Description
본 발명은 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 분산 보조제, 및 분산매를 포함하며, 상기 분산제는 폴리비닐부티랄 및 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 포함하고, 상기 분산 보조제는 특정 화합물을 포함하는 도전재 분산액에 관한 것이다.
화석연료 사용의 급격한 증가로 인하여 대체 에너지나 청정에너지의 사용에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 그 일환으로 가장 활발하게 연구되고 있는 분야가 전기화학 반응을 이용한 발전, 축전 분야이다.
현재 이러한 전기화학적 에너지를 이용하는 전기화학 소자의 대표적인 예로 이차 전지를 들 수 있으며, 점점 더 그 사용 영역이 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 최근에는 휴대용 컴퓨터, 휴대용 전화기, 카메라 등의 휴대용 기기에 대한 기술 개발과 수요가 증가함에 따라 에너지원으로서 이차전지의 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 그러한 이차 전지 중 높은 에너지 밀도, 즉 고용량의 리튬 이차전지에 대해 많은 연구가 행해져 왔고, 또한 상용화되어 널리 사용되고 있다.
이차전지의 양극은 양극 활물질, 도전재, 바인더를 포함한다. 양극의 도전성 개선을 위해 상기 도전재로 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용할 수 있다. 탄소 나노 튜브로 다중벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 아니라 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용하는 경우, 전극의 저항을 더욱 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다. 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 양극 내에 균일하게 분포되기 위해, 상기 양극 제조 시 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 분산된 도전재 분산액을 먼저 형성한 뒤, 상기 도전재 분산액을 사용하여 양극 슬러리를 제조한다.
상기 도전재 분산액 제조에는 고압 균질기가 사용된다. 구체적으로, 고압 균질기 내에서, 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 분산매를 포함하며 Pre-mixing된 용액이 1,500 bar의 높은 압력에 의해 150㎛ 직경의 노즐을 통과하게 되며, 이에 의해 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 전단력이 가해져서 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 분산이 일어나게 된다.
한편, 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 분산매를 포함하는 용액이 Pre-mixing된 상태에서, 상기 용액 내의 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브가 분산제에 의해 효과적으로 디번들링(de-bundling)되어야 고압 균질기를 통한 분산 공정이 가능하며, 최종적으로 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 균일하게 분산된 도전재 분산액이 제조될 수 있다. 반대로, 상기 Pre-mixing 시 디번들링이 원활하지 않다면, 상기 용액에서 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브와 분산매 간의 상분리가 발생하므로, 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브에 의해 고압 균질기의 노즐이 막히게 되어, 고압 균질기를 통한 분산 공정이 불가능하다. 또한, 양극의 제조 수율을 개선하기 위해선 상기 도전재 분산액의 고형분 함량은 높이는 것이 유리한데, 고압 균질기의 사용이 불가한 상기 문제는 도전재 분산액의 고형분을 높일수록 더 심하게 발생하게 된다.
또한, 고압 균질기의 사용이 가능하더라도 동일 고형분을 가지는 제조된 도전재 분산액의 점도가 지나치게 높다면, 도전재 분산액의 이송이 원활하지 못하고, 상기 도전재 분산액으로부터 제조되는 양극 슬러리의 유동성이 저하되어, 양극 제조의 공정성이 저하되는 문제가 있다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 종래에는 분산제인 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무나 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 등의 분산제를 도전재 분산액에 포함시키는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 다만, 종래의 일반적인 분산제 사용으로도 상기 디번들링 개선 효과가 미비하였으며, 특히 도전재 분산액의 고형분이 높은 경우 큰 효용성이 없었다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 일 과제는 동일한 고형분 함량을 가지는 도전재 분산액 중에서도, 고압 균질기를 통한 분산 공정 적용이 가능하고 점도가 낮은 수준인 도전재 분산액을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명은 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 분산 보조제, 및 분산매를 포함하며, 상기 분산제는 폴리비닐부티랄 및 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 포함하고, 상기 분산 보조제는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 도전재 분산액이 제공된다.

