Description
本発明は、高分子化合物、組成物および成形品に関する。
高分子液晶(液晶ポリマー)からなる液晶ポリマーフィルムは、高周波領域(GHz帯)での電機特性(低誘電率、低誘電損失)に優れ、回路での電送損失が少ないなどの特徴から、フレキシブルプリント配線(FPC)基材等の材料として注目されている。
例えば、特許文献1には、「液晶ポリマー100質量部、およびポリアリレート樹脂0.1~20質量部を含有する液晶ポリマー組成物であって、溶融張力が3mN以上であり、かつ、長さ85mm、幅1.75mm、厚さ1.75mmのスティック状試験片を用いて1GHzにおいて測定した誘電正接が0.0015以下である、液晶ポリマー組成物。」が記載されており([請求項1])、液晶ポリマーとして、下記式(I)~(III)[式中、Ar1およびAr2は、それぞれ1種または2種以上の2価の芳香族基を表し、p、qおよびrは、それぞれ、液晶ポリエステル(A)中での各繰返し単位の組成比(モル%)であり、以下の条件を満たす:35≦p≦90、5≦q≦30、および5≦r≦30]で表される繰返し単位を含む液晶ポリエステルが記載されている([請求項3])。
本発明者は、特許文献1に記載された液晶ポリマーについて検討したところ、これを用いて成形される成形品(例えば、フィルムなど)の誘電正接の低減に改善の余地があることを明らかとした。
そこで、本発明は、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができる高分子化合物、組成物および成形品を提供することを課題とする。
本発明者らは、上記課題を達成すべく鋭意検討した結果、6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、所定のリンカーパートと、炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるフレキシブルパートと、所定のリンカーパートと、をこの順に含む繰り返し単位を有する高分子化合物を用いることにより、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができることを見出し、本発明を完成させた。
すなわち、以下の構成により上記課題を達成することができることを見出した。

ただし、上記リジッドパートは、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、上記フレキシブルパートは、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。

本発明によれば、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができる高分子化合物、組成物および成形品を提供することができる。

[高分子化合物]
本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物(以下、単に「本発明の高分子化合物」とも略す。)は、
6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるフレキシブルパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
をこの順に含む繰り返し単位(以下、単に「特定繰り返し単位」とも略す。)を有する、液晶性を示す高分子化合物である。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ただし、上記リジッドパートは、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、上記フレキシブルパートは、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ここで、「液晶性を示す」とは、高分子化合物を単独で、室温で保持した際、加熱した際、または、加熱後に冷却した際に、液晶状態が発現すること、あるいは、高分子化合物を単独で溶媒に溶解させた際に液晶状態が発現することをいう。
本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物(以下、単に「本発明の高分子化合物」とも略す。)は、
6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるフレキシブルパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
をこの順に含む繰り返し単位(以下、単に「特定繰り返し単位」とも略す。)を有する、液晶性を示す高分子化合物である。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ただし、上記リジッドパートは、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、上記フレキシブルパートは、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ここで、「液晶性を示す」とは、高分子化合物を単独で、室温で保持した際、加熱した際、または、加熱後に冷却した際に、液晶状態が発現すること、あるいは、高分子化合物を単独で溶媒に溶解させた際に液晶状態が発現することをいう。
本発明においては、上述した通り、特定繰り返し単位を有する高分子化合物を用いることにより、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができる。
これは、詳細には明らかではないが、本発明者は以下のように推測している。
すなわち、本発明の高分子化合物においては、リジッドパートに隣接するリンカーパート(例えば、-CO-O-)が、リジッドパートと同一平面に存在し、動きにくい状態が維持されると考えられるため、誘電緩和が起こり難くなり、その結果、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができると考えられる。
以下、本発明の高分子化合物が有する特定繰り返し単位について詳細に説明する。
これは、詳細には明らかではないが、本発明者は以下のように推測している。
