技术领域
本说明书涉及一种工业清洗技术领域,特别涉及一种工业零部件自动清洗装置及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前,现有技术中的自动清洗装置在使用传统工装夹具时有严重浪费有效空间的问题,导致设备庞大臃肿。存在处理量受限,节拍跟不上,不节能等缺点。随着最近几年电动车的大力发展,电动车里的电池壳以及相关各种零部件,使用量巨大。清洗干净的零件可以防止电动车在使用中因短路或接触不良而导致人员和财产的伤害。传统的清洗装置不能满足清洁效率和清洁度的要求。因此本申请提供了一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置及其使用方法可以显著提高工业零件的清洗效率,满足不同工况下的清洗要求。
发明内容
本说明书实施例提供一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,包括上料支架、清洗装置本体和下料支架,其特征在于:所述清洗装置本体的一端设有上料支架,所述清洗装置本体的另一端设有下料支架,所述上料支架和下料支架倾斜设置,所述清洗装置本体水平设置,所述上料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度低于上料支架另一端的高度,所述下料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度高于下料支架另一端的高度。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体内部的一端设有主动转动装置,所述清洗装置本体内部的另一端设有从动转动装置,所述主动传动装置与从动传动装置之间通过传动系统相连。
在一些实施例中,所述主动转动装置为主动齿轮,所述从动转动装置为从动齿轮,所述传动系统为传动链条。
在一些实施例中,所述传动链条上间隔设置有多个工件卡紧爪,所述清洗装置 本体上设有电机和减速机,所述电机能够通过减速机和驱动带带动主动齿轮转动。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体的内侧面上依次固定有两条相互平行的导轨、转速调节杆一和转速调节杆二,所述传动链条上设置的工件卡紧爪用来抓取清洗转鼓中部的连接轴,所述连接轴的两端设有清洗转鼓,所述连接轴上相对应转速调节杆一和转速调节杆二固定有转速调节轮一和转速调节轮二。
在一些实施例中,所述传动链条上的工件卡紧爪用来抓取连接轴,在传动链条的驱动下清洗转鼓能够在导轨上滚动,所述转速调节轮一能够在转速调节杆一上滚动,所述转速调节轮二能够在转速调节杆二上滚动。
在一些实施例中,所述工件卡紧爪上设有前短卡爪和后长卡爪,所述后长卡爪的长度大于前短卡爪的长度。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体内设有至少两个清洗段,用于喷淋不同的清洗液对工件进行清洗。
在一些实施例中,所述传动链条上设置的工件卡紧爪用来抓取连接轴,所述连接轴的两端设有清洗转鼓,所述清洗转鼓能够绕着连接轴转动,所述清洗转鼓用于放置待清洗的工件。
在一些实施例中,所述自动清洗装置的使用方法为(1)、启动自动清洗装置中的电机,电机通过减速机和驱动带带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮的转动带动传动链条转动;(2)、启动清洗装置本体内第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段上方的喷淋装置,喷淋装置向第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段喷淋不同的清洗液;(3)、将待清洗的工件放置在连接轴两端的清洗转鼓内、接着抓住连接轴将清洗转鼓连同待清洗的工件放置在上料支架上;(4)、由于上料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度低于上料支架另一端的高度,清洗转鼓会在重力的作用下向清洗装置本体滚动,待清洗转鼓靠近清洗装置本体时,清洗装置本体内的传动链条上设有工件卡紧爪,工件卡紧爪的前短卡爪从连接轴下方穿过,工件卡紧爪的后长卡爪会将连接轴抓取,同时将连接轴卡在后长卡爪和前短卡爪之间,清洗转鼓放置在清洗装置本体内侧面上固定有的导轨上;(5)、清洗转鼓和连接轴在传动链条的带动下继续在清洗装置本体内向前运动,清洗转鼓放置在导轨上在向前运动的同时会绕着连接轴转动,喷淋装置向第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段喷淋不同的清洗液,对清洗转鼓内待清洗工件进行清洗;清洗转鼓和连接轴靠近下料支架时,传动链条上设有的工件卡紧爪的后长卡爪会将连接轴推送到下料支架上,由于下料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度高于下料支架另 一端的高度,清洗转鼓会在重力的作用下沿下料支架向前滚动,完成工件的自动清洗。
