- on réunit le premier et le deuxième volet le long des lisières,
- on coupe avec des premiers moyens de coupe la bande par une coupe transversale pour former un tronçon avant ou après le pliage des volets l’un sur l’autre, le tronçon formant le sac à la fin des opérations,
caractérisé en ce qu’on forme avec une station de formation de joues une joue et un ourlet sur chaque lisière de la première couche avant le pliage et on encolle les ourlets sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet sur une face de couture avec des moyens d’application,

- des moyens de refoulage 31 en aval de la station de formation des joues 30 pour marquer une ligne de marquage 17 de pli sur chaque volet de part et d’autre du pli de rabattement 13 ;
- des moyens de transport 26 pour guider l’assemblage de couches en aval des moyens de refoulage 31 ;
- des moyens d’application 27 pour encoller les ourlets 15 sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet 11, 12 sur une face de couture 150,
- des premiers moyens de coupe 28 pour couper la bande par une coupe transversale pour former un tronçon T formant le sac 1 à la fin des opérations ;
- des moyens de pliage 29 pour former un pliage de la première bande 1a le long d’un pli de rabattement 13 transversal, pour rabattre le premier volet 11 sur le deuxième volet 12 contre une face interne 14 de la première bande 1a, ceci pour ramener pour chaque lisière ourlet 15 contre ourlet 15 par la face de couture 150 de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets 15 entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet 11, 12 le long des lisières ;
- des moyens d’empilement, non représentés, pour empiler les sacs en aval des moyens de pliage 29.
Claims (22)
- Sac en matière flexible comportant un premier et un deuxième volet (11, 12) comportant le long de leurs lisières des joues, les joues étant réunies de manière à former deux soufflets réunissant les volets, une extrémité du sac perpendiculaire aux lisières étant fermée,
le sac comportant un système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19) s’étendant sur une partie centrale (110) des volets, entre les soufflets, le sac étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un ourlet (15) formé sur chaque lisière, l’ourlet (15) du premier volet (11) étant collé à l’ourlet (15) du deuxième volet (12) sur des faces de couture (150). - Sac selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque volet comporte une ligne de marquage (17) de pli l’une en regard de l’autre pour délimiter un fond à l’extrémité fermée.
- Sac selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le système d’au moins un panneau comporte un premier et un deuxième panneau s’étendant respectivement sur le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12), les panneaux étant séparés au niveau de l’extrémité fermée.
- Sac selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le premier et le deuxième panneau s’étendent uniquement au-delà des lignes de marquage par rapport au fond.
- Sac selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le système d’au moins un panneau comporte un troisième panneau s’étendant sur le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12).
- Sac selon la revendication 3 ou 5, dans lequel le système d’au moins un panneau s’étend uniquement en-deça des lignes de marquage du côté du fond.
- Sac selon la revendication 3 ou 5, dans lequel le système de panneau s’étend de part et d’autre des lignes de marquage, les lignes de marquage étant également formées sur le système d’au moins un panneau.
- Sac selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque joue (181) de soufflet est collée contre le volet adjacent selon une zone angulaire s’étendant à l’angle de la partie centrale (110) du volet entre l’extrémité fermée et la ligne de marquage (17) sur ledit volet.
- Sac selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la zone angulaire est en forme de triangle rectangle dont l’angle droit est à un angle de la partie centrale (110) du volet.
- Sac selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une deuxième bande (1b) de matériau souple est collée à l’intérieur du sac et recouvre au moins le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b).
