Definitions
- the present invention relates to a content-filled film packaging bag filled with fluid.
- a film packaging bag is manufactured by heat-sealing one or two (double) laminated films in the vertical and horizontal directions to form a bag, and then cutting the laminated film. Film packaging bags are used for automatic packaging of foods, medicines, and the like.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a bagged jelly food in which bite-sized jelly is enclosed in a film packaging bag. Such bagged jelly food is easy to hold and the jelly can be easily squeezed out from the opened bag.
- the upper end (cut piece) of the film packaging bag is cut off to form an opening, and the jelly is pushed out from this opening.
- the jelly touches the cut surface of the laminated film.
- an adhesive and printing ink are used in the laminated film, a very small amount of the chemical substance may be exposed at the cut surface (opening) of the laminated film and mixed with the chemical substance in the jelly.
- bagged jelly foods are excellent in portability, they are often unsealed after being taken outdoors. For this reason, dust, germs (molds, bacteria, viruses) and the like tend to adhere to the surface of the film packaging bag.
- the consumer may put the jelly directly into the mouth by holding the area around the opening of the film packaging bag with the mouth. As a result, germs (pathogens) adhering around the opening may enter the body of the consumer, harming the health of the consumer.
- the cut pieces of the film packaging bag that are cut off when opening the bagged jelly food are about the size of a fingernail, so they easily become plastic waste and scatter. For this reason, there is a risk that the cut pieces will become microplastics and cause marine pollution.
- the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to propose a content-filled film packaging bag capable of forming a hygienic opening without cutting off a part of the bag.
- a content-filled pillow packaging bag is a content-filled packaging bag in which a fluid is filled and enclosed in a film packaging bag, and a storage part in which the fluid is enclosed and a lateral direction of the film packaging bag a pair of side seals for sealing both ends of the film packaging bag, and a top seal for sealing the upper end side in the longitudinal direction of the film packaging bag, wherein the top seal is connected to each of the side seals to a pair of strong seal portions forming a narrow accommodation portion communicating with the portion, and a weak seal portion disposed in close contact with the upper edges of the strong seal portions and sealing the upper end side of the narrow accommodation portion. and peeling off the weak seal portion to form an unsealing opening exposing the narrow accommodation portion.
- the weak seal portion has a concave portion recessed upward from the strong seal portion at a lower edge of a sealing portion that seals the narrow accommodation portion.
- the weak seal portion is characterized by having a constant seal width over the entire widthwise direction.
- the weak seal portion is characterized by having a peeling starting point serving as a peeling starting point.
- the separation starting point is characterized by having a symmetrical shape in the lateral direction with respect to the narrow accommodation portion. The separation starting point is also provided on both sides of the sealing portion.
- the pair of projecting pieces are characterized in that they have portions that do not overlap even if they are in close contact with each other.
- the strong seal portion is characterized by forming a lead-out portion whose inner width gradually narrows on the upper end side of the accommodating portion.
- the opening is formed in the center of the film packaging bag in the horizontal direction.
- the fluid is characterized in that it is gel confectionery.
- the gel confectionery is characterized in that it is jelly containing konjac.
- the opening can be formed without cutting off a part of the bag.
- the periphery of the opening is not exposed until the opening is formed, germs do not adhere and a hygienic opening can be formed even if the bag is held in the mouth. Therefore, it is possible to provide a content-filled film packaging bag having a safe and hygienic opening that can prevent harmful chemical substances and pathogens from entering the human body.

- the opposite end side is called the "lower side” or the “lower end side”.
- the left-right direction in FIG. 1 is also referred to as the “horizontal direction”.
- the depth direction in FIG. 1 is referred to as the “front-rear direction” or the “thickness direction”.
- a packaged jelly food (packaging bag containing contents) 1 includes a packaging bag 10 made of a resinous film F and a konjac-containing jelly 5 filled and sealed in the packaging bag 10.
- the konjac-containing jelly (content, fluid, gel-like confectionery) 5 is made by solidifying a jelly solution containing a gelling agent or the like by the action of the gelling agent, like ordinary jelly.
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 is characterized in that refined konjac powder is contained in the jelly solution.
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 may further contain any material as long as it contains at least a gelling agent and refined konjac powder.
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 contains refined konjac powder and has a unique texture with high elasticity.
- the packaging bag 10 (film packaging bag) is a rectangular bag called a three-sided bag, and is formed by heat-sealing a belt-shaped film F. As shown in FIG.