本说明书实施例提供一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,包括连接轴和清洗转鼓,其特征在于:所述连接轴上固定有两个限位挡板,所述连接轴的两端设有外螺纹,所述连接轴的两端从清洗转鼓的中部穿过,所述限位挡板用来限定清洗转鼓在连接轴上的位置,所述清洗转鼓通过螺母设置在连接轴的两端,所述清洗转鼓能够绕着连接轴转动,所述清洗转鼓由转鼓底板、转鼓栅栏和转鼓上盖组成,所述转鼓底板和转鼓上盖上设有多个清洗液进出孔。
在一些实施例中,所述转鼓栅栏的底部固定在转鼓底板上。
在一些实施例中,所述连接轴和清洗转鼓可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料。
在一些实施例中,所述转鼓上盖设置在转鼓栅栏内。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗转鼓的横截面呈圆形。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗液进出孔可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、椭圆形或三角形。
本说明书实施例提供一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,包括装置本体和上盖,其特征在于:所述装置本体的四个角上固定有上盖固定卡板,所述上盖可拆卸卡紧在上盖固定卡板内,所述装置本体和上盖成镂空状,所述装置本体的两端分别固定有旋转盘,所述旋转盘的外侧面中部固定有转轴。
在一些实施例中,所述旋转盘的整体成圆形。
在一些实施例中,所述装置本体和上盖可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料。
在一些实施例中,所述旋转盘上设有多个清洗液进出孔。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗液进出孔可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、矩形、菱形、椭圆形或三角形。

图1-7示出了本申请部分实施例的具体实施方式。在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置,包括上料支架1、清洗装置本体2和下料支架3,所述清洗装置本体2的一端设有上料支架1,所述清洗装置本体2的另一端设有下料支架3,所述上料支架1和下料支架3倾斜设置,所述清洗装置本体2水平设置,所述上料支架1与清洗装置本体2接触端的高度低于上料支架1另一端的高度,所述下料支架3与清洗装置本体2接触端的高度高于下料支架3另一端的高度。在该种放置模式下,上料支架的起始高度高于清洗装置本体的高度,待清洗的工件装载在清洗转鼓中可以在重力的作用下由所述上料支架自然滚落到所述清洗装置本体上。同样的,下料支架的末端高度低于清洗装置本体的高度,工件在清洗完毕后,清洗转鼓可以在重力的作用下向下料支架自由滚动。在该种设置方式下,可以提高整套系统的运作效率,而无需外部输入动力源。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体内部的一端设有主动传动装置,所述清洗装置本体内部的另一端设有从动转动装置,所述主动传动装置与从动传动装置之间通过传动系统相连。因清洗转鼓需要在清洗装置本体按设定方向向一端移动,故清洗装置本体应设有该动力传动装置。所述主动传动装置和所述从动传动装置可以是任何可以进行动力传输的工件。所述传动系统可以包括皮带、齿轮、链条等任何可以传输动力的工件。
在一些实施例中,所述所述主动传动装置为主动齿轮12,所述被动传动装置为从动齿轮13,所述传动系统为传动链条6。
在一些实施例中,所述传动链条6上间隔设置有多个工件卡紧爪7,所述清洗装置本体2上设有电机8和减速机9,所述电机8能够通过减速机9和驱动带10带动主动齿轮11转动。所述清洗装置本体2的内侧面上固定有两条相互平行的导轨14。
在一些实施例中,所述工件卡紧爪7上设有前短卡爪71和后长卡爪72,所述后长卡爪72的长度大于前短卡爪71的长度。
在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体2内设有至少两个清洗段,用于喷淋不同的清洗液对工件进行清洗。
在一些实施例中,所述至少两个清洗段包括第一清洗段21、第二清洗段22、第三清洗段23和第四清洗段24,所述第一清洗段21、第二清洗段22、第三清洗段23和 第四清洗段24可用于喷淋不同的清洗液对工件13进行清洗,所述传动链条6上设置的工件卡紧爪7用来抓取连接轴5,所述连接轴5的两端设有清洗转鼓4,所述清洗转鼓4能够绕着连接轴4转动,所述清洗转鼓4用于放置待清洗的工件13。
