Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載された内燃機関の吸入空気量である第1吸入空気量を検出するエアフローメータと、
上記エアフローメータの下流側の位置で上記内燃機関の吸気通路に接続され、パージ制御弁を開弁した際に燃料タンクからの蒸発燃料を含むパージガスを吸気通路に導入する蒸発燃料処理システムと、を有し、
上記内燃機関の理論上の吸入空気量である第2吸入空気量を算出し、
上記パージ制御弁を開弁した状態で上記第1吸入空気量を検出し、
上記第1吸入空気量と上記第2吸入空気量とを用いて上記蒸発燃料処理システムの異常の有無を判定する車両の異常診断方法。 - 上記第1吸入空気量と上記第2吸入空気量との差分が予め設定された所定の第1閾値以下のときに蒸発燃料システムを異常と診断する請求項1に記載の車両の異常診断方法。
- 上記蒸発燃料処理システムの異常の有無の判定は、上記内燃機関の燃料カット中に実施する請求項1または2に記載の車両の異常診断方法。
- 上記パージ制御弁を開弁した際の上記パージガスの流量及び上記パージガス中の蒸発燃料量を用いて上記パージ制御弁を開弁した際の上記内燃機関の筒内の空燃比を算出し、
算出された筒内の空燃比が予め設定された所定値未満の場合には、上記蒸発燃料処理システムの異常の有無の判定を実施しない請求項3に記載の車両の異常診断方法。 - 大気圧が低下するほど上記パージガスを加圧するパージポンプの回転数を増加させた状態で上記第1吸入空気量を検出する請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の車両の異常診断方法。
- 上記蒸発燃料処理システムの異常の有無の判定は、
上記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気浄化触媒の温度が所定温度以上の場合に実施される請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の車両の異常診断方法。 - 車両に搭載された内燃機関の吸入空気量である第1吸入空気量を検出するエアフローメータと、
上記エアフローメータの下流側の位置で上記内燃機関の吸気通路に接続され、パージ制御弁を開弁した際に燃料タンクからの蒸発燃料を含むパージガスを吸気通路に導入する蒸発燃料処理システムと、
上記内燃機関の理論上の吸入空気量である第2吸入空気量を算出する第2吸入空気量算出部と、
上記パージ制御弁を開弁した状態で上記第1吸入空気量を検出し、当該第1吸入空気量と上記第2吸入空気量とを用いて上記蒸発燃料処理システムの異常の有無を判定する異常判定部と、を有する車両の異常診断装置。
