Description

一种精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具 技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,具体为一种精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具。
背景技术
随着科技水平的提升,汽车生产方面的技术水平提升较高,在汽车生产过程中汽车薄壁零部件的生产尤为重要,需要对其进行精密加工,其中精密型汽车薄壁零部件在生产过程中需要模具进行压铸成型,在精密型汽车薄壁零部件加工时使用的模具极为重要,需要特殊的模具对其进行加工,这时需要一种精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具。
现有的精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具存在的缺陷是:
1、现有的精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具在对精密型汽车薄壁零部件加工完成后需要工作人员对加工成型的模具进行取出,但由于模具加工完成后自身存在一定热量,导致工作人员对模具取下的效率较慢,降低了工作人员的工作负担;
2、现有的精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具在精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型加工完成后需要工作人员人工对压板进行复位,在工作人员对压板进行复位过程中存在一定的安全隐患,从而降低了装置的安全性,减少了装置的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种精密型汽车薄壁零部件压铸成型模具,包括顶板、模具块和安装组件,所述模具块内部安装有安装组件,所述安装组件包括安装盒、弹簧件、滑板、放置板、滑动板,所述 安装盒内部安装有弹簧件,所述弹簧件底部通过螺栓安装有滑板,所述滑板顶部两侧通过螺栓安装有放置板,所述模具块顶部安装有活动杆,所述活动杆顶部通过螺栓安装有顶板,所述顶板内部安装有辅助组件,所述辅助组件包括固定块、压板、调节盒、弹簧块,所述调节盒内部活动安装有弹簧块,所述弹簧块内侧通过螺栓安装有固定块,所述固定块底部通过螺栓安装有压板。
优选的,所述活动杆底部通过螺栓安装有安装杆,且安装杆底部与模具块抵触。
优选的,所述模具块正面的顶部两侧通过螺纹结构安装有调节旋钮,且调节旋钮的一端与安装杆抵触。
优选的,所述模具块两侧通过螺栓安装有侧板,且侧板内部设有安装孔。
优选的,所述模具块底部通过螺栓安装有两组减震件,且减震件底部通过螺栓安装有底座。
优选的,所述滑板正面通过螺栓安装有滑动板,且滑动板延伸至模具块正面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在模具块内部安装有安装组件,工作人员可通过安装组件内部的滑动板向上移动带动滑板进行向上移动,通过滑板向上移动可带动压铸完成的模具进行脱模,便于工作人员对压铸完成的汽车薄壁零部件进行收集,增加了装置的实用性。
2、本发明通过在顶板内部安装有辅助组件,顶板在对汽车薄壁零部件进行压铸完成后通过弹簧块将压板进行复位,不需要工作人员人工对压板进行复位,降低了工作人员对压板进行复位时的安全隐患,一定程度上增加了装置的安全性。

进一步,活动杆101底部通过螺栓安装有安装杆102,且安装杆102底部与模具块2抵触,安装杆102可对活动杆101提供安装位置,增加活动杆101的稳定性。
进一步,模具块2正面的顶部两侧通过螺纹结构安装有调节旋钮201,且调节旋钮201的一端与安装杆102抵触,调节旋钮201可便于工作人员对安 装杆102进行松紧调节,便于装置进行使用。
进一步,模具块2两侧通过螺栓安装有侧板3,侧板3可对装置进行固定,增加装置的稳定性,且侧板3内部设有安装孔301,安装孔301可便于工作人员对装置进行固定,增加了装置的稳定性。
进一步,模具块2底部通过螺栓安装有两组减震件4,减震件4可对装置进行减震,增加装置的稳定性,且减震件4底部通过螺栓安装有底座401,底座401可对装置进行固定,增加装置的稳定性。
进一步,滑板503正面通过螺栓安装有滑动板505,且滑动板505延伸至模具块2正面,滑动板505便于工作人员对装置进行使用,增加了装置的实用性。
工作原理:使用本装置前,使用人员先对装置进行检测,确认没有问题后使用,工作人员通过旋转调节旋钮201可对安装杆102进行固定,工作人员通过安装孔301将装置进行固定,避免装置在加工时造成移动,工作人员通过压板602向下移动对模具进行压铸作业,当压铸完成时压板602通过弹簧块604带动进行复位,便于装置进行使用,工作人员通过移动滑动板505向上移动可带动滑板503进行升降,通过滑板503升降可将安装盒501内部压铸完成的模具进行脱模,便于工作人员对模具进行收集。