本申请公开了一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置的使用方法,其特征在于其步骤为:(1)、启动自动清洗装置中的电机8,电机8通过减速机9和驱动带10带动主动齿轮11转动,主动齿轮11的转动带动传动链条6转动;(2)、启动清洗装置本体2内第一清洗段21、第二清洗段22、第三清洗段23和第四清洗段24上方的喷淋装置,喷淋装置向第一清洗段21、第二清洗段22、第三清洗段23和第四清洗段24喷淋不同的清洗液;(3)、将待清洗的工件13放置在连接轴5两端的清洗转鼓4内、接着抓住连接轴5将清洗转鼓4连同待清洗的工件13放置在上料支架1上;(4)、由于上料支架1与清洗装置本体2接触端的高度低于上料支架1另一端的高度,清洗转鼓4会在重力的作用下向清洗装置本体2滚动,待清洗转鼓4靠近清洗装置本体2时,清洗装置本体2内的传动链条6上设有工件卡紧爪7,工件卡紧爪7的前短卡爪71从连接轴5下方穿过,工件卡紧爪7的后长卡爪72会将连接轴5抓取,同时将连接轴5卡在后长卡爪72和前短卡爪71之间,清洗转鼓4放置在清洗装置本体2内侧面上固定有的导轨14上;(5)、清洗转鼓4和连接轴5在传动链条6的带动下继续在清洗装置本体2内向前运动,清洗转鼓4放置在导轨14上在向前运动的同时会绕着连接轴5转动,喷淋装置向第一清洗段21、第二清洗段22、第三清洗段23和第四清洗段24喷淋不同的清洗液,对清洗转鼓4内待清洗工件13进行清洗;(6)、清洗转鼓4和连接轴5靠近下料支架3时,传动链条6上设有的工件卡紧爪7的后长卡爪72会将连接轴5推送到下料支架3上,由于下料支架3与清洗装置本体2接触端的高度高于下料支架3另一端的高度,清洗转鼓4会在重力的作用下沿下料支架3向前滚动,完成工件13的自动清洗。
本申请公开的工业零部件自动清洗装置在使用过程中,首先,将待清洗的工件13放置到清洗转鼓4内,由于清洗转鼓2的横截面呈圆形,这样可以一次性放入大量待清洗的工件13,工件13在上料支架1和下料支架3都是靠重力来实现,节省了驱动能源;工件在清洗装置本体2内向前运动的同时又随同清洗转鼓2滚动,这样有效保证了工件清洗过程中充分暴露,避免清洗死角的出现,大大提高了对工件的清洗效率和质量。
图8-12示出了本申请部分实施例的具体实施方式,具体的,在前述实施例的基础上,进一步披露了可调转速的工业零部件清洗装置。具体的,所述清洗装置包括清洗 装置本体201,所述清洗装置本体201内部的一端设有主动齿轮205,所述清洗装置本体201内部的另一端设有从动齿轮206,所述主动齿轮205和从动齿轮206之间设有传动链条203,所述传动链条203上间隔设置有多个工件卡紧爪204,所述清洗装置本体201上设有电机207和减速机208,所述电机207能够通过减速机208和驱动带209带动主动齿轮205转动。
特别的,在一些实施例中,所述清洗装置本体201中设置有清洗转鼓导向装置,该种导向装置可以约束清洗转鼓的运动轨迹。所述导向装置可以包括但不限于导轨、沟槽、牵引装置等。
在一些实施例中,所述导向装置可以为在清洗装置本体201内侧面上依次固定有两条相互平行的导轨214、转速调节杆一215和转速调节杆二216,所述传动链条203上设置的工件卡紧爪204用来抓取清洗转鼓202中部的连接轴217,所述连接轴217的两端设有清洗转鼓202,所述连接轴217上相对应转速调节杆一215和转速调节杆二216固定有转速调节轮一218和转速调节轮二219,所述工件卡紧爪204上设有前短卡爪241和后长卡爪242,所述后长卡爪242的长度大于前短卡爪241的长度。
在一些实施例中,所述传动链条203上的工件卡紧爪204用来抓取连接轴217,在传动链条203的驱动下清洗转鼓202能够在导轨214上滚动,所述转速调节轮一218能够在转速调节杆一215上滚动,所述转速调节轮二219能够在转速调节杆二216上滚动。
为了满足清洗转鼓在不同工段上具有不同的行进速度,满足该工段的清洗要求,上述实施例中披露的技术方案可以通过改变调节轮的直径来改变清洗转鼓的行进速度。在清洗时,清洗转鼓202在向前运动的过程中会绕着导轨214滚动;清洗转鼓202向前运动继续前行会使得转速调节轮一218在转速调节杆一215上滚动,接着使得转速调节轮二219在转速调节杆二216上滚动,从而使得清洗转鼓202在前行的同时自身也发生滚动,由于清洗转鼓202,转速调节轮一218和转速调节轮二219外周长不同,使得清洗转鼓202出现不同的转速,工件在清洗装置本体1内向前运动的同时又随同清洗转鼓2变速滚动。
图13-16示出了本申请中工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置的部分实施例。在一些实施例中,所述放置装置,包括连接轴301和清洗转鼓302,所述连接轴301上固定有两个限位挡板303,所述连接轴301的两端设有外螺纹,所述连接轴301的两端从清洗转鼓302的中部穿过,所述限位挡板303用来限定清洗转鼓302在连接轴301上的 位置,所述清洗转鼓302通过螺母307设置在连接轴301的两端,所述清洗转鼓302能够绕着连接轴301转动,所述清洗转鼓302由转鼓底板304、转鼓栅栏305和转鼓上盖306组成,所述转鼓底板304和转鼓上盖306上设有多个清洗液进出孔308。
在一些实施例中,所述转鼓栅栏305的底部固定在转鼓底板304上所述连接轴301和清洗转鼓302可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料。
在一些实施例中,所述转鼓上盖306设置在转鼓栅栏305内,所述清洗转鼓302的横截面呈圆形,所述清洗液进出孔308可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、椭圆形或三角形。