- the packaging bag 10 is an easily openable bag. Easy-open property is also called easy-peel open property. In other words, the packaging bag 10 has the ability to easily form an opening by hand when opening.
- Film F is a laminate film in which high-strength films such as nylon and polyester are laminated.
- Film F has a sealing layer on the inner surface.
- an easy-peel resin as the sealing layer, it is possible to form an easy-open packaging bag.
- the packaging bag 10 includes an accommodating portion 12, a pair of side seals 21, a top seal 22, and the like.
- the accommodating portion 12 is a space (non-sealed portion that is not thermally welded) formed by a pair of films F facing each other, and is filled with the konjac-containing jelly 5 .
- the side seals 21 are portions in which both lateral edges (both ends) of the packaging bag 10 are linearly heat-sealed over the entire longitudinal region.
- the side seal 21 has a strip shape with a seal width of, for example, 5 mm.
- the top seal 22 is a portion where the upper end side of the packaging bag 10 in the vertical direction is heat-sealed over the entire horizontal area. An opening 18 is formed in a portion of the top seal 22 .
- the top seal 22 is arranged below the upper end (upper edge) of the packaging bag 10 .
- the top seal 22 is arranged below the upper end of the packaging bag 10 by about 10 mm.
- a pair of films F protruding pieces 30 to be described later
- the top seal 22 has a pair of strong seal portion 23 and weak seal portion 25 .
- the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 have different heat seal strengths. [Refer to JIS Z 0238: 1995 heat seal strength test for bags]
- the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 can be formed separately by adjusting the heating temperature, heating time, and the like for heat-sealing the film F.
- the weak seal portion 25 may be a case where a band-shaped weak seal forming film (not shown) is interposed between the pair of films F and thermally welded in the same manner as the strong seal portion 23 .
- a band-shaped weak seal forming film (not shown) is interposed between the pair of films F and thermally welded in the same manner as the strong seal portion 23 .
- the strong seal portion 23 is set to have a heat seal strength of 20 [N/15 mm] or more.
- the heat seal strength of the strong seal portion 23 is preferably 33 [N/15 mm] or more. Since the strong seal portion 23 has a heat seal strength of 20 [N/15 mm] or more, it is difficult to break (peel) it manually. That is, the pair of films F adhered by the strong seal portion 23 will not be peeled off by human power.
- the weak seal portion 25 is set to have a heat seal strength of less than 10 [N/15 mm]. In particular, the heat seal strength of the weak seal portion 25 is preferably 3 to 7 [N/15 mm]. Since the weak seal portion 25 has a heat seal strength of less than 10 [N/15 mm], it can be broken (peeled off) by human power. In other words, the pair of films F adhered by the weak seal portion 25 may be peeled off by human power.
- the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 have the same or more compression strength.
- the weight of the bagged jelly food 1 is about 20 g. Even if a compressive load of about 300 N is applied for 60 seconds or longer, the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 will not break (peel). Therefore, even if the consumer presses the lower portion of the packaging bag 10, there is no possibility that the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 will break. Therefore, there is no possibility that the konjac-containing jelly 5 will burst out of the packaging bag 10. ⁇
- the pair of strong seal portions 23 are respectively connected to the upper portions of the left and right side seals 21 and are arranged so as to protrude toward the center in the width direction.
- the pair of strong seal portions 23 has a symmetrical shape with respect to the center in the width direction.
- the strong seal portion 23 has an upper edge formed in parallel along the width direction.
- the upper edges of the strong seal portions 23 are arranged on the same straight line.
- the strong seal portion 23 is formed in a shape in which the lower edge is recessed in an arc shape toward the upper end side. As a result, the pair of strong seal portions 23 form a lead-out portion 13 whose inner width gradually narrows on the upper end side of the housing portion 12 .
- the pair of strong seal portions 23 are arranged with a distance of about 15 to 20 mm at the center in the width direction. As a result, the pair of strong seal portions 23 form a narrow accommodation portion 14 that communicates with the accommodation portion 12 (lead-out portion 13).
- the weak seal portion 25 is arranged in close contact with the upper side of the pair of strong seal portions 23 .
- the weak seal portion 25 is formed linearly over the entire width.
- the weak seal portion 25 has a strip shape with a seal width of, for example, 5 mm.
- the weak seal portion 25 is formed to have a constant seal width over the entire width. This is to prevent the weak seal portion 25 from peeling off carelessly.
