Description
このとき、板状のパンフレームは、当該パンフレームの左右両端部がそれぞれ左右のサイドフレームの上面に当接した状態でリベット(取り付けボルト)を締結することで、左右のサイドフレームと連結されている。
例えば、左右のサイドフレーム(一方のフレーム)に対してパンフレーム(他方のフレーム)を連結するときに、両方のフレームの位置調整を容易にすることで、フレームの組立作業の工数を削減することが求められていた。
また例えば、シートフレームの構成部品数を削減することで、組立作業を効率化することが求められていた。
また、本発明の他の目的は、シートフレームの構成部品数を削減することで、組立作業を効率化することが可能な乗り物用シートを提供することにある。
上記構成により、シートフレームの組み立て作業を効率化することが可能な乗り物用シートを実現することができる。

第1実施形態の乗り物用シートS1について、図1~図8Dに基づいて説明する。
乗り物用シートS1は、図1に示すように、車両用シートであって、シートバック1と、シートクッション2とを備えるシート本体と、図2に示すように、車体フロアに対してシート本体を前後移動可能に支持するレール装置3と、車体フロアに対してシート本体を昇降可能に連結するハイトリンク装置4と、シートクッション2に対してシートバック1を回動可能に連結するリクライニング装置5と、から主に構成されている。
シートクッション2は、着座者を下方から支持する着座部であって、骨格となる図2に示すクッションフレーム20にパッド材2aを載置して表皮材2bで被覆されて構成されている。
左右のアッパレール3bの上面には、ハイトリンク装置4を介してクッションフレーム20が架設されている。
回動軸5bは、シート幅方向においてバックフレーム10側とクッションフレーム20側とに軸支され、渦巻きバネ5cは、その一端部がバックフレーム10側に係止され、他端部がクッションフレーム20側に係止されている。
バックサイドフレーム11は、上下方向に延出し、横断面略C字形状からなる板金部材であって、その下端部分がリクライニング装置5を介してサイドフレーム21の後端部分と連結されている。
なお、バックサイドフレーム11は「サイドフレーム」に相当し、上部フレーム12は「連結フレーム」に相当する。
係合凸部140は、バックサイドフレーム11と上部フレーム12が対向する対向方向(シート前後方向)において、係合凹部150側(シート前方側)へ向かって突出するように形成されている。
係合凹部150は、上記対向方向において係合凸部140側とは反対側(シート前方側)へ窪むように形成されている。係合凹部150は、上記対向方向(シート前後方向)とは交差する交差方向(上下方向及びシート幅方向)において係合凸部140に当接することで、係合凸部140に係合している。
また、サイドフレーム21は、フレーム本体部21aの側面の一部を切り起こして形成され、表皮材2bの端末部を掛け止めするための表皮掛け止め部21dを有している。
また、サイドフレーム21は、上端フランジ部21bの上面に形成され、パンフレーム30を取り付けるための取り付け穴21e(取り付け部)を有している。
表皮掛け止め部21d、取り付け穴21eは、それぞれシート前後方向に所定の間隔を空けて複数形成されている。
なお、サイドフレーム21の後端部には、リクライニング装置5が取り付けられている。
なお、サイドフレーム21は「サイドフレーム」に相当し、パンフレーム30は「連結フレーム」に相当する。
弾性バネ24の前端部分は、パンフレーム30の上面に形成されたバネ掛け止め部37に掛け止めされている。また、弾性バネ24の後端部分は、後方連結フレーム23にフック部材を介して取り付けられている。
具体的には、パンフレーム30は、シート幅方向に長尺な矩形板状のフレーム本体部31と、フレーム本体部31の前端部から下方に突出しているフレーム前壁部32と、フレーム本体部31の左右両端部からそれぞれ下方に突出している左右のフレーム側壁部33と、から主に構成されている。
折り曲げ部32aは、シート幅方向に沿って延びるように連続して形成されており、具体的には、カーリング加工によって形成されている。
第1補強凹部34、第2補強凹部35は、それぞれシート幅方向に長尺な略矩形状の補強部であって、第1補強凹部34は、第2補強凹部35よりもシート前方位置に配置されている。
また、第2補強凹部35の上面には、弾性バネ24の一端を掛け止めるためのバネ掛け止め部37が形成されている。
表皮掛け止め部36は、第1補強凹部34の上面を一部切り起こして形成されており、シート幅方向に間隔を空けて複数形成されている。
バネ掛け止め部37は、第2補強凹部35の上面を一部切り起こして形成されており、シート幅方向に所定の間隔を空けて複数形成されている。
表皮掛け止め部36とバネ掛け止め部37は、シート幅方向において異なる位置に配置されている。
パンフレーム30の取り付け穴38と、サイドフレーム21の取り付け穴21eとが連通した状態で取り付けボルト39が締結されることで、サイドフレーム21に対しパンフレーム30が組み付けられる。
左右の取り付け穴38は、それぞれシート前後方向に間隔を空けて複数形成されている。本実施形態においては2つずつ形成されている。
係合凸部40は、図3~図7に示すように、サイドフレーム21とパンフレーム30が対向する対向方向(上下方向)において、係合凹部50側(上方側)へ向かって突出するように形成されている。
係合凹部50は、上下方向において係合凸部40側とは反対側(上方側)へ窪むように形成されている。
なお、係合凸部140、係合凹部150については、係合凸部40、係合凹部50と同様の構成であるため、説明を省略することとする。
係合凸部40は、図4に示すように、サイドフレーム21の上面から上方へ突出する前壁部41、後壁部42及び側壁部43と、前壁部41、後壁部42及び側壁部43それぞれの上端部を連結する上壁部44と、を有している。
係合凹部50は、パンフレーム30の表面から上方へ突出する前壁部51、後壁部52及び側壁部53と、前壁部51、後壁部52及び側壁部53それぞれの上端部を連結する上壁部54と、を有している。
そして、係合凸部40は、上下方向、シート前後方向及びシート幅方向において係合凹部50に当接し(突き当たり)、パンフレーム30を位置決めしている。
すなわち、係合凸部40及び係合凹部50が、クッションフレーム20のシート幅方向の外側に露出している。
そうすることで、シートフレームSa1の組み立て作業において係合凸部40及び係合凹部50の係合状態を容易に確認することができる。そして、シートフレームSa1の組み立て作業を効率化することができる。
そうすることで、パンフレーム30を好適に補強することができる。
また、パンフレーム30のうち、凹凸形状の補強凹部34、35を避けて係合凹部50を形成することで、係合凹部50の上下方向の突出量を減らすことができる。その結果、係合凹部が他の構成部品と干渉することを抑制できる。
そして、係合凹部50は、シート幅方向の左右側方にそれぞれ形成され、シート幅方向において補強凹部34、35を挟む位置に配置されている。
そうすることで、パンフレーム30の剛性を高めながら、係合凹部50と、シート構成部品(具体的には表皮材2b、弾性バネ24)との干渉を抑制することができる。
また、係合凸部40、係合凹部50は、それぞれシート幅方向に沿って長尺に延びている。具体的には、それぞれ取り付けボルト39A、39Bよりもシート幅方向の外側へ延出しており、かつ、取り付けボルト39A、39Bよりもシート幅方向の内側へ延出している。
そうすることで、取り付けボルト39A、39Bにおける位置決め精度が高くなる。そのため、取り付けボルト39A、39Bの締結作業を効率良く行うことができる。
また、フレーム側壁部33が下方へ突出しており、係合凹部50が上方へ突出している。
そうすることで、フレーム側壁部33によってパンフレーム30の剛性を高めながら、係合凹部50によってサイドフレーム21に対するパンフレーム30の位置決めを行うことができる。その際にフレーム側壁部33と、係合凹部50とが互いに干渉することも避けることができる。
次に、クッションフレームの変形例1~4について、図8A~図8Dに基づいて説明する。
なお、上述のクッションフレーム20と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
