Abstract

Un sac flexible (2) comporte une première paroi (21) et une deuxième paroi (22) superposée à la première paroi (21), les parois (21, 22) étant reliées entre elles le long de bords longitudinaux (53) par deux soufflets (24). Selon un procédé de formation du sac (2), successivement :- on ferme le sac (2) par un rabat (25) issu de l’une des parois (21) et maintenu sur l’autre paroi (22) pour former une extrémité fermée (20) du sac (2),- on saisit à une distance prédéterminée de l’extrémité fermée (20) du sac (2) la première paroi (21) par des pinces inférieures (41) et la deuxième paroi (22) par des pinces supérieures (51) et on écarte les parois pour former une côte (27) sur les soufflets (24),- on lâche la deuxième paroi (22) par les pinces supérieures (51) et on rabat (25) avec un rabatteur (6) l’extrémité fermée (20) sur la deuxième paroi (22), réalisant ainsi un fond (29).
