또한, 상기 플랫폼 서버는, 상기 사용자 단말기와 실시간 메시지 정보를 송수신하기 위한 메시지 제공모듈을 더 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 사용자 단말기는, 해외 병원 취업에 따른 사전 인터뷰 영상을 상기 병원 서버에 제공하기 위하여 사전에 획득한 인터뷰 영상을 상기 플랫폼 서버에 업로드 하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 병원서버는, 상기 플랫폼 서버를 통해 수신된 구직정보에 해당하는 간호사 정보를 통해 고용이 결정되면, 고용 결정에 따른 상기 간호사들에 지급되는 급여의 소정 비율을 상기 플랫폼 서버에 결제하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 플랫폼 서버는, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 교육정보 요청이 발생하였을 경우 내부적으로 구성된 교육 프로그램을 제공하며, 교육 프로그램의 유료, 무료 서비스에 따라 상기 사용자 단말기로 교육비를 결제 받는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 병원서버는, 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 수집된 간호사 인력 중 채용 희망을 결정한 사용자(간호사)에 대하여 영주권 발급에 필요한 정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버로 제공하며, 이를 수신받은 상기 플랫폼 서버는 상기 사용자 단말기로 영주권 발급에 필요한 정보를 요청하여 영주권 발급 절차를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 구성되고 작용되는 본 발명은, 간호사들의 해외 병원 근무를 위한 취업 이민을 원스톱으로 진행할 수 있으며, 구인을 희망하는 해외 병원과의 통합 플랫폼 구축을 통해 신속한 취업 결정과 그에 따른 행정적 절차를 원활히 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 국내 간호사들의 해외 병원 취업에 따른 외국어 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 취업에 따른 관련 정보나 이민정보 그리고 문의사항을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있기 때문에 만족도 높은 해외 취업 이민 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
결과적으로, 본 발명은 세계적으로 간호사 인력 부족 현상에 따른 국제적 인력 수요/공급의 균형성을 용이하게 제공할 수 있으며, 수요자(병원)와 공급자(간호사)의 취업 절차를 매우 간소화시킬 수 있기 때문에 신속한 취업 절차를 통해 달성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템은, 해외 병원 취업에 그에 따른 취업 이민을 희망하는 간호사가 사용하는 것으로, 희망 취업 국가, 전공분야를 포함하는 취업 정보와 취업에 따른 고용서류를 회원 가입 후 업로드하기 위한 사용자 단말기, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 회원 가입에 따른 개인정보 수집을 통한 회원가입 승인을 수행하며, 사용자(간호사)의 해외 병원 취업에 따른 취업 정보를 수신 받고 이에 따른 취업 가능 병원 정보를 제공하는 플랫폼 서버 및 상기 플랫폼 서버에 접속하여 회원 가입을 수행하며, 간호사 인력 필요에 따른 구인정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버에 제공하며, 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 수집된 구직정보를 수신 받아 채용 여부를 결정하는 병원서버를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템은, 해외 병원 활동을 희망하는 구직 제공과 이에 따른 취업 이민 절차를 하나의 플랫폼을 통해 용이하게 처리함에 따라 해외 취업을 희망하는 간호사들과 구인을 요청하는 해외 병원간의 신속한 업무처리와 만족도 높은 구직/구인 정보를 제공하는 것을 주요 기술적 요지로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템의 전체 구성도이다.
본 발명은 해외 구직을 희망하는 사용자(간호사)가 사용하는 사용자 단말기(100)와, 해외 병원 취업을 중개 및 제공하는 플랫폼 서버(200) 그리고 구인을 희망하는 병원(기관) 서버(300)로 크게 구성된다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 간호사라는 전문 직종의 해외 취업을 효율적이고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 간호사 인력 제공 시스템을 목적으로 한다.
사용자 단말기(100)는 해외 병원 취업을 희망하는 간호사들이 사용하는 단말기로써, 일반적으로 스마트폰, 태블릿PC, 데스크탑 등 다양한 형태의 스마트기기에 해당할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 단말기(100)는 간호사가 자신의 단말기를 이용하여 해외 취업을 신청할 때 기본적으로 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 온라인으로 접속하여 회원가입 절차를 통해 회원가입을 승인받고, 취업에 따른 제반적인 사항을 제공하게 된다.
