図1~図3を参照して本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋(第一例)について説明する。本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋100(第一例)は、製品である袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体3を、樹脂フィルムを基材5とする外包装用の外袋で包み込んで、袋体3の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋であって、外袋10Aは、第1側辺11と、第1側辺11に対向する第2側辺12と、向かい合う第1側辺11の端部と第2側辺12の端部とをそれぞれ結ぶ接着シール13と、第1側辺11と第2側辺12とで挟まれた部分に位置し第1側辺11及び第2側辺12に並列する立設部16と、立設部16の縁に沿って設けられた肉厚部4と、を有し、接着シール13のうち第2側辺12の縁から所定の間隔hをあけた部分に隣接する領域Sには、補助シール15が設けられている。

次に、図9及び図10を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋200(第二例)を説明する。本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋200は、図9及び図10に示すように、製品である袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体3を、樹脂フィルムを基材5とする外包装用の外袋10Bで包み込んで、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋であって、外袋10Bは、第1側辺11と、第1側辺11に対向する第2側辺12と、向かい合う第1側辺11の端部と第2側辺12の端部とをそれぞれ結ぶ接着シール13と、第1側辺11の縁に沿って設けられた肉厚部4と、を有し、接着シール13のうち第2側辺12の縁から所定の間隔をあけた部分に隣接する領域Sには、補助シール15が設けられている。
次に、図11及び図12を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋300(第三例)を説明する。本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋300(第三例)では、外袋10Cは、第1側辺11の縁に沿って開口する第1開口部6と、肉厚部4として第1開口部6の縁6aに沿って基材5の内壁側に設けられた第1嵌合具14と、第2側辺12の縁に沿って開口する第2開口部7と、第2開口部7の縁7aに沿って基材5の内壁側に設けられた第2嵌合具24と、を更に有し、第1嵌合具14及び第2嵌合具24は、それぞれ咬合されており、かつ、第1嵌合具14若しくは第2嵌合具24のいずれか一方又は両方は、接着シール13に隣接する部分のいずれか一方又は両方に弱咬合部を有することが好ましい。弱咬合部を給袋装置の吸着盤などで開口することによって、開口時の衝撃を弱めることができる。また、第2嵌合具24の開口によって袋体3を取り出すことができるので、刃物を使わずに外袋を開封することができる。その結果、製品である袋体を傷つけてしまうおそれがなく、製品ロスを防止することができる。
次に図13を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋の製造方法について説明する。本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋の製造方法は、製品である袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体3を、外包装用の外袋10Aで包み込んで、袋体3の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋の製造方法であって、外袋10Aは、樹脂フィルムを基材5として筒の長さ方向Xに沿って同一内径で連続して延びた筒形状をなしており、筒の長さ方向Xに沿って開口する開口部6を少なくとも一つ有し、かつ、開口部の縁6aに沿って基材5の内壁側に肉厚部として嵌合具14を有し、かつ、開口部6は嵌合具14が咬合することによって閉じられる構造を有し、かつ、製造方法は、外袋10Aを準備する第1工程と、嵌合具14の咬合が外れていてかつ外袋10Aが広げられた状態とする第2工程と、基材5の上に、基材5の長手方向Yに沿って、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に袋体を積み重ねていき、かつ、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく第3工程と、複数個の袋体3を載せた基材5を基材5の長手方向Yに移動させながら、基材5で複数個の袋体3を包み込むとともに、嵌合具14を咬合して製品入り外袋100を得る第4工程と、製品入り外袋100に対して、非配置部40に相当する箇所に接着シール13(図1に図示)を設けるとともに補助シール15(図1に図示)を設ける第5工程と、を有する。なお、図13では、接着シール13及び補助シール15は不図示である。