상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 D50은 0.4㎛ 내지 100㎛일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 1㎛ 내지 50㎛일 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 1㎛ 내지 30㎛, 예컨데 1㎛ 내지 10㎛일 수 있다. 도전재 분산액 제조 시 사용되는 원재료인 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 D50이 200㎛ 수준일 때, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 D50이 1㎛ 내지 100㎛라는 것은 상기 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 어느 정도 디번들링되고 고압 균질기 적용 후 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 도전재 분산액 내에 분산되어 존재함을 의미한다. 또한, 상기 D50이 낮을수록 동일 고형분 함량을 가지는 도전재 분산액 중에서 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 균일하게 분산되었음을 의미한다.
상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브는 상기 도전재 분산액 내에 0.01중량% 내지 5중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 0.01중량% 내지 1중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 0.05중량% 내지 0.8중량%, 예컨대 0.1중량% 내지 0.6중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 분산제는 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 도전재 분산액 내에 원활하게 분산되어 바람직한 입도를 가질 수 있게 하며, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 도전재 분산액 내에 균일하게 분산되어 존재하도록 하는 역할을 한다.
상기 분산제는 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 100중량부에 대해 10중량부 내지 2,000중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 10중량부 내지 1,000중량부, 보다 구체적으로 30중량부 내지 500중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 원활하게 분산되어 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 입도가 낮은 수치를 가질 수 있으며, 도전재 분산액의 점도가 적정 수준으로 제어될 수 있다.
상기 분산제는 폴리비닐부티랄 및 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 폴리비닐부티랄은 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 디번들링이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 도전재 분산액의 점도를 적절한 수준으로 제어하는 역할을 할 수 있다.
상기 폴리비닐부티랄은 비닐 부티랄 단위, 비닐 알코올 단위, 및 비닐 아세테이트 단위를 포함하는 고분자일 수 있다. 구체적으로 상기 폴리비닐부티랄은 하기 화학식 2-1의 단위, 하기 화학식 2-2의 단위, 하기 화학식 2-3의 단위를 포함할 수 있으며, 비닐 부티랄 단위는 화학식 2-1의 단위, 비닐 알코올 단위는 화학식 2-2의 단위, 비닐 아세테이트 단위는 화학식 2-3의 단위에 해당할 수 있다.

상기 폴리비닐부티랄에 있어서, 비닐 알코올 단위가 상기 폴리비닐부티랄 내에 22중량% 내지 50중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 23중량% 내지 45중량%, 보다 구체적으로 24중량% 내지 40중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시, 상기 도전재 분산액 제조 시 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 포함된 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 상기 폴리비닐부티랄이 용이하게 흡착될 수 있어서, 상기 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 원활하게 디번들링될 수 있어서, 고압 균질기 적용이 용이하며, 동일 고형분을 가지는 도전재 분산액에 비해 낮은 점도를 가지는 도전재 분산액이 제조될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 폴리비닐부티랄이 상기 분산매에 원활하게 용해될 수 있으므로, 상기 폴리비닐부티랄이 상기 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 균일하게 흡착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 디번들링이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 폴리비닐부티랄은 상기 분산제 내에 50중량% 내지 85중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 55중량% 내지 80중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 65중량% 내지 80중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 디번들링이 효과적으로 이루어지며, 제조된 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮은 수준일 수 있다.
상기 폴리비닐부티랄의 중량평균분자량은 10,000g/mol 내지 150,000g/mol일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 10,000g/mol 내지 500,000g/mol일 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로 10,000g/mol 내지 300,000g/mol일 수 있고, 예컨대 15,000g/mol 내지 30,000g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시, 상기 폴리비닐부티랄이 분산매에 쉽게 용해될 수 있어서, 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브의 디번들링이 용이하여, 고압 균질기를 통한 도전재 분산액 제조가 더욱 원활하며, 제조된 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮은 수준일 수 있다.
