　端末装置１０は、各ユーザが操作する装置である。ここで、ユーザとは、端末装置１０を使用して就業登録者管理システム１の機能である、就業希望のための登録、求人情報の提示を行う者であり、例えば上記の登録者４１，４２，４３（これから登録しようとする者も含む）、事業者用システム３４を利用する事業者、または管理者専用システム３１を利用する管理者等をいう。端末装置１０は、据え置き型のＰＣ（Personal Computer）、ラップトップＰＣ等により実現される。この他、端末装置１０は、例えば移動体通信システムに対応したタブレットや、スマートフォン等の携帯端末であるとしてもよい。
　端末装置１０は、ネットワーク８０を介してサーバ２０と通信可能に接続される。端末装置１０は、４Ｇ、５Ｇ、ＬＴＥ（Long Term Evolution）等の通信規格に対応した無線基地局８１、ＩＥＥＥ（Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers）８０２．１１等の無線ＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）規格に対応した無線ＬＡＮルータ８２等の通信機器と通信することにより、ネットワーク８０に接続される。図２に端末装置１０Ｂとして示すように、端末装置１０は、通信ＩＦ（Interface）１２と、入力装置１３と、出力装置１４と、メモリ１５と、記憶部１６と、プロセッサ１９とを備える。
　通信ＩＦ１２は、端末装置１０が外部の装置と通信するため、信号を入出力するためのインタフェースである。入力装置１３は、ユーザからの入力操作を受け付けるための入力装置（例えば、キーボードや、タッチパネル、タッチパッド、マウス等のポインティングデバイス等）である。出力装置１４は、ユーザに対し情報を提示するための出力装置（ディスプレイ、スピーカ等）である。メモリ１５は、プログラム、及び、プログラム等で処理されるデータ等を一時的に記憶するためのものであり、例えばＤＲＡＭ（Dynamic Random Access Memory）等の揮発性のメモリである。記憶部１６は、データを保存するための記憶装置であり、例えばフラッシュメモリ、ＨＤＤ（Hard Disc Drive）である。プロセッサ１９は、プログラムに記述された命令セットを実行するためのハードウェアであり、演算装置、レジスタ、周辺回路等により構成される。
　サーバ２０は、事業者により就業希望者として登録された登録者に関する情報、管理者により就業希望者として登録された登録者に関する情報等を管理する装置である。サーバ２０は、就業希望者であるユーザから登録情報を受け付け、登録者として登録する。サーバ２０は、事業者であるユーザから求人情報を受け付けて登録し、登録者の属性に応じて求人情報を提示する。また、サーバ２０は、求人情報に対する就業希望を事業者へ提示して就業希望者の選定を受け付け、選定された就業希望者へ通知する。
　サーバ２０は、ネットワーク８０に接続されたコンピュータである。サーバ２０は、通信ＩＦ２２と、入出力ＩＦ２３と、メモリ２５と、ストレージ２６と、プロセッサ２９とを備える。
　通信ＩＦ２２は、サーバ２０が外部の装置と通信するため、信号を入出力するためのインタフェースである。入出力ＩＦ２３は、ユーザからの入力操作を受け付けるための入力装置、及び、ユーザに対し情報を提示するための出力装置とのインタフェースとして機能する。メモリ２５は、プログラム、及び、プログラム等で処理されるデータ等を一時的に記憶するためのものであり、例えばＤＲＡＭ（Dynamic Random Access Memory）等の揮発性のメモリである。ストレージ２６は、データを保存するための記憶装置であり、例えばフラッシュメモリ、ＨＤＤ（Hard Disc Drive）である。プロセッサ２９は、プログラムに記述された命令セットを実行するためのハードウェアであり、演算装置、レジスタ、周辺回路等により構成される。
　＜１．１　端末装置１０の構成＞
　図３は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１を構成する端末装置１０の機能的な構成を示すブロック図である。図３に示すように、端末装置１０は、複数のアンテナ（アンテナ１１１、アンテナ１１２）と、各アンテナに対応する無線通信部（第１無線通信部１２１、第２無線通信部１２２）と、操作受付部１３０（キーボード１３１及びマウス１３２を含む）と、音声処理部１４０と、マイク１４１と、スピーカ１４２と、ディスプレイ１５０と、記憶部１６０と、制御部１７０とを含む。端末装置１０は、図３では特に図示していない機能及び構成（例えば、電力を保持するためのバッテリー、バッテリーから各回路への電力の供給を制御する電力供給回路等）も有している。図３に示すように、端末装置１０に含まれる各ブロックは、バス等により電気的に接続される。
　アンテナ１１１は、端末装置１０が発する信号を電波として放射する。また、アンテナ１１１は、空間から電波を受信して受信信号を第１無線通信部１２１へ与える。
　アンテナ１１２は、端末装置１０が発する信号を電波として放射する。また、アンテナ１１２は、空間から電波を受信して受信信号を第２無線通信部１２２へ与える。
　第１無線通信部１２１は、端末装置１０が他の無線機器と通信するため、アンテナ１１１を介して信号を送受信するための変復調処理等を行う。第２無線通信部１２２は、端末装置１０が他の無線機器と通信するため、アンテナ１１２を介して信号を送受信するための変復調処理等を行う。第１無線通信部１２１と第２無線通信部１２２とは、チューナー、ＲＳＳＩ（Received Signal Strength Indicator）算出回路、ＣＲＣ（Cyclic Redundancy Check）算出回路、高周波回路等を含む通信モジュールである。第１無線通信部１２１と第２無線通信部１２２とは、端末装置１０が送受信する無線信号の変復調や周波数変換を行い、受信信号を制御部１７０へ与える。
　操作受付部１３０は、ユーザの入力操作を受け付けるための機構を有する。具体的には、操作受付部１３０は、キーボード１３１と、マウス１３２とを含む。なお、操作受付部１３０は、例えば静電容量方式のタッチパネルを用いることによって、タッチパネルに対するユーザの接触位置を検出する、タッチスクリーンとして構成してもよい。
　キーボード１３１は、端末装置１０のユーザの入力操作を受け付ける。キーボード１３１は、文字入力を行う装置であり、入力された文字情報を入力信号として制御部１７０へ出力する。
　マウス１３２は、端末装置１０のユーザの入力操作を受け付ける。マウス１３２は、ディスプレイ１５０に表示されている表示物を選択等するためのポインティングデバイスであり、画面上で選択された位置情報と、ボタン押下されていることを示す情報とを入力信号として制御部１７０へ出力する。
　音声処理部１４０は、音声信号の変復調を行う。音声処理部１４０は、マイク１４１から与えられる信号を変調して、変調後の信号を制御部１７０へ与える。また、音声処理部１４０は、音声信号をスピーカ１４２へ与える。音声処理部１４０は、例えば音声処理用のプロセッサによって実現される。マイク１４１は、音声入力を受け付けて、当該音声入力に対応する音声信号を音声処理部１４０へ与える。スピーカ１４２は、音声処理部１４０から与えられる音声信号を音声に変換して当該音声を端末装置１０の外部へ出力する。
　ディスプレイ１５０は、制御部１７０の制御に応じて、画像、動画、テキスト等のデータを表示する。ディスプレイ１５０は、例えばＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）や有機ＥＬ（Electro-Luminescence）ディスプレイによって実現される。
　記憶部１６０は、例えばフラッシュメモリ等により構成され、端末装置１０が使用するデータ及びプログラムを記憶する。ある局面において、記憶部１６０は、ユーザ情報１６１を記憶する。
　ユーザ情報１６１は、端末装置１０を使用して就業登録者管理システム１の機能である、就業希望のための登録、求人情報の提示等を行うユーザの情報である。ユーザ情報としては、ユーザを識別する情報（ユーザＩＤ）、ユーザの氏名、ユーザが所属している企業等の組織情報等が含まれる。
　制御部１７０は、記憶部１６０に記憶されるプログラムを読み込んで、プログラムに含まれる命令を実行することにより、端末装置１０の動作を制御する。制御部１７０は、例えば予め端末装置１０にインストールされているアプリケーションである。制御部１７０は、プログラムに従って動作することにより、入力操作受付部１７１と、送受信部１７２と、データ処理部１７３と、通知制御部１７４としての機能を発揮する。
　入力操作受付部１７１は、キーボード１３１等の入力装置に対するユーザの入力操作を受け付ける処理を行う。
　送受信部１７２は、端末装置１０が、サーバ２０等の外部の装置と、通信プロトコルに従ってデータを送受信するための処理を行う。
　データ処理部１７３は、端末装置１０が入力を受け付けたデータに対し、プログラムに従って演算を行い、演算結果をメモリ等に出力する処理を行う。
　通知制御部１７４は、ユーザに対し情報を提示する処理を行う。通知制御部１７４は、表示画像をディスプレイ１５０に表示させる処理、音声をスピーカ１４２に出力させる処理等を行う。
　＜１．２　サーバ２０の機能的な構成＞
　図４は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１を構成するサーバ２０の機能的な構成を示す図である。図４に示すように、サーバ２０は、通信部２０１と、記憶部２０２と、制御部２０３としての機能を発揮する。
　通信部２０１は、サーバ２０が外部の装置と通信するための処理を行う。
　記憶部２０２は、サーバ２０が使用するデータ及びプログラムを記憶する。記憶部２０２は、登録者データベース２０２１と、求人データベース２０２２と、帳票データベース２０２３等を記憶する。