放置装置在使用过程中,首先,转动螺母307,打开清洗转鼓302的转鼓上盖306,将待清洗的工件309放置在转鼓栅栏305内,由于清洗转鼓302的横截面呈圆形,这样可以一次性放入大量待清洗的工件309,工件309放满后,在通过螺母307和转鼓上盖306将工件压紧固定在清洗转鼓302内,接着将清洗装置放置到清洗液内对工件309进行清洗;转鼓底板304和转鼓上盖306上设有的多个清洗液进出孔308方便了清洗液的进出,清洗液也可以通过转鼓栅栏305进出完成对工件的清洗;在清洗的过程中,清洗转鼓302能够绕着连接轴301转动,大大提高了对工件的清洗效率。
图17-19示出了本申请中工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置的部分实施例。在一些实施例中,所述放置装置包括装置本体401和上盖402,所述装置本体401的四个角上固定有上盖固定卡板403,所述上盖402可拆卸卡紧在上盖固定卡板403内,所述装置本体401和上盖402成镂空状,所述装置本体401的两端分别固定有旋转盘404,所述旋转盘404的外侧面中部固定有转轴405,所述旋转盘404的整体成圆形,所述装置本体401和上盖402可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料,所述旋转盘404上设有多个清洗液进出孔406,所述清洗液进出孔406可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、矩形、菱形、椭圆形或三角形。
所述放置装置在使用过程中,首先,打开装置本体401的上盖402,将待清洗的工件放置在装置本体401内,装置本体401内可以一次性放入大量待清洗的工件,工件放满后,上盖402卡紧固定在装置本体401四个角上固定有的上盖固定卡板403内,接着将装置本体放置到清洗液内对工件进行清洗;装置本体401和上盖402成镂空状方便了清洗液的进出,清洗液也可以通过旋转盘404上设有的多个清洗液进出孔406完成对工件的清洗;在清洗的过程中装置本体401能够绕着转轴405转动前进,实现装置本 体401的360度旋转,大大提高了对工件的清洗效率。

  1. 一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,包括上料支架、清洗装置本体和下料支架,其特征在于:所述清洗装置本体的一端设有上料支架,所述清洗装置本体的另一端设有下料支架,所述上料支架和下料支架倾斜设置,所述清洗装置本体水平设置,所述上料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度低于上料支架另一端的高度,所述下料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度高于下料支架另一端的高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗装置本体内部的一端设有主动转动装置,所述清洗装置本体内部的另一端设有从动转动装置,所述主动传动装置与从动传动装置之间通过传动系统相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述主动转动装置为主动齿轮,所述从动转动装置为从动齿轮,所述传动系统为传动链条。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述传动链条上间隔设置有多个工件卡紧爪,所述清洗装置本体上设有电机和减速机,所述电机能够通过减速机和驱动带带动主动齿轮转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗装置本体的内侧面上依次固定有两条相互平行的导轨、转速调节杆一和转速调节杆二,所述传动链条上设置的工件卡紧爪用来抓取清洗转鼓中部的连接轴,所述连接轴的两端设有清洗转鼓,所述连接轴上相对应转速调节杆一和转速调节杆二固定有转速调节轮一和转速调节轮二。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述传动链条上的工件卡紧爪用来抓取连接轴,在传动链条的驱动下清洗转鼓能够在导轨上滚动,所述转速调节轮一能够在转速调节杆一上滚动,所述转速调节轮二能够在转速调节杆二上滚动。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述工件卡紧爪上设有前短卡爪和后长卡爪,所述后长卡爪的长度大于前短卡爪的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗装置本体内设有至少两个清洗段,用于喷淋不同的清洗液对工件进行清洗。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置,其特征在于:所述传动链条上设置的工件卡紧爪用来抓取连接轴,所述连接轴的两端设有清洗转鼓,所述清洗转鼓能够绕着连接轴转动,所述清洗转鼓用于放置待清洗的工件。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述一种用于工业零部件自动清洗装置的使用方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