- the weak seal portion 25 has left and right side portions connected to the pair of strong seal portions 23 respectively, and its central portion (sealed portion 26 ) spans between the pair of strong seal portions 23 . That is, the sealing portion 26 of the weak seal portion 25 is arranged so as to block the upper side of the gap between the strong seal portions 23 . As a result, the weak seal portion 25 (sealing portion 26) seals the narrow accommodation portion 14. As shown in FIG.
- the lower edge of the sealing portion 26 of the weak seal portion 25 is provided with a concave portion 27 recessed toward the upper end side.
- the concave portion 27 is provided at a position corresponding to the narrow accommodation portion 14 .
- the concave portion 27 has a depth of, for example, 1 mm from the lower edge of each strong seal portion 23 to the upper end side, and a width that is the same as the width of the narrow accommodating portion 14 .
- the concave portion 27 is formed to have a shape (with parallel outlines) corresponding to the upper edge of the sealing portion 26 . This concave portion 27 functions as an opening 18 when the weakly sealed portion 25 (sealed portion 26) is peeled off.
- the opening 18 is reliably opened when the weakly sealed portion 25 is peeled off, exposing the narrow accommodation portion 14. - ⁇ Since the recessed portion 27 is provided in the lower edge of the sealing portion 26, the sealing portion 26 has a shape in which the upper edge protrudes toward the upper end side by, for example, about 1 mm. This is to keep the seal width of the weak seal portion 25 constant.
- the weak seal portion 25 Since the weak seal portion 25 is in close contact with the upper edge of the strong seal portion 23, it is not always easy to remove the weak seal portion 25 completely. That is, the lower edge of the weak seal portion 25 may remain welded. Therefore, if the recess 27 does not exist in the sealing portion 26 , the sealing portion 26 (weak seal portion 25 ) remains on the upper end side of the narrow housing portion 14 without peeling off. Therefore, the narrow accommodation portion 14 cannot be exposed without forming the opening 18 . In such a state, when the consumer crushes the lower portion of the packaging bag 10, the lower edge of the sealed portion 26 that remains without peeling is suddenly broken, and the konjac jelly 5 spouts out from the opening 18. It may get lost. Therefore, by providing the recessed portion 27 in the sealing portion 26, the opening 18 can be formed even if the weakly sealed portion 25 cannot be completely peeled off.
- the sealing portion 26 of the weak seal portion 25 is provided with a peeling starting portion 28 in which a part of the upper edge is angular.
- the peeling starting portions 28 are arranged on both the left and right sides of the sealing portion 26 one by one.
- the separation starting point 28 has a symmetrical shape in the lateral direction (right and left) with respect to the narrow housing portion 14 .
- the peel starting point 28 concentrates stress to facilitate peeling of the weak seal portion 25 when the opening 18 is formed.
- the peel starting point 28 serves as a starting point for peeling of the weak seal portion 25 .
- the packaging bag 10 also has a pair of projecting pieces 30 .
- the pair of protruding pieces 30 are portions to be gripped with fingers of both hands when peeling off the weak seal portion 25 to form the opening 18 .
- the pair of protruding pieces 30 is composed of a pair of films F extending upward from the weak seal portion 25 of the top seal 22 .
- the protruding piece 30 is a pair of films F facing each other, and is a non-seal portion arranged on the upper end side of the weak seal portion 25 .
- the weak seal portion 25 can be peeled off by the consumer holding the pair of protruding pieces 30 with the fingers of both hands and pulling the protruding pieces 30 apart in the direction (thickness direction).
- the protruding piece 30 is formed in a symmetrical shape in the lateral direction (left and right) with respect to the narrow accommodation portion 14 (opening 18). This is to ensure that the pulling force is efficiently transmitted to the weak seal portion 25 when the consumer pulls the projecting pieces 30 apart. In other words, even a child or an elderly person can reliably peel off the weak seal portion 25 and open the packaging bag 10 (form the opening 18). In other words, if the protruding piece 30 has an asymmetrical shape, the tensile force is unevenly transmitted to the weak seal portion 25, making it difficult for the weak seal portion 25 to peel off.
- the pair of projecting pieces 30 need not have the same shape. In some cases, the projecting pieces 30 are in close contact with each other, making it difficult to pick them up with fingers. In order to peel off (separate) the protruding pieces 30 that are in close contact with each other, the shape of a part of each protruding piece 30 may be changed. For example, the protruding piece 30 on the rear side protrudes to the upper end side more than the protruding piece 30 on the front side. That is, when the pair of projecting pieces 30 are overlapped, the upper end of the projecting piece 30 on the rear side may protrude above the projecting piece 30 on the front side.