상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무는 도전재 분산액의 점도를 낮추는 역할을 하며, 분산매에 비교적 쉽게 용해되어 상기 탄소 나노 튜브가 도전재 분산액 내에 균일하게 분산될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무 중 아크릴로니트릴 단위는 5중량% 내지 50중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 10중량% 내지 50중량%, 보다 구체적으로 20중량% 내지 45중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 도전재 분산액 내에 원활하게 분산되어 있을 수 있으며, 상기 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮은 수준일 수 있다.
상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무는 상기 분산제 내에 15중량% 내지 50중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 20중량% 내지 45중량%, 보다 구체적으로 20중량% 내지 35중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 입도가 낮은 수준으로 제어될 수 있으며, 분산매와의 상용성이 우수하여 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮아질 수 있다.
상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무의 중량평균분자량은 10,000g/mol 내지 700,000g/mol일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 50,000g/mol 내지 600,000g/mol일 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로 200,000g/mol 내지 500,000g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시, 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮아질 수 있으며, 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무가 분산매에 쉽게 용해되어 상기 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 분산되어 도전재 분산액 내에 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 균일하게 분포되어 존재할 수 있다.
상기 폴리비닐부티랄 및 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무의 중량비는 5:5 내지 9.8:0.2일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 5.5:4.5 내지 9.5:0.5일 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 6:4 내지 9:1일 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 도전재 분산액 내에 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 더욱 더 균일하게 분산될 수 있으며, 도전재 분산액의 점도가 더욱 더 낮은 수준을 가질 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제조되는 전지의 저항이 줄어들고, 공정성이 개선될 수 있다.
상기 분산 보조제는 도전재 분산액 제조 시, 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 내의 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 표면에 배치되어 폴리비닐부티랄 및 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무가 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 잘 흡착될 수 있도록 돕는다. 따라서, 상기 분산 보조제는 폴리비닐부티랄 및 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무에 의해 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 원활하게 분산될 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 점에서 의의가 있다.
상기 분산 보조제는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함할 수 있다.

상기 화학식 1에서, 상기 A는 방향족 고리를 4개 이상 포함하며, 질소를 포함하는 탄소수 16 내지 50의 구조체일 수 있다. 상기 R은 음이온성 관능기를 포함하는 구조체일 수 있다. 상기 n은 1 내지 5의 정수일 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1에서 상기 A가 방향족 고리를 4개 이상 포함함에 따라, 상기 분산 보조제와 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브 간의 π-π 결합에 의해 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브 상에 상기 분산 보조제가 원활하게 위치할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 A가 질소를 포함하므로, 상기 분산 보조제와 분산매 간의 상용성이 우수하며, 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔이 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브 상에 쉽게 부착될 수 있다.
상기 방향족 고리는 벤젠 고리일 수 있다. 또는, 상기 방향족 고리들은 서로 인접하여 다환 고리를 형성할 수도 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 A는 피렌(pyrene)기, 크라이센(crysene)기, 퍼릴렌(perylene)기, 및 프탈로시아닌(phthalocyanine)기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함할 수도 있다. 상기 프탈로시아닌기는 금속을 포함하지 않거나 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 금속은 구리, 알루미늄, 및 아연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나일 수 있다.
한편, 음이온성 관능기를 포함하는 구조체인 상기 R에 의해 상기 폴리비닐부티랄 및 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무가 상기 번들형 탄소 나노 튜브에 효과적으로 흡착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 도전재 분산액 제조 시 pre-mixing 후 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 디번들링될 수 있어서 고압 균질기를 통해 도전재 분산액을 제조할 수 있는 바, 동일한 고형분 함량을 가지는 도전재 분산액 중에서 비교할 때, 상기 도전재 분산액 내에서 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 분산될 수 있다. 또한, 이는 상기 도전재 분산액의 고형분이 높은 수준이더라도 가능하므로, 도전재 분산액의 높은 고형분에 의해 전극 제조 수율이 개선될 수 있다. 나아가, 상기 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮은 수준일 수 있으므로, 도전재 분산액의 이송이 원활하며, 양극 제조의 공정성이 크게 개선될 수 있다.