　登録者データベース２０２１は、就業登録者管理システム１における就業希望のために登録された登録者の情報を保持するためのデータベースであり、上記の登録者４１（第１の登録者）、登録者４２（第２の登録者）、登録者４３（第３の登録者）をそれぞれ区別して登録するように構成されている。詳細は後述する。
　求人データベース２０２２は、就業登録者管理システム１を利用する事業者により登録された求人情報、具体的には長期の就業を想定した求人情報、短期の就業を想定したシフトの情報等を保持するためのデータベースである。詳細は後述する。
　帳票データベース２０２３は、登録者が就業する際に、就業登録者管理システム１が発行する就業に必要な帳票類に関する情報を保持するためのデータベースである。詳細は後述する。
　制御部２０３は、サーバ２０のプロセッサ２９がプログラムに従って処理を行うことにより、各種モジュールとして受信制御モジュール２０３１、送信制御モジュール２０３２、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５、就業希望受付モジュール２０３６、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７、選定通知モジュール２０３８、及び課金情報生成モジュール２０３９に示す機能を発揮する。
　受信制御モジュール２０３１は、サーバ２０が外部の装置から通信プロトコルに従って信号を受信する処理を制御する。
　送信制御モジュール２０３２は、サーバ２０が外部の装置に対し通信プロトコルに従って信号を送信する処理を制御する。
　登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、就業登録者管理システム１を使用するユーザである、就業を希望する者が端末装置１０を操作して、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するため、登録情報の入力を行うので、端末装置１０から登録情報を受け付ける処理を制御する。登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、例えば、小売店や飲食店のような店舗の経営者または運営者である事業者による、求人情報や登録を促す情報（例えば登録画面へのリンク）から、登録情報が入力された場合、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）として登録情報を受け付ける。当該登録者は、例えば、既に当該事業者に属する登録者として登録されている他の登録者（内部雇用者、外部経験者、または外部者のいずれでもよい）からの紹介により、登録情報を受け付けてもよく、その場合、紹介者である登録者の情報も受け付けてもよい。
　また、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、例えば、１または複数の小売店や飲食店のような店舗を運営する企業である管理者や、フランチャイズチェーンビジネスを行う企業である管理者による、求人情報や登録を促す情報（例えば登録画面へのリンク）から、登録情報が入力された場合、当該管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）として登録情報を受け付ける。当該登録者は、例えば、既に当該管理者に属する登録者として登録されている他の登録者からの紹介により、登録情報を受け付けてもよく、その場合、紹介者である登録者の情報も受け付けてもよい。
　さらに、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、就業登録者管理システム１の運営者による、求人情報や登録を促す情報（例えば登録画面へのリンク）から、登録情報が入力された場合、特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）として登録情報を受け付ける。当該登録者は、例えば、既に当該登録者として登録されている他の登録者からの紹介により、登録情報を受け付けてもよく、その場合、紹介者である登録者の情報も受け付けてもよい。
　登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、及び特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）からの登録情報を受け付けると、それぞれの登録者を異なる属性として区別して登録し、例えば、登録者データベース２０２１に格納して記憶させる。また、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）からの登録情報を受け付けた場合、それぞれの登録者を内部雇用者、外部経験者、または外部者のいずれかに応じて異なる属性として区別して登録する。このとき、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、例えば、登録者の氏名、住所、連絡先、性別、年齢、等の情報を受け付ける。さらに、登録者の過去の経歴に基づくスキルの情報、または就業に関連する資格の情報をスキル情報として受け付ける。スキル情報は、具体的には特定の業務（接客、飲食店の調理経験、等）の経験の情報や、資格や免許の情報である。
　求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、就業登録者管理システム１を使用するユーザである、事業者が端末装置１０を操作して求人情報の入力を行うので、端末装置１０から求人情報を受け付ける処理を制御する。事業者が入力する求人情報は、長期の就業を想定した正社員やアルバイト、パートタイマーの求人情報でもよく、短期（単発）の就業を想定した小売店や飲食店等におけるアルバイトやパートタイマー等の労働者が就業する労働時間、いわゆるシフトの求人情報でもよく、不足しているシフトへの追加募集の情報でもよい。求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、例えば、求人情報として、事業者の会社名や店舗名称、就業に係る職種名や作業の名称、募集人数、所定時間における給与の単価の情報等を受け付ける。また、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、例えば、長期の就業を想定した求人情報の場合、所定期間における勤務可能な日時や回数の条件を示す情報（例えば、週４回、１回６時間以上、等）、短期（単発）の就業を想定した求人情報（シフト）の場合、就業予定の日時を示す情報を受け付ける。
　また、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるとき、当該求人情報を閲覧できるように提示する登録者の範囲を示す情報を受け付ける。求人情報を提示する登録者の範囲とは、当該求人情報を登録者の属性ごとに提示する範囲を示す情報であり、具体的には、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示するか、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）の範囲まで提示するか、または特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）の範囲まで提示するかを示す情報である。この登録者の範囲は、後述する求人情報提示モジュール２０３５で制御する、求人情報を提示する範囲である。また、登録者の範囲は、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示する場合、内部雇用者にのみ提示するか、内部雇用者、外部経験者及び外部者にまで提示するかを含めてもよい。また、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、受け付けた求人情報を、例えば、求人データベース２０２２に格納して記憶させる。
　求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４が受け付けた求人情報を、当該求人情報を提示する登録者の属性に対応して、登録者へ提示する処理を制御する。上記のように、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、求人情報受付モジュール２０３４が受け付けた求人情報を提示する登録者の属性の範囲に対応して、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示するか、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）の範囲まで提示するか、または特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）の範囲まで提示するか、を制御して該当する登録者へ提示する。また、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示する場合、内部雇用者にのみ提示するか、内部雇用者、外部経験者及び外部者にまで提示するか、を制御して該当する登録者へ提示する。求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、具体的には、登録者が端末装置１０を操作して求人情報の閲覧を行うので、当該登録者を識別するユーザＩＤにより登録者の属性を判定し、当該登録者の属性に対応する求人情報を、端末装置１０に送信して表示させる。
