技术领域
本发明属于室内清洁设备技术领域,具体涉及一种清洁装置。
背景技术
现有拖地机器人的抹布拖板一般是通过挂钩悬挂于主机水箱的下面,拖地时,抹布拖板可以被动的上下移动一定距离,但是不能主动升降。在地面不够平整的情况下,如机器人由地面朝向地毯上运动时,抹布拖板可能会被地毯上的毛挂住,从而导致主机走动不灵活或卡死,进而影响清洁效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是至少解决抹布拖板的升降高度不可控的问题。该目的是通过以下方式实现的:
本发明提出了一种清洁装置,所述清洁装置包括:
机体;
驱动件,所述驱动件与所述机体相连;
传动组件,所述传动组件与所述驱动件相连,所述传动组件在所述驱动件的作用下进行转动;
支撑杆,所述支撑杆与所述传动组件相连,所述支撑杆在所述传动组件的转动作用下沿自身轴向方向上升或下降;
拖板组件,所述支撑杆与所述拖板组件相连,所述拖板组件在所述支撑杆的作用下沿所述支撑杆的轴向方向上升或下降。
根据本发明的清洁装置,通过在机体上设置驱动件,将驱动件通过传动组件与支撑杆 相连,在驱动件的作用下传动组件转动,支撑杆在传动组件的转动作用下沿自身轴向方向上升或下降,同时在机体的底部设置拖板组件并将拖板组件与支撑杆相连,拖板组件在支撑杆的作用下沿支撑杆的轴向方向上升或下降,从而能够根据待清洁表面的高度变化情况对拖板组件的升降高度进行主动调节,有效地防止因拖板组件位置过高导致无法与待清洁表面相接触,造成清洁效果差或无法清洁,或防止因拖板组件位置过低造成拖板组件挂接于待清洁表面的凸起位置,导致清洁装置走位不灵活或直接停机的现象,从而有效的保证清洁装置的清洁效果,提高清洁装置使用的安全性和可靠性。

本发明提出了一种清洁装置1,可以为扫地机器、拖地机器人或扫拖一体机器人中的任一种。为描述方便,本实施方式中仅以扫拖一体机器人为例进行说明。结合图1和图2所示,本实施方式的清洁装置1包括机体10、驱动件、传动组件30、支撑杆和拖板组件50。驱动件为驱动电机20,驱动电机20设于机体10的内部并与机体10相连,传动组件30与驱动电机20的输出轴相连,传动组件30在驱动电机20的作用下进行转动,用于传递驱动电机20的动力。支撑杆与传动组件30相连,支撑杆在传动组件30的转动作用下沿自身轴向方向上升或下降,支撑杆与拖板组件50相连,拖板组件50在支撑杆的作用下沿支撑杆的轴向方向上升或下降。
根据本发明的清洁装置1,通过在机体10上设置驱动电机20,将驱动电机20通过传动组件30与支撑杆相连,在驱动电机20的作用下传动组件30转动,支撑杆在传动组件30的转动作用下沿自身轴向方向上升或下降,同时在机体10的底部设置拖板组件50并将拖板组件50与支撑杆相连,拖板组件50在支撑杆的作用下沿支撑杆的轴向方向上升或下降,从而能够根据待清洁表面的高度变化情况对拖板组件50的升降高度进行主动调节,有效地防止因拖板组件50的位置过高导致无法与待清洁表面相接触,造成清洁效果差或无法清洁,或防止因拖板组件50的位置过低造成拖板组件50挂接于待清洁表面的凸起位置,导致清洁装置1走位不灵活或直接停机的现象,从而有效的保证清洁装置1的清洁效果,提高清洁装置1使用的安全性和可靠性。
结合图2至图4所示,本实施方式中驱动电机20的数量为一个。传动组件30包括间隔设置的第一齿轮副31和第二齿轮副32,第一齿轮副31包括相互啮合第一主齿轮311和第一副齿轮312,第二齿轮副32包括相互啮合第二主齿轮321和第二副齿轮322,第一主齿轮311与驱动电机20的输出轴传动连接,第一副齿轮312和第二副齿轮322通过传动轴33传动连接,从而仅通过一个驱动电机20与第一主齿轮311相连,驱动整个传动组件30转动。其中,第一主齿轮311与第二主齿轮321的型号相同,第一副齿轮312与第二副齿轮322的型号相同,从而保证传动轴33两端的第一主齿轮311和第二主齿轮321同步运动。