- Procédé de fabrication d’un sac en matière flexible selon lequel :
- on déroule avec des premiers moyens de dévidage une première bande (1a) de matériau flexible en feuille continue dans une direction longitudinale (F) ;
- on forme avec des moyens de pliage un pliage de la première bande (1a) le long d’un pli de rabattement (13) transversal pour rabattre un premier volet (11) sur un deuxième volet (12) contre une face interne (14) de la première bande (1a),
- on réunit le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières,
- on coupe avec des premiers moyens de coupe (28) la bande (1a) par une coupe transversale (111) pour former un tronçon avant ou après le pliage des volets (11, 12) l’un sur l’autre, le tronçon formant le sac (1) à la fin des opérations,
caractérisé en ce qu’on forme avec une station de formation de joues (30) une joue (181) et un ourlet (15) sur chaque lisière de la première couche (1a) avant le pliage et on encolle les ourlets (15) sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet (11, 12) sur une face de couture (150) avec des moyens d’application (27),
- le pliage ramenant pour chaque lisière ourlet (15) contre ourlet (15) par la face de couture (150) de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets (15) entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières par l’intermédiaire de soufflets formés par les joues,
- on déroule au moins une couche de renfort avec des moyens d’alimentation (22),
- on coupe avec des deuxièmes moyens de coupe (220) la couche de renfort pour obtenir un système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19),
- on réalise un premier encollage avec des premiers moyens d’encollage (211) au moins sur l’un des éléments parmi la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19),
- avant le pliage, on rassemble la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour les coller entre eux grâce au premier encollage, de telle sorte que le système d’au moins un panneau est situé entre le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12). - Procédé selon la revendication 11, selon lequel on réalise avec des moyens de refoulage une ligne de marquage (17) de pli sur chaque volet de part et d’autre du pli de rabattement (13) de telle sorte qu’après le pliage, chaque ligne de marquage (17) soit l’une en regard de l’autre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, selon lequel on déroule une deuxième bande (1b) de matériau souple avec des deuxièmes moyens de dévidage, on réalise un deuxième encollage avec des deuxièmes moyens d’encollage, et on rassemble la deuxième bande (1b) et première bande (1a) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour que la deuxième bande (1b) recouvre au moins le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19) et y soit collée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, selon lequel la largeur de la première et de la deuxième bande (1a, 1b) sont différentes de telle sorte que les ourlets (15) sont issus de l’une seule desdites bandes (1a, 1b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, selon lequel la largeur de la deuxième bande (1b) est identique à celle de la première bande (1a).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 11 à 15, selon lequel le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19) comporte un seul panneau qui s’étend sur le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 11 à 15, selon lequel, pour former le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19), on découpe et place successivement deux panneaux de renfort (19a, 19b), l’un sur le premier volet (11) et l’autre sur le deuxième volet (12) en laissant subsister un intervalle entre eux au niveau du pli de rabattement (13’’).
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 11 à 17, selon lequel on applique avec des troisièmes moyens d’encollage (33), en aval des moyens d’appel et en amont de la station de formation de joues, de la colle sur chaque joue (181) de soufflet ou sur la partie centrale (110) des volets dans des zones angulaires (10) qui s’étendent, après la formation du sac, aux angles de la partie centrale (110) des volets entre le pli de rabattement (13) et les lignes de marquage sur lesdits volets.
- Procédé selon l’une des revendications 11 à 18, selon lequel on colle en outre l’ourlet (15) sur la face opposée à la face de couture (150) le long de l’un des éléments seulement parmi le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12).
- Machine de fabrication d’un sac en matière flexible comportant :
- des premiers moyens de dévidage pour dévider une première bande (1a) de matériau flexible en feuille continue dans une direction longitudinale (F) ;
- des moyens de pliage pour plier la première bande (1a) le long d’un pli de rabattement (13) transversal et rabattre un premier volet (11) sur un deuxième volet (12) contre une face interne (14) de la première bande (1a),
- des moyens d’assemblage pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières,
- des premiers moyens de coupe (28) pour couper la bande (1a) par une coupe transversale (111) pour former un tronçon avant ou après le pliage des volets (11, 12) l’un sur l’autre, le tronçon formant le sac (1) à la fin des opérations,
caractérisé en ce que la machine comporte en outre une station de formation de joues (30) pour former une joue (181) et un ourlet (15) sur chaque lisière de la première couche (1a) avant le pliage,
- des moyens d’application (27) pour encoller les ourlets (15) sur au moins une longueur du premier ou du deuxième volet (11, 12) sur une face de couture (150),
- les moyens de pliage étant configurés pour ramener chaque lisière ourlet (15) contre ourlet (15) par la face de couture (150) de manière à obtenir le collage des ourlets (15) entre eux pour réunir le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12) le long des lisières par l’intermédiaire de soufflets formés par les joues,
- des moyens d’alimentation (22) pour dérouler au moins une couche de renfort,
- des deuxièmes moyens de coupe (220) pour couper la couche de renfort pour obtenir un système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19),
- des premiers moyens d’encollage (211) pour réaliser un premier encollage au moins sur l’un des éléments parmi la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19),
- des moyens d’appel, en amont des moyens de pliage et en aval des premiers moyens d’encollage et des moyens d’alimentation, configurés pour rassembler la première bande (1a) et le système d’au moins un panneau de renfort (19a, 19b) sur la face interne (14) de la première bande (1a) pour les coller entre eux grâce au premier encollage, de telle sorte que le système d’au moins un panneau est situé entre le premier et le deuxième volet (11, 12). - Machine selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte en outre des moyens de refoulage pour réaliser une ligne de marquage (17) de pli sur chaque volet de part et d’autre du pli de rabattement (13) de telle sorte qu’après le pliage, chaque ligne de marquage (17) soit l’une en regard de l’autre.
- Machine selon la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte en outre des troisièmes moyens d’encollage (33) en aval des moyens d’appel et en amont de la station de formation de joues pour appliquer de la colle sur chaque joue (181) de soufflet ou sur la partie centrale (110) des volets dans des zones angulaires (10) qui s’étendent, après la formation du sac, aux angles de la partie centrale (110) des volets entre le pli de rabattement (13) et les lignes de marquage sur lesdits volets.