すなわち、本発明の高分子化合物においては、リジッドパートに隣接するリンカーパート(例えば、-CO-O-)が、リジッドパートと同一平面に存在し、動きにくい状態が維持されると考えられるため、誘電緩和が起こり難くなり、その結果、誘電正接の低い成形品を得ることができると考えられる。
以下、本発明の高分子化合物が有する特定繰り返し単位について詳細に説明する。
〔特定繰り返し単位〕
本発明の高分子化合物が有する特定繰り返し単位は、上述した通り、リジッドパートと、リンカーパートと、フレキシブルパートと、リンカーパートとをこの順に含む繰り返し単位である。
本発明の高分子化合物が有する特定繰り返し単位は、上述した通り、リジッドパートと、リンカーパートと、フレキシブルパートと、リンカーパートとをこの順に含む繰り返し単位である。
<リジッドパート>
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリジッドパートは、6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるパートであって、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、かつ、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有するパートである。
ここで、上記6員環を有する芳香族パートを構成する芳香環としては、例えば、ベンゼン環、ピリジン環、ピリダジン環、ピリミジン環、ピラジン環、トリアジン環、テトラジン環等が挙げられる。
また、上記5員環を有する芳香族パートを構成する芳香環としては、例えば、チオフェン環、フラン環、ピロール環、イミダゾール環、ピラゾール環、オキサゾール環、チアゾール環、トリアゾール環、オキサジアゾール環等が挙げられる。
なお、本発明においては、6員環を含む縮合環(例えば、ナフタレン環、ベンゾフラン環など)は「6員環を有する芳香族パート」に該当するものとし、5員環を含み、6員環を含まない縮合環(例えば、ピロロピロール環など)は「5員環を有する芳香族パート」に該当するものとする。
また、上述した芳香環は、置換基を有していてもよく、この置換基が他の基と結合して縮合環を形成していてもよい。置換基としては、上述した置換基群Aに記載するものが挙げられる。
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリジッドパートは、6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるパートであって、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、かつ、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有するパートである。
ここで、上記6員環を有する芳香族パートを構成する芳香環としては、例えば、ベンゼン環、ピリジン環、ピリダジン環、ピリミジン環、ピラジン環、トリアジン環、テトラジン環等が挙げられる。
また、上記5員環を有する芳香族パートを構成する芳香環としては、例えば、チオフェン環、フラン環、ピロール環、イミダゾール環、ピラゾール環、オキサゾール環、チアゾール環、トリアゾール環、オキサジアゾール環等が挙げられる。
なお、本発明においては、6員環を含む縮合環(例えば、ナフタレン環、ベンゾフラン環など)は「6員環を有する芳香族パート」に該当するものとし、5員環を含み、6員環を含まない縮合環(例えば、ピロロピロール環など)は「5員環を有する芳香族パート」に該当するものとする。
また、上述した芳香環は、置換基を有していてもよく、この置換基が他の基と結合して縮合環を形成していてもよい。置換基としては、上述した置換基群Aに記載するものが挙げられる。
本発明においては、誘電正接のより低い成形品を得ることができる理由から、上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが、下記式(1)または(2)で表される構造であることが好ましく、誘電正接の更に低い成形品を得ることができる理由から、下記式(2)で表される構造であることがより好ましい。

特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリジッドパートは、例えば、特開2010-244038公報に記載された一般式(1)または(1a)で表される化合物の合成方法を参考に合成することが可能である。
<リンカーパート>
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリンカーパートは、下記群1から選択されるパートである。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリンカーパートは、下記群1から選択されるパートである。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
上記群1中の2価の連結基としては、具体的には、例えば、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-、-NR1-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、-SO2-O-、-CO-NR2-、などが挙げられる。R1およびR2は、水素原子または炭素数1~12のアルキル基を表す。
本発明においては、誘電正接のより低い成形品を得ることができる理由から、リンカーパートが、単結合、*-CO-O-、および、*-CO-NR2-のいずれかであることが好ましい。なお、*は、リジッドパートとの結合位置を表す。

<フレキシブルパート>
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるフレキシブルパートは、炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるパートであり、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
特定繰り返し単位に含まれるフレキシブルパートは、炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるパートであり、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
