請求項7に記載のバリスタ部品。 - 前記第1対向領域および前記第2対向領域は、前記底面と前記天面とが背向する方向である第3方向から見た場合に、前記第2の側面よりも前記第1の側面に近い位置に配置されている
請求項7または8に記載のバリスタ部品。 - 前記第1の内部電極、前記第2の内部電極および前記第3の内部電極は、前記第3方向から見た場合に、前記第1の外部電極および前記第2の外部電極の中間の位置を通り前記第2方向に沿う中心線に対して、線対称となるように配置されている
請求項9に記載のバリスタ部品。 - 前記第1の内部電極、前記第2の内部電極および前記第3の内部電極は、前記第2方向から見た場合に、前記第1の外部電極および前記第2の外部電極の中間の位置を通り前記第3方向に沿う中心線に対して、線対称となるように配置されている
請求項9または10に記載のバリスタ部品。 - 前記第1の内部電極および前記第2の内部電極のそれぞれは、前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に向かって延びるように配置され、
前記第3の内部電極は、前記第2の側面から前記第1の側面に向かって延びる引き出し電極部と、前記引き出し電極部に接続され前記第3の側面に向かって延びる第1の対向電極部と、前記引き出し電極部に接続され前記第4の側面に向かって延びる第2の対向電極部と、を有し、
前記第1対向領域は、前記第1の対向電極部の一部および前記第1の内部電極の一部が対向することで構成され、
前記第2対向領域は、前記第2の対向電極部の一部および前記第2の内部電極の一部が対向することで構成されている
請求項7~11のいずれか1項に記載のバリスタ部品。 - 前記第1の内部電極および前記第2の内部電極のそれぞれは、前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に向かって延びるように配置され、
前記第3の内部電極は、前記第2の側面から前記第1の側面に向かって延びる第1の引き出し電極部と、前記第1の引き出し電極部に接続され前記第3の側面および前記第4の側面に向かって延びる第2の引き出し電極部と、前記第2の引き出し電極部に接続され前記第1の側面に向かって延びる第1の対向電極部および第2の対向電極部とを有し、
前記第1対向領域は、前記第1の対向電極部の一部および前記第1の内部電極の一部が対向することで構成され、
前記第2対向領域は、前記第2の対向電極部の一部および前記第2の内部電極の一部が対向することで構成されている
