。第1の固定溝90は、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を嵌め入れ、(操作棒側の)連結部24と(先端工具側の)連結部32とを連結したときに第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を固定する固定手段16を構成している。
第1の固定溝90は、平面視L字型に形成されており、操作棒12に先端工具14を取り付けたとき、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60が第3の溝部90Cに停止して移動しないように構成されている。
第1の固定溝90は、嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ第1の固定凸部(ピン)60の軸部が移動することができる幅とを備えている。
第1連結部82は、(先端)工具部30の取り付け部に嵌合され、(先端)工具部30に適宜な固定具例えばピン等により固定される。
第2連結部84は、中空状の芯部材取り付け部を構成しており、芯部材44に嵌装される棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成されている。
更に、棒体側連結部取り付け孔94の開口縁部に続いて、第1の固定溝90が形成されている。
更に、第1連結部材50は、第2連結部材80の移動を制御するために、第1連結部材50を第1連結部40の第2連結部42に固定する固定手段16を有している。この第1連結部材50を第1連結部40の第2連結部42に固定する固定手段16は、前記した第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62により構成されている。
そして、これら操作棒12の操作棒本体20、芯部材44、第1連結部材50及び第2連結部材80は、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されている。
第1連結部材50は、芯部材44の第2連結部42の周囲に配設され、第2連結部材80は、芯部材44の先端側の周囲に配設され、第1連結部材50の先端側の端縁と第2連結部材80の手元側の端縁とは、対向するように形成されている。
まず、図32に示すように、作業者が間接活線工事用の先端工具14を操作棒12の先端部に装着するために、連結構造10を構成する操作棒12の(操作棒側の)連結部24と先端工具14の(先端工具側の)連結部32と連結する。
具体的には、操作棒12側の連結部24の軸線と先端工具14側の連結部32の軸線とを一致させ、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第1の溝部90Aと位置合わせする。
次に、操作棒12を先端工具14側に移動させて、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第1の固定溝90の第2の溝部90Bまで挿入し、第2の溝部90Bの先端工具14側の溝壁まで到達すれば、操作棒12を円周方向に回して、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第2の溝部90Bの溝に沿って第3の溝部90Cに向けて進める。
連結構造10が第3の溝部90Cの溝口まで到達したとき、すなわち第2の溝部90Bの行き止まりまで到達したとき、操作棒12を先端工具14側より手元側に引き戻し、第1の固定凸部(ピン)60を第3の溝部90Cに嵌め入れる。
この実施の形態においては、芯部材44の軸線と第2連結部42の軸線と一致させ、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を第2の固定溝92の第1の溝部92Aと位置合わせする。
次に、第1連結部材50を先端工具14側に移動させて、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を第2の固定溝92の第2の溝部92B迄挿入し、第2の固定溝92の先端工具14側の溝壁まで、到達すれば、第1連結部材50を円周方向に回して、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を第2の溝部92Bの溝に沿って第3の溝部92Cに向けて進める。
第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62が第3の溝部90Cの溝口まで到達したとき、すなわち第2の溝部92Bの行き止まりまで到達したとき、第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62を第3の溝部92Cに嵌め入れる。
このように、第1連結部材50を回すことにより、第1連結部材50の第2の固定凸部(プランジャ)62と第2連結部42の第2の固定溝92の作用により、第1連結部材50を第2連結部材80を押圧する位置まで移動させて、第1連結部材50を芯部材44の第2連結部42に連結させる。
第1ないし第3の実施の形態の変形例について、図36から図38に基づいて以下説明する。
この変形例は、連結構造10が、被連結部を備えた先端工具14に近い位置ではなく、棒体の手元側の近い位置に形成されている。
第1操作棒体12Aは、連結部を構成しており、その先端側に被連結部が形成されており、第2操作棒体12Bは、棒体を構成しており、その後端に連結部が形成されている。
操作棒本体20は、その先端側には先端工具14が取り付けられ、その後端側の領域には、被連結部を構成する(操作棒側の)連結部24を備えている。
すなわち、本発明の技術的思想及び目的の範囲から逸脱することなく、以上説明した実施の形態に対し、機序、形状、材質、数量、位置又は配置等に関して、様々の変更を加えることができるものであり、それらは、本発明に含まれるものである。