係合凸部240は、サイドフレーム221から係合凹部250側へ向かって突出した略矩形状の凸部である。
係合凹部250は、上下方向において係合凸部240側とは反対側(上方側)へ窪むように形成された略矩形状の凹部である。
係合凸部240、係合凹部250は、例えばプレス成型によって形成されている。
係合凹部250も同様にして、前壁部251、後壁部252及び左右の側壁部253と、上壁部254と、を有している。
つまりは、係合凸部240と、係合凹部250とが、シート前後方向及びシート左右方向の四方向において互いに当接している。
係合凸部340は、上下方向においてサイドフレーム321から係合穴350側へ向かって突出した略矩形状の凸部である。
係合穴350は、上下方向に貫通した略矩形状の貫通穴である。
係合凸部340は、係合穴350を貫通して係合穴350よりも上方へ突出しており、係合穴350の縁部分に略全周にわたって当接している。
係合凸部440は、サイドフレーム421の上面の一部を切り欠いて形成された矩形板状の切り起こし部である。
具体的には、係合凸部440は、上方へ突出する切り起こし部441と、切り起こし部441の先端部を折り返して形成される折り返し部442と、を有している。
係合穴450は、上下方向に貫通した略矩形状の貫通穴である。
詳しく述べると、係合凸部440は、係合穴450の全縁部分のうち、前縁部分と、左縁部分と、右縁部分とに当接している。
係合切り込み部540は、サイドフレーム521の上面の外側端部を一部切り欠いて形成された略矩形状の切り込み部である。
係合折り曲げ部550は、パンフレーム530の外側端部の一部を下方へ折り曲げて形成された折り曲げ部分(屈曲部分)である。
なお、パンフレーム530は、フレーム本体部531から係合折り曲げ部550にかけて凸状に形成された補強ビード560を有している。
上記構成であっても、シートフレームSa1の組み立て作業を効率化することが可能な乗り物用シートS1となる。すなわち、両者のフレームの位置決めを容易に行うことができる。
上記実施形態では、図2、図3に示すように、クッションフレーム20においてクッションサイドフレーム21が「サイドフレーム」に相当し、パンフレーム30が「連結フレーム」相当するものとして説明されているが、特に限定されず変更可能である。
例えば、前方連結フレーム22が「連結フレーム」に相当するものとしても良い。すなわち、前方連結フレーム22が係合凹部50を有していても良い。
また例えば、後方連結フレーム23が「連結フレーム」に相当するものとしても良い。
例えば、下部フレーム13が「連結フレーム」に相当するものとしても良い。すなわち、下部フレーム13が係合凹部150を有していても良い。
また例えば、メンバーフレーム14が「連結フレーム」に相当するものとしても良い。
逆に、サイドフレーム21が係合凹部50を有し、パンフレーム30が係合凸部40を有していても良い。
例えば、係合凸部40が、シート前後方向において係合凹部50に当接しても良いし、シート幅方向において係合凹部50に当接しても良い。すなわち、係合凸部40が、前後左右の四方向のうち、少なくとも一方向において係合凹部50に当接していれば良い。
なお、係合凸部40が、シート前後方向、シート幅方向及び上下方向において係合凹部50に当接していると好ましい。そうすることで係合凸部40、係合凹部50による位置決め精度をより高めることができる。
例えば、係合凸部40、係合凹部50が、それぞれシート幅方向の一方のみに配置されていても良い。
例えば、係合凸部40が、クッションサイドフレーム21の上面に別途フレーム片を取り付けることで突出形成されていても良い。
例えば、パンフレーム30が、その上面に凸部として形成され、シート幅方向に延びている補強凸部を備えていても良い。
第2実施形態の乗り物用シートS2について、図9~図16に基づいて説明する。
なお、上述の乗り物用シートS1と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
乗り物用シートS2は、部品点数を削減し、組立作業を効率化することを可能とするものである。
なお、図10、図11において、締結位置P1~P13は、締結部材であるネジ1070の締結位置を示し、シートクッション1002のシート幅方向の中心線に対して、左右対称に配置される。なお、本実施形態では、締結位置P1~P13にて各部材を締結しているが、これに限定されることなく、締結位置は一例であり、適宜変更可能である。
シートクッション1002は、乗員を下方から支持する着座部であって、骨格となる図10に示すクッションフレーム1020にパッド材1002aを載置して表皮材1002bで被覆されて構成されている。
シートフレームSa2は、バックフレーム1010と、クッションフレーム1020とを備える。バックフレーム1010とクッションフレーム1020とは、連結ブラケット1060によって連結されている。
クッションサイドフレーム1021の後方部分には連結ブラケット1060を介してリクライニング装置1005が取り付けられており、その下方部分にはハイトリンク装置1004を介してレール装置1003が取り付けられている。また、クッションサイドフレーム1021のシート前後方向中央部分の外側面には、駆動装置1080が取り付けられている。
また、本体壁部1021aのシート幅方向の外側面には、駆動装置1080がネジ1070によって組み付けられている。クッションサイドフレーム1021及び駆動装置1080は、締結位置P3、P4、P5においてネジ1070によって組み付けられている。
前方連結フレーム1022、後方連結フレーム1023は、それぞれパイプ状のフレームであって、それぞれ左右のクッションサイドフレーム1021を連結すると共に、左右のリンク(第1リンク1004a、第2リンク1004b)を連結している。
弾性バネ1024は、乗員の臀部を支持する弾性支持部材であって、シート幅方向において所定の間隔を空けて複数設けられている。
弾性バネ1024の前端部分は、パンフレーム1030の上面に形成されたバネ掛け止め部1030aに掛け止めされている。また、弾性バネ1024の後端部分は、後方連結フレーム1023にフック部材を介して取り付けられている。
バックサイドフレーム1011は、上下方向に延出し、横断面略C字形状からなる板金部材であって、その下端部分がリクライニング装置1005及び連結ブラケット1060を介してクッションサイドフレーム1021の後端部分に連結されている。
下部フレーム1013は、左右方向に延出するプレート形状の板金部材であって、各バックサイドフレーム1011の下端部分に連結されている。バックサイドフレーム1011及び下部フレーム1013は、締結位置P8、P9においてネジ1070によって組み付けられている。
上記構成においてバックフレーム1010は、クッションフレーム1020に対して相対回動することが可能となっている。
左右のアッパレール1003bの上面には、ハイトリンク装置1004を介してクッションフレーム1020が架設されている。
ハイト操作レバー1004cが操作されると、第2リンク1004b(左側の第2リンク)が駆動リンクとなって、右側の第2リンク1004b、左右の第1リンク1004aも回転する。これによって、シート本体が昇降し、シート高さが調整されることになる。
レール装置1003及びハイトリンク装置1004は、締結位置P10、P11においてネジ1070によって組み付けられている。
なお、ハイトリンク装置1004は、ハイト操作レバー1004cによる手動操作であって良いし、ボタン(不図示)操作によって駆動する、後述の駆動装置1080を用いた自動操作であっても良い。
リクライニング装置1005は、バックフレーム1010の回動を規制するリクライニング本体1005aと、バックフレーム1010の下端部分にシート幅方向に軸支され、バックフレーム1010の外側面から突出してリクライニング本体1005aと連結される回動軸1005bと、リクライニング本体1005aのシート幅方向の外側に取り付けられ、回動軸1005bを中心としてバックフレーム1010をクッションフレーム1020側に回動させるように付勢する渦巻きバネ1005cと、から主に構成されている。
リクライニング本体1005aは、通常時、バックフレーム1010の状態がロック状態となっており、図9に示すリクライニング操作レバー1005eが操作されると、その操作によって回動軸1005bが回動し、アンロック状態へ切り替わる構成となっている。