　求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、求人情報として、事業者の会社名や店舗名称、就業に係る職種名や作業の名称、募集人数、所定時間における給与の単価の情報等を提示する。また、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、例えば、長期の就業を想定した求人情報の場合、所定期間における勤務可能な日時や回数の条件を示す情報（例えば、週４回、１回６時間以上、等）、短期の就業を想定した求人情報（シフト）の場合、就業予定の日時を示す情報を提示する。さらに、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、求人情報と共に、当該求人情報に対して就業希望を入力するための入力手段（例えば、応募ボタン）を、端末装置１０に表示させる。
　就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、就業登録者管理システム１を使用するユーザである、登録者が端末装置１０を操作して、就業を希望する就業希望情報の入力を行うので、端末装置１０から就業希望情報を受け付ける処理を制御する。就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５が提示した登録者の属性の範囲に対応して、該当する属性の登録者からの就業希望情報を受け付ける。就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、就業希望情報として、例えば、登録者を識別するユーザＩＤ、就業を希望する事業者の会社名や店舗名称、就業を希望する職種名や作業の名称、当該求人情報が短期の就業を想定した求人情報（シフト）の場合における勤務開始日時及び勤務終了日時、等の情報を受け付ける。
　また、就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、当該求人情報が短期の就業を想定した求人情報（シフト）の場合、求人情報の就業予定日時と異なる就業希望時間を指定することを可能としてもよい。例えば、事業者が入力した就業予定日時の情報が、就業時間が９：００～１８：００であった場合、一般的には、この時間帯の全てにおいて就業可能な場合にのみ就業希望を受け付けるが、この時間帯より短い時間であっても、例えば就業希望時間として９：００～１５：００と入力して就業希望を受け付けることを可能としてもよい。また、就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、受け付けた就業希望情報を、例えば、登録者データベース２０２１に格納して記憶させる。
　就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、就業希望受付モジュール２０３６が受け付けた就業希望情報を、当該求人情報を入力した事業者の端末装置１０へ送信して提示すると、当該事業者が実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定し、端末装置１０を操作して選定結果の入力を行うので、その選定結果、すなわち就業してもらう登録者の情報を端末装置１０から受け付ける処理を制御する。就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、就業希望情報を、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）ごとに区別して事業者に提示し、実際に就業してもらう登録者の選定を受け付ける。このとき、登録者（第１の登録者）の場合、内部雇用者、外部経験者、外部者ごとに区別して事業者に提示し、実際に就業してもらう登録者の選定を受け付ける。
　また、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、登録者が指定した就業希望時間に対して、時間を調整して選定することを可能としてもよい。例えば、登録者が指定した就業希望時間が９：００～１５：００であった場合において、事業者は、就業時間が９：００～１４：００であれば受入可能である場合、就業時間として９：００～１４：００と変更して入力し、選定することを可能としてもよい。また、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、事業者による選定が行われたステータス情報を、例えば、求人データベース２０２２に格納して記憶させる。
　選定通知モジュール２０３８は、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７で受け付けた、選定された就業希望情報に係る登録者に対して、事業者から選定された旨の情報を登録者の端末装置１０に通知する処理を制御する。選定通知モジュール２０３８では、事業者から選定された旨の情報が、例えば端末装置１０にポップアップ画面として表示される。
　また、選定通知モジュール２０３８は、選定された登録者に対して、就業に際して必要な書類、例えば労働条件通知書や出勤簿のような書類を発行する処理を制御する。実際に就業してもらう登録者が、登録者の属性ごと、具体的には、登録者が当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）であるかにより、また、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）が内部雇用者、外部経験者、または外部者であるかにより、就業に際して必要な書類の種類が異なるので、選定通知モジュール２０３８では、登録者の属性に対応して、就業に必要な書類を発行する。また、選定通知モジュール２０３８は、選定された旨の情報を、例えば、登録者データベース２０２１に登録して記憶させる。
　課金情報生成モジュール２０３９は、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７で受け付けた、選定された登録者の就業に係る課金情報を算出する処理を制御する。ここで、登録者の就業に係る課金情報とは、当該事業者のもとで登録者が就業した場合、就業先の事業者に対して就業登録者管理システム１の使用に係る所定の手数料を支払うための課金情報であり、就業した登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出される。例えば、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）が就業した場合、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）が就業した場合よりも高額な課金情報を算出してもよく、この場合、管理者に対する所定の手数料、いわゆるキックバックを、課金還元情報として算出してもよい。
　＜２　データ構造＞
　図５は、サーバ２０が記憶する登録者データベース２０２１、求人データベース２０２２のデータ構造の例を示す図である。また、図６は、サーバ２０が記憶する帳票データベース２０２３のデータ構造の例を示す図である。
　図５に示すように、登録者データベース２０２１のレコードのそれぞれは、項目「登録者ＩＤ」と、項目「登録者名」と、項目「登録者詳細情報」等を含む。
　項目「登録者ＩＤ」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために受け付ける登録者それぞれを識別する情報である。
　項目「登録者名」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために受け付ける登録者の氏名である。
　項目「登録者詳細情報」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために受け付ける登録者に関する情報であり、具体的には、項目「登録元」と、項目「内部／外部　スキル情報」と、項目「基本時給」と、項目「基本就業場所」等を含む。
　項目「登録元」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために登録した登録者の属性を示す情報である。具体的には、その登録者が事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）であるか、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）であるか、または特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）であるかを示す情報と、その事業者または管理者の情報が格納されている。
　項目「内部／外部　スキル情報」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために登録した登録者が事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）である場合における、内部雇用者、外部経験者、または外部者のいずれであるかを示す情報、または、登録者が管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）である場合における、当該登録者のスキル情報が格納されている。
　項目「基本時給」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために登録した登録者が就業する場合の、所定時間における給与の単価を示す情報であり、例として時給を示している。この時給の情報は、例えば、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）の場合における当該事業者から通常支払いを受けている時給でもよく、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、または特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）の場合における登録時の時給または過去の実績に基づく時給でもよい。