炭素数2以上のアルキレン基としては、例えば、炭素数2~12の直鎖状、分岐状または環状のアルキレン基が挙げられ、具体的には、エチレン基、プロピレン基、ブチレン基、ペンチレン基、ヘキシレン基、メチルヘキシレン基、へプチレン基、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジイル基などが好適に挙げられる。
〔他の繰り返し単位〕
本発明の高分子化合物は、上述した特定繰り返し単位を有し、液晶性を示す重合体であれば特に限定されず、上述した特定繰り返し単位以外に他の繰り返し単位を有していてもよい。
本発明の高分子化合物が他の繰り返し単位を有する場合、特定繰り返し単位の含有量は、mol比率で、80mol%以上であることが好ましく、85mol%以上であることがより好ましく、90~99mol%であることが更に好ましい。
本発明の高分子化合物は、上述した特定繰り返し単位を有し、液晶性を示す重合体であれば特に限定されず、上述した特定繰り返し単位以外に他の繰り返し単位を有していてもよい。
本発明の高分子化合物が他の繰り返し単位を有する場合、特定繰り返し単位の含有量は、mol比率で、80mol%以上であることが好ましく、85mol%以上であることがより好ましく、90~99mol%であることが更に好ましい。
〔分子量〕
本発明の高分子化合物の重量平均分子量(Mw)は特に限定されないが、取り扱いが容易になる理由から、1000~500000が好ましく、2000~300000がより好ましい。

〔液晶性〕
本発明の高分子化合物が示す液晶相は、ネマチック相、ディスコチックネマチック相、スメクチック相およびカラムナー相のいずれを示してもよいが、少なくともネマチック相またはディスコチックネマチック相を示すことが好ましい。
液晶相を示す温度範囲は、0℃~450℃であることが好ましく、取り扱いや製造適性の観点から、30℃~400℃であることが好ましい。
本発明の高分子化合物が示す液晶相は、ネマチック相、ディスコチックネマチック相、スメクチック相およびカラムナー相のいずれを示してもよいが、少なくともネマチック相またはディスコチックネマチック相を示すことが好ましい。
液晶相を示す温度範囲は、0℃~450℃であることが好ましく、取り扱いや製造適性の観点から、30℃~400℃であることが好ましい。
本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、
6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるフレキシブルパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、をこの順に含む繰り返し単位を有する高分子化合物であって、
上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが、1,3-フェニレン基、または、1,4-フェニレン基であり、
上記5員環を有する芳香族パートが、1,2,4-オキサジアゾール-3,5-ジイル基である、高分子化合物である。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ただし、上記リジッドパートは、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、上記フレキシブルパートは、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。

上記5員環を有する芳香族パートが、1,2,4-オキサジアゾール-3,5-ジイル基である、高分子化合物である。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ただし、上記リジッドパートは、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の上記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の上記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、上記フレキシブルパートは、上記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
すなわち、本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物のうち、特定繰り返し単位に含まれるリジッドパートについて、6員環を有する芳香族パートが1,3-フェニレン基または1,4-フェニレン基に限定され、5員環を有する芳香族パートが1,2,4-オキサジアゾール-3,5-ジイル基に限定された重合体である。
また、本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物において規定している「液晶性を示す」との要件に限定されない重合体である。なお、本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物と同様、液晶性を示す高分子化合物であることが好ましい。
また、本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物において規定している「液晶性を示す」との要件に限定されない重合体である。なお、本発明の第2の態様に係る高分子化合物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様に係る高分子化合物と同様、液晶性を示す高分子化合物であることが好ましい。
〔製造方法〕
本発明の第1の態様および第2の態様に係る高分子化合物の製造方法は特に限定されず、重合性単量体を、エステル結合またはアミド結合を形成させる公知の重縮合方法(例えば、溶融アシドリシス法、スラリー重合法など)に供することにより得ることができる。
製造方法の一例を下記式に挙げる。なお、下記式中、Rigはリジッドパートを表し、Fleはフレキシブルパートを表す。
本発明の第1の態様および第2の態様に係る高分子化合物の製造方法は特に限定されず、重合性単量体を、エステル結合またはアミド結合を形成させる公知の重縮合方法(例えば、溶融アシドリシス法、スラリー重合法など)に供することにより得ることができる。
製造方法の一例を下記式に挙げる。なお、下記式中、Rigはリジッドパートを表し、Fleはフレキシブルパートを表す。