본 발명에서는 간호사가 해외 현지 병원에 취업하기 위하여 자신의 전공분야, 경력, 자격증명, 희망근무국가, 희망급여, 희망취업 기간 등 기초 구직 정보를 입력함으로써 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 제공하게 된다.
또한, 상기 사용자 단말기는 상기 플랫폼 서버가 제공하는 전용 프로그램(또는 어플리케이션)을 이용하여 해외 간호사 구직에 따라 필요한 정보를 입력하는 것으로써, 일반적으로 어플리케이션을 통해 자신의 개인정보와 취업에 따라 요구되는 제반적인 사항을 쉽게 입력할 수 있도록 관련 정보를 제공하게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 상기 사용자 단말기는 해외 취업 이민을 희망하는 간호사들이 사용하는 단말기로써, 이를 통해 취업 이민 요청, 취업 관련 정보 제공, 회원 가입, 이력 정보 업로드, 구인정보 선택 등 해외 병원에서 요청한 구인정보에 대하여 자신이 희망하는 정보를 입력 선택하는 것에 해당하는 것이다.
플랫폼 서버(200)는 상기 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 간호사 취업 이민에 따른 정보를 수집 받으며, 사전에 등록된 구인정보를 기반으로 취업 이민 중개를 수행한다.
상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 상기 병원 서버(300)로부터 다양한 국가의 현지 병원으로부터 구인정보를 등록받아 저장하고 있으며, 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 등록된 구직정보를 기반으로 구인정보와 매칭하여 취업 연계를 실시한다.
본 발명은 간호사 전문직 기반의 플랫폼을 구성하기 때문에 간호사 취업에 따른 기초 정보를 수집하고 이를 통해 해외 취업을 중개하게 되는 것이다.
병원 서버(300)는 간호사 구인을 희망하는 각 병원 기관의 서버에 해당한다. 다수의 국가에 구성된 상기 병원 서버(300)는 구인에 따른 요청 정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 등록하여 구인을 요청하게 되는데, 마찬가지로 상기 병원 서버(300)는 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 회원 가입 절차를 통해 회원으로 인증 받으며, 구인 요청에 따른 정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버에 업로드 한다.
상기 병원 서버(300)가 필요로 하는 구인 요청에 대하여 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 업로드하면, 상기 플랫폼 서버는 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 등록된 구직정보와 매칭하여 적정한 인력을 매칭하여 준다.
이때, 매칭에 대한 절차로는 구인에 적합한 정보와 구직에 적합한 정보가 최적화될 수 있도록 매칭하며, 이를 통해 최종 확정된 간호사 인력을 상기 병원 서버(300)에 등록하여 최종 고용을 결정한다.
또한, 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 고용 확정에 따른 고용 계약서, 복지, 급여, 고용 기간 등을 포함하는 고용 계약에 대한 종합적인 행정적 절차를 대행함으로써, 해당 간호사는 취업 이민에 따른 병원 결정과 취업을 결정하게 되는 것이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템의 상세 구성도, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템에서 간호사 데이터베이스의 상세도이다.
앞서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 간호사 취업 시스템은 해외 이민 취업을 실시함에 있어 그에 따른 전반적인 취업 이민 간호사들을 지원하기 위한 플랫폼으로써, 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 현지 병원에서 구직 희망 간호사들의 이력정보를 제공 및 저장하기 위한 간호사 데이터베이스(210)를 더 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 간호사 데이터베이스(210)는 상기 사용자 단말기(100)를 통해 취업 이민을 희망하는 간호사들로부터 입력되는 정보를 수신 받아 저장하게 되는데, 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 취업 이민에 따른 희망취업국가, 외국어 실력, 간호사 경력, 희망취업기간, 보유 자격증, 출신국가 등 취업에 따른 기초 정보를 입력하면 상기 플랫폼 서버는 해당 정보를 상기 간호사 데이터베이스(210)에 저장하게 된다.
상기 간호사 데이터베이스(210)에 저장된 간호사들의 이력정보는 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 가입된 병원서버(300)가 로그인하여 저장된 간호사 이력정보를 확인할 수 있다. 이에 따라 상기 수요자측에 해당하는 병원서버는 구인 요건에 적합한 간호사를 직접 컨택하여 구인을 요청할 수 있으며, 구인 요청에 따른 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 요청 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송함으로써 구인 요청 정보를 간호사(사용자)에게 안내한다.