- the pair of protruding pieces 30 are provided with portions that do not overlap even if they are in close contact with each other (see FIG. 6). Thereby, even if the protruding pieces 30 are in close contact with each other, the protruding pieces 30 can be easily separated from each other. Therefore, the packaging bag 10 can be opened without making the consumer feel uncomfortable.
- the bagged jelly food 1 is manufactured, for example, as follows. First, a konjac-containing jelly solution containing a gelling agent and konjac powder is prepared in the same manner as in the case of making ordinary konjac-containing jelly. In addition to the gelling agent and konjac powder, the konjac-containing jelly solution may optionally contain sugars, fruit juice, flavors, acidulants, coloring agents, and the like.
- the prepared konjac jelly solution is heat sterilized.
- Heat sterilization can be performed by any method such as using a tube-type heat sterilizer.
- the sterilization conditions can be, for example, 120-140° C. for about 3 minutes.
- the sterilized konjac jelly solution is cooled to about 60-70°C by a cooling device and filled and packaged using a vertical filling and packaging machine.
- the vertical filling and packaging machine is preferably an aseptic filling and packaging machine that performs packaging under an aseptic environment using sterilized contents and sterilized packaging materials.
- the vertical filling and packaging machine performs a film folding process, a top seal forming process, a design cutting process, a first side sealing process, a filling process, a second side sealing process, and a separating process.
- the film folding process one sheet of film F is double-folded.
- the top seal forming step first, the films F are heat-sealed together to form the strong seal portion 23 .
- the weak seal portion 25 is formed so as to be in close contact with the strong seal portion 23 .
- the design cutting process the edge side of one sheet of film F is cut to form a pair of protruding pieces 30 .
- the side seals 21 are formed in the first side sealing process and the second side sealing process.
- the packaging bag 10 is filled with the konjac-containing jelly solution.
- the side seal 21 is divided into upper and lower parts, and the packaging bag 10 is cut off.
- the packaged konjac-containing jelly solution is cooled to 25°C or lower to solidify.
- the bagged jelly food 1 in which the konjac-containing jelly 5 is filled and enclosed in the packaging bag 10 is obtained.
- the konjac jelly 5 exists as one lump having a shape substantially equal to the shape of the storage part 12.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a state in which the opening 18 is formed.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the konjac-containing jelly 5 is pushed out.
- the konjac jelly 5 sealed in the packaging bag 10 is eaten as follows.
- the consumer first holds the pair of protruding pieces 30 with the thumb and forefinger of both hands. Then, the pair of protruding pieces 30 are pulled in opposite directions (the forward direction and the rearward direction of the packaging bag 10). This tensile force concentrates on the peel starting point 28 of the weak seal portion 25 . As a result, the weak seal portion 25 begins to peel from the peel starting point 28 . The weak seal portion 25 is gradually peeled off toward the lower end side. Then, when the peel reaches the concave portion 27, the narrow accommodation portion 14 begins to be exposed. That is, the opening 18 is formed in the packaging bag 10 . Since the weak seal portion 25 is provided with the peel starting portion 28, even a child or an elderly person can reliably peel the weak seal portion 25. - ⁇ Further, since the weak seal portion 25 is provided with the concave portion 27, the opening 18 can be reliably formed even if the weak seal portion 25 cannot be completely peeled off.
- the consumer crushes the lower portion of the packaging bag 10 (accommodating portion 12).
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 sealed in the packaging bag 10 is subjected to a force directed from the lower part to the upper part of the packaging bag 10, and the konjac-containing jelly 5 is pushed out from the opening 18. ⁇ .
- the lead-out portion 13 functions as an anchor (movement suppressing portion) that suppresses upward movement of the konjac-containing jelly 5 when the lower portion of the packaging bag 10 is crushed.
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 exists as a single mass, and the konjac-containing jelly 5 has a unique elasticity derived from konjac. Therefore, the konjac-containing jelly 5 is partly compressed toward the narrow storage portion 14 and the remaining portion is pushed out from the opening 18 while being torn off at the boundary between the lead-out portion 13 and the narrow storage portion 14 . Since the konjac-containing jelly 5 remains as one mass in the storage portion 12 , a portion of the konjac-containing jelly 5 is pushed out from the opening 18 without being separated from the packaging bag 10 .
