Description

一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体 技术领域
本发明涉及交通安全领域,具体是涉及一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体。
背景技术
高速公路,简称高速路,是指专供汽车高速行驶的公路。高速公路在不同国家地区、不同时代和不同的科研学术领域有不同规定。根据中国《公路工程技术标准》(JTG B01-2014)规定:高速公路为专供汽车分向行驶、分车道行驶,全部控制出入的多车道公路。高速公路年平均日设计交通量宜在15000辆小客车以上,设计速度每小时80至120千米。
高速公路上行驶的汽车由于速度多快地面与车轮摩擦做功,机械能转化为胎的内能,使轮胎温度升高,胎内气体膨胀,导致爆胎。车辆高速行驶时突然发生爆胎时,车辆的方向盘和方向会失去控制,非常危险。
现有的轮胎结构为保证汽车发生爆胎时车辆不会失去太大平衡,通常在汽车轮胎中加入一层支撑结构,使得汽车发生爆胎时,支撑结构可迅速对汽车进行支撑,避免汽车失去控制而导致伤亡。但现有的支撑结构在产生爆胎时无法使汽车继续行驶,使得驾驶人员无法将车辆移动至维修区域,只能被动的等待救援,使得汽车爆胎时,尤其是野外爆胎时驾乘人员的安全无法得到充分地保障。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,提供一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体,本技术方案解决了上述背景技术中提出的现有的轮胎结构为保证汽车发生爆胎时车辆不会失去太大平衡,通常在汽车轮胎中加入一层支撑结构,使得汽车发生爆胎时,支撑结构可迅速对汽车进行支撑,避免汽车失去控制而导致伤亡,但现有的支撑结构在产生爆胎时无法使汽车继续行驶,使得驾驶人员无法将车辆移动至维修区域,只能被动的等待救援,使得汽车爆胎时,尤其是野外爆胎时驾乘人员的安全无法得到充分地保障的问题。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体,包括橡胶支撑体,所述橡胶支撑体套设在轮毂上,所述轮毂上套设有轮胎,所述轮毂一侧活动连接有安装圈,所述轮毂在安装块的同一侧滑动连接有固定圈。
优选的,所述橡胶支撑体设置在轮胎的内部,所述橡胶支撑体的底部紧贴轮胎的子口部位。
优选的,所述橡胶支撑体表面设置有传感器层,所述橡胶支撑体内部开设气体腔。
优选的,所述气体腔内表面设置有气体控制层,所述气体控制层外表面设置有气体发生层。
优选的,所述橡胶支撑体与轮毂之间为过盈配合。
优选的,所述橡胶支撑体由高弹性低生热配方的橡胶材质制成。
本发明的优点在于:安装本发明提出的橡胶安全支撑体的轮胎在平时正常行驶时候,轮胎在内压的作用下,膨胀起来,不接触到支撑体,不影响正常行驶。在轮胎爆胎情况下,支撑体迅速发生作用,使车辆不会失去太大平衡,车辆安全停下,避免严重的交通事故,给驾乘人员安全带来了一定保证,同时本橡胶支撑体还可以支撑汽车行驶一段距离,使得驾乘人员可以到达维修区域,进一步保障了驾乘人员的安全,其具体的实现过程如下:橡胶支撑体外圈设置有传感器层,传感器层实时检测轮胎内压并向控制层传送信号,控制层根据信号与原设定好的启动值进行比较,当轮胎爆胎时控制器层根据传感器层输送的信号向气体发生层发出启动信号,气体发生层在接收到启动信号时迅速发生反应产生大量气体经过冷却过滤后输送到气体腔中,气体腔在气体的作用下产生膨胀将橡胶支撑体抵在轮胎的内表面,使得轮胎仍可以支撑汽车行驶一段距离,本发明结构简单,易于安装,支撑效果好,安全系数高,极大的保障驾乘人员的人身安全。

具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
请参阅图1所示,一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体,包括橡胶支撑体3,橡胶支撑体3套设在轮毂1上,橡胶支撑体3与轮毂1之间为过盈配合,过盈配合使得橡胶支撑体3可以牢固的安装在轮毂1上,轮毂1上套设有轮胎2,橡胶支撑体3设置在轮胎2的内部,橡胶支撑体3的底部紧贴轮胎2的子口部位,轮毂1一侧活动连接有安装圈5,轮毂1在安装圈5的同一侧滑动连接有固定圈4,通过独特的结构设计,使得橡胶支撑体3安装方便。
请参阅图2所示,橡胶支撑体3表面设置有传感器层6,橡胶支撑体3内部开设气体腔301,气体腔301内表面设置有控制层7,控制层7外表面设置有气体发生层8,橡胶支撑体3由高弹性低生热配方的橡胶材质制成,高弹性低生热配方的橡胶材质使得橡胶支撑体3可以支撑汽车行驶更远的距离。
本发明对汽车的具体支撑过程如下:
在平时正常行驶时候,轮胎2在内压的作用下,膨胀起来,不接触到橡胶支撑体3,不影响正常行驶,当轮胎2爆胎时控制层7根据传感器层6输送的信号向气体发生层8发出启动信号,气体发生层8在接收到启动信号时迅速发生反应产生大量气体经过冷却过滤后输送到气体腔301中,气体腔301在大量气体的作用下产生膨胀将橡胶支撑体3抵在轮胎2的内表面,使得轮胎2仍可以支撑汽车行驶一段距离。
综上所述,本发明的优点在于:通过结构设计使得轮胎中加入的橡胶支撑体在发生意外时可以有效的对汽车起到支撑作用,防止汽车失去控制发生意外,同时还可以支撑汽车行驶一段距离,保证了汽车在野外爆胎时驾乘人员的生命安全。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体,其特征在于,所述气体腔(301)内表面设置有控制层(7),所述控制层(7)外表面设置有气体发生层(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式轮胎用橡胶安全支撑体,其特征在于,所述橡胶支撑体(3)与所述轮毂(1)之间为过盈配合。