第一の製造方法において、外包装用の外袋及び製品入り外袋は、図1~図5に示した外袋10A及び製品入り外袋100であり、袋体は、図6及び図7に示した袋体p1である。また、製品入り外袋100はボビン51に巻き取られてもよい。さらに、筒の長さ方向X及び基材5の長手方向Yは、複数個の袋体3の整列方向Xと同方向である。
ボビン52に巻き取られた外包装用の外袋10Aの外袋巻き取り品53を準備する。外包装用の外袋10Aは、嵌合具14が咬合していて、嵌合具14が側端に位置するように筒が潰された平坦状態でボビン52に巻き取られている。外包装用の外袋10Aを筒の長さ方向Xの方向に繰り出して、ダンスロール61a、ピンチロール62aに送り出す。なお、嵌合具14が基材5と別体の場合は、第1工程は、嵌合具14が接着されていない筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムを準備する工程1Aと筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムに嵌合具テープを取り付ける工程1Bとを含む。
嵌合具14の咬合が外れていてかつ外包装用の外袋10Aが広げられた状態とする。すなわち、ピンチロール62aを通過した外包装用の外袋10Aは、爪ガイドロール63cによって、嵌合具14の咬合が外され、外包装用の外袋10Aが広げられ、基材5の重なりを無くした状態でピンチロール62bに送られる。
基材5をフラットのシート状として袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)を載せる。具体的には、外包装用の外袋10Aが広げられて、基材5の重なりがない状態とされた基材5の上に、基材5の長手方向Yに沿って、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に袋体を積み重ねていく。このとき、複数個の袋体3は、基材5の長手方向Yに沿って端を相互にずらして一列に積み重ねられることが好ましい。そして、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく。図13では、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)が連続で一列に袋体を積み重ねられていき、かつ、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく形態を示した。ここで、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)は、製袋機(不図示)の下流側に位置する搬送コンベア65に1枚ごとに載せられて送られてくる。搬送コンベア65上にある袋体、例えば、袋体p4、p5、p6、p7を順次、基材5の上に載せていく。
複数個の袋体3を載せた基材5を基材5の長手方向Yに移動させながら、爪ガイドロール63bによって、基材5で複数個の袋体3を包み込むとともに、嵌合具14を咬合して製品入り外袋100を得る。嵌合具14が咬合された製品入り外袋100は、嵌合具14の根元付近で開口部6を横に寝かせた状態で、タッチロール64、ピンチロール62c、ダンスロール61bに送られることが好ましい。製品入り外袋100の内部が脱気されて、嵩が小さくなる。
製品入り外袋100に対して、非配置部40に相当する箇所に接着シール13(図1に図示)を設けるとともに補助シール15(図1に図示)を設ける。接着シール13及び補助シール15は、非配置部40に相当する箇所に例えば熱シール器43を押し付けながら、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を熱溶着することで形成することが好ましい。接着シール13及び補助シール15は、向かい合う基材同士を熱溶着するが、溶断まではしない温度範囲で温度設定された熱シール器を用いて熱溶着部を形成することによって得られる。或いは、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を接着させることによって接着シール13及び補助シール15を形成してもよい。補助シール15は、図13では接着シール13と同時に設ける形態を示したが、接着シール13を設けた後、別工程で設けるか、又は接着シール13を設ける前、別工程で設けてもよい。
製品入り外袋100は横断面が扁平状態でボビン51に巻き取られて、製品入り外袋の巻き取り品50としてもよい。図13は、ロール巻きの形態を示したが、製品入り外袋100を横断面が扁平状態でカセ巻き又はつづら折りすることとしてもよい。製品入り外袋100をつづら折りするときに、接着シール13の位置に合わせて折り畳んでいくことが好ましい。
製品入り外袋の巻き取り品50に対して、接着シール13を設けた箇所で切断して製品入り外袋100が得られる。切断工程は、巻取り工程後に行うか、又は第5工程後に巻取り工程を経ずに行ってもよい。得られた製品入り外袋100は、例えば吸着アームで吸着されて所定個数ごとに自動箱詰めされることが好ましい。このように、製品入り外袋100は、製袋から箱詰めまでを自動で行うことができる。
