caractérisé en ce qu’on forme un ourlet sur chaque lisière de la première bande avant le pliage et on encolle les ourlets sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet sur une face de couture,
- le pliage ramenant pour chaque lisière ourlet contre ourlet par la face de couture de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet le long des lisières.

- on déroule une première bande (1a) de matériau flexible en feuille continue dans une direction longitudinale (F) ;
- on forme un pliage de la première bande (1a) le long d’un pli de rabattement (13) transversal pour rabattre un premier volet (11) sur un deuxième volet (12) contre une face interne (14) de la première bande (1a),
- on réunit le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières,
- on coupe la bande (1a) par une coupe transversale (111) pour former un tronçon avant ou après le pliage des volets (11, 12) l’un sur l’autre, le tronçon formant le sac (1) à la fin des opérations ;
caractérisé en ce qu’on forme un ourlet (15) sur chaque lisière de la première bande (1a) avant le pliage et on encolle les ourlets (15) sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet (11, 12) sur une face de couture (150),
- le pliage ramenant pour chaque lisière ourlet (15) contre ourlet (15) par la face de couture (150) de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets (15) entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, selon lequel :
- on déroule au moins une couche de renfort,
- on coupe la couche de renfort pour obtenir un système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b),
- on réalise un premier encollage au moins sur l’un des éléments parmi la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b),
- avant le pliage, on rassemble la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour les coller entre eux grâce au premier encollage, de telle sorte que le système d’au moins un panneau est situé entre le premier et le deuxième volet (12). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, selon lequel la longueur des volets (11, 12) dans la direction longitudinale (F) est inégale, de telle sorte que le deuxième volet (12) comporte une patte (16) non recouverte par le premier volet (11) après pliage, la patte (16) n’étant pas couverte par le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel on déroule une deuxième bande (1b) de matériau souple, on réalise un deuxième encollage, et on rassemble la deuxième bande (1b) et première bande (1a) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour qu’elles collent entre elles grâce au deuxième encollage.
- Procédé selon les revendications 2 ou 3 en combinaison avec la revendication 4, selon lequel le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort est pris entre la première et le deuxième bande (1a, 1b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, selon lequel la largeur de la première et de la deuxième bande (1a, 1b) sont différentes de telle sorte que les ourlets (15) sont issus de l’une seule desdites bandes (1a, 1b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, selon lequel la largeur de la deuxième bande (1b) est identique à celle de la première bande (1a).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel on forme en outre une joue (181) à chaque lisière de la première bande (1a), la joue (181) étant rabattue contre la face interne (14) et s’étendant entre l’ourlet (15) et une partie centrale (110) de la bande, de telle sorte qu’un empilement est formé avec dans l’ordre la partie centrale (110), la joue (181) et l’ourlet (15), les joues (181) formant un soufflet (18) reliant le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) après le collage des ourlets (15), le panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) ne s’étendant pas sur les joues (181) lorsque la revendication dépend de la revendication 2.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, selon lequel on dépose des bandes de renfort séparés sur les joues (181).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 2 à 9, selon lequel le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort comporte un seul panneau qui s’étend sur le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 2 à 9, selon lequel, pour former le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19), on découpe et place successivement deux panneaux de renfort (19a, 19b), l’un sur le premier volet (11) et l’autre sur le deuxième volet (12) en laissant subsister un intervalle entre eux au niveau du pli de rabattement (13’’).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications précédentes en combinaison avec la revendication 3, selon lequel on dépose une zone de colle de fermeture et une bande de protection (17) sur la zone de colle de fermeture pour qu’elles soient apparentes sur la patte (16) quand le premier volet (11) est visible.
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel on colle en outre l’ourlet (15) sur la face opposée à la face de couture (150) le long de l’un des éléments seulement parmi le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12).
- Sac en matière flexible comportant un premier et un deuxième volet (11, 12) issus d’une même feuille pliée le long d’un pli de rabattement (13) transversal vers une face interne (14) et réunis le long de lisières des volets (11, 12) perpendiculaires au pli de rabattement (13),
caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un ourlet (15) formé sur chaque lisière, l’ourlet (15) du premier volet (11) étant collé à l’ourlet (15) du deuxième volet (12) sur des faces de couture (150). - Sac selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l’ourlet (15) est relié à une partie centrale (110) du volet par l’intermédiaire d’une joue (181) repliée sur la partie centrale (110), de telle sorte qu’un soufflet (18) est formé par deux joues (181) réunies par les ourlets (15) collés entre eux.