そして、バックフレーム1010の状態がアンロック状態にある間、乗員はシートバック1001を後傾させることができ、後傾角度が所望の角度に達した時点でリクライニング操作レバー1005eを離すと、ロック状態に復帰する構成となっている。
なお、リクライニング本体1005aは、リクライニング操作レバー1005eによって手動操作されても良いし、不図示のボタン操作によって駆動する駆動装置1080によって自動操作されても良い。
突出した回動軸1005bの延出端部は、リクライニング本体1005aと組み付けられ、更にリクライニング本体1005aよりも外側の位置にある図9に示すリクライニング操作レバー1005eと組み付けられている。
渦巻きバネ1005cは、図10、図11に示すように、その一端部1005caがバックサイドフレーム1011側にあるバネ係止ブラケット1005dの突出部分に掛け止めされて構成されている。また、渦巻きバネ1005cは、その他端部1005cbがクッションフレーム1020側にある連結ブラケット1060のバネ係止部1061に掛け止めされて構成されている。
バネ係止ブラケット1005dは、バックサイドフレーム1011の下方部分の外側面に取り付けられる。リクライニング装置1005は、バネ係止ブラケット1005d及び連結ブラケット1060を介して、バックフレーム1010に取り付けられる。バックフレーム1010及びリクライニング装置1005は、締結位置P12、P13においてネジ1070によって組み付けられている。
連結ブラケット1060の中央部分がバックサイドフレーム1011に取り付けられたリクライニング本体1005aの外側面に嵌め込まれている。
また、連結ブラケット1060の前方部分及び下方部分が、クッションサイドフレーム1021の内側面に締結されている。
連結ブラケット1060の上方部分には、シート幅方向の外側に突出し、渦巻きバネ1005cの他端部1005cbを掛け止めるためのバネ係止部1061が形成されている。
なお、駆動装置1080は、レール装置1003やハイトリンク装置1004を駆動するものであっても良いし、その他のシート可動部材を駆動するものであっても良い。例えば、シートクッション1002の下側に配置され、シートに座った乗員に向けて空気を送風するブロア装置(不図示)や、上述のリクライニング装置1005などを駆動するものであっても良い。
接続部材1081は、複数の電線(伝送路)が束ねられて形成されるワイヤーハーネスであって、駆動装置1080とハイトリンク装置1004を電気的に接続している。駆動装置1080に接続された接続部材1081は、クッションサイドフレーム1021のシート幅方向外側から、クッションサイドフレーム1021に設けられた挿通孔1021hを介して、シート幅方向内側に挿通される。そして、接続部材1081はクッションサイドフレーム1021の内側面に沿って伸びて、ハイトリンク装置1004と接続される。
図12Aに示すように、本実施形態の締結構造は、第一フレーム部材の一例としてのクッションサイドフレーム1021と、第二フレーム部材の一例としての連結ブラケット1060とが重ね合わされ、ネジ1070によって締結される構造である。本実施形態では、クッションサイドフレーム1021の本体部の板厚の方が連結ブラケット1060の本体部の板厚よりも薄い。
なお、クッションサイドフレーム1021におけるネジ1070の締結方向(貫通方向)の挿入側の面を第一表面1021dとし、第一表面1021dと反対側であって連結ブラケット1060に接触している面を第一対向面1021eとする。同様に、連結ブラケット1060におけるネジ1070の締結方向の突き抜け側の面を第二表面1060dとし、第二表面1060dと反対側であってクッションサイドフレーム1021に接触している面を第二対向面1060eとする。
図12A及び図12Bに示すように、ネジ1070は、ネジ頭部1071とネジ部1073とを有し、ネジ頭部1071の内部には、ネジ部1073と反対側に窪んだ窪み部1072が形成されている。窪み部1072は平面視で外形が環状となっている。ネジ1070の材質は、例えば鋼等の金属であるが、これに限定されるものではない。
図12Bに示すように、締結後は、ネジ1070のネジ切りで発生した切屑が、クッションサイドフレーム1021の第一表面1021dの締結部分周縁において、締結方向の挿入側に向かって隆起し、クッションサイドフレーム1021に第一隆起部1021fが形成される。第一隆起部1021fは、ネジ頭部1071の窪み部1072内のネジ頭空間部1075に収まる。
また、ネジ切りで発生した切屑が、クッションサイドフレーム1021の第一対向面1021eの締結部分周縁において、締結方向の突き抜け側に向かって隆起し、クッションサイドフレーム1021に第三隆起部1021gが形成される。第一対向面1021eと第二対向面1060eとの間には、第三隆起部1021gによって空間部1074が形成される。なお、空間部1074が形成されずに、クッションサイドフレーム1021と連結ブラケット1060とが隙間なく締結されていても良い。
このような締結構造とすることで、ネジ1070は、クッションサイドフレーム1021や連結ブラケット1060と着脱可能に結合することができる。また、下穴の穴あけ作業を不要とすることができる。また、被締結部材の接合強度を高めることができる。また、異なる材料間でも被締結部材の多層接合を実現できる。更に、本締結構造では、自動化が可能となり、作業効率を向上させることができる。また、締結作業中に火花や煙を発生させず、環境汚染を抑制することができる。
上記締結構造の変形例を図13に示す。本締結構造は、締結部材(リベット1170)を押し込むことで上側母材(クッションサイドフレーム1121)を貫通させ、下側母材(連結ブラケット1160)を貫通させずに結合させるSPR(セルフピアスリベット)構造である。
リベット1170は、円板状のリベット頭部1171と、円筒状のリベット軸部1172とを有する。リベット頭部1171の径は、リベット軸部1172の外径よりも大きいが、リベット軸部1172の外径と同じであっても良い。リベット1170の材質は、例えば鋼等の金属であるが、これに限定されるものではない。
図13Bに示すように、リベット1170は、クッションサイドフレーム1121を貫通する一方で、連結ブラケット1160を貫通していない。リベット頭部1171がクッションサイドフレーム1121の第一表面1121dとほぼ面一となった状態で、接合が完了する。リベット軸部1172は、クッションサイドフレーム1121及び連結ブラケット1160に食い込むように拡がっている。そのため、かしめ効果により両社が強固に固定される。
同様に、連結ブラケット1160には、リベット軸部1172により、連結ブラケット1160の第二表面1160dの締結部分(打ち込み部分)周縁において、締結方向(打ち込み方向)の突き抜け側(押し出し側)に向かって隆起する第二隆起部1160fが形成される。
第二隆起部1160fは、断面湾曲形状を有している。そのため、第二隆起部1160fに作業者や他の部材が接触した場合であっても、作業者の安全性を確保でき、部材を傷つけることを抑制できる。
このような締結構造とすることで、下穴の穴あけ作業を不要としながら、クッションサイドフレーム1121及び連結ブラケット1160にリベット1170を締結することができる。また、被締結部材の接合強度を高めることができる。また、異なる材料間でも、被締結部材の多層接合をすることができる。更に、本締結構造では、自動化が可能となり、作業効率を向上させることができる。また、締結作業中に火花や煙を発生させず、環境汚染を抑制することができる。
図14に示すように、締結位置P1において、連結ブラケット1060の下方部分と、クッションサイドフレーム1021の本体壁部1021aの後方下側部分とが、クッションサイドフレーム1021がシート幅方向の外側となるように重ね合わされる。この状態で、シート幅方向の外側からネジ1070が締結される。また、締結位置P2において、連結ブラケット1060の前方部分と、クッションサイドフレーム1021の本体壁部1021aの後方上側部分とが、クッションサイドフレーム1021がシート幅方向の外側となるように重ね合わされる。この状態で、シート幅方向の外側からネジ1070が締結される。