次に図14を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋の第二の製造方法について説明する。ここで外包装用の外袋及び製品入り外袋は、図9及び図10に示した外袋10B及び製品入り外袋200であり、袋体は、図6及び図7に示した袋体p1である。また、製品入り外袋200はボビン51に巻き取られてもよい(図14中、ボビンの描画は省略している。)。さらに、筒の長さ方向X及び基材5の長手方向Yは、複数個の袋体3の整列方向Xと同方向である。
第一の製造方法と同様である。図14では第1工程の図示を省略している。なお、嵌合具14が基材5と別体の場合は、第1工程は、嵌合具14が接着されていない筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムを準備する工程1Aと筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムに嵌合具テープを取り付ける工程1Bとを含む。
爪開き66を通過した外包装用の外袋10Bについて、基材5を、基材5の長手方向Yの横断面がU字形状又はV字状となるように広げ、嵌合具14の咬合が外れていてかつ外袋10Bが広げられた状態とする。
袋体の左右いずれか一方の側端側を下方に向けた状態で、袋体をU字形状又はV字状の基材の内側に入れることが好ましい。重力を利用して袋体をきれいに整列させることが出来るため、製品入り外袋内で、袋体がより整然と整列している。すなわち、外袋10Bが広げられて、U字形状又はV字状の基材5の内側に、基材5の長手方向Yに沿って、位置合せ装置68によって、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に袋体を積み重ねていく。そして、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく。図14では、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)が連続で一列に袋体を積み重ねられていき、かつ、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく形態を示した。ここで、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)は、製袋機(不図示)の下流側に位置する搬送コンベア65に1枚ごとに載せられて送られてくる。搬送コンベア65上にある袋体、例えば、袋体p4、p5、p6、p7を順次、基材5の内側に入れていく。
複数個の袋体3を内側に入れた基材5を基材5の長手方向Yに移動させながら、爪掛け67によって、基材5で複数個の袋体3を包み込むとともに、嵌合具14を咬合して製品入り外袋200を得る。嵌合具14が咬合された製品入り外袋200は、製品入り外袋200の内部が脱気されて、嵩が小さくなる。
製品入り外袋200に対して、非配置部40に相当する箇所に接着シール13(図1に図示)を設けるとともに補助シール15(図1に図示)を設ける。接着シール13及び補助シール15は、非配置部40に相当する箇所に例えば熱シール器43を押し付けながら、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を熱溶着することで形成することが好ましい。或いは、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を接着させることによって接着シール13及び補助シール15を形成してもよい。補助シール15は、図14では接着シール13と同時に設ける形態を示したが、接着シール13を設けた後、別工程で設けるか、又は接着シール13を設ける前、別工程で設けてもよい。
製品入り外袋200は横断面が扁平状態でボビン51に巻き取られて、製品入り外袋の巻き取り品54としてもよい。図14は、ロール巻きの形態を示したが、製品入り外袋200を横断面が扁平状態でカセ巻き又はつづら折りすることとしてもよい。製品入り外袋200をつづら折りするときに、接着シール13の位置に合わせて折り畳んでいくことが好ましい。
製品入り外袋の巻き取り品54に対して、接着シール13を設けた箇所で切断して製品入り外袋200が得られる。切断工程は、巻取り工程後に行うか、又は第5工程後に巻取り工程を経ずに行ってもよい。得られた製品入り外袋200は、例えば吸着アームで吸着されて所定個数ごとに自動箱詰めされることが好ましい。このように、製品入り外袋200は、製袋から箱詰めまでを自動で行うことができる。
次に図15を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋の巻き取り品の第三の製造方法について説明する。ここで外包装用の外袋及び製品入り外袋は、図11及び図12に示した外袋10C及び製品入り外袋300であり、袋体は、図6及び図7に示した袋体p1である。製品入り外袋300はボビン51に巻き取られてもよい。さらに、筒の長さ方向X及び基材5の長手方向Yは、複数個の袋体3の整列方向Xと同方向である。
