Description
この種の二重容器成形用プリフォームとして、例えば下記特許文献1に示されるような、外プリフォーム内に内プリフォームが嵌合され、外プリフォームの内周面と、内プリフォームの外周面と、の間に剥離剤層が設けられた構成が、知られている。
このプリフォームで形成された二重容器では、内容物の減少に伴い、外気が外気導入孔を通して内容器と外容器との間に導入されたときに、内容器の外周面を、外容器の内周面から剥離しやすくすることができる。
縦溝が、外プリフォームの上端開口縁から下方に向けて延びている。これにより、成形金型の構造を複雑にせずに、外プリフォームの内周面に、縦溝を容易に設けることができる。
内プリフォームの口部に、周方向の全長にわたって連続して延び、外プリフォームの上端開口縁に当接したフランジ部が、設けられている。これにより、外プリフォームおよび内プリフォームの相対移動を確実に抑止することができる。
フランジ部が、縦溝の上端開口を閉塞している。これにより、内容物の減少に伴い、外気が内容器と外容器との間に進入する部分を外気導入孔に限定することができる。これにより、外気が内容器と外容器との間に進入するときの勢いを維持しやすくなり、内容器の外周面を外容器の内周面から確実に剥離しやすくすることができるとともに、内容器の縮小変形形状を所期した形状にしやすくすることが可能になる。その結果、内容物の残量を抑えることができる。
二重容器Xは、二重容器成形用プリフォーム1をブロー成形することで形成される。二重容器Xでは、内容器X1は、可撓性に富み、外容器X2の内面に離間可能に設けられる。
図2に示されるように、外プリフォーム12の口部(以下、外口部という)22内に、内プリフォーム11の口部(以下、内口部という)21が挿入され、外プリフォーム12の底部(以下、外底部という)24内に、内プリフォーム11の底部(以下、内底部という)23が挿入されている。
図2に示されるように、内プリフォーム11の外周面と、外プリフォーム12の内周面との間において、内口部21および外口部22より下方に位置する部分に、上下方向の全長にわたって隙間が設けられている。
なお、キャップは、外口部22にアンダーカット嵌合されてもよい。
外口部22の内周面に、外プリフォーム12の上端開口縁15から下方に向けて延びる縦溝16が、形成されている。縦溝16に外気導入孔13が開口している。縦溝16の下端部は、ネックリング22cより下方に位置している。
なお、リブ11aは、ブロー成形の前後で形状が変化しない部分であってもよいし、ブロー成形後に外プリフォーム12により形成される外容器X2の内周面に当接する部分であってもよい。
内プリフォーム11の外周面におけるフランジ部25の下面との接続部分は、径方向の内側に向けて窪む曲面状に形成されている。外プリフォーム12における内周面と、上端開口縁15との接続部分は、径方向の内側に向けて突の曲面状に形成されている。
内口部21に、周方向の全長にわたって連続して延び、外プリフォーム12の上端開口縁15に当接したフランジ部25が設けられている。これにより、外プリフォーム12および内プリフォーム11の相対移動を確実に抑止することができる。
なお、第2実施形態においては、第1実施形態における構成要素と同一の部分については同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。
二重容器成形用プリフォーム2において、ブロー成形の前後で形状が変化しない部分と、ブロー成形時に延伸される部分との境界には、リブ11aのうち、外プリフォーム12の内周面に当接している当接部分が、位置している。
なお、二重容器成形用プリフォーム2において、内口部21、およびリブ11aの前記当接部分と上下方向の位置が同じ部分を、ブロー成形の前後で形状が変化しない部分とし、リブ11aの前記当接部分より下方に位置する部分を、ブロー成形時に延伸される部分としてもよい。