本实施方式的支撑杆包括第一支撑杆40和第二支撑杆(图中未示出),拖板组件50包括拖板51和间隔设于拖板两端的第一安装板52和第二安装板53,第一安装板52和第二安装板53分别设于拖板51的上方。第一主齿轮311通过第一支撑杆40与第一安装板52相连,且第一支撑杆40与第一主齿轮311的连接位置与第一主齿轮311的圆心间隔设置,从而当第一主齿轮311绕自身圆心转动时,第一支撑杆40与第一主齿轮311的连接位置能够绕圆弧方向上升或下降,从而带动第一支撑杆40沿自身轴向方向上升或下降。同样,为实现第二支撑杆沿自身轴向方向上升或下降,第二主齿轮321通过第二支撑杆与第二安装板53相连,且第二支撑杆与第二主齿轮321的连接位置与第二主齿轮321的圆心间隔设置。通过在拖板组件50的两端同时设置第一支撑杆40和第二支撑杆,在第一支撑杆40和第二支撑杆的共同作用下带动拖板组件50沿上、下方向运动,能够保证拖板组件50运行过程的平稳,从而准确的控制拖板组件50的升降运动。在本申请的其他实施方式中,也可仅在拖板组件50的一端设置第一支撑杆40或第二支撑杆,并将第一支撑杆40或第二支撑杆通过连接件与驱动电机20的输出轴相连,同样能够实现对拖板组件50升降运动的控制。
在本申请的其他实施方式中,还可以设置两个驱动电机20,相应的取消第一副齿轮和第二副齿轮的设置,采用第一盘体(图中未示出)和第二盘体(图中未示出)分别替代第一主齿轮和第二主齿轮。其中,第一盘体与通过第一支撑杆40与拖板组件50的一端相连,且第一支撑杆40与第一盘体的连接位置与第一盘体的转动中心间隔设置,第二盘体通过第二支撑杆与拖板组件50的另一端相连,且第二支撑杆与第二盘体的连接位置与第二盘体的转动中心间隔设置,同样能够实现对拖板组件50升降运动的控制。但在控制过程中,需尽量保持两个驱动电机20同步转动,从而保证第一支撑杆40的升降高度与第二支撑杆的升降高度基本一致,进而保证拖板组件50升降运动的平稳,防止出现卡死现象。
结合图5至图9所示,本实施方式的第一主齿轮311的圆心位置设有第一安装孔3111, 驱动电机20的输出轴插接第一安装孔3111内,从而驱动第一主齿轮311绕自身圆心位置转动。第一主齿轮311的端面设有伸出端3112,伸出端3112偏离圆心设置,从而在第一主齿轮311绕自身圆心的转动过程中伸出端3112能够沿圆弧方向上升或下降。伸出端3112的内部设有开孔3114,第一支撑杆40的顶端设有第二安装孔42,通过连接轴70依次穿过第二安装孔42和开孔3114,从而将第一支撑杆40的顶端连接于伸出端3112,并实现第一支撑杆40与第一主齿轮311间的传动连接。
再如图9所示,本实施方式的第一安装板52上设有定位套筒521,定位套筒521上设有定位开口5211,第一支撑杆40的底端设有定位凸起41,第一支撑杆40的底端插接至定位套筒521内,并将定位凸起41卡接于定位开口5211,从而当第一主齿轮311绕自身圆心的转动时,第一支撑杆40带动第一安装板52沿第一支撑杆40的轴向方向上升或下降,即带动拖板组件50沿第一支撑杆40的轴向方向上升或下降,实现对拖板组件50的升降高度的主动调节。
再结合图6和图9所示,进一步地,本实施方式的定位套筒521内设有弹性件,如弹簧60。弹簧60设于定位凸起41和第一安装板52之间,其中,定位凸起41与定位开口5211间具有一定的间隙,定位凸起41能够在定位开口5211内沿第一支撑杆40的轴向方向直线移动。当第一主齿轮311沿图6中弧形箭头所示方向进行转动时,第一支撑杆40沿自身轴向方向下降运动。当第一支撑杆40降低至拖板51与地面正好接触的高度时,第一支撑杆顶部的定位面43与定位套筒521的上端面之间还有间隙L,此时第一主齿轮311还可以继续下降一定距离,即继续将弹簧60进行压缩,以使拖板51对待清洁表面产生一定的下压力并与待清洁表面贴合的更加紧密,使得拖地效果更好。同时,定位面43的设置能够对第一支撑杆40的下降深度进行限位,防止第一支撑杆41过分的挤压第一安装板。由于本实施方式中,第二支撑杆与第一支撑杆40的结构相同,第二安装板53与第一安装板52的结构相同,在此不再对第二支撑杆的结构、第二安装板53的结构以及第二支撑杆与第二安装板53间的连接关系进行赘述。