- Sac selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) s’étend contre la face interne (14) des volets (11, 12).
- Sac selon l’une des revendications 14 à 16, dans lequel une deuxième bande (1b) de matériau souple est collée sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) de matériau souple et, quand la revendication dépend de la revendication 16, la deuxième bande de matériau souple recouvre le panneau de renfort (19a, 19b).
- Sac selon les revendications 16 et 17 prises en combinaison, dans lequel le système d’au moins un panneau comporte plusieurs panneaux de renfort sont superposés, les panneaux de renfort (19a, 19b) étant de largeur décroissante, chaque panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) étant collé à l’une parmi la première et la deuxième bande (1a, 1b) par la surface non recouverte par le panneau adjacent.
- Sac selon l’une des revendications 14 à 18, dans lequel le premier volet (11) est plus court que le deuxième volet (12) et laisse subsister une patte (16) sur le deuxième volet (12) non recouverte par le premier volet (11).
- Machine de fabrication de sacs flexibles comprenant :
- des premiers moyens de dévidage (201) pour dérouler une première bande (1a) de matériau flexible en feuille continue dans une direction longitudinale ;
- des moyens de pliage (29) pour former un pliage de la première bande (1a) le long d’un pli de rabattement (13) transversal pour rabattre un premier volet (11) sur un deuxième volet (12) contre une face interne (14) de la première bande (1a),
- des moyens d’assemblage (29) pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières,
- des premiers moyens de coupe (28) pour couper la bande par une coupe transversale pour former un tronçon en amont ou en aval des moyens d’assemblage (29), le tronçon formant le sac (1) à la fin des opérations ;
caractérisé en ce qu’elle comporte en outre :
- un ourleur (251) pour chaque lisière, pour former un ourlet (15) sur chaque lisière de la première bande en amont des moyens d’assemblage (29),
- des moyens d’application (27) pour encoller les ourlets (15) sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet (12) sur une face de couture (150),
- les moyens d’assemblage étant des moyens de pliage (29) configurés pour ramener pour chaque lisière ourlet (15) contre ourlet (15) par la face de couture (150) de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets (15) entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières. - Machine selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte en outre :
- des moyens d’alimentation (22) pour fournir au moins une couche de renfort,
- des deuxièmes moyens de coupe (220) pour couper la couche de renfort et obtenir ainsi un système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b),
- des premiers moyens d’encollage (211) pour réaliser un premier encollage au moins sur l’un des éléments parmi la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b),
- des moyens d’appel (24), en amont des moyens de pliage (29) et en aval des premiers moyens d’encollage (211) et des moyens d’alimentation (22), configurés pour rassembler la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour les coller entre eux grâce à l’encollage, de telle sorte que le système d’au moins un panneau est situé entre le premier et le deuxième volet (12). - Machine selon la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte :
- des deuxièmes moyens de dévidage (202) pour dérouler une deuxième bande (1b) de matériau souple,
- des deuxièmes moyens d’encollage (212) pour réaliser un deuxième encollage, et
- des moyens d’appel (24) configurés pour assembler en outre la deuxième bande (1b) et première bande (1a) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour qu’elles collent entre elles grâce au deuxième encollage. - Machine selon l’une des revendications 20 à 22, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte en outre une station de formation de joues (30) configurée pour former en outre une joue (181) à chaque lisière de la première bande (1a), la joue (181) étant rabattue contre la face interne (14) et s’étendant entre l’ourlet (15) et une partie centrale (110) de la bande, de telle sorte qu’un empilement est formé avec dans l’ordre la partie centrale (110), la joue et l’ourlet (15), les joues (181) formant un soufflet (18) reliant le premier et le deuxième volet (12) après le collage des ourlets (15), le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) ne s’étendant pas sur les joues (181) lorsque la revendication dépend de la revendication 21.