前記実施の形態においては、棒体である操作棒12の側の連結部24と被連結部側の連結部32とは、棒体の軸線方向に伸びる中心線を同心として、並列されて、組み合わせられるように形成され、一方の連結部24に凸部が形成され、他方の連結部32に凹部が形成されていたが、(操作棒側の)連結部24に凹部を構成する例えば棒体側連結部取り付け孔94が形成され、(先端工具側の)連結部32に凸部を構成する例えば芯部材44が形成されても良い。

Claims (12)
- 棒体と前記棒体に連結される被連結部とを連結する連結構造であって、
前記棒体側の領域に配設される第1連結部材と、
前記棒体に連結される被連結部側の領域に配設される第2連結部材とを備え、
前記棒体は、棒体に連結される被連結部側の領域に、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する、分離防止手段を構成する固定手段が配設され、
前記第2連結部材は、棒体に連結される被連結部側の領域に、前記棒体側の固定手段を停止させる固定手段が形成され、
前記第1連結部材は、棒体の軸方向に移動可能に棒体側に配設され、
前記棒体に被連結部を連結したとき、前記第1連結部材は、前記固定手段により第2連結部材の第1連結部材側領域に固定されて、第2連結部材の移動を制御して、前記棒体側の固定手段が前記第2連結部材に形成された固定手段から外れないように形成されたことを特徴とする、棒体の連結構造。 - 棒体と前記棒体に連結される被連結部とを連結する連結構造であって、
前記棒体側の領域に配設される第1連結部材と、
前記棒体に連結される被連結部側の領域に配設される第2連結部材とを備え、
前記棒体側の連結部と被連結部側の連結部とは、一方に凸部が形成され、他方に凹部が形成されており、その凸部と凹部とが組み合わさって連結されるように構成されており、
前記第1連結部材は、棒体の軸方向に移動可能に棒体側に配設され、
前記第2連結部材は、被連結部に移動可能に被連結部側に配設され、
前記第1連結部材と前記第2連結部材とは、連結された第1連結部材と第2連結部材とが反対方向に移動することにより分離されるように構成されており、
前記棒体は、連結構造により連結されたものが分離することを防止する分離防止手段を構成する抑止手段が配設されており、
前記抑止手段は、第1連結部材を、第2連結部材側に押圧して、前記連結した時に噛み合わされた凸部と凹部とが離れないように構成されたことを特徴とする、棒体の連結構造。 - 棒体側の連結部と被連結部側の連結部とは、一方に凸部が形成され、他方に凹部が形成されており、その凸部と凹部とが組み合わさって連結されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造。
- 前記棒体側に設けられた固定手段は、分離防止手段を構成しており、被連結部に対し相対的に、棒体の移動に伴い棒体の軸方向に移動するように形成され、且つ棒体の周方向に回転するように形成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造。
- 前記第1連結部材は、被連結部側の連結部と棒体側の連結部とを連結したとき、第2連結部材の第1連結部材側の端部を押圧するように形成された、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の棒体の連結構造。
- 前記固定手段は、前記棒体側の連結部に形成された、分離防止手段を構成する第1の固定凸部(ピン)により構成され、
及び/又は、
前記固定手段は、前記棒体側の第1連結部材に形成された、分離防止手段を構成する第2の固定凸部(プランジャー)により構成され、
前記第2連結部材に形成された固定手段又は芯部材に形成された固定手段は、前記芯部材及び/又は第2連結部材において、対応した位置に形成された、曲がりくねった分離防止手段を構成する固定溝により構成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造。 - 前記固定手段は、固定ピン及びプランジャ並びに固定溝により構成され、
前記固定ピン及びプランジャは、棒体の径方向に突き出し設けられ、
前記固定溝は、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピンの頭部が若干突出する深さと、前記嵌り込んだ固定ピン及びプランジャの軸部が移動することができる幅とを備え、棒体に被連結部を取り付けたとき固定ピン及びプランジャが移動しないように構成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造。 - 前記第1操作棒側の固定手段は、第1連結部材に形成された位置決め部材により構成され、前記位置決め部材が第2連結部材に配設された前記固定手段に嵌合するように形成された、請求項1に記載の棒体の連結構造。
- 前記第1連結部材は、被連結部を棒体に連結したとき、前記第2連結部材又は棒体の連結部に螺合されるように構成され、棒体に被連結部が固定されたときに第2連結部材より離れないように構成された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造。
- 前記抑止手段は、弾発部材により構成され、
前記弾発部材は、第1連結部材を被連結部側に押圧するように、又は前記固定手段を固定溝に押圧するように第1連結部又は前記第2連結部材を前記連結した時に噛み合わされた凸部と凹部とが離れないように押圧するように配設された、請求項1ないし9の何かに記載の棒体の連結構造。 - 前記棒体は、棒体本体より細い第1連結部が被連結部に連結される側に形成され、且つ前記第1連結部の被連結部側に前記第1連結部より太い第2連結部が連設され、
前記第1連結部は、第1連結部材の移動スペースを棒体本体との間に形成するように構成され、
前記第2連結部は、前記固定手段が配設された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造。 - 前記第1連結部材は、前記棒体における手元側の領域の棒体に配設され、
前記第2連結部材は、前記棒体における被連結部側の棒体に配設された、請求項1又は2に記載の棒体の連結構造。