ボビン56に巻き取られた外包装用の外袋10Cの外袋巻き取り品55を準備する。外包装用の外袋10Cは、嵌合具を二つ有し、嵌合具14,24が咬合していて、嵌合具14,24が両側端にそれぞれ位置するように筒が潰された平坦状態でボビン56に巻き取られている。外包装用の外袋10Cを筒の長さ方向Xの方向に繰り出して、爪開き66に送り出す。なお、嵌合具14,24が基材5と別体の場合は、第1工程は、嵌合具14,24が接着されていない筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムを準備する工程1Aと筒状フィルム又は半切フィルムに嵌合具テープを取り付ける工程1Bとを含む。
爪開き66を通過した外包装用の外袋10Cについて、嵌合具14,24の咬合が外れることによって2つに分かれた基材5の一方5bを水平に広げ、基材の他方5aを、基材の一方5bの上方で水平に広げる。基材の一方5bはピンチロール62aに送られる。基材の他方5aもピンチロール(不図示)に送られる。
基材の一方5bをフラットのシート状とすると共に、基材の一方5bの幅方向の両端側に位置する嵌合具14,24が袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の左の側端側及び右の側端側にそれぞれ位置するように、袋体を基材の一方5bの上に載せることが好ましい。すなわち、基材の一方5bが広げられて、長手方向Yに沿って、位置合せ装置68によって、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に袋体を積み重ねていく。そして、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく。図15では、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)が連続で一列に袋体を積み重ねられていき、かつ、袋体が所定枚数積み重ねられる毎に袋体を配置しない非配置部40を所定の間隔毎に設けていく形態を示した。ここで、袋体(p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pn)は、製袋機(不図示)の下流側に位置する搬送コンベア65に1枚ごとに載せられて送られてくる。搬送コンベア65上にある袋体、例えば、袋体p4、p5、p6、p7を順次、基材の一方5bの上に載せていく。
複数個の袋体3を基材の一方5bに載せた状態で長手方向Yに移動させながら、同時に長手方向Yに移動させてきた基材の一方5bを被せて、爪掛け67によって嵌合具14,24を咬合することが好ましい。嵌合具14,24の咬合によって、製品入り外袋300を得る。嵌合具14,24が咬合された製品入り外袋300は、ピンチロール62b,62cを通過する際に、製品入り外袋300の内部が脱気されて、嵩が小さくなる。外包装用の外袋10Cを、基材の一方5bと基材の他方5aとして、上下に分割し、その間に袋体3を配置して、元通りに閉じるという簡易な動作で、外袋10Cの中に袋体3を入れることができる。
製品入り外袋300に対して、非配置部40に相当する箇所に接着シール13(図1に図示)を設けるとともに補助シール15(図1に図示)を設ける。接着シール13及び補助シール15は、非配置部40に相当する箇所に例えば熱シール器43を押し付けながら、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を熱溶着することで形成することが好ましい。或いは、向かい合う基材の内壁面同士を接着させることによって接着シール13及び補助シール15を形成してもよい。

次に図16、図17、図20及び図21を参照して、本実施形態に係る給袋装置について説明する。本実施形態に係る給袋装置700、800、900は、製品である袋体p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pnの一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体3を、樹脂フィルムを基材とする外包装用の外袋10Cで包み込んで、袋体の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋300に収容された袋体p1,p2,p3,p4,・・・,pnを順々に充填機に供給する給袋装置であって、製品入り外袋300を垂下した状態で支持する保持器具704、904と、垂下した状態で支持された製品入り外袋300の下端部を開口させる開口器具706、906と、外袋10Cから出てきた複数個の袋体3を受け止める受容器具705、905と、複数個の袋体3を整列させる整列器具707、807、905と、整列した袋体3を充填機に供給する供給器具705、907と、を備える。図16、図17及び図20では、一例として製品入り外袋が第三例の製品入り外袋300である形態を示したが、製品入り外袋は、第一例の製品入り外袋100(図1に図示)又は第二例の製品入り外袋200(図9に図示)であってもよい。