따라서, 간호사는 구인 요청 정보를 수신 받고 취업 여부를 결정한 후 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 확정 여부를 발송하면 플랫폼 서버에서 병원 서버(300)로 구직 확정에 따른 정보를 제공함으로써 최종적으로 구직을 확정하며, 더불어 상기 플랫폼 서버는 취업 이민에 따라 필요한 행정 서류 요청을 통해 취업 이민을 수행할 수 있도록 처리하게 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 해외 취업을 희망하는 간호사들에게 외국어 교육이나 전문의료 교육 등 해외 취업에 필요한 교육 정보를 제공하는 교육정보 제공서버(300)를 더 포함하여 구성된다.
기본적으로 해외 취업에 따라 필요한 외국어 실력 향상을 위하여 외국어 교육 정보를 제공하게 되는데, 의료 전문직에 따라 필요한 의료분야 외국어 교육 정보를 제공한다. 이때, 상기 교육정보를 제공받고자 하는데 사용자는 유료 또는 무료 형태로 교육 정보를 제공 받을 수 있으며, 상기 사용자 단말기(100)를 통해 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 접속하여 교육정보를 요청하고 의료 외국어 교육을 제공받는다. 구체적으로 상기 교육정보는 다양한 프로그램을 구성하며, 단기교육, 장기교육, 자격이수 등과 같은 교육 프로그램을 플랫폼 서버에서 구성하고 사용자가 희망하는 교육 정보를 실시간으로 제공함으로써 취업 이민에 따라 외국어 교육을 사용자 단말기를 통해 실시할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 사용자와 플랫폼간 또는 병원 측과 플랫폼, 사용자와 병원 간 실시간으로 메시지를 주고 받을 수 있는 메시지 제공모듈(220)을 더 포함한다. 실시간 메시지 기능은 사용자가 취업 이민 신청시 궁금한 문의사항을 실시간으로 요청하여 문의 사항에 대한 답변을 제공받을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 구인을 희망하는 병원 기관측에서도 플랫폼 서버와의 업무 요청 또는 구직 정보가 등록된 간호사와 실시간 메시지 기능을 제공하여 문의사항이나 필요한 사항을 요청할 수 있는 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템의 일 실시예를 도시한 도면이다.
상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 간호사들의 취업 이민 정보 제공 및 취업 이민을 제공하기 위하여 다양한 국가의 현지 병원서버(300)와 온라인상으로 접속되어 있으며, 간호사 인력 취업 정보를 제공받기 위하여 상기 병원서버(300)는 플랫폼 서버에 회원 가입을 신청한다. 이때 필요에 따라서는 회원 가입에 따라 유료 또는 무료 서비스로 제공할 수 있으며, 가입이 완료된 상기 병원 서버(300)는 플랫폼 서버에 등록된 다수의 간호사 정보를 확인할 수 있고, 자신들에게 적합한 간호사 인력을 있을 경우 플랫폼 서버에 해당 간호사에 대한 구인 요청을 하게 된다. 이를 요청받은 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 해당 사용자 단말기로 구인요청이 발생되었다고 메세지, 문자, 알림 등의 기능을 통해 구인 요청 정보를 제공하는데, 이때 하나의 실시예로 사용자 단말기는 플랫폼 서버에서 제공하는 전용 프로그램(또는 앱)을 통해 실시간으로 구인요청 정보를 제공받게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 사용자 단말기(100)는 취업 이민에 따른 구직 요청을 희망할 경우 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)에 회원 가입 후 자신의 기본 정보와 이력 정보를 입력한 후 가입을 완료한다.
또한, 상기 간호사 데이터베이스에는 인터뷰 영상을 저장한다. 상기 사용자 단말기를 사용하는 간호사는 사전에 기본적인 인터뷰 영상물을 생성한 후 상기 플랫폼 서버에 제공하고 이를 저장하였다가 상기 병원 서버에서 인터뷰 영상을 필요에 따라 열람할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이때, 인터뷰 영상은 간호사의 외국어 보유 실력에 따라 다양한 언어로 등록할 수 있으며, 병원 측에서는 해당 국가 언어로 등록된 인터뷰 영상을 열람하여 구직을 희망하는 간호사의 인터뷰를 실시간으로 열람할 수 있도록 한다.