　項目「基本就業場所」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて就業希望のために登録した登録者が通常就業する店舗等の場所を示す情報である。
　なお、図示は省略するが、登録者データベース２０２１は、過去に送信した就業希望情報や、就業状況に関する情報を保持してもよい。
　サーバ２０の登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、ユーザから登録情報を受け付けることに伴って、登録者データベース２０２１にレコードを追加する。
　求人データベース２０２２のレコードのそれぞれは、項目「事業者ＩＤ」と、項目「事業者名」と、項目「求人詳細情報」等を含む。
　項目「事業者ＩＤ」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて求人情報を登録する事業者それぞれを識別する情報である。
　項目「事業者名」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて求人情報を登録する事業者の名称を示す情報であり、例えば、店舗の名称、法人名称、個人事業者名が格納されている。
　項目「求人詳細情報」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報に関する情報であり、具体的には、項目「求人ＩＤ」と、項目「募集職種」と、項目「時給」と、項目「人数」と、項目「長期／短期　回数／日時」と、項目「状況」等を含む。この項目「求人詳細情報」は、項目「事業者名」が示す事業者が求人情報を登録するごとにレコードが登録されるように構成されている。
　項目「求人ＩＤ」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報それぞれを識別する情報である。
　項目「募集職種」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報に係る職種を示す情報である。具体的には、当該求人で実際に就業する場合の作業内容であり、図５に示す例では、コンビニエンスストアの店舗内で各種作業を行う「店舗クルー」や、飲食店の店舗内で接客の作業を行う「店舗接客」が格納されている。
　項目「時給」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人で実際に就業した場合の、所定時間における給与の単価を示す情報であり、例として時給を示している。
　項目「人数」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報の募集人数を示す情報である。
　項目「長期／短期　回数／日時」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報が、長期の就業を想定したものか、または短期（単発）の就業を想定したものかを示す情報と、長期の就業を想定した場合における日時や回数の条件を示す情報（例えば、週４回）、短期（単発）の就業を想定した場合におけるシフトの就業予定の日時を示す情報とが格納されている。
　項目「状況」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて事業者が登録した求人情報に係る状況を示す情報であり、募集中を示す「募集中」、応募締切後であり登録者を選定中であることを示す「選定中」、実際に就業してもらう登録者が決定済であることを示す「決定」等が格納されている。
　サーバ２０の求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、ユーザから求人情報を受け付けることに伴って、求人データベース２０２２の項目「求人詳細情報」にレコードを追加する。
　図６に示すように、帳票データベース２０２３のレコードのそれぞれは、項目「帳票ＩＤ」と、項目「帳票名」と、項目「帳票有無」等を含む。
　項目「帳票ＩＤ」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて登録者が就業する際に発行する帳票の種類を識別する情報である。
　項目「帳票名」は、就業登録者管理システム１にて登録者が就業する際に発行する帳票の名称を示す情報である。
　項目「帳票有無」は、登録者が実際に就業する場合に当該帳票の発行が必要であるか否かを示す情報である。例えば、図６に示すように、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）の内部雇用者が就業する場合、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）の外部経験者または外部者が就業する場合、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）が就業する場合ごとに、当該帳票の発行が必要であることを示す「〇」、または、当該帳票の発行が不要であることを示す「×」が格納されている。
　＜３　動作＞
　以下、図７ないし図１０を参照しながら、第１の実施の形態における就業登録者管理システム１による登録処理、求人情報受付処理、就業希望情報受付処理及び課金情報算出処理について説明する。なお、図７ないし図１０においては、登録者が使用する端末装置を端末装置１０Ａ、事業者が使用する端末装置を端末装置１０Ｂとする。
　図７は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１による登録処理を行う流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。
　ステップＳ１１１において、端末装置１０Ａの入力操作受付部１７１は、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するユーザから、就業登録者管理システム１のサービスを利用するために必要な認証を行うためのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを入力する操作を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けたユーザＩＤ及びパスワード、及びユーザ情報をサーバ２０へ送信する。端末装置１０Ａの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された認証完了の情報、及び登録情報を受け付けるための登録情報入力画面の表示データを受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた認証完了の情報、及び登録情報入力画面を、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ１２１において、サーバ２０は、端末装置１０Ａから送信されたユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを、通信部２０１を介して受け付け、当該ユーザのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードが正当であることを確認し、所定の認証を行う。正当である場合、サーバ２０は、認証完了の情報を、端末装置１０Ａへ通信部２０１を介して送信する。また、サーバ２０の登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、登録情報を受け付けるための登録情報入力画面の表示データを、通信部２０１を介して端末装置１０Ａへ送信する。
　ステップＳ１１２において、端末装置１０Ａの入力操作受付部１７１は、ユーザからの操作により、ユーザが登録する登録情報、具体的には登録者の個人情報、スキル情報等の入力を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けた登録情報を、サーバ２０へ送信する。
　ステップＳ１２２において、サーバ２０の登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、端末装置１０Ａから送信された登録情報を、通信部２０１を介して受け付ける。登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、受け付けた登録情報を、登録された箇所（例えば、登録画面へのリンク元）等の情報に基づき、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、及び特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）からの登録情報を判別し、それぞれの登録者を異なる属性として区別する。また、登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）からの登録情報を受け付けた場合、それぞれの登録者を内部雇用者、外部経験者、または外部者のいずれかに応じて異なる属性として区別する。
　ステップＳ１２３において、サーバ２０の登録情報受付モジュール２０３３は、ステップＳ１２２で受け付けた登録情報を、上記のように区別して登録者データベース２０２１に格納する。
　以上のように、就業登録者管理システム１では、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するユーザから登録情報を受け付けると、それぞれの登録者を異なる属性として区別して登録する。