结合图9至图11所示,本实施方式的清洁装置1还包括电机安装架21。电机安装架21上设有第一安装槽211,驱动电机20可卡接于第一安装槽211内从而与电机安装架21相连。其中,电机安装架21可直接固定连接于机体10上,从而对电机安装架21和驱动电机20进行定位。同时,电机安装架21上还设有安装套筒213,还可将安装套筒213套设于机体10内部的凸起结构上,从而将电机安装架21和驱动电机20固定于机体10上。
进一步地,本实施方式的清洁装置1还包括连接杆90,连接杆80用于连接拖板组件 50和机体10其中,第一安装板52上设有安装座523,电机安装架21上设有连接端212,连接杆90的两端分别以可转动的方式连接于安装座523和连接端212,从而实现安装板52与机体10间的连接,进一步地保证拖板组件50的升降运动过程的平稳运行。其中,连接杆90的两端分别设有通孔,连接杆90的一端插接至安装座523内,并通过销轴依次穿过安装座523和连接杆90一端的通孔,实现连接杆90与安装座523的转动连接。连接杆90的另一端的通孔直接套设于连接端212,从而实现连接杆90与电机安装架21间的转动连接。在本申请的其他实施方式中,还可以在机体10内壁上上设置连接端,将连接杆90的另一端的通孔直接套设于机体10内壁的连接端上。
进一步地,结合图2、图5和图12所示,本实施方式的第一安装板52上设有朝向机体的方向设置的限位件,具体的为限位筒522。机体10上设有与限位筒522对应设置的限位槽(图中未示出),限位筒522插接至限位槽内并沿第一支撑杆40的轴向方向移动。当第一支撑杆40带动拖板组件50进行升降运动时,限位筒522在限位槽内同时进行升降运动,从而通过限位槽对限位筒522的升降运动进行导向,保证限位筒522沿直线方向进行运动,从而使升降后的拖板51的板面与待接触面间始终具有最大的接触面积,保证清洁效果。由于本实施方式的拖板组件50设于机体10的外部,传动组件30设于机体10的内部,为便于传动组件30与拖板组件50间的传动连接,机体10的底板位置设有开口11,从而便于第一支撑杆40通过开口11插接至定位套筒521内,并通过第一支撑杆40带动拖板组件50进行升降运动。
结合图12和图13所示,本实施方式的拖板51上设有插接件511,插接件511插接至限位筒522内并固定。通过插接件511插接至限位筒522内并固定,实现拖板51与安装板52间的连接固定,从而共同运动,同时,当拖板51长期使用发生损坏或磨损时,可将插接件511从限位筒522内拔出,并更换拖板51后继续进行使用。
进一步地,结合图14至图16所示,本实施方式的清洁装置1还包括检测开关80和检测开关安装架81。检测开关安装架81上设有第二安装槽82,检测开关80卡接于第二安装槽82内。检测开关安装架81的下方设有插入端83,插入端83插接至电机安装架21的安装套筒213内,从而将检测开关安装架81固定于电机安装架21的上方。当第一主齿轮311转动至如图16所示位置时,第一主齿轮311上的凸起部3113刚好与检测开关80相接触,从而发生提示或警报,提醒用户拖板组件50已提升至最大高度位置,从而可驱动清洁装置1进行移动,并根据检测到的待清洁表面的高度变化再次驱动拖板组件50进行下降,从而对待清洁表面进行清洁,提高清洁装置1的自动化程度。
再如图1所示,本实施方式机体10的下方还设有扫地组件12,在清洁装置1进行拖地的同时或间歇,本实施方式清洁装置1还能够进行扫地运动。其中,机体10的内部还设有用于收集尘土或杂物的收集盒,以及用于向拖板组件50进行供水的水盒,从而确保清洁装置1的能够顺利的进行清洁任务。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