- the konjac-containing jelly 5 is partially pushed out from the opening 18, but is not scattered from the opening 18. This is because the remaining portion of the konjac-containing jelly 5 is blocked by the lead-out portion 13 and serves as an anchor.
- the lead-out part 13 dams up the movement of the konjac-containing jelly 5 toward the top, but does not restrict movement in other directions. Therefore, when the remaining konjac jelly 5 in the packaging bag 10 is running out, the konjac jelly 5 in the vicinity of the lead-out portion 13 can move toward the narrow storage portion 14 (opening 18). Then, finally, all the konjac-containing jelly 5 can be extruded from the container 12 .
- FIG. 5 shows a state in which the consumer holds the opening 18 in his/her mouth.
- the consumer When the consumer eats the konjac-containing jelly 5 pushed out from the opening 18, the consumer often holds the opening 18 in his/her mouth.
- the consumer folds down the pair of projecting pieces 30 so as to be in close contact with the surface of the packaging bag 10 (accommodating portion 12).
- the pair of protruding pieces 30 are folded so that the inner surfaces thereof face the front side and the rear side.
- the consumer bites around the opening 18 of the packaging bag 10 .
- the upper end side of the packaging bag 10 is pinched and held so that the consumer's lips touch the portion that was the weak seal portion 25 (the surface exposed by peeling off the weak seal portion 25).
- the consumer's lips do not touch the outer surface side of the protruding piece 30 to which dust, germs, etc. tend to adhere, thereby preventing health hazards to the consumer. That is, since the inner surface of the protruding piece 30 was not exposed to the outside until the opening 18 was formed, almost no dust or germs adhered to it. In particular, since the periphery of the opening 18 is a surface exposed by peeling off the weakly sealed portion 25, there is absolutely no adhesion of dust, germs, and the like. Therefore, the bagged jelly food 1 can prevent damage to the health of consumers due to dust, germs, and the like.
- FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged front view showing a modification (notches 31 to 33) of the projecting piece 30.
- FIG. 6 shows a modification (notches 31 to 33) of the projecting piece 30.
- notches 31 to 33 are provided on the projecting piece 30 on the front side
- knobs 35 to 37 are provided on the projecting piece 30 on the rear side.
- the notches 31 to 33 and the knobs 35 to 37 are portions that do not overlap even when the protruding pieces 30 are in close contact with each other. Using the cutouts 31 to 33 and knobs 35 to 37 (as a starting point), the protruding pieces 30 can be easily separated from each other.
- a notch 31 such as a semicircular shape is provided in the center of the upper end (upper edge) of the projecting piece 30 on the front side, and the upper end (upper edge) of the projecting piece 30 on the rear side is cut out.
- a knob 35 such as a semicircle, is formed in the center.
- cutouts 32 are provided on both left and right sides of the upper end of the projecting piece 30 on the front side, and tabs 36 are formed on both left and right sides of the upper end of the projecting piece 30 on the rear side.
- a notch 33 is provided at the left end of the projecting piece 30 on the front side, and a knob 37 is formed on the left end side of the projecting piece 30 on the rear side.
- Notches 31 to 33 are provided in one (front side) protruding piece 30, and knobs 35 to 37 are formed (exposed) in the other (rear side) protruding piece 30. As shown in FIG. As a result, even if the projecting pieces 30 are in close contact with each other, they can be easily peeled off (separated). Therefore, the packaging bag 10 can be opened without making the consumer feel uncomfortable.
- the shapes of the cutouts 31 to 33 and knobs 35 to 37 can be arbitrarily set.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 are partially enlarged front views showing modifications of the separation starting point (peeling starting points 41 to 44).
- FIG. 8 also shows a variant of the recess (recess 47).
- the weak seal portion 25 is hatched in FIGS.
- the separation starting portions 28 are not limited to being arranged on both the left and right sides of the sealing portion 26 of the weak seal portion 25, respectively.
- zigzag-shaped separation starting points 41 may be provided on the upper edge of the sealing portion 26 .
- zigzag-shaped peeling starting portions 42 may be provided not only at the peeling starting portions 41 but also at portions other than the sealing portion 26 (both sides of the weak seal portion 25).
- a large zigzag peel starting point 43 may be provided in the sealing portion 26.
- a separation starting point 44 that is sharpened at the center in the width direction of the sealing portion 26 may be provided.