　図８は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１による求人情報受付処理を行う流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。
　ステップＳ２１１において、端末装置１０Ｂの入力操作受付部１７１は、求人情報を登録する事業者であるユーザから、就業登録者管理システム１のサービスを利用するために必要な認証を行うためのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを入力する操作を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けたユーザＩＤ及びパスワード、及びユーザ情報をサーバ２０へ送信する。端末装置１０Ｂの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された認証完了の情報、及び求人情報を受け付けるための求人情報入力画面の表示データを受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた認証完了の情報、及び求人情報入力画面を、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ２２１において、サーバ２０は、端末装置１０Ｂから送信されたユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを、通信部２０１を介して受け付け、当該ユーザのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードが正当であることを確認し、所定の認証を行う。正当である場合、サーバ２０は、認証完了の情報を、端末装置１０Ｂへ通信部２０１を介して送信する。また、サーバ２０の求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、求人情報を受け付けるための求人情報入力画面の表示データを、通信部２０１を介して端末装置１０Ｂへ送信する。
　ステップＳ２１２において、端末装置１０Ｂの入力操作受付部１７１は、ユーザからの操作により、ユーザが登録する求人情報、具体的には求人情報として、事業者の会社名や店舗名称、就業に係る職種名や作業の名称、募集人数、所定時間における給与の単価の情報、当該求人情報を閲覧できるように提示する登録者の範囲を示す情報等の入力を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けた求人情報を、サーバ２０へ送信する。
　ステップＳ２２２において、サーバ２０の求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、端末装置１０Ｂから送信された求人情報を、通信部２０１を介して受け付ける。
　ステップＳ２２３において、サーバ２０の求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、ステップＳ２２２で受け付けた求人情報について、当該求人情報を閲覧できるように提示する登録者の範囲を示す情報から、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示するか、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）の範囲まで提示するか、または特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）の範囲まで提示するかを判定する。また、求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示する場合、内部雇用者にのみ提示するか、内部雇用者、外部経験者及び外部者にまで提示するかを判定する。求人情報提示モジュール２０３５は、判定結果に基づく登録者の属性の範囲に対応して、提示する範囲を制御して該当する登録者について、通信部２０１を介して求人情報（または求人情報が更新された旨の情報）を端末装置１０Ａへ送信する。
　ステップＳ２３３において、端末装置１０Ａの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された求人情報（または求人情報が更新された旨の情報）を受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた求人情報を、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ２２４において、サーバ２０の求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、ステップＳ２２２で受け付けた求人情報を、求人データベース２０２２に格納する。
　以上のように、就業登録者管理システム１では、事業者であるユーザから求人情報を受け付けると、当該求人情報を提示する登録者の属性に対応して、登録者へ提示する。これにより、事業者は、登録者の属性に応じた求人情報の登録が可能であり、自己の登録者を優先しつつ、必要に応じて自己の登録者以外の人材を活用することが可能になる。
　図９は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１による就業希望情報受付処理を行う流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。
　ステップＳ３３１において、端末装置１０Ａの入力操作受付部１７１は、就業希望情報を送信する登録者であるユーザから、就業登録者管理システム１のサービスを利用するために必要な認証を行うためのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを入力する操作を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けたユーザＩＤ及びパスワード、及びユーザ情報をサーバ２０へ送信する。端末装置１０Ａの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された認証完了の情報、及び就業希望情報を受け付けるための就業希望情報入力画面の表示データを受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた認証完了の情報、及び就業希望情報入力画面を、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ３２１において、サーバ２０は、端末装置１０Ａから送信されたユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを、通信部２０１を介して受け付け、当該ユーザのユーザＩＤ及びパスワードが正当であることを確認し、所定の認証を行う。正当である場合、サーバ２０は、認証完了の情報を、端末装置１０Ａへ通信部２０１を介して送信する。また、サーバ２０の求人情報受付モジュール２０３４は、就業希望情報を受け付けるための就業希望情報入力画面の表示データを、通信部２０１を介して端末装置１０Ａへ送信する。
　ステップＳ３３２において、端末装置１０Ａの入力操作受付部１７１は、ユーザからの操作により、ユーザが登録する就業希望情報、具体的には就業を希望する登録者を識別するユーザＩＤ、就業を希望する事業者の会社名や店舗名称、就業を希望する職種名や作業の名称、当該求人情報が短期の就業を想定した求人情報（シフト）の場合における勤務開始日時及び勤務終了日時等の入力を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けた就業希望情報を、サーバ２０へ送信する。
　ステップＳ３２２において、サーバ２０の就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、端末装置１０Ａから送信された求人情報を、通信部２０１を介して受け付ける。
　ステップＳ３２３において、サーバ２０の就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、ステップＳ３２２で受け付けた就業希望情報（または就業希望情報が更新された旨の情報）を、当該事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）、特定の事業者や管理者に属しない登録者（第３の登録者）ごとに区別して表示するように、通信部２０１を介して端末装置１０Ｂへ送信する。このとき、登録者（第１の登録者）の場合、内部雇用者、外部経験者、外部者ごとに区別して表示するようにする。
　ステップＳ３１３において、端末装置１０Ｂの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された就業希望情報（または就業希望情報が更新された旨の情報）を受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた求人情報を、登録者の属性ごとに区別してディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ３１４において、端末装置１０Ｂの入力操作受付部１７１は、ユーザからの操作により、ユーザである事業者が自己の求人に対して実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定する入力を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けた登録者の情報を、サーバ２０へ送信する。