상기 분산 보조제는 상기 분산 보조제는 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 100중량부에 대해 1중량부 내지 50중량부, 구체적으로 5중량부 내지 35중량부, 보다 구체적으로 5중량부 내지 30중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시 적정한 양의 분산 보조제로도, 상기 폴리비닐부티랄과 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무가 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브에 원활하게 부착될 수 있으므로, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 분산되어 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 입도 및 도전재 분산액의 점도 제어가 용이하다.
상기 분산제와 상기 분산 보조제의 중량비는 1:0.03 내지 1:0.18일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 1:0.045 내지 1:0.150일 수 있다. 상기 범위를 만족할 시, 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 입도가 낮은 수준일 수 있으며, 도전재 분산액의 점도가 낮을 수 있다. 동시에, 분산제가 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 표면에 잘 흡착될 수 있으므로, 고압 균지기 공정 진행이 원활할 수 있다. 특히 상기 중량비가 1:0.045 내지 1:0.150인 경우, 도전재 분산액의 점도가 더욱 낮은 수준으로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 분산매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone, NMP)일 수 있다.
상기 도전재 분산액의 고형분 함량은 0.01중량% 내지 5중량%일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 0.05중량% 내지 4중량%, 보다 구체적으로 0.1중량% 내지 3중량%일 수 있다. 일반적으로, 상기 고형분 함량 범위를 도출하려면 도전재 분산액의 점도가 지나치게 높아지는 문제가 있다. 본 발명에서는 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용함에도 본 발명의 분산제 사용에 의해 도전재 분산액의 점도를 낮은 수준으로 조절할 수 있기에, 상기 고형분 함량으로 도전재 분산액을 제조하여 사용함에 문제가 없다.
상분리가 발생하지 않은 상기 도전재 분산액의 점도는 50 Pa·s 이하일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 0.1 Pa·s 내지 40 Pa·s일 수 있다. 상기 점도 범위를 만족함에 따라, 도전재 분산액의 이송이 원활하며, 양극 제조의 공정성이 크게 개선될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 바람직한 실시예를 제시하나, 상기 실시예는 본 기재를 예시하는 것일 뿐 본 기재의 범주 및 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변경 및 수정이 가능함은 당업자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변형 및 수정이 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속하는 것은 당연한 것이다.
실시예 및 비교예

실시예 1 내지 8 및 비교예 1 내지 8: 도전재 분산액의 제조
(1) Pre-mixing
하기 표 3에 따라 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 및 분산 보조제를 N-메틸-2 피롤리돈(NMP)에 투입한 뒤, 상기 용액 1kg을 Mechanical Mixer를 사용하여 2,000 rpm 조건으로 30분간 교반(mixing)하였다.
(2) 분산 공정
이 후, Micronox 社의 PICOMAX 장비(고압 균질기)를 이용하여 1,500 bar의 압력 조건으로 6회 분산 공정을 진행하였다. 다만, 비교예 4 내지 6의 경우, Pe-mixing 후의 용액에서 상분리가 발생하여, 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 고압 균질기의 노즐을 막는 현상이 발생하므로, 고압 균질기 공정이 불가하였다.

실시예 9 내지 14 및 비교예 9, 10: 도전재 분산액의 제조
(1) Pre-mixing
하기 표 4에 따라 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브, 분산제, 및 분산 보조제를 N-메틸-2 피롤리돈(NMP)에 투입한 뒤, 상기 용액 1kg을 Mechanical Mixer를 사용하여 2,000 rpm 조건으로 30분간 교반(mixing)하였다.
(2) 분산 공정
이 후, Micronox 社의 PICOMAX 장비(고압 균질기)를 이용하여 1,500 bar의 압력 조건으로 6회 분산 공정을 진행하였다.

