Abstract
Description
これら藍藻含有製剤としては、スピルリナと各種有機酸と組み合わせたことを特徴とする藻類含有食品(特許文献1)や、スピルリナ乾燥粉末と発芽ピーナツ含有の健康食品(特許文献2)などが報告されている。
本発明の飲食品は、藍藻粉末及びαリノレン酸を必須成分とする。
本発明における藍藻とは、スピルリナ(Spirulina)属、アルスロスピラ(Arthrospira)属、アファニゾメノン(Aphanizomenon)属、フィッシェレラ(Fisherella)属、アナベナ(Anabaena)属、ネンジュモ(Nostoc)属、シネコキスチス(Synechocystis)属、シネココッカス(Synechococcus)属、トリポスリクス(Tolypothrix)属、スイゼンジノリ(Aphanothece)属、マスティゴクラディス(Mastigoclaus)属、プルロカプサ(Pleurocapsa)属等の藍藻類である。中でも、工業的規模で生産され、その安全性が確認されているスピルリナ属およびアルスロスピラ属の藍藻類が好ましく、スピルリナ属の藍藻類を用いることがより好ましい。
また藍藻粉末は、生の藍藻類を乾燥した藍藻類であればよく、生の藍藻類を常法に従い乾燥品としたものであればよく、さらに乾燥した藍藻類を所望の粒度に粉砕したものであってもよい。これら藍藻粉末としては、市販品を使用することもできる。
上記他の有効成分(生物活性成分)等としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、アミノ酸、糖、グリセリン、ビタミンA、B、C(アスコルビン酸)、D、E等のビタミン類、コラーゲン、コラーゲンペプチド、ヒアルロン酸、ヒアルロン酸塩、セラミド等の成分をさせることができる。
以下の実施例及び比較例においてはDICライフテック株式会社製スピルリナ粉末(屋外培養槽で生産したスピルリナ乾燥藻体(噴霧乾燥品))を使用した。このスピルリナ粉末の平均粒子径は90μmであった。
(実施例1~5、比較例1~4)
表1に示す配合に従って、原料粉末を混合し、混合粉末約3kgを調整した。具体的な製造方法は以下に示す通りである。各成分の混合は原料粉末を混合し、得られた混合粉末は打錠機(HT-AP24SS-U株式会社畑鐵工所)を用いて、回転数25rpmに設定して打錠成型に供することにより、藍藻錠剤(φ8mm、200mg)を製造した。
打錠加工の評価として以下の基準で目視評価を行った(n=10)。
〇:打錠可能、全ての打錠品の外観が良好
△:打錠可能だが、打錠障害、割れ、欠け等外観不良品が混じる
×:打錠不可能。
(錠厚・硬度の測定)
硬度試験器(PTB311E Pharma Test Apparatebau)を用いて錠剤の硬度を測定した。装置内のサンプルホルダーに錠剤を固定し、1粒ずつ測定した。合計で10粒を測定し、平均値を算出した。
錠剤摩損度試験器(TFT-120、富山産業株式会社)を使用し、錠剤の衝撃に対する摩損性やもろさを試験した。1ドラムにつき20粒の試料を使用し、試験前後に重量を測定した。回転数250回、回転時間10分に設定し、2つのドラムケースに各20粒ずつ入れ回転させた。回転終了後、エアーブロアーで錠剤に付着している粉を取り除き、割れや欠けがないことを確認した。摩損度(%)は((試験前錠剤重量)-(試験後錠剤重量))/(試験前錠剤重量)×100で算出した。
得られた結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- 藍藻粉末100重量部に対しαリノレン酸を0.0035重量部以上含有することを特徴とする、打錠飲食品。
- 前記αリノレン酸が植物由来であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飲食品。
- 前記植物が大豆、ゴマのいずれかから選択される1種以上の植物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の飲食品。
- 藍藻粉末及びαリノレン酸のみからなることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の飲食品。