    (1)、启动自动清洗装置中的电机,电机通过减速机和驱动带带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮的转动带动传动链条转动;
    (2)、启动清洗装置本体内第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段上方的喷淋装置,喷淋装置向第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段喷淋不同的清洗液;
    (3)、将待清洗的工件放置在连接轴两端的清洗转鼓内、接着抓住连接轴将清洗转鼓连同待清洗的工件放置在上料支架上;
    (4)、由于上料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度低于上料支架另一端的高度,清洗转鼓会在重力的作用下向清洗装置本体滚动,待清洗转鼓靠近清洗装置本体时,清洗装置本体内的传动链条上设有工件卡紧爪,工件卡紧爪的前短卡爪从连接轴下方穿过,工件卡紧爪的后长卡爪会将连接轴抓取,同时将连接轴卡在后长卡爪和前短卡爪之间,清洗转鼓放置在清洗装置本体内侧面上固定有的导轨上;
    (5)、清洗转鼓和连接轴在传动链条的带动下继续在清洗装置本体内向前运动,清洗转鼓放置在导轨上在向前运动的同时会绕着连接轴转动,喷淋装置向第一清洗段、第二清洗段、第三清洗段和第四清洗段喷淋不同的清洗液,对清洗转鼓内待清洗工件进行清洗;
    清洗转鼓和连接轴靠近下料支架时,传动链条上设有的工件卡紧爪的后长卡爪会将连接轴推送到下料支架上,由于下料支架与清洗装置本体接触端的高度高于下料支架另一端的高度,清洗转鼓会在重力的作用下沿下料支架向前滚动,完成工件的自动清洗。
  11. 一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,包括连接轴和清洗转鼓,其特征在于:所述连接轴上固定有两个限位挡板,所述连接轴的两端设有外螺纹,所述连接轴的两端从清洗转鼓的中部穿过,所述限位挡板用来限定清洗转鼓在连接轴上的位置,所述清洗转鼓通过螺母设置在连接轴的两端,所述清洗转鼓能够绕着连接轴转动,所述清洗转鼓由转鼓底板、转鼓栅栏和转鼓上盖组成,所述转鼓底板和转鼓上盖上设有多个清洗液进出孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述转鼓栅栏的底部固定在转鼓底板上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,其特征在于: 所述连接轴和清洗转鼓可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述转鼓上盖设置在转鼓栅栏内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述清洗转鼓的横截面呈圆形。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述一种用于工业零部件清洗的部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述清洗液进出孔可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、椭圆形或三角形。
  17. 一种工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置,包括装置本体和上盖,其特征在于:所述装置本体的四个角上固定有上盖固定卡板,所述上盖可拆卸卡紧在上盖固定卡板内,所述装置本体和上盖成镂空状,所述装置本体的两端分别固定有旋转盘,所述旋转盘的外侧面中部固定有转轴。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述一种工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述旋转盘的整体成圆形。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述一种工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述装置本体和上盖可以由以下任一种材料制备而成:铝合金材料、不锈钢材料或塑料材料。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述一种工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述旋转盘上设有多个清洗液进出孔。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述一种工业零部件清洗用部件放置装置,其特征在于:所述清洗液进出孔可以选择以下任一种形状:圆形、正方形、矩形、菱形、椭圆形或三角形。