[組成物]
本発明の組成物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様または第2の態様に係る高分子化合物を含有する組成物である。
ここで、高分子化合物の含有量は、組成物の全固形分(100質量%)に対して、10~97質量%が好ましく、40~95質量%がより好ましく、60~95質量%が更に好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、上述した本発明の第1の態様または第2の態様に係る高分子化合物を含有する組成物である。
ここで、高分子化合物の含有量は、組成物の全固形分(100質量%)に対して、10~97質量%が好ましく、40~95質量%がより好ましく、60~95質量%が更に好ましい。
〔樹脂成分〕
本発明の組成物は、樹脂成分を含有していることが好ましい。
樹脂成分としては、例えば、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアクリレート樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂などが挙げられ、中でも、エポキシ樹脂またはポリアクリレート樹脂を含有していることが好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、樹脂成分を含有していることが好ましい。
樹脂成分としては、例えば、エポキシ樹脂、ポリアクリレート樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂などが挙げられ、中でも、エポキシ樹脂またはポリアクリレート樹脂を含有していることが好ましい。
エポキシ樹脂としては、具体的には、例えば、ビキシレノール型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールS型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールAF型エポキシ樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエン型エポキシ樹脂、トリスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂、ナフトールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、tert-ブチル-カテコール型エポキシ樹脂、ナフタレン型エポキシ樹脂、ナフトール型エポキシ樹脂、アントラセン型エポキシ樹脂、グリシジルアミン型エポキシ樹脂、グリシジルエステル型エポキシ樹脂、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、ビフェニル型エポキシ樹脂、線状脂肪族エポキシ樹脂、ブタジエン構造を有するエポキシ樹脂、脂環式エポキシ樹脂、複素環式エポキシ樹脂、スピロ環含有エポキシ樹脂、シクロヘキサンジメタノール型エポキシ樹脂、ナフチレンエーテル型エポキシ樹脂、トリメチロール型エポキシ樹脂、テトラフェニルエタン型エポキシ樹脂、ハロゲン化エポキシ樹脂が挙げられる。
ポリアリレート樹脂は、芳香族ジカルボン酸またはその誘導体と、二価フェノールまたはその誘導体とを構成単位とする樹脂であり、溶液重合、溶融重合、界面重合などの方法により製造することができる。
ポリアリレート樹脂を構成する芳香族ジカルボン酸としては、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸が例示されるが、溶融加工性および総合的性能の点から、両者の混合物であることが好ましい。混合物におけるテレフタル酸とイソフタル酸の配合比は限定されないが、質量比で、テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸=9/1~1/9であることが好ましい。溶融加工性や性能のバランスの点を考慮すれば、配合比が7/3~3/7であることが好ましく、1/1であることが特に好ましい。
ポリアリレート樹脂を構成する二価フェノールとしては、例えば、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジブロモフェニル)プロパン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジクロロフェニル)プロパン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホン、4,4’-ジヒドロジフェニルエーテル、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルフィド、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルケトン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルメタン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジメチルフェニル)プロパン、1,1-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)エタン、1,1-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)シクロヘキサン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニル、ハイドロキノンなどが挙げられ、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン[ビスフェノールA]が好ましい。これらは単独でもよくまた混合物であってもよい。さらにこれらの二価フェノールにエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールなどを少量併用してもよい。
ポリアリレート樹脂を構成する芳香族ジカルボン酸としては、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸が例示されるが、溶融加工性および総合的性能の点から、両者の混合物であることが好ましい。混合物におけるテレフタル酸とイソフタル酸の配合比は限定されないが、質量比で、テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸=9/1~1/9であることが好ましい。溶融加工性や性能のバランスの点を考慮すれば、配合比が7/3~3/7であることが好ましく、1/1であることが特に好ましい。