　ステップＳ３２４において、サーバ２０の就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、端末装置１０Ｂから送信された、求人に対して実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定した情報を、通信部２０１を介して受け付ける。サーバ２０の選定通知モジュール２０３８は、受け付けた、選定された就業希望情報に係る登録者に対して、事業者から選定された旨の通知を端末装置１０Ａへ、通信部２０１を介して送信する。
　ステップＳ３３４において、端末装置１０Ａの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された、事業者から選定された旨の通知を受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた、事業者から選定された旨の通知を、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ３２５において、選定通知モジュール２０３８は、選定された登録者に対して、就業に際して必要な書類、例えば労働条件通知書や出勤簿のような書類を発行する。選定通知モジュール２０３８は、選定された就業希望情報に対して、発行した書類の帳票データを端末装置１０Ａへ、通信部２０１を介して送信する。
　ステップＳ３３５において、端末装置１０Ａの送受信部１７２は、サーバ２０から送信された書類の帳票データを受け付ける。通知制御部１７４は、受け付けた書類の帳票データを、ディスプレイ１５０に表示させる。
　ステップＳ３２６において、サーバ２０の就業希望受付モジュール２０３６は、受け付けた就業希望情報を、登録者データベース２０２１に格納して記憶させる。就業希望選定モジュール２０３７は、事業者による選定が行われたステータス情報を、求人データベース２０２２に格納して記憶させる。選定通知モジュール２０３８は、選定された旨の情報を、登録者データベース２０２１に登録して記憶させる。
　以上のように、就業登録者管理システム１では、受け付けた就業希望情報を登録者の属性ごとに区別して事業者に提示し、事業者からの選定を受け付ける。事業者が実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定すると、当該登録者へ選定された旨を通知する。このとき、登録者の属性ごとに、就業に際して必要な書類を発行する。これにより、事業者は、登録者の属性を考慮して実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定することが可能である。
　図１０は、実施の形態１の就業登録者管理システム１による課金情報算出処理を行う流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。
　ステップＳ４１１において、端末装置１０Ｂの入力操作受付部１７１は、事業者であるユーザからの操作により、当該事業者のもとで登録者が就業した際の就業情報を入力する操作を受け付ける。送受信部１７２は、受け付けた登録者の就業情報を、サーバ２０へ送信する。
　ステップＳ４２１において、サーバ２０の課金情報生成モジュール２０３９は、端末装置１０Ｂから送信された登録者の就業情報を、通信部２０１を介して受け付ける。課金情報生成モジュール２０３９は、受け付けた登録者の就業情報に係る、就業登録者管理システム１の使用に係る所定の手数料を支払うための課金情報を算出する。このとき、課金情報は、就業した登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出される。
　以上のように、就業登録者管理システム１では、登録者が実際に就業した後、登録者の就業情報を受け付け、登録者の就業情報に係る所定の手数料を支払うための課金情報を、就業した登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出する。これにより、登録者の属性に基づく課金情報を容易に算出することが可能になる。
　＜４　画面例＞
　以下、図１１及び図１２を参照しながら、就業登録者管理システム１による、登録者の登録情報を表示する画面例、及び求人情報を入力する画面例について説明する。
　図１１は、端末装置１０に表示する登録者の登録情報を表示する画面例を示す図である。図１１の画面例は、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するユーザが、登録情報を入力するため、登録情報入力画面が表示された状態の画面例を示す。図７のステップＳ１１２に相当する。
　図１１に示すように、端末装置１０のディスプレイ１５０には、登録情報入力画面が表示されている。この登録情報入力画面には、登録者の入力済の情報として、氏名等の個人情報表示欄１０３１ａが表示されている。また、登録情報入力画面には、これから入力を促す入力欄として、連絡先を入力する電話番号入力欄１０３１ｂと、メールアドレス入力欄１０３１ｃと、登録者のスキル情報の入力を促すスキル情報入力欄１０３１ｄとが設けられている。さらに、電話番号入力欄１０３１ｂ、メールアドレス入力欄１０３１ｃ、スキル情報入力欄１０３１ｄに入力した後、入力情報をサーバ２０へ送信するための送信ボタン１０３１ｅが設けられている。
　図１１に示す画面において、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するユーザは、自己の登録情報を入力し、送信ボタン１０３１ｅを押下することにより、登録者として登録されるように構成されている。このとき、特に管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）として登録する場合、登録者自身のスキル情報を入力し、登録しておくことで、就業希望を送信した後、事業者から選定されやすくなるため、スキル情報入力欄１０３１ｄが設けられ、スキル情報の入力を促すように構成されている。
　図１２は、端末装置１０に表示する求人情報を入力する画面例を示す図である。図１２の画面例は、求人情報を登録する事業者であるユーザが、求人情報を入力するため、求人情報入力画面が表示された状態の画面例を示す。図８のステップＳ２１２に相当する。
　図１２に示すように、端末装置１０のディスプレイ１５０には、求人情報入力画面が表示されている。この求人情報入力画面には、事業者による求人情報の入力を促す入力欄として、事業者の会社名や店舗名称を入力する事業者名入力欄１０３２ａと、求人の就業に係る職種名や作業の名称を入力する募集職種入力欄１０３２ｂと、所定時間における給与の単価である時給を入力する時給入力欄１０３２ｃと、当該求人における募集人数を入力する募集人数入力欄１０３２ｄとが設けられている。また、当該求人情報を閲覧できるように提示する登録者の範囲を設定する提示範囲設定欄１０３２ｅが設けられている。さらに、事業者名入力欄１０３２ａ、募集職種入力欄１０３２ｂ、時給入力欄１０３２ｃ、募集人数入力欄１０３２ｄ、提示範囲設定欄１０３２ｅに入力した後、入力情報をサーバ２０へ送信するための送信ボタン１０３２ｆが設けられている。
　図１２に示す画面において、事業者として求人情報を登録するユーザは、自己の求人情報を入力し、送信ボタン１０３２ｆを押下することにより、求人情報が登録者に閲覧されるように構成されている。このとき、求人情報を提示する登録者の属性ごとに、求人情報を提示する範囲を設定できるようにするため、提示範囲設定欄１０３２ｅが設けられている。図１２に示す提示範囲設定欄１０３２ｅは、事業者に属する登録者（第１の登録者）にのみ提示するか、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）の範囲まで提示するか、のみ選択可能に構成されているが、上記のように細かい範囲設定が可能に構成してもよい。
　＜小括＞
　以上のように、本実施形態によると、事業者に対する就業のために登録者として登録するユーザから登録情報を受け付けると、それぞれの登録者の属性を異なる属性として区別して登録し、記憶する。具体的には、事業者に属する第１の登録者と、管理者に属する第２の登録者と、特定の事業者や管理者に属しない第３の登録者と、に区別して記憶する。また、事業者からの選択操作により、登録者の属性に対応する範囲設定により、求人情報を当該登録者へ提示する。そのため、事業者は、登録者の属性に応じた求人情報の登録が可能であり、自己の登録者を優先しつつ、必要に応じて自己の登録者以外の人材を活用することが可能になる。これにより、多様な事業者のもとで就業する労働者の情報をあらかじめ登録しておくことで労働力を確保し、就業者が不足している事業者のもとに労働力を適切に提供することが可能になる。
　また、登録者から就業希望情報を受け付けると、就業希望情報を登録者の属性ごとに区別して事業者に提示し、事業者からの選定を受け付ける。事業者が実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定すると、当該登録者へ選定された旨を通知する。このとき、登録者の属性ごとに、就業に際して必要な書類を発行する。これにより、事業者は、登録者の属性を考慮して実際に就業してもらう登録者を選定することが可能である。
　さらに、登録者が実際に就業した後、登録者の就業情報を受け付け、登録者の就業情報に係る所定の手数料を支払うための課金情報を、就業した登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出する。このとき、管理者に属する第２の登録者が就業した場合、管理者に対する所定の手数料を、課金還元情報として算出することも可能である。これにより、登録者の属性に基づく課金情報を容易に算出することが可能になる。
　＜第２の実施の形態＞
　以下、就業登録者管理システム１の他の実施の形態について説明する。
　＜１　就業登録者管理システム１の全体構成＞