실험예 1: 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 입도 평가
실시예들 및 비교예들의 도전재 분산액에 대하여, 입도 분석기(Malvern 社의 Mastersizer 3000)를 사용하여 D50을 3회 측정 후 평균 값을 내었고, 이를 표 5 및 표 6에 나타내었다.
동일한 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용하여 도전재 분산액을 제조할 시, 제조된 도전재 분산액 내에서 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브의 D50이 낮은 수치를 가진다는 것은 상기 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 원활하게 분쇄되며(de-bundling) 도전재 분산액 내에서 고르게 분포된다는 것을 의미한다.
표 5를 참조하면, 동일 함량의 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용하여 도전재 분산액을 제조하는 경우에 있어서, 실시예 1 내지 7의 D50이 비교예 1 내지 3, 7, 8의 D50보다 작은 것으로 확인되며, 이에 따라 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 분산된 것을 알 수 있다.
아울러 표 6을 참조하여도, 동일 함량의 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브를 사용하여 도전재 분산액을 제조하는 경우에 있어서, 실시예 9 내지 14의 D50이 비교예 9, 10의 D50보다 작은 것으로 확인되며, 이에 따라 번들형 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브가 효과적으로 분산된 것을 알 수 있다.
실험예 2: 도전재 분산액의 점도 평가
실시예들 및 비교예들의 도전재 분산액에 대하여, TOKI 社의 viscometer TV-22를 사용하여, 25℃, 1rpm 조건에서 점도를 측정하였고, 이를 표 5 및 6에 나타내었다.
동일한 고형분을 가지는 도전재 분산액끼리 비교할 떄, 실시예 1 내지 7의 도전재 분산액 점도가 비교예 1 내지 3, 7, 8의 도전재 분산액 점도보다 낮은 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 도전재 분산액의 경우 높은 고형분을 가짐에도 낮은 점도를 가질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
아울러 표 6을 참조하면, 분산제와 분산 보조제의 중량비가 1:0.045 내지 1:0.150을 만족하는 실시예 9 내지 12의 경우, 상기 중량비를 벗어나는 실시예 13, 14에 비하여 낮은 도전재 분산액 점도를 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Claims (17)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,비닐 알코올 단위가 상기 폴리비닐부티랄 내에 22중량% 내지 50중량%로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브는 상기 도전재 분산액 내에 0.01중량% 내지 5중량%로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분산제는 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 100중량부에 대해 10중량부 내지 2,000중량부로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐부티랄의 중량평균분자량은 10,000g/mol 내지 150,000g/mol인 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐부티랄은 상기 분산제 내에 50중량% 내지 85중량%로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무의 중량평균분자량은 10,000g/mol 내지 700,000g/mol인 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무는 상기 분산제 내에 15중량% 내지 50중량%로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐부티랄 및 상기 수소화 니트릴 부타디엔 고무의 중량비는 5:5 내지 9.8:0.2인 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서,상기 A는 피렌기, 크라이센기, 퍼릴렌기, 및 프탈로시아닌기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 R은 -SO3 -, -COO-, 및 -PO4 -로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물은 하기 식 1-1의 화합물, 하기 식 1-2의 화합물, 및 하기 식 1-3의 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 도전재 분산액:[화학식 1-1][화학식 1-2]상기 화학식 1-1에서, 상기 Ra 및 Rb는 각각 독립적으로 음이온성 관능기를 포함하는 구조체이며,상기 화학식 1-2에서, 상기 M은 구리, 알루미늄, 및 아연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나이며, 상기 R1, R2, R3, 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 음이온성 관능기이며, 상기 a, b, c, 및, d는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수 중 어느 하나이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분산 보조제는 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노 튜브 100중량부에 대해 1중량부 내지 50중량부로 포함되는 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분산제와 상기 분산 보조제의 중량비는 1:0.03 내지 1:0.18인 도전재 분산액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분산제와 상기 분산 보조제의 중량비는 1:0.045 내지 1:0.150인 도전재 분산액.