ポリアリレート樹脂を構成する二価フェノールとしては、例えば、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジブロモフェニル)プロパン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジクロロフェニル)プロパン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホン、4,4’-ジヒドロジフェニルエーテル、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルフィド、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルケトン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルメタン、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ジメチルフェニル)プロパン、1,1-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)エタン、1,1-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)シクロヘキサン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニル、ハイドロキノンなどが挙げられ、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン[ビスフェノールA]が好ましい。これらは単独でもよくまた混合物であってもよい。さらにこれらの二価フェノールにエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールなどを少量併用してもよい。
〔硬化剤〕
本発明の組成物がエポキシ樹脂を含有する場合、エポキシ樹脂とともに硬化剤を含有していることが好ましい。
上記硬化剤としては、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、フェノール系硬化剤、ナフトール系硬化剤、活性エステル系硬化剤、ベンゾオキサジン系硬化剤、シアネートエステル系硬化剤、および、カルボジイミド系硬化剤が挙げられる。
なお、硬化剤は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の比率で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本発明の組成物がエポキシ樹脂を含有する場合、エポキシ樹脂とともに硬化剤を含有していることが好ましい。
上記硬化剤としては、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、フェノール系硬化剤、ナフトール系硬化剤、活性エステル系硬化剤、ベンゾオキサジン系硬化剤、シアネートエステル系硬化剤、および、カルボジイミド系硬化剤が挙げられる。
なお、硬化剤は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の比率で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
〔充填材〕
本発明の組成物は、充填材を含有していてもよい。
充填材としては、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、シリカ、アルミナ、ガラス、コーディエライト、シリコン酸化物、硫酸バリウム、炭酸バリウム、タルク、クレー、雲母粉、酸化亜鉛、ハイドロタルサイト、ベーマイト、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、窒化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化マンガン、ホウ酸アルミニウム、炭酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸カルシウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、チタン酸ビスマス、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、チタン酸ジルコン酸バリウム、ジルコン酸バリウム、ジルコン酸カルシウム、リン酸ジルコニウム、および、リン酸タングステン酸ジルコニウムが挙げられる。
なお、充填材は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の比率で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
本発明の組成物は、充填材を含有していてもよい。
充填材としては、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、シリカ、アルミナ、ガラス、コーディエライト、シリコン酸化物、硫酸バリウム、炭酸バリウム、タルク、クレー、雲母粉、酸化亜鉛、ハイドロタルサイト、ベーマイト、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、窒化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化マンガン、ホウ酸アルミニウム、炭酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、チタン酸カルシウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、チタン酸ビスマス、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、チタン酸ジルコン酸バリウム、ジルコン酸バリウム、ジルコン酸カルシウム、リン酸ジルコニウム、および、リン酸タングステン酸ジルコニウムが挙げられる。