本実施形態に係る第一例の給袋装置900では、保持器具904は、挟持アームである形態を包含する。挟持アーム904は、一対の先端部にそれぞれ係合爪904aを有することが好ましい。また、挟持アーム904は、係合爪904aの代わりに、挟持した製品入り外袋300を支持するための滑り止め部(不図示)を有していてもよい。滑り止め部は、挟持アーム904の先端部の内側部分に設けられた摩擦を増大させる部分であり、例えば、挟持アーム904の先端部の内側部分に凹凸構造が形成された形態又は挟持アーム904の先端部の内側部分に滑り止めシートが貼付けられた形態である。図16では一例として、挟持アーム904が周回レール908に吊り下げられて周回レール908に沿って移動する形態を示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、各挟持アーム904がロボット本体(不図示)に取付けられていて、ロボット本体によって移動するように構成してもよい。図17では、一例として、2個1組の挟持アーム904で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持した形態を示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。製品入り外袋300の長さに応じて、1個の挟持アーム904で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持してもよいし、例えば3個1組の挟持アーム904で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持してもよい。
図20は、給袋装置の第二例を示す部分概略図である。第二例の給袋装置700は、図20に示すように、保持器具として吸着アーム704を有する。吸着アーム704は、図18及び図19に示す吸着アーム704と同様の構成を有する。図20では、一例として、2個1組の吸着アーム704で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持した形態を示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。製品入り外袋300の長さに応じて、1個の吸着アーム704で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持してもよいし、例えば3個1組の吸着アーム704で1個の製品入り外袋300を挟持してもよい。
図21は、給袋装置の第三例を示す部分概略図である。第三例の給袋装置800は、整列器具が異なる以外は、第二例の給袋装置700と基本的な構成を同じくする。このため、共通する構成については説明を省略し、異なる構成について説明する。
次に図16、図17、図20及び図21を参照して、本実施形態に係る製品入り外袋に収容された袋体の供給方法について説明する。本実施形態に係る供給方法は、本実施形態に係る給袋装置700、800、900で袋体3を供給する供給方法であって、保持器具704、904で製品入り外袋300を垂下した状態で支持する工程Aと、開口器具706、906で製品入り外袋300の下端部を開口させて複数個の袋体3を落下させる工程Bと、落下した複数個の袋体3を受容器具705、905で受け止める工程Cと、複数個の袋体3を整列器具707、807、905で一列に整列させる工程Dと、一列に整列した袋体3を供給器具705、907で順々に充填機に供給する工程Eと、を有する。

Claims (24)
- 製品である袋体の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体を、樹脂フィルムを基材とする外包装用の外袋で包み込んで、前記袋体の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋であって、
前記外袋は、第1側辺と、該第1側辺に対向する第2側辺と、向かい合う前記第1側辺の端部と前記第2側辺の端部とをそれぞれ結ぶ接着シールと、前記製品入り外袋を前記第2側辺が前記第1側辺よりも下方となるように垂下した状態で支持するときに保持される被保持部と、を有することを特徴とする製品入り外袋。 - 前記接着シールのうち前記第2側辺の縁から所定の間隔をあけた部分に隣接する領域には、補助シールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記第1側辺の縁に沿って設けられた肉厚部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記第1側辺の縁に沿って開口する第1開口部と前記肉厚部として前記第1開口部の縁に沿って前記基材の内壁側に設けられた第1嵌合具とを有し、
該第1嵌合具は、咬合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製品入り外袋。 - 前記外袋は、前記第2側辺の縁に沿って開口する第2開口部と該第2開口部を封止するイージーピールシールとを有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記第2側辺の縁に沿ってミシン目を有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記第1側辺の縁に沿って開口する第1開口部と、前記肉厚部として前記第1開口部の縁に沿って前記基材の内壁側に設けられた第1嵌合具と、前記第2側辺の縁に沿って開口する第2開口部と、該第2開口部の縁に沿って前記基材の内壁側に設けられた第2嵌合具と、を更に有し、
前記第1嵌合具及び前記第2嵌合具は、それぞれ咬合されており、かつ、