　図１３は、実施の形態２の就業登録者管理システム１を構成するサーバ２０の機能的な構成を示す図である。第２の実施の形態における就業登録者管理システム１の全体の構成、端末装置１０の構成は、第１の実施の形態と同様であるので、繰り返して説明しない。サーバ２０の構成については、図１３に示すように、新たに就業希望レコメンドモジュール２０４０の機能を備える以外、第１の実施の形態と同様である。以下、第２の実施の形態における就業希望レコメンドモジュール２０４０の機能について説明する。
　就業希望レコメンドモジュール２０４０は、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７で事業者から選定されなかった登録者のうち、管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）を、他の事業者に就業希望の候補者としてレコメンドする処理を制御する。管理者に属する登録者（第２の登録者）は、図１に示す登録者４２であり、図１に示すように特定の事業者に属していないため、他の事業者のもとで就業することも可能である。そのため、ある事業者に選定されなかったとしても、管理者に属する登録者が就業希望情報を送信した時間帯等の条件において、求人情報がある場合、当該管理者に属する登録者を他の事業者へレコメンドする。就業希望レコメンドモジュール２０４０は、例えば、当該登録者の就業希望情報の条件と、他の事業者の求人情報の条件とを突合し、条件が一致した場合（完全一致に限らず、一部の条件のみ一致した場合でもよい）、当該登録者をその事業者へレコメンドする。

　＜第３の実施の形態＞
　以下、就業登録者管理システム１の他の実施の形態について説明する。
　＜１　就業登録者管理システム１の全体構成＞
　図１４は、実施の形態３の就業登録者管理システム１を構成するサーバ２０の機能的な構成を示す図である。第３の実施の形態における就業登録者管理システム１の全体の構成、端末装置１０の構成は、第１の実施の形態と同様であるので、繰り返して説明しない。サーバ２０の構成については、図１４に示すように、新たに給与精算モジュール２０４１の機能を備える以外、第１の実施の形態と同様である。以下、第３の実施の形態における給与精算モジュール２０４１の機能について説明する。
　給与精算モジュール２０４１は、就業希望選定モジュール２０３７で受け付けた、選定された登録者の就業に係る給与支払いの精算を行う処理を制御する。給与精算モジュール２０４１は、例えば、登録者の就業に係る給与計算を、登録者データベース２０２１に登録されている登録者の属性ごとにそれぞれ区別して行う。登録者の属性により、給与計算のもとになる各種条件が異なるためである。このとき、給与精算モジュール２０４１は、事業者から、当該登録者の就業についての評価情報を受け付けるように構成してもよい。評価情報は、例えば、５段階のうちいくつに相当するのか、のような定量的な評価情報でもよく、コメントのような定性的な評価情報でもよい。

　第２の実施の形態におけるデータ構造は、第１の実施の形態と同様であるので、繰り返して説明しない。

　＜小括＞
　以上のように、本実施形態によると、事業者から選定された登録者の就業に係る、給与支払いの精算を行う。これにより、より効率的に労働力を確保し、就業後の手続きも効率的に処理することが可能になる。
　以上、開示に係る実施形態について説明したが、これらはその他の様々な形態で実施することが可能であり、種々の省略、置換及び変更を行なって実施することができる。これらの実施形態及び変形例ならびに省略、置換及び変更を行なったものは、特許請求の範囲の技術的範囲とその均等の範囲に含まれる。

　以上の各実施形態で説明した事項を、以下に付記する。
　（付記１）プロセッサ２９と、メモリ２５とを備えるコンピュータに実行させ、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理するためのプログラムであって、メモリ２５は、登録者の属性を、事業者に属する第１の登録者と、事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶する（２０２１）ように構成され、プログラムは、プロセッサ２９に、登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、登録者の属性ごとに区別してメモリに記憶させるステップ（Ｓ１２２）と、事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップ（Ｓ２２２）と、事業者からの選択操作により、登録者の属性に対応する求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップ（Ｓ２２３）と、を実行させる、プログラム。
　（付記２）登録者からの登録情報をメモリに記憶させるステップにおいて、事業者により、第１の登録者からの登録情報を記憶させ、管理者により、第２の登録者からの登録情報を記憶させる、（付記１）に記載のプログラム。
　（付記３）メモリは、さらに、事業者及び管理者に属さない第３の登録者を、第１の登録者及び第２の登録者と区別して記憶するように構成される、（付記１）または（付記２）に記載のプログラム。
　（付記４）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、求人情報に対する就業希望情報を、登録者から受け付けるステップ（Ｓ３２２）と、登録者からの就業希望情報を、登録者の属性ごとに区別して事業者へ提示するステップ（Ｓ３２３）と、事業者から、提示された就業希望情報から実際に就業する登録者を選定する入力を受け付けるステップ（Ｓ３２４）と、事業者から選定された登録者に対して、事業者から選定されたことを通知するステップ（Ｓ３２４）と、を実行させる、（付記１）から（付記３）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記５）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、登録者の就業希望情報に対する就業に係る、事業者への課金情報を、登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出するステップ（Ｓ４２１）を実行させる、（付記４）に記載のプログラム。
　（付記６）課金情報を算出するステップにおいて、第２の登録者の就業に係る課金情報について、管理者への所定の課金還元情報を算出する、（付記５）に記載のプログラム。
　（付記７）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、事業者から選定されなかった第２の登録者による就業希望情報を、当該事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者における他の事業者に対してレコメンドするステップを実行させる、（付記４）から（付記６）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記８）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、事業者から選定された登録者に対して、登録者の属性に対応する、就業に必要な帳票を発行するステップ（Ｓ３２５）を実行させる、（付記４）から（付記７）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記９）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、事業者から選定された登録者が実際に就業した後、就業に係る勤怠情報に基づき、登録者に対する給与支払いの精算を行うステップを実行させる、（付記４）から（付記８）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記１０）プログラムは、プロセッサに、さらに、事業者から選定された登録者が実際に就業した後、登録者の就業に対する評価情報の入力を受け付けるステップを実行させる、（付記４）から（付記９）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記１１）メモリは、第２の登録者のスキル情報を記憶するように構成され、登録者からの登録情報をメモリに記憶させるステップにおいて、第２の登録者のスキル情報を登録情報として受け付け、メモリに記憶させ、求人情報を登録者へ提示するステップにおいて、事業者から、求人情報に係る就業に必要なスキル情報を受け付けて登録者へ提示する、（付記４）から（付記１０）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記１２）求人情報を提示するステップにおいて、事業者に対して、第１の登録者のみ閲覧可能に提示するか、第１の登録者及び第２の登録者のみ閲覧可能に提示するか、または第１の登録者、第２の登録者及び第３の登録者が閲覧可能に提示するか、を選択可能に提示し、事業者からの選択操作を受け付け、事業者からの選択操作により、登録者の属性に対応する求人情報を当該登録者へ提示する、（付記３）から（付記１１）のいずれかに記載のプログラム。
　（付記１３）第１の登録者のうち、事業者に雇用されている内部雇用者と、事業者に過去に雇用されていた外部雇用者と、現在または過去において事業者に雇用されていない外部者と、を区別して閲覧可能に提示するかを選択可能に提示する、（付記１２）に記載のプログラム。