上記構成により、クッションサイドフレーム1021の内側面に対し、連結ブラケット1060を効率良く組み付けることができる。具体的には、締結ナットを不要とし、部品点数を削減し、作業工程の短縮を果たすことができる。
上記構成により、バックサイドフレーム1011の外側面に対し、連結ブラケット1060を効率良く組み付けることができる。
また、締結位置P8、P9において、バックサイドフレーム1011の下端部分でシート後方側と、下部フレーム1013のシート幅方向端部とが、バックサイドフレーム1011がシート前方側となるように重ね合わされる。この状態で、シート後方側からネジ1070が締結される。
上記構成により、バックサイドフレーム1011のシート後方側面に対し、下部フレーム1013を効率良く組み付けることができる。
上記構成により、クッションサイドフレーム1021のシート幅方向外側面に対し、駆動装置1080を効率良く組み付けることができる。
また、締結位置P6、P7では、クッションサイドフレーム1021の上端フランジ1021bと、パンフレーム1030のシート幅方向端部とが、パンフレーム1030がシート上方側となるように重ね合わされる。この状態で、シート上方側からネジ1070が締結される。
上記構成により、クッションサイドフレーム1021のシート上方側面に対し、パンフレーム1030を効率良く組み付けることができる。
上記構成により、ハイトリンク装置1004に対し、レール装置1003を効率良く組み付けることができる。
そのため、連結ブラケット1060をシート幅方向においてコンパクトに配置することができる。また、バックフレーム1010がシート前後方向に回動動作するときに、連結ブラケット1060(ネジ1070及び第二隆起部1060f)と、バックサイドフレーム1011の干渉を抑制できる。
そのため、ハイトリンク装置1004が動作したときに、連結ブラケット1060(ネジ1070及び第二隆起部1060f)と、第2リンク1004bとが互いに干渉してしまうことを抑制できる。
そうすることで、ネジ1070のネジ頭部1071をコンパクトに配置することができ、ネジ1070が他部材と干渉することを抑制できる。また、第一隆起部1021fが、上端フランジ1021b及び下端フランジ1021cの突出高さよりも低く、かつ、ネジ頭部1071により覆われているため、第一隆起部1021fによって他の部材を傷つけてしまうことを抑制することができる。
パッド材1002aは、クッションフレーム1020のクッションサイドフレーム1021上に載置される。パッド材1002aのうち、締結位置P2に位置するネジ1070の周辺部に対応する位置には、逃げ部1002cが形成される。逃げ部1002cは、締結位置P2に位置するネジ1070及び第二隆起部1060fが、干渉しない位置となるように、パッド材1002aに形成される。
このように、連結ブラケット1060の本体部よりもシート幅方向の内側に向かって突出するネジ1070及び第二隆起部1060fが、パッド材1002aとはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置されている。そのため、パッド材1002aをクッションサイドフレーム1021上に載置するときに、連結ブラケット1060における締結位置P2に位置するネジ1070の周縁部分とパッド材1002aの干渉を抑制することができる。
なお、逃げ部1002cは、凹形状で形成されていても良く、パッド材1002aの一部分が欠けている形状であっても良い。また、干渉を避ける方向は、シート上下方向に避けていても良く、シート幅方向に避けていても良い。
接続部材1081は、クッションサイドフレーム1021のシート幅方向外側から、クッションサイドフレーム1021に設けられた挿通孔1021hを介して、シート幅方向内側に挿通される。接続部材1081は、クッションサイドフレーム1021の内側面に沿って伸び、ハイトリンク装置1004と接続される。このとき接続部材1081は、締結位置P4、P5に位置するネジ1070の周辺部に対応する位置を避けるように配置される。
このように、クッションサイドフレーム1021の本体部よりもシート幅方向の内側に向かって突出するネジ1070及び第二隆起部1060fが、接続部材1081とはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置されている。そのため、接続部材1081を配置するときに、締結位置P4、P5に位置するネジ1070の周縁部分と接続部材1081の干渉を抑制することができる。
なお、締結位置P4、P5に限らず、接続部材1081は、接続部材1081が配置される近傍の締結位置におけるネジ1070の周縁部分において、ネジ1070の周辺部に対応する位置を避けるように配置される。
そのため、連結ブラケット1060と後方連結フレーム1023との干渉を抑制できる。
なお、切り欠き部1062は、略三角形状に切り欠かれており、2つの締結位置P1、P2の間に挟まれて配置されている。
そのため、リクライニング本体1005a及び後方連結フレーム1023の組み付け剛性を高めることができる。
上記実施形態では、図10に示すように、乗り物用シートS2が、レール装置1003と、ハイトリンク装置1004と、リクライニング装置1005と、を備えているが、特に限定されない。
すなわち、乗り物用シートS2が、レール装置1003、ハイトリンク装置1004及びリクライニング装置1005を備えていなくても良い。
また、ハイトリンク装置1004及びリクライニング装置1005は、駆動装置1080の駆動によって動作しても良く、レバーの手動操作によって動作しても良い。
その場合においても、リベット1170の締結方向(打ち込み方向)は、これに限らず、いずれの被締結部材の方向からリベット1170が打ち込まれても良い。

乗り物用シートS2によれば、骨格となるシートフレームを備えた乗り物用シートであって、前記シートフレームは、第一フレーム部材と、前記第一フレーム部材の少なくとも一部と対向する第二フレーム部材と、前記第一フレーム部材及び前記第二フレーム部材が対向する部分に打ち込まれ、前記第一フレーム部材及び前記第二フレーム部材を締結する締結部材と、を有し、前記第一フレーム部材は、前記第一フレーム部材において前記締結部材が締結された部分の周縁部分に形成され、前記締結部材の締結方向に沿って隆起する第一隆起部を有し、前記第二フレーム部材は、前記第二フレーム部材において前記締結部材が締結された部分の周縁部分に形成され、前記締結部材の締結方向に沿って隆起する第二隆起部を有していると良い。
また、乗り物用シートS2の製造方法によれば、第一フレーム部材と、前記第一フレーム部材の少なくとも一部と対向する第二フレーム部材と、を配置する配置工程と、前記第一フレーム部材及び前記第二フレーム部材が対向した部分に対し、締結部材を前記第一フレーム部材側から前記第二フレーム部材側へ打ち込み、前記第一フレーム部材及び前記第二フレーム部材を締結する締結工程と、を含み、前記締結工程では、前記第一フレーム部材において前記締結部材が締結された部分の周縁部分に、前記締結部材の締結方向に沿って隆起する第一隆起部を形成し、かつ、前記第二フレーム部材において前記締結部材が締結された部分の周縁部分に、前記締結部材の締結方向に沿って隆起する第二隆起部を形成すると良い。
上記構成により、組み付け作業を効率化すること、具体的には、構成部品数を削減することが可能な乗り物用シートを実現することができる。
詳しく述べると、締結部材によって、第一フレーム部材(例えばクッションフレーム又はバックフレーム)には第一隆起部が形成され、第二フレーム部材(例えば連結ブラケット)には第二隆起部が形成される。そのため、第一フレーム部材に予めネジ加工を施さなくても、第一フレーム部材及び第二フレーム部材は、締結部材の締結された部分の周縁部分が締結方向に沿って隆起し、締結部材に当接して固定される。
一般に連結ブラケットは、締結ボルト及び締結ナットを用いてクッションフレームやバックフレームに固定されているところ、本構成であれば締結ナットを不要にすることができる。また、連結ブラケットやクッションサイドフレームに、予め締結部材を締結するための締結穴を設ける必要がなく、締結穴を設ける作業も不要にすることができる。また、締結部材で締結する作業を自動化することができる。
したがって、連結ブラケットの組み付け作業の効率化(締結ナットの不要、部品点数削減、作業工程の短縮、締結作業の自動化)を果たした乗り物用シートを実現できる。