따라서, 본 발명은 의료 전문직에 해당하는 간호사들의 해외 취업 이민에 따른 플랫폼을 구축하고 구직 요청 정보 등록 후 최종적으로 구직이 결정되면, 상기 플랫폼 서버(200)는 취업 이민에 따른 전반적인 행정 서류를 상기 사용자 단말기로 요청하여 추가 서류에 대해 접수를 받고 현지 병원 측에 제공할 정보를 온라인상으로 제공함에 따라 취업 희망자는 매우 편리하게 취업 이민 절차를 진행할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 병원서버는 최종적으로 해당 간호사 채용을 결정할 경우 해당 간호사의 영주권 발급을 위한 서류를 상기 플랫폼 서버로 요청하고, 영주권 발급 절차를 위하여 사용자 단말기로 관련 정보를 요청한다.
구체적으로 상기 병원서버는, 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 수집된 간호사 인력 중 채용 희망을 결정한 사용자(간호사)에 대하여 영주권 발급에 필요한 정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버로 제공한다. 해당 간호사의 영주권 발급 절차를 위하여 상기 플랫폼 서버는 필요한 서류나 정보를 요청하기 위하여 상기 사용자 단말기로 영주권 발급에 따른 정보를 요청하게 되고, 상기 사용자 단말기를 해당 정보나 서류를 상기 플랫폼 서버로 제공함으로써 취업 이민에 따른 영주권 발급을 상기 플랫폼 서버에서 일괄적으로 처리하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 간호사들의 해외 병원 근무를 위한 취업 이민을 원스톱으로 진행할 수 있으며, 구인을 희망하는 해외 병원과의 통합 플랫폼 구축을 통해 신속한 취업 결정과 그에 따른 행정적 절차를 원활히 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 국내 간호사들의 해외 병원 취업에 따른 외국어 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 취업에 따른 관련 정보나 문의사항을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있기 때문에 만족도 높은 해외 취업 이민 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직한 실시예와 관련하여 설명하고 도시하였지만, 본 발명은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다. 오히려, 첨부된 청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 발명에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정이 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물들도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 해외 병원 취업에 그에 따른 취업 이민을 희망하는 간호사가 사용하는 것으로, 희망 취업 국가, 전공분야를 포함하는 취업 정보와 취업에 따른 고용서류를 회원 가입 후 업로드하기 위한 사용자 단말기;
    상기 사용자 단말기로부터 회원 가입에 따른 개인정보 수집을 통한 회원가입 승인을 수행하며, 사용자(간호사)의 해외 병원 취업에 따른 취업 정보를 수신 받고 이에 따른 취업 가능 병원 정보를 제공하는 플랫폼 서버; 및
    상기 플랫폼 서버에 접속하여 회원 가입을 수행하며, 간호사 인력 필요에 따른 구인정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버에 제공하며, 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 수집된 구직정보를 수신 받아 채용 여부를 결정하는 병원서버;를 포함하여 구성되는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 플랫폼 서버에 접속하여 해외 병원 취업을 위해 상기 사용자 단말기로 해외 병원 활동에 필요한 전문 외국어 정보를 제공하는 교육정보 제공서버;를 더 포함하여 구성되는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 플랫폼 서버는,
    간호사들이 사용하는 상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 접수되는 구직정보에서 상기 간호사들의 전공별, 희망 취업 국가별 정보를 분류 및 저장하는 간호사 데이터베이스;를 더 포함하여 구성되는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 플랫폼 서버는,

    상기 플랫폼 서버를 통해 수신된 구직정보에 해당하는 간호사 정보를 통해 고용이 결정되면, 고용 결정에 따른 상기 간호사들에 지급되는 급여의 소정 비율을 상기 플랫폼 서버에 결제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 플랫폼 서버는,
    상기 사용자 단말기로부터 교육정보 요청이 발생하였을 경우 내부적으로 구성된 교육 프로그램을 제공하며, 교육 프로그램의 유료, 무료 서비스에 따라 상기 사용자 단말기로 교육비를 결제받는 것을 특징으로 하는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
  8. 제 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 병원서버는,
    상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 수집된 간호사 인력 중 채용 희망을 결정한 사용자(간호사)에 대하여 영주권 발급에 필요한 정보를 상기 플랫폼 서버로 제공하며, 이를 수신 받은 상기 플랫폼 서버는 상기 사용자 단말기로 영주권 발급에 필요한 정보를 요청하여 영주권 발급 절차를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간호사 인력 해외 취업을 위한 제공 시스템.