　（付記１４）制御部２０３と、記憶部２０２とを備え、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理する情報処理装置であって、記憶部２０２は、登録者の属性を、事業者に属する第１の登録者と、事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶する（２０２１）ように構成され、制御部２０３は、登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、登録者の属性ごとに区別してメモリに記憶させるステップ（Ｓ１２２）と、事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップ（Ｓ２２２）と、事業者からの選択操作により、登録者の属性に対応する求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップ（Ｓ２２３）と、を行う、情報処理装置。
　（付記１５）プロセッサ２９と、メモリ２５とを備えるコンピュータにより実行され、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理するための方法であって、メモリ２５は、登録者の属性を、事業者に属する第１の登録者と、事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶する（２０２１）ように構成され、方法は、プロセッサ２９が、登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、登録者の属性ごとに区別してメモリに記憶させるステップ（Ｓ１２２）と、事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップ（Ｓ２２２）と、事業者からの選択操作により、登録者の属性に対応する求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップ（Ｓ２２３）と、を実行する、方法。

Claims (15)

  1. 　プロセッサと、メモリとを備えるコンピュータに実行させ、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理するためのプログラムであって、
    　前記メモリは、前記登録者の属性を、前記事業者に属する第１の登録者と、前記事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶するように構成され、
    　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、
    　前記登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、前記登録者の属性ごとに区別して前記メモリに記憶させるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの選択操作により、前記登録者の属性に対応する前記求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップと、を実行させる、プログラム。
  2. 　前記登録者からの登録情報を前記メモリに記憶させるステップにおいて、
    　前記事業者により、前記第１の登録者からの登録情報を記憶させ、
    　前記管理者により、前記第２の登録者からの登録情報を記憶させる、請求項１に記載のプログラム。
  3. 　前記メモリは、さらに、前記事業者及び前記管理者に属さない第３の登録者を、前記第１の登録者及び前記第２の登録者と区別して記憶するように構成される、請求項１または請求項２に記載のプログラム。
  4. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記求人情報に対する就業希望情報を、前記登録者から受け付けるステップと、
    　前記登録者からの前記就業希望情報を、前記登録者の属性ごとに区別して前記事業者へ提示するステップと、
    　前記事業者から、提示された前記就業希望情報から実際に就業する前記登録者を選定する入力を受け付けるステップと、
    　前記事業者から選定された前記登録者に対して、前記事業者から選定されたことを通知するステップと、を実行させる、請求項１から請求項３のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  5. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記登録者の前記就業希望情報に対する就業に係る、前記事業者への課金情報を、前記登録者の属性ごとに区別して算出するステップを実行させる、請求項４に記載のプログラム。
  6. 　前記課金情報を算出するステップにおいて、
    　前記第２の登録者の就業に係る課金情報について、前記管理者への所定の課金還元情報を算出する、請求項５に記載のプログラム。
  7. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記事業者から選定されなかった前記第２の登録者による就業希望情報を、当該事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者における他の前記事業者に対してレコメンドするステップを実行させる、請求項４から請求項６のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  8. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記事業者から選定された前記登録者に対して、前記登録者の属性に対応する、就業に必要な帳票を発行するステップを実行させる、請求項４から請求項７のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  9. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記事業者から選定された前記登録者が実際に就業した後、就業に係る勤怠情報に基づき、前記登録者に対する給与支払いの精算を行うステップを実行させる、請求項４から請求項８のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  10. 　前記プログラムは、前記プロセッサに、さらに、
    　前記事業者から選定された前記登録者が実際に就業した後、前記登録者の就業に対する評価情報の入力を受け付けるステップを実行させる、請求項４から請求項９のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  11. 　前記メモリは、前記第２の登録者のスキル情報を記憶するように構成され、
    　前記登録者からの登録情報を前記メモリに記憶させるステップにおいて、前記第２の登録者のスキル情報を前記登録情報として受け付け、前記メモリに記憶させ、
    　前記求人情報を前記登録者へ提示するステップにおいて、前記事業者から、前記求人情報に係る就業に必要なスキル情報を受け付けて前記登録者へ提示する、請求項４から請求項１０のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  12. 　前記求人情報を提示するステップにおいて、前記事業者に対して、前記第１の登録者のみ閲覧可能に提示するか、前記第１の登録者及び前記第２の登録者のみ閲覧可能に提示するか、または前記第１の登録者、前記第２の登録者及び前記第３の登録者が閲覧可能に提示するか、を選択可能に提示し、前記事業者からの選択操作を受け付け、前記事業者からの選択操作により、前記登録者の属性に対応する前記求人情報を当該登録者へ提示する、請求項３から請求項１１のいずれか１項に記載のプログラム。
  13. 　前記第１の登録者のうち、前記事業者に雇用されている内部雇用者と、前記事業者に過去に雇用されていた外部雇用者と、現在または過去において前記事業者に雇用されていない外部者と、を区別して閲覧可能に提示するかを選択可能に提示する、請求項１２に記載のプログラム。
  14. 　制御部と、記憶部とを備え、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理する情報処理装置であって、
    　前記記憶部は、前記登録者の属性を、前記事業者に属する第１の登録者と、前記事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶するように構成され、
    　前記制御部は、
    　前記登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、前記登録者の属性ごとに区別して前記メモリに記憶させるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの選択操作により、前記登録者の属性に対応する前記求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップと、を実行する、情報処理装置。
  15. 　プロセッサと、メモリとを備えるコンピュータにより実行され、事業者に対する就業のために登録されている登録者を管理するための方法であって、
    　前記メモリは、前記登録者の属性を、前記事業者に属する第１の登録者と、前記事業者と所定の関係を有する管理者に属する第２の登録者と、に区別して記憶するように構成され、
    　前記方法は、前記プロセッサが、
    　前記登録者からの登録情報を受け付け、前記登録者の属性ごとに区別して前記メモリに記憶させるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの求人情報を受け付けるステップと、
    　前記事業者からの選択操作により、前記登録者の属性に対応する前記求人情報を当該登録者へ提示するステップと、を実行する、方法。