上記構成により、クッションフレーム及びバックフレームを連結する連結ブラケットを備えたシートにおいて当該フレーム部材の組み付け作業を効率化した乗り物用シートを実現できる。
上記構成により、パッド材が逃げ部を備えることで、締結部材又は第二隆起部が、パッド材とはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置される。そのため、パッド材をクッションフレームやバックフレームに配置するときに、連結ブラケット(締結部材が締結される部分の周縁部分)とパッド材の干渉を抑制することができる。
上記構成により、複雑な構造を有するリクライニング装置を備えたシートにおいて、本締結構造を用いることにより、当該装置の組み付け作業を効率化することができる。
上記構成により、連結ブラケットの本体部よりもシート幅方向の内側に向かって突出する締結部材又は第二隆起部が、バックサイドフレームとはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置されている。そのため、バックフレームがシート前後方向に回動動作するときに、連結ブラケット(締結部材が締結される部分の周縁部分)とバックサイドフレームの干渉を抑制することができる。
上記構成により、締結部材又は第二隆起部が、リンクとはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置されている。そのため、ハイトリンク装置が動作したときに、連結ブラケット(締結部材が締結される部分の周縁部分)とリンクの干渉を抑制することができる。
上記構成により、第一隆起部の突出部分は、例えばクッションフレームの本体部と上端フランジと下端フランジとによって形成される空間内に収まる。そのため、連結ブラケットをシート幅方向においてコンパクトに配置することができる。
上記構成により、締結部材又は第二隆起部が、接続部材とはシート幅方向において重ならない位置に配置されている。そのため、接続部材を配置したときに、連結ブラケット(締結部材が締結される部分の周縁部分)と接続部材の干渉を抑制することができる。
上記構成により、締結部材は、板厚の薄い第一フレーム部材から板厚の厚い第二フレーム部材へ向けて締結される。そのため、強度が高い第二フレーム部材が締結部材の突き抜け側になるため、締結部材をより強固に固定することができる。
第3実施形態の乗り物用シートS3について、図17~図21に基づいて説明する。
なお、上述の乗り物用シートS1、S2と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
乗り物用シートS3は、板材で形成された受圧部材よりも下方に配置された部品の状態を確認可能とするものである。
乗り物用シートS3の骨格となるシートフレームSa3は、図18に示すように、シートバック2001の骨格を形成するバックフレーム2010と、シートクッション2002の骨格を形成するクッションフレーム2020とから構成される。
以下では、まず、バックフレーム2010等、クッションフレーム2020以外の構成について説明し、受圧部材2040を有するクッションフレーム2020の詳細についてはそれらの後に説明する。
図18に示すように、バックフレーム2010は全体として方形枠状に形成されており、バックフレーム2010は、左右に配置される一対のバックサイドフレーム2011と、上部フレーム2012と、下部フレーム2013とを備える。上部フレーム2012は、一対のバックサイドフレーム2011の間に配置され、一対のバックサイドフレーム2011の上端を連結する。下部フレーム2013は、一対のバックサイドフレーム2011の間に配置され、一対のバックサイドフレーム2011の下端を連結する。
上部フレーム2012には、ヘッドレストHRのヘッドレストステー2016が挿通されるヘッドレストガイド2014が設けられている。ヘッドレストガイド2014は、ヘッドレストHRの保持強度を維持し、がたつきを抑制するために強度の高い金属製の部材として形成される。なお、ヘッドレストガイド2014は金属製に限らず樹脂製であっても良い。
ヘッドレストHRは、着座者の頭部を支えるよう、シートバック2001の上部に取り付けられる。ヘッドレストHRの内部には、ヘッドレストHRの骨格を形成するヘッドレストフレーム2015が設けられており、ヘッドレストフレーム2015の左右両端には、ヘッドレストHRの下部から垂下する2つのヘッドレストステー2016(ヘッドレストピラーとも呼ばれる)が設けられる。ヘッドレストステー2016が、バックフレーム2010の上部フレーム2012に取り付けられたヘッドレストガイド2014に挿通されることにより、ヘッドレストHRがバックフレーム2010に取り付けられる。
バックフレーム2010、クッションフレーム2020及びヘッドレストフレーム2015の外側には、パッド材2001a、2002a及び表皮材2001b、2002b(クッションカバー)が設けられることで、シートバック2001、シートクッション2002及びヘッドレストHRが構成される。パッド材2001a、2002aは、例えばウレタン発泡材を用いて、発泡成型により成型されたウレタン基材であり、表皮材2001b、2002bは、例えばクロス、合成皮革又は本革等からなる。
また、乗り物用シートS3の下部には、図18に示すようにレール装置2003が設置されている。このレール装置2003により、乗り物用シートS3は、前後方向にスライド移動可能な状態で車体フロアに取り付けられる。
シートバック2001の下端部とシートクッション2002の後端部との間にはリクライニング装置2005が設けられている。より詳細には、リクライニング装置2005は、シートバック2001のバックフレーム2010と、シートクッション2002のクッションフレーム2020と、を連結している。リクライニング装置2005は、シートクッション2002(クッションフレーム2020)に対するシートバック2001(バックフレーム2010)の角度を調節可能にしている。リクライニング装置2005により、シートバック2001を所定の角度でロックして傾斜した状態を維持することができる。また、そのロックを解除することによりシートバック2001を前方又は後方に倒伏したりすることができる。
クッションフレーム2020は、図19に示すように、上面視で方形枠状に形成され、左右には、一対のサイドフレーム2021が設けられている。一対のサイドフレーム2021は、基本的に左右対称の構成とされた部材であり、シート前後方向に延出して設けられている。
本実施形態の要部を構成する受圧部材2040の構成の一例について詳細に説明する。図18及び図19に示すように、クッションフレーム2020には、一対のサイドフレーム2021の間を橋渡して配置される受圧部材2040が設けられている。
そして、図19に示すように、底部2041の前端2041bと、側方傾斜部2042の前端2042aとは同一直線状に配置され、受圧部材2040の前端を構成するようになっている。
そのため、乗り物用シートS3を組み立てる際、作業者はクッションフレーム2020を上方から見ることにより前方連結フレーム2022の状態を確認することができる。
また、受圧部材2040の底部2041が、前方連結フレーム2022に向かうにつれて上方に傾斜する前方傾斜部2041aを有することで、前方連結フレーム2022の状態がより確認しやすくなる。
後方連結フレーム2023の上方にはシートバック2001が配置されることから、上方から後側の後方連結フレーム2023を確認することは難しい。そのため、後方連結フレーム2023については、シート前方からその状態を確認することになる。底部2041の後端を後方連結フレーム2023よりも下方に位置させることにより、シート前方から後方連結フレーム2023を見た場合、受圧部材2040の底部2041により邪魔されることなく、後方連結フレーム2023の状態を確認することができる。
乗り物用シートS4によれば、シートフレームを備える乗物用シートであって、前記シートフレームは、前記シートフレームの左右に配置される一対のサイドフレームと、前記シートフレームの前方において前記一対のサイドフレーム間を橋渡して配置されるパンフレームと、板状部材で形成される受圧部材であって、前記パンフレームより後方に配置され前記一対のサイドフレーム間を橋渡して配置され、且つ前記パンフレームとの間に所定間隔の隙間を設けて配置される受圧部材と、前記隙間の下方に設けられ、前記一対のサイドフレームを接続する前側接続部材と、を備えると良い。