- a separation starting point 44 may be provided at the upper edge of the sealing portion 26, and a concave portion 47 may be provided along the separation starting point 44 at the lower edge of the sealing portion 26.
- the weak seal portion 25 may be arranged with a combination of the separation starting portions 41 to 44 and the concave portion 47 .
- a separation starting point 42, a separation starting point 44, and a concave portion 47 are arranged.
- the top seal 22 is in close contact with the pair of strong seal portions 23 projecting from the side seals 21 and the upper edges of the pair of strong seal portions 23 to form the narrow accommodation portion 14. and a weak seal portion 25 that seals the upper end side. Then, the weak seal portion 25 is peeled off to form an opening 18 exposing the narrow accommodation portion 14 . Since the opening 18 can be formed without cutting the laminated film F, chemical substances such as adhesives are not exposed at the opening 18 . Therefore, even if the konjac jelly 5 is pushed out from the opening 18, there is no possibility that the konjac jelly 5 will be mixed with chemical substances. Also, even if the consumer puts the mouth around the opening 18, the part that the lips touch is not exposed to the outside until the opening 18 is formed. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to cut off the cut piece from the film packaging bag, scattering of plastic waste can be prevented.
- the weak seal portion 25 has recesses 27 and 47 that are recessed upward from the strong seal portion 23 at the lower edge of the sealing portion 26 that seals the narrow housing portion 14 . Thereby, when the weak seal portion 25 is peeled off, the unsealing opening 18 is opened wide, and the narrow accommodation portion 14 is easily exposed. Since the concave portions 27 and 47 have a shape corresponding to the upper edge of the sealing portion 26 , the weak seal portion 25 can be reliably peeled off to form the opening 18 .
- the weak seal portion 25 has peeling starting points 28, 41 to 44 that serve as peeling starting points. As a result, even if the force is weak, stress can be concentrated and the weak seal portion 25 can be peeled off to form the opening 18 .
- the peeling starting point 28 is provided at the center in the horizontal direction of the sealing portion 26 or on both sides in the horizontal direction, even if the tensile force (the force peeling the weak sealing portion 25) is biased to either the left or right, the weak sealing portion 25 can be removed.
- the opening 18 can be formed by surely peeling off. Since the peel starting portions 42 are also provided on both sides of the sealing portion 26, the weak seal portion 25 can be peeled over the entire area.
- the bagged jelly food product 1 is provided with projecting pieces 30 made of a pair of films F extending from the weakly sealed portion 25 .
- the weak seal portion 25 can be easily peeled off by holding the pair of projecting pieces 30 with the fingers of both hands and pulling them in opposite directions (forward and backward directions). Since the projecting piece 30 has a symmetrical shape with respect to the sealing portion 26, the tensile force is less likely to be biased to the left and right, and the opening 18 can be easily formed.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes various modifications to the above-described embodiments within the scope of the present invention.
- the specific shapes, configurations, and the like mentioned in the embodiments are merely examples, and can be changed as appropriate.
- the packaging bag 10 has a substantially square shape, but the length and width of the packaging bag 10 are arbitrary.
- the packaging bag 10 may be vertically long (the length in the vertical direction is longer than the length in the horizontal direction).
- the bagged jelly food 1 is not limited to the case where the content is the konjac jelly 5 .
- Agar, gelatin, or the like may be used.
- the contents are not limited to foods, and may be chemicals, detergents, pharmaceuticals, and the like. That is, the contents (liquid, fluid) may be pushed out from the opening 18 when the lower portion of the packaging bag 10 is crushed. Fluids also include semi-solids such as margarine, shortening and chocolate.
- filling packaging is not limited to aseptic filling packaging.
- the packaging bag 10 may be a four-sided bag in which the lower ends in the vertical direction are also heat-sealed. Moreover, the packaging bag 10 may be a so-called pillow bag.
- the opening 18 (narrow storage portion 14) is not limited to being arranged in the center of the packaging bag 10 in the horizontal direction. A case where the unsealing opening 18 (narrow accommodating portion 14) is arranged at one end side in the horizontal direction may also be possible.
- the shapes of the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 can be arbitrarily set according to the shape of the packaging bag 10, properties of the contents, and the like.
- the shape of the projecting piece 30 can also be arbitrarily set according to the shape of the weak seal portion 25 and the like.
- the heat seal strength of the strong seal portion 23 and the weak seal portion 25 can be arbitrarily set according to the shape of the packaging bag 10 and the properties of the contents.