なお、充填材は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の比率で組み合わせて用いてもよい。
〔他の添加剤〕
本発明の組成物は、他の添加剤として、例えば、難燃剤;有機充填材;有機銅化合物、有機亜鉛化合物および有機コバルト化合物等の有機金属化合物;増粘剤;消泡剤;レベリング剤;密着性付与剤;着色剤等の添加剤を含有していてもよい。
本発明の組成物は、他の添加剤として、例えば、難燃剤;有機充填材;有機銅化合物、有機亜鉛化合物および有機コバルト化合物等の有機金属化合物;増粘剤;消泡剤;レベリング剤;密着性付与剤;着色剤等の添加剤を含有していてもよい。
本発明の組成物は、誘電正接が低く、導体層との密着性が良好な硬化物をもたらすことができる。
そのため、本発明の組成物は、プリント配線板の絶縁層を形成するための樹脂組成物(プリント配線板の絶縁層用樹脂組成物)として好適に使用することができ、プリント配線板の層間絶縁層を形成するための樹脂組成物(プリント配線板の層間絶縁層用樹脂組成物)としてより好適に使用することができる。
また、本発明の組成物は、接着フィルム、プリプレグ等のシート状積層材料、ソルダーレジスト、アンダーフィル材、ダイボンディング材、半導体封止材、穴埋め樹脂、部品埋め込み樹脂等、樹脂組成物が必要とされる用途の広範囲に使用できる。
そのため、本発明の組成物は、プリント配線板の絶縁層を形成するための樹脂組成物(プリント配線板の絶縁層用樹脂組成物)として好適に使用することができ、プリント配線板の層間絶縁層を形成するための樹脂組成物(プリント配線板の層間絶縁層用樹脂組成物)としてより好適に使用することができる。
また、本発明の組成物は、接着フィルム、プリプレグ等のシート状積層材料、ソルダーレジスト、アンダーフィル材、ダイボンディング材、半導体封止材、穴埋め樹脂、部品埋め込み樹脂等、樹脂組成物が必要とされる用途の広範囲に使用できる。
本発明の組成物の調製方法は、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、配合成分を、必要により溶媒等を添加し、回転ミキサー等を用いて混合し、分散する方法が挙げられる。
[成形品]
本発明の成形品は、上述した本発明の第1の態様もしくは第2の態様に係る高分子化合物、または、上述した本発明の組成物を加工してなる成形品である。
このような成形品としては、例えば、上述した本発明の組成物の各用途において形成される成形物が挙げられる。
本発明の成形品は、上述した本発明の第1の態様もしくは第2の態様に係る高分子化合物、または、上述した本発明の組成物を加工してなる成形品である。

以下に実施例に基づいて本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。以下の実施例に示す材料、使用量、割合、処理内容、処理手順等は、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り適宜変更することができる。したがって、本発明の範囲は以下に示す実施例により限定的に解釈されるべきものではない。
[実施例1]
特開2010-244038号公報の比較例1を参考に、以下のリジッドモノマー1の合成を行った。
得られたリジッドモノマー1(5g)と、等モルのプロパンジオールを混合し、窒素雰囲気下でパラトルエンスルホン酸を0.1質量%添加し、250℃で3時間加熱後、減圧下250℃で10時間加熱し、目的物である以下のLCP1を得た。
得られたLCP1は、偏光顕微鏡下で液晶性を示すことを確認した。
また、得られたLCP1を溶融製膜し、膜厚100μmのフィルムを作製した。
作製したフィルムの誘電正接(25℃、15GHz)は、0.0005であった。
特開2010-244038号公報の比較例1を参考に、以下のリジッドモノマー1の合成を行った。
得られたリジッドモノマー1(5g)と、等モルのプロパンジオールを混合し、窒素雰囲気下でパラトルエンスルホン酸を0.1質量%添加し、250℃で3時間加熱後、減圧下250℃で10時間加熱し、目的物である以下のLCP1を得た。
得られたLCP1は、偏光顕微鏡下で液晶性を示すことを確認した。
また、得られたLCP1を溶融製膜し、膜厚100μmのフィルムを作製した。
作製したフィルムの誘電正接(25℃、15GHz)は、0.0005であった。
[比較例1]
特開2007-204705号公報の実施例1を参考に、以下のアクリレートモノマーAの合成を行った。

得られたアクリレートモノマー(20g)に、0.1質量%の重合開始剤IRGACURE819(BASF社製)を添加し、90℃に加熱して混錬した。
得られた混合物を90℃で膜厚100μmに溶融製膜し、その後、72℃に冷却し、窒素雰囲気下で、波長365nmの紫外線を照射(5J)し、フィルムを作製した。
作製したフィルムの誘電正接(25℃、15GHz)は、0.01であった。

Claims (6)
- 6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、
炭素数2以上のアルキレン基からなるフレキシブルパートと、
下記群1から選択されるリンカーパートと、をこの順に含む繰り返し単位を有する、液晶性を示す高分子化合物。
群1:単結合、または、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-、-C≡C-、および、これらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される2価の連結基。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。
ただし、前記リジッドパートは、2個以上の前記6員環を有する芳香族パートと、1個以上の前記5員環を有する芳香族パートとからなり、2個以上の前記6員環を有する芳香族パートが互いに隣り合わない構造を有する。
また、前記フレキシブルパートは、前記アルキレン基の末端以外を構成する-CH2-の1個以上が、-O-、-S-、-CO-、-SO2-、-NR-、-CH=CH-または-C≡C-で置換されていてもよい。Rは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す。 - 6員環を有する芳香族パートと5員環を有する芳香族パートとの組み合わせからなるリジッドパートと、