受圧部材の前端が、接続部材の後端より後方に位置することで、接続部材の状態がより確認しやすくなる。
上記の構成により、受圧部材が、着座者が座ったときの体形に合うようになり、より広い面積で支持することができるため、着座時における座り心地が向上する。
また、底部の前端と、側方傾斜部の前端とが同一直線状に配置されることにより、下方にある接続部材の状態がより確認しやすくなる。
上記の構成により、受圧部材は、着座者が座ったときの体形に合うようになり、より広い面積で着座者を支持することができるため、着座時における座り心地が向上する。
上記の構成により、受圧部材は、着座者が座ったときの体形に合うようになり、より広い面積で着座者を支持することができるため、着座時における座り心地を向上させることができる。
受圧部材の底部の後端が、後側接続部材よりも下方に位置することで、後側接続部材の状態を前方から確認しやすくなる。
受圧部材の上端が、後側接続部材よりも上方に位置することで、受圧部材の上に配置されるパッド材をより広い面積で支持できることから、着座時における座り心地を向上させることができる。
受圧部材と後側接続部材とが当接しないことにより、受圧部材と後側接続部材とが擦れる際に発生する擦れ音を抑制することができる。
受圧部材と前側接続部材との間にハーネス部材が配置されることで、上記隙間を通じて、ハーネス部材の状態を確認しやすくなる。
シートフレームにパット部材及びパッド材を被覆する表皮材を備えることで、着座者に対して良好な着座感を与えることができる。
第4実施形態の乗り物用シートS4について、図22~図26Dに基づいて説明する。
なお、上述の乗り物用シートS1~S3と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
乗り物用シートS4は、サイドフレーム対して良好なバネ性能で取り付けられる板状の受圧部材を備えるシートを実現するものである。
乗り物用シートS4の骨格となるシートフレームSa4は、図23に示すように、シートバック3001の骨格を形成するバックフレーム3010と、シートクッション3002の骨格を形成するクッションフレーム3020とから構成される。
以下では、まず、クッションフレーム3020等、バックフレーム3010以外の構成について説明し、バックフレーム3010の詳細についてはそれらの後に説明する。
クッションフレーム3020は方形枠状に形成され、その左右の側部には一対のサイドフレーム3021が設けられている。また、一対のサイドフレーム3021,3021を前側で接続する前方連結フレーム3022と、後側で接続する後方連結フレーム3023とを有する。乗り物用シートS4の前後にある前方連結フレーム3022及び後方連結フレーム3023は丸パイプにより構成されている。また、後方連結フレーム3023の更に前方にはパンフレーム3030が設けられている。
ヘッドレストHRは、着座者の頭部を支えるよう、シートバック3001の上部に取り付けられる。ヘッドレストHRの内部には、ヘッドレストHRの骨格を形成するヘッドレストフレーム3015が設けられており、ヘッドレストフレーム3015の左右両端には、ヘッドレストHRの下部から垂下する2つのヘッドレストステー3016(ヘッドレストピラーとも呼ばれる)が設けられる。ヘッドレストステー3016が、後述するバックフレーム3010の上部フレーム3012に取り付けられたヘッドレストガイド3014に挿通されることにより、ヘッドレストHRがバックフレーム3010に取り付けられる。
バックフレーム3010、クッションフレーム3020及びヘッドレストフレーム3015の外側には、パッド材3001a、3002a及び表皮材3001b、3002b(クッションカバー)が設けられることで、シートバック3001、シートクッション3002及びヘッドレストHRが構成される。パッド材3001a、3002aは、例えばウレタン発泡材を用いて、発泡成型により成型されたウレタン基材であり、表皮材3001b、3002bは、例えばクロス、合成皮革又は本革等からなる。
また、乗り物用シートS4の下部には、図23に示すようにレール装置3003が設置されている。このレール装置3003により、乗り物用シートS4は、前後方向にスライド移動可能な状態で車体フロアに取り付けられる。
シートバック3001の下端部とシートクッション3002の後端部との間にはリクライニング装置3005が設けられている。より詳細には、リクライニング装置3005は、シートバック3001のバックフレーム3010と、シートクッション3002のクッションフレーム3020と、を連結している。リクライニング装置3005は、シートクッション3002(クッションフレーム3020)に対するシートバック3001(バックフレーム3010)の角度を調節可能にしている。
リクライニング装置3005により、シートバック3001を所定の角度でロックして傾斜した状態を維持することができる。また、そのロックを解除することによりシートバック3001を前方又は後方に倒伏したりすることができる。
バックフレーム3010は、図23に示すように、全体として方形枠状に形成されており、バックフレーム3010は、左右に配置される一対のバックサイドフレーム3011と、上部フレーム3012と、下部フレーム3013とを備える。上部フレーム3012は、一対のバックサイドフレーム3011の間に配置され、一対のバックサイドフレーム3011の上端を接続する接続部材である。下部フレーム3013は、一対のバックサイドフレーム3011の間に配置され、一対のバックサイドフレーム3011の下端を接続する接続部材である。
上部フレーム3012には、ヘッドレストHRのヘッドレストステー3016が挿通されるヘッドレストガイド3014が設けられている。ヘッドレストガイド3014は、ヘッドレストHRの保持強度を維持し、がたつきを抑制するために強度の高い金属製の部材として形成される。なお、ヘッドレストガイド3014は金属製に限らず樹脂製であっても良い。
一対のバックサイドフレーム3011は、上述したようにバックフレーム3010の左右に配置され、基本的に左右対称の構成とされた部材である。一対のバックサイドフレーム3011は、シート上下方向(所定の延出方向、より詳しくは図23の矢印A方向)に延出して設けられている。一対のバックサイドフレーム3011それぞれのシート前後方向の幅が、シート上方側からシート下方に向かうに従って拡幅するように形成されている。シート前方側の周縁部とシート後方側の周縁部がシート前方側に凸となるよう曲線状に形成されている。一対のバックサイドフレーム3011それぞれのシート後方側の周縁部には、シート幅方向内側に延出する後壁部3011aが形成されていて、後述する受圧部材3040は後壁部3011aに取り付けられる。
本実施形態の要部を構成する受圧部材3040の構成の一例について詳細に説明する。図23~図25に示すように、バックフレーム3010には、一対のバックサイドフレーム3011の間を橋渡して、受圧部材3040が設けられている。受圧部材3040は、金属製の板状部材であり、矩形に形成された本体部3041と、本体部3041の両側にある側部3042からシート幅方向に向けて張り出す張り出し部3045と、側部3042からシート幅方向に突出する一対の突出部3043と、を備えている。また、側部3042における下方端部にも、シート幅方向に突出する一対の突出部3044が設けられている。
第1弾性部材3046aは、一方(右側)のバックサイドフレーム3011に接続されていて、他方(左側)のバックサイドフレーム3011には接続していない。
また、第2弾性部材3046bは、他方(左側)のバックサイドフレーム3011に接続されているが、一方(右側)バックサイドフレーム3011には接続されていない。
受圧部材3040と弾性部材3046とが別個であるため、受圧部材3040と弾性部材3046とが一体になっている場合とくらべて低コストで作製することができる。また、受圧部材3040が別個の弾性部材3046により両側からバックサイドフレーム3011に固定されているため、良好なバネ性能を有するようになる。