前記第1嵌合具若しくは前記第2嵌合具のいずれか一方又は両方は、前記接着シールに隣接する部分のいずれか一方又は両方に弱咬合部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製品入り外袋。 - 前記外袋は、前記第1嵌合具よりも前記第2側辺側に前記第1嵌合具に並行して伸びるミシン目又は前記第2嵌合具よりも前記第1側辺側に前記第2嵌合具に並行して伸びるミシン目を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記第1側辺の縁と前記肉厚部との距離をd1、前記第2側辺の縁と前記第2嵌合具との距離をd2としたとき、d1<d2の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記第1側辺と前記第2側辺とで挟まれた部分に位置し前記第1側辺及び前記第2側辺に並列する立設部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記立設部の縁に沿って設けられた肉厚部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製品入り外袋。
- 前記外袋は、前記基材の内壁同士が接触した部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか一つに記載の製品入り外袋。
- 製品である袋体の一部が重なるように連続又は間欠で一列に積み重ねられた複数個の袋体を、樹脂フィルムを基材とする外包装用の外袋で包み込んで、前記袋体の積み重ねの状態を保持したままで一体化した製品入り外袋に収容された前記袋体を順々に充填機に供給する給袋装置であって、
前記製品入り外袋を垂下した状態で支持する保持器具と、
垂下した状態で支持された前記製品入り外袋の下端部を開口させる開口器具と、
前記外袋から出てきた前記複数個の袋体を受け止める受容器具と、
前記複数個の袋体を整列させる整列器具と、
整列した前記袋体を充填機に供給する供給器具と、を備えることを特徴とする給袋装置。 - 前記保持器具は、挟持アームであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の給袋装置。
- 前記保持器具は、吸着アームであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の給袋装置。
- 前記受容器具は、前記複数個の袋体を立てた状態で保持及び移送するガイドレールであり、
前記整列器具は、前記ガイドレールが兼用していることを特徴とする請求項13~15のいずれか一つに記載の給袋装置。 - 前記受容器具は、ベルトコンベアであり、
前記整列器具は、前記ベルトコンベアの搬送面上に該ベルトコンベアの流れ方向に沿って延在する整列リブであることを特徴とする請求項13~15のいずれか一つに記載の給袋装置。 - 前記受容器具は、ベルトコンベアであり、
前記整列器具は、前記ベルトコンベアで搬送されてきた前記袋体の姿勢を修正する整列ガイドであることを特徴とする請求項13~15のいずれか一つに記載の給袋装置。 - 請求項13~18のいずれか一つに記載の給袋装置で前記袋体を供給する供給方法であって、
前記保持器具で前記製品入り外袋を垂下した状態で支持する工程Aと、
前記開口器具で前記製品入り外袋の下端部を開口させて前記複数個の袋体を落下させる工程Bと、
前記落下した前記複数個の袋体を前記受容器具で受け止める工程Cと、
前記複数個の袋体を前記整列器具で一列に整列させる工程Dと、
一列に整列した前記袋体を前記供給器具で順々に充填機に供給する工程Eと、を有することを特徴とする供給方法。 - 前記給袋装置は、前記保持器具として挟持アームを有し、
前記工程Aは、前記製品入り外袋を前記挟持アームで挟持する工程であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の供給方法。 - 前記給袋装置は、前記保持器具として吸着アームを有し、
前記工程Aは、前記製品入り外袋を前記吸着アームで吸着する工程であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の供給方法。 - 前記給袋装置は、前記受容器具として前記複数個の袋体を立てた状態で保持及び移送するガイドレールを有し、
前記工程C及び前記工程Dは、前記複数個の袋体を前記ガイドレールで受け止めると同時に整列させる工程であることを特徴とする請求項19~21のいずれか一つに記載の供給方法。 - 前記給袋装置は、前記受容器具としてベルトコンベアを有し、前記整列器具として前記ベルトコンベアの搬送面上に該ベルトコンベアの流れ方向に沿って延在する整列リブを有し、
前記工程C及び前記工程Dは、前記複数個の袋体を前記ベルトコンベアで受け止めると同時に前記複数個の袋体を前記整列リブに当接させて整列させる工程であることを特徴とする請求項19~21のいずれか一つに記載の供給方法。 - 前記給袋装置は、前記受容器具としてベルトコンベアを有し、前記整列器具として前記ベルトコンベアで搬送されてきた前記袋体の姿勢を修正する整列ガイドを有し、
前記工程Cは、前記複数個の袋体を前記ベルトコンベアで受け止める工程であり、
前記工程Dは、前記袋体を前記整列ガイドに当接させて整列させる工程であることを特徴とする請求項19~21のいずれか一つに記載の供給方法。