  1. 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    驱动件,所述驱动件与所述机体相连;
    传动组件,所述传动组件与所述驱动件相连,所述传动组件在所述驱动件的作用下进行转动;
    支撑杆,所述支撑杆与所述传动组件相连,所述支撑杆在所述传动组件的转动作用下沿自身轴向方向上升或下降;
    拖板组件,所述支撑杆与所述拖板组件相连,所述拖板组件在所述支撑杆的作用下沿所述支撑杆的轴向方向上升或下降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件的数量为一个,所述传动组件包括间隔设置的第一齿轮副和第二齿轮副,所述驱动件与所述第一齿轮副传动连接,所述第一齿轮副通过传动轴与所述第二齿轮副传动连接,所述支撑杆包括第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆,所述第一齿轮副通过所述第一支撑杆与所述拖板组件相连,所述第二齿轮副通过所述第二支撑杆与所述拖板组件相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮副包括相互啮合的第一主齿轮和第一副齿轮,所述第二齿轮副包括相互啮合的第二主齿轮和第二副齿轮,所述第一主齿轮与所述驱动件传动连接,所述第一副齿轮和所述第二副齿轮通过所述传动轴传动连接,所述第一主齿轮与所述第一支撑杆相连,且所述第一支撑杆与所述第一主齿轮的连接位置与所述第一主齿轮的圆心间隔设置,所述第二主齿轮与所述第二支撑杆相连,且所述第二支撑杆与所述第二主齿轮的连接位置与所述第二主齿轮的圆心间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件的数量为两个,所述驱动组件包括间隔设置的第一盘体和第二盘体,所述第一盘体和所述第二盘体均连接有一个所述驱动件,所述支撑杆包括第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆,所述第一盘体与所述第一支撑杆相连,且所述第一支撑杆与所述第一盘体的连接位置与所述第一盘体的转动中心间隔设置,所述第二盘体与所述第二支撑杆相连,且所述第二支撑杆与所述第二盘体的连接位置与所述第二盘体的转动中心间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述拖板组件包括拖板和安装板,所述安装板连接于所述拖板的上方,所述安装板上设有定位套筒,所述定位套筒上设有定位开口,所述支撑杆的端部设有定位凸起,所述支撑杆的所述端部插接至所述定位套筒内,且所述定位凸起卡接于所述定位开口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述定位套筒内设有弹性件,所述定位凸起在所述定位开口内沿所述支撑杆的轴向方向直线移动,并沿所述支撑杆的轴向方向压缩所述弹性件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述安装板上设有朝向所述机体的方向设置的限位件,所述机体上设有与所述限位件对应设置的限位槽,所述限位件插接至所述限位槽内并沿所述支撑杆的轴向方向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述限位件为限位筒,所述拖板上设有插接件,所述插接件插接至所述限位筒内并固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置还包括检测开关,所述传动组件上设有凸起部,所述凸起部在转动过程中能够与所述检测开关相接触,从而确定所述传动组件的转动位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置还包括连接杆,所述连接杆用于连接所述拖板组件和所述机体。
