因此有必要提供一种控制盒程序刷写结构、充电枪和电动汽车,以克服上述缺陷。

本申请的技术方案中,第一壳体10形成有第一容纳腔内且设有第一通孔10a,电路板设置于第一容纳腔内,第一触点11覆盖第一通孔10a,第一触点11与第一通孔10a可以是采用过盈配合的方式将第一触点11插入至第一通孔10a内,也可以是采用焊接的方式将第一触点11焊接于第一通孔10a,防止第一容纳腔内进入风沙雨水,使得第一壳体10在开设通孔的情况下,有着足够的防护等级,电路板设置于第一容纳腔内,第一触点11向靠近电路板的方向凹陷,使得第一触点11与电路板之间的间隔距离不会过长,电路板与第一触点11电连接,可以通过在第一触点11靠近电路板一端设置引线连接电路板,或者是通过排针连接电路板与第一触点11,使得第一触点11与电路板电连接。刷写件2设置为对电路板进行数据读取,刷写件2包括刷写线20,刷写线20包括相互连接的线本体200和第二触点201,线本体200远离第二触点201的一端连接有数据读取器(图未示),本申请在进行数据读取的过程中,无需将控制盒1拆解,只需将第二触点201引至第一触点11的位置,由于第一触点11与电路板电连接,第二触点201通过第一触点11实现与电路板的连接以进行信号传输,使得刷写件2与电路板连接以进行信号传输,由此读取电路板的数据,从而对控制盒1进行故障诊断及程序刷新,操作简单,效率高。
进一步地,刷写件2还包括第二壳体202,第二壳体202的相邻两侧开设有供线本体200穿过的第二通孔以及供第二触点201穿过的第三通孔。本实施例中的刷写件2为矩形,通过设置第二壳体202,并使线本体200和第二触点201一侧穿过第二通孔,使第二触点201穿过第三通孔,使得第二壳体202能够对线本体200靠近第二触点201的一端以及第二触点201起到防护作用。
更进一步地,第二触点201向远离第二壳体202的方向凸出,使得刷写件2在对控制盒1进行数据读取的过程中,将第二触点201引至第一触点11的位置时,第二触点201与第一触点11之间的间隔距离更短,加快了读取速度。
具体地,控制盒1还包括第一磁铁12,第一壳体10外表面开设有凹槽,凹槽靠近第一通孔10a设置,第一磁铁12设置于凹槽内。第二壳体202形成有第二容纳腔,刷写件2还包括设置于第二容纳腔内的第二磁铁21,第二磁铁21与第一磁铁12相对的端部极性向反。第一壳体10开设凹槽的一侧还设置有防护标签15,所述防护标签15能够进一步的防止灰尘等进入第一壳体10的第一容纳腔内,第一磁铁12和第一触点11的间隔距离与第二磁铁21与第二触点201的间隔距离一致,通过在第一壳体10外表面开设凹槽,并将第一磁铁12设置于凹槽内,使得第一磁铁12固定,第二壳体202形成有第二容纳腔,在第二容纳腔内设置第二磁铁21,并使第一磁铁12与第二磁铁21极性相反的端部相对设置,使得在进行数据读取时,刷写件2与控制盒1能够通过第一磁铁12和第二磁铁21定位。
另外,第一触点11和第二触点201的数量分别为两个,两个第一触点11之间的间隔距离与两个第二触点201之间的间隔距离一致,通过设置两个第一触点11和两个第二触点201,提升了刷写件2与控制盒1之间的数据传输效率。
具体地,第一磁铁12设置于两个第一触点11之间,第二磁铁21设置于两个第二触点201之间,使得控制盒1和刷写件2能够准确的定位。
进一步地,控制盒1的两端还设置有第一接线口13和第二接线口14,第一接线口13设置为连接充电枪的枪头,第二接线口14设置为连接电源插头。第一接线口13通过电源线与充电枪的枪头连接,第二接口通过电源线与电源插头连接,通故设置第一接线口13和第二接线口14,使得控制盒1能够连接电源插头与充电枪枪头,结构设置合理。
此外,本申请还提供了一种充电枪,充电枪包括上述的控制盒程序刷写结构,由于充电枪包含了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有功能,在此不再一一赘述。
此外,本申请还提供了一种电动汽车,电动汽车包括上述的充电枪,由于电动汽车包含了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有功能,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种控制盒程序刷写结构,包括:
    控制盒,所述控制盒包括第一壳体、第一触点和电路板,所述第一壳体形成有第一容纳腔,所述电路板设置于所述第一容纳腔内,所述第一壳体开设有第一通孔,所述第一触点覆盖所述第一通孔,所述第一触点向靠近所述电路板的方向凹陷且与所述电路板电连接;
    刷写件,所述刷写件包括刷写线,所述刷写线包括相互连接的线本体和第二触点,所述第二触点设置为与所述第一触点连接以进行信号传输。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述刷写件还包括第二壳体,所述第二壳体的相邻两侧开设有供所述线本体穿过的第二通孔以及供所述第二触点穿过的第三通孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述第二触点向远离所述第二壳体的方向凸出。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述控制盒还包括第一磁铁,所述第一壳体外表面开设有凹槽,所述凹槽靠近所述第一通孔设置,所述第一磁铁设置于所述凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述第二壳体形成有第二容纳腔,所述刷写件还包括设置于所述第二容纳腔内的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁与所述第一磁铁相对的端部极性向反。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述第一触点和第二触点的数量分别为两个,两个所述第一触点之间的间隔距离与两个所述第二触点之间的间隔距离一致。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述第一磁铁设置于两个所述第一触点之间,所述第二磁铁设置于两个所述第二触点之间。
  8. 如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的控制盒程序刷写结构,其中,所述控制盒的两端还设置有第一接线口和第二接线口,所述第一接线口设置为连接充电枪的枪头,所述第二接线口设置为连接电源插头。
  9. 一种充电枪,其中,所述充电枪包括如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的控制盒程序刷写结构。
  10. 一种电动汽车,其中,所述电动汽车包括如权利要求9所述的充电枪。