また、第2弾性部材3046bも上下方向に間隔を開けて配置された2つの板バネ部材から構成され、それぞれが独立して受圧部材3040に取り付けられる。第2弾性部材3046bを構成する2つの板バネ部材の上下方向の長さも接続する張り出し部3045の長さ(L1,L2)に合わせて設定されている。
なお、弾性部材3046は板バネに限定されず、ワイヤ等から形成された線状のバネ部材であっても良い。
図26Bに示すように、着座者の背中に合うように一対の突出部3043は、本体部3041の側部3042から先端部分が、着座者に近付くように、すなわち、着座者が凭れる背凭れ面に近付くように傾斜している。言い換えれば、一対の突出部3043は前方に向かうに従って、一方の突出部3043から他方の突出部3043までの距離が広がるように傾斜している。
また、第2張り出し部3045bの下側に、側部3042から幅方向に突出した一対の突出部3044が設けられている。一対の突出部3044も一対の突出部3043と同様に、先端部が着座者側に近付くように傾斜している。
本体部3041から突出する突出部3043、3044がこのように傾斜することで、着座者からの荷重を受け止める範囲が広がるため、着座時のフィーリング性が向上するようになる。
このように配置することで、弾性部材3046と下部フレーム3013とが協働することにより受圧部材3040の支持性が向上するようになる。なお、本実施形態では受圧部材3040の下方端部が下部フレーム3013と前方から見て重なるように配置されているが、これは一例であり、受圧部材3040の上方端部が、上部フレーム3012とシート前方から見て重なるように配置されても良い。また、受圧部材3040の上方端部が上部フレーム3012と重なり、下方端部が下部フレーム3013と重なるよう配置されても良い。
また、一対のサイドフレーム3021に取り付けられる場合、所定の延出方向は前後方向となり、受圧部材は、前後方向の前側に位置する第1張り出し部と、後側に位置する第2張り出し部とを備えることとなる。
また、受圧部材は、受圧部材の前端が一対のサイドフレーム3021を接続する前方連結フレーム3022と上面視で重なるように配置される。受圧部材の後端が上面視で後方連結フレーム3023と重なるように配置されても良い。
乗り物用シートS4によれば、シートフレームを備える乗物用シートであって、前記シートフレームは、前記シートフレームの左右に配置され、所定の延出方向に延出する一対のサイドフレームと、前記一対のサイドフレーム間を橋渡して配置される板状の受圧部材と、を備え、前記受圧部材は、前記一対のサイドフレームに弾性部材により固定されており、前記弾性部材は、前記一対のサイドフレームの一方に取り付けられる第1弾性部材と、前記一対のサイドフレームの他方に取り付けられる第2弾性部材と、から構成されていると良い。
また、弾性部材は、一対のサイドフレームの一方に取り付けられる第1弾性部材と、他方に取り付けられる第2弾性部材とから構成されているため、バランス良く受圧部材を支持することができる。
弾性部材を板状のバネ部材とすることにより、バネ性能が向上する。
弾性部材が、受圧部材の張り出し部と接続されるため、よりバネ性能が向上する。
張り出し部材が、受圧部材の側部において延出方向の一端側に位置する第1張り出し部材と他端側に位置する第2張り出し部とから構成されていることにより、バネ性能が向上するようになる。
第1張り出し部の延出方向の長さを第2張り出し部の延出方向の長さよりも長く形成することにより、バネ性能を適切に調整することができる。
受圧部材の側部からシート幅方向に突出する突出部を設けることで、受圧部材が乗員を支持する面積が広がり、着座時におけるフィーリング性が向上する。
突出部が着座面側に向かって傾斜するように形成されることで、着座した乗員の幅方向に移動を抑制するように保持することができ、着座時におけるフィーリング性がより向上する。
受圧部材の本体部が張り出し部より着座面側に配置されることで、受圧部材による乗員の支持力が向上し、着座時におけるフィーリング性が良くなる。
前記受圧部材の一端が、サイドフレームを接続する接続部材と重なるように配置されることで、受圧部材の一端が接続部材により支持され、受圧部材が乗員を支持する支持性が向上する。
シートフレームにパッド材及び表皮材を備えることで、着座者に対して良好な着座感を与えることができる。
第5実施形態の乗り物用シートS5について、図27~図32に基づいて説明する。
なお、上述の乗り物用シートS1~S4と重複する内容については説明を省略する。
乗り物用シートS5は、簡易な構成で複数のリンク部材を固定することを可能とするものである。
シートクッション4002は、着座者を下方から支持する着座部であって、骨格となる図28に示すクッションフレーム4020にパッド材4002aを載置して表皮材4002bで被覆されて構成されている。
左右のアッパレール4003bの上面には、ハイトリンク装置4004を介してクッションフレーム4020が架設されている。
また、左右の第1ハイトリンク4004aには、前方連結フレーム4022を挿入する連結孔4004cが形成される。前方連結フレーム4022は、当該連結孔4004cに挿入されることで、第1ハイトリンク4004aに回動可能に保持される。
また、右側のチルトブラケット4007の下面には、チルトモータ4009が取り付けられている。
チルトブラケット4007の後方部分は、サイドフレーム4021の側面に回動ピン4007aを介して取り付けられており、チルトブラケット4007の前方部分は、チルトリンク4008にリンクピン4007bを介して取り付けられている。
チルトリンク4008の後方部分には、前方連結フレーム4022を挿通するための軸孔4008aが形成され、チルトリンク4008の前方部分には、リンクピン4007bを摺動可能に係合するピン連結孔4008bが形成される。
また、右側のチルトリンク4008の下方部分には、後述するリンク可動部4009bと連結するモータ連結部4008cが形成される。
右側のチルトリンク4008において、モータ連結部4008cは、チルトモータ4009の駆動動作によるリンク可動部4009bの前方移動に伴って前方へ移動する。そして、チルトリンク4008は、前方連結フレーム4022を中心軸として上方側に回動する。
チルトリンク4008の上方回動動作に伴って、リンクピン4007bを介して連結されたチルトブラケット4007が、回動ピン4007aを中心軸として上方側に回動する。
また、左側のチルトリンク4008は、右側のチルトリンク4008の上方回転動作に連動して前方連結フレーム4022が回転することで、上方側に回動する。そして、チルトリンク4008の上方回動動作に伴って、リンクピン4007bを介して連結されたチルトブラケット4007が、回動ピン4007aを中心軸として上方側に回動する。
その結果、パンフレーム4030が通常位置から上昇位置まで回転移動することができる。
バックサイドフレーム4011は、上下方向に延出し、横断面略C字形状からなる板金部材であって、その下端部分がリクライニング装置4005を介してサイドフレーム4021の後端部分と連結されている。
なお、サイドフレーム4021の後端部には、リクライニング装置4005が取り付けられている。
詳しく述べると、前方連結フレーム4022の左側は、前方連結フレーム4022の延出方向において第1突起部4022aと、第1突起部4022aよりも外側に形成された第2突起部4022bと、第2突起部4022bよりも外側に形成された第3突起部4022cと、第3突起部4022cよりも外側に形成された拡開部4022dと、を有する。
なお、上記「挟持」とは、複数の突起部4022a~4022cが第1ハイトリンク4004aとチルトリンク4008に当接している状態のほか、複数の突起部4022a~4022cが第1ハイトリンク4004aとチルトリンク4008と各突起部の間に若干の隙間を空けた状態で第1ハイトリンク4004aとチルトリンク4008を覆っている状態も含むものとする。
ここで、前方連結フレーム4022は、バルジ加工によってチルトリンク4008の軸孔4008aの凹凸形状に倣って変形する。これにより、前方連結フレーム4022の第1突起部4022aと第2突起部4022bとの間の部分は、軸孔4008aの凹凸形状と嵌合した状態になり、前方連結フレーム4022の軸周りの方向に対して前方連結フレーム4022とチルトリンク4008とが一体化した状態になる。
なお、前方連結フレーム4022の右側の複数の突起部4022e~4022gについては、図32に示すように、左側と同様の構成であるため、説明を省略することとする。
なお、前方連結フレーム4022の右側の複数の突起部4022e~4022g及び拡開部4022hについては、図32に示すように、左側と同様の構成であるため、説明を省略することとする。
また、図28に示すように、シート幅方向において受圧部材4040外側端は、前方連結フレーム4022の延出端部よりも内側に位置されると良い。詳しく述べると、前方連結フレーム4022の複数の突起部4022a~4022c、4022e~4022gは、受圧部材4040よりもシート幅方向外側に位置すると良い。こうすることで、第1ハイトリンク4004a及びチルトリンク4008と受圧部材4040との干渉を抑制することができる。
上記実施形態では、図28に示すように、前方連結フレーム4022に形成された複数の突起部4022a~4022c、4022e~4022gが、第1ハイトリンク4004a及びチルトリンク4008を挟持する構成としたが、これに限定されず変更可能である。
例えば、前方連結フレーム4022に形成された複数の突起部4022a~4022c、4022e~4022gが、ハイトリンク装置4004及びチルトリンク装置4006以外のシート駆動装置の駆動部材を挟持する構成としても良い。
また、例えば、パイプ状の下部フレーム4013に形成された複数の突起部がシート駆動装置の駆動部材を挟持する構成としても良い。
乗り物用シートS5によれば、骨格となるシートフレームを備えた乗り物用シートであって、前記乗り物用シートは、車体フロアに対して前記シートフレームを昇降可能に連結するハイトリンク装置と、前記車体フロアに対して前記シートフレームの一部を傾斜可能に連結するチルトリンク装置と、を備え、前記シートフレームは、シート幅方向の左右側方に配置されるサイドフレームと、左右の前記サイドフレームの前方部分を連結するパイプ状の前方連結フレームと、左右の前記サイドフレームの前端部分を連結するプレート状のパンフレームと、を有し、前記ハイトリンク装置は、前記シートフレームと前記車体フロアの間に設けられ、前記シートフレームを支持する板状のハイトリンクを有し、前記チルトリンク装置は、前記サイドフレームに設けられ、前記パンフレームを支持するチルトブラケットと、前記サイドフレームに対して前記チルトブラケットを上下方向に回転移動させる板状のチルトリンクと、を有し、前記ハイトリンクと前記チルトリンクは、シート幅方向において所定の間隔をあけて前記前方連結フレームに取り付けられ、前記前方連結フレームの外周面には、前記前方連結フレームの延出方向において所定の間隔をあけて複数の突起部が形成され、前記複数の突起部は、前記延出方向と直交する方向に突出し、前記ハイトリンクと前記チルトリンクとを挟持すると良い。
上記構成により、簡易な構成で複数のリンク部材を固定することが可能な乗り物用シートを実現することができる。
詳しく述べると、前方連結フレームの外周面に形成された複数の突起部が複数のリンク部材を挟持することで、複数のリンク部材をそれぞれ固定することができため、別途固定部材を設ける必要がなく、部品点数を削減できる。
上記構成により、前方連結フレームに別部材を設けることなく、前方連結フレームの形状によって複数のリンク部材を固定することができる。
上記構成により、より精度高く複数のリンク部材を位置決めすることができる。
上記構成により、別途固定部材を設けることなく、サイドフレームが前方連結フレームから脱落してしまうのを抑制できる。

Claims (10)
- 骨格となるシートフレームを備えた乗り物用シートであって、
前記シートフレームは、
シート幅方向の左右側方に配置されるサイドフレームと、
左右の前記サイドフレームを連結する連結フレームと、を備え、
前記サイドフレームは、前記連結フレームに設けられた被係合部に係合し、前記連結フレームを位置決めする係合部を有し、
前記係合部及び前記被係合部の一方は、前記サイドフレームと前記連結フレームが対向する対向方向において、前記係合部及び前記被係合部の他方側へ向かって突出するように形成され、
前記他方は、前記対向方向とは交差する交差方向において前記一方に当接することで、前記一方に係合していることを特徴とする乗り物用シート。 - 前記一方は、前記対向方向において前記他方側へ向かって突出する係合凸部であって、
前記他方は、前記係合凸部に係合する係合穴、又は、前記対向方向において前記一方側とは反対側へ向かって窪む係合凹部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記係合部は、
前記対向方向及び前記交差方向において前記被係合部に当接し、
前記対向方向及び前記交差方向において前記連結フレームを位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記係合部は、前記サイドフレームのシート幅方向の外側端部に形成され、
前記被係合部は、前記連結フレームのシート幅方向の外側端部に形成され、
前記係合部及び前記被係合部が、前記シートフレームにおいて前記シートフレームのシート幅方向の外側に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記連結フレームは、板状のフレームから形成され、
前記連結フレームは、前記連結フレームの表面に凸部又は凹部として形成され、シート幅方向に延びている補強部を有し、
前記被係合部は、前記連結フレームの表面において前記補強部を避けた位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記サイドフレームは、シート前後方向に延びるサイドフレームであって、
前記連結フレームは、左右の前記サイドフレームの前方部分に架設されるパンフレームであって、
前記補強部は、凹状の補強凹部として形成され、
前記パンフレームにおいて前記補強凹部が形成された部分の上面には、前記乗物用シートのシート構成部品を掛け止めるための掛け止め部が形成され、
前記被係合部は、シート幅方向の左右側方にそれぞれ形成され、シート幅方向において前記補強凹部を挟む位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記サイドフレームは、シート前後方向に延びるサイドフレームであって、
前記連結フレームは、左右の前記サイドフレームの前方部分に架設されるパンフレームであって、
前記サイドフレームは、前記サイドフレームの上端部に形成され、前記サイドフレームの本体部分からシート幅方向の一方側に突出するフランジ部を有し、
前記係合部は、
前記フランジ部の上面に形成され、
前記フランジ部の上面と前記パンフレームの底面とが重ね合わされた状態で、前記パンフレームの底面に形成された前記被係合部に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記連結フレームは、前記連結フレーム及び前記サイドフレームが対向する面において複数の取り付け部材を締結することで前記サイドフレームと連結され、
前記係合部、前記被係合部は、それぞれシート前後方向において第1の取り付け部材と第2の取り付け部材の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記係合部、前記被係合部は、
それぞれシート幅方向に沿って延びており、
それぞれ前記第1の取り付け部材及び前記第2の取り付け部材よりもシート幅方向の外側へ延出し、かつ、前記第1の取り付け部材及び前記第2の取り付け部材よりもシート幅方向の内側へ延出していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の乗り物用シート。 - 前記サイドフレームは、シート前後方向に延びるサイドフレームであって、
前記連結フレームは、左右の前記サイドフレームの前方部分に架設されるパンフレームであって、
前記パンフレームは、シート幅方向に長尺なフレーム本体部と、前記フレーム本体部のシート幅方向の両端部からそれぞれ下方に突出している左右のフレーム側壁部と、を有し、
前記パンフレームにおいて前記フレーム側壁部と前記被係合部が、シート前後方向において異なる位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗り物用シート。
