- Stainless steel sheets are widely used for parts and places that are easily visible, such as sinks, outer panels of commercial refrigerators, and walls of buildings.
- such stainless steel sheets are required to have a high surface quality.
- the surface has a relatively white color tone, and furthermore, the surface on which a person or an object reflected on the surface can be seen clearly and vividly is considered to have a calm appearance, and the demand for such a surface is increasing. That is, a stainless steel plate having a high degree of whiteness and high image clarity is desired.

- Designable stainless steel sheet with high whiteness and antiglare property.” is disclosed.
- Patent Document 3 "% by mass, C: 0.020 to 0.120%, Si: 0.10 to 1.00%, Mn: 0.10 to 1.00%, Ni: 0.01 to 0.60%, Cr: 14.00-19.00%, N: 0.010-0.050%, Al: 0-0.050%, Ti: 0-0.050%, Mo: 0-0 .50%, Cu: 0-0.50%, Co: 0-0.10%, V: 0-0.20%, of which Al: 0.005-0.030%, Ti: 0.50%.

- glossiness and whiteness which are commonly used design evaluation indices, index the intensity of light that causes specular reflection and the intensity of light that causes diffuse reflection among the light incident on the steel plate. It is what I did. Only with such indexes, it is impossible to evaluate the image clarity that influences the design of the steel sheet.
- the image clarity is an index that increases when the direction of travel of the light that causes specular reflection among the light incident on the steel plate from a specific direction is concentrated.
- the glossiness which is a conventional index, reflects the total amount of light reflected within a specific angle range, out of the light incident on the steel sheet from a specific direction. Therefore, the degree of dispersion of the specular reflection angle (in other words, the degree of concentration in the traveling direction of the specular light) depends on the glossiness as long as the specular light is within the above “specific angle range”. have no effect.
- the magnitude of the dispersion of the reflection angle of the specularly reflected light greatly affects the image clarity of the steel plate.
- the specularly reflected light falls within the above-mentioned “specific angle range”
- the angular dispersion of the specularly reflected light is large (in other words, if the traveling direction of the specularly reflected light varies), the image clarity is low, and conversely, the smaller the angular dispersion, the higher the image clarity.
- the stainless steel sheets described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have enhanced antiglare properties by imparting polishing marks to the surface or by acid-treating the surface to impart unevenness. According to the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, a steel sheet having a low glossiness and a high degree of whiteness can be obtained, but there is a problem that the image clarity of the obtained steel sheet is low.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stainless steel sheet having a high degree of whiteness and high image clarity.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the above stainless steel plate.
- whiteness is lightness (L * value) measured according to JIS Z8722. Specifically, the whiteness is measured by the following method. That is, the color measurement is performed according to JIS Z 8722:2009 so that the rolling direction (L direction) of the steel sheet is the measurement direction. D65 is used as the light source under the condition of a field of view of 10 degrees. CIELAB (L * a * b * system) is used as the color system, and the L * value obtained by measuring under condition c (de: 8°) (SCE condition) is defined as whiteness.
- the image clarity is C (0.25) measured according to JIS K 7374. Specifically, the image clarity is measured according to JIS K 7374:2007 by the following method. That is, the direction (C direction) perpendicular to the rolling direction of the steel sheet is the measurement direction, that is, the L direction is perpendicular to the optical comb, the measurement angle is 60 degrees by the reflection method, and the optical comb width is 0.25 mm. The image definition (%) is measured with , and the obtained C (0.25) is taken as the image clarity.
- each surface texture parameter obtained in accordance with JIS B 0681-2:2018 shown below may be set within the respective ranges shown below.
- Core portion level difference Sk 1.50 ⁇ m or less
- Protruding peak height Spk 0.20 ⁇ m or less
- each surface texture parameter described above is obtained as follows.
- each XY position is associated with the height of each position (set as c).
- a curve obtained by graphing the vertical axis for "height c" and the horizontal axis for "loaded area ratio (0 to 100%)" which means the area ratio of the area of height c or higher.
- the load curve On the load curve, the position where the slope of the secant of the load curve obtained by subtracting the difference of the load area ratio of 40% is the smallest is called the central portion of the load curve.
- a straight line that minimizes the sum of squares of deviations in the direction of the vertical axis with respect to the central portion (width of 40 pt %) is called an equivalent straight line.
- the difference in height of the equivalent straight line between the load area ratio of 0% and 100% is the level difference Sk of the core portion.
- the points having a height equal to or higher than the height of the equivalent straight line at the load area ratio of 0% are averaged for each height difference between each point and the height at the equivalent straight line at the load area ratio of 0%.
- the doubled value is the protruding peak height Spk.
- the area ratio (%) of the portion having a height equal to or higher than the height of the equivalent straight line when the load area ratio is 100% is the load area ratio Smr2 that separates the core portion and the projecting valley portion.
- the level difference Sk of the core portion is an index of the surface roughness of a portion of the surface that is relatively close in height microscopically, or a portion that causes specular reflection of light macroscopically.
- a low Sk small Sk value means that the surface roughness is small at relatively close heights. means easier to do. Concentration of directions in which specular reflection of light incident from a specific direction occurs macroscopically means high image clarity. Therefore, a low Sk is a prerequisite for high image clarity.
- the protruding peak height Spk is an index of the surface roughness of a relatively high portion.
- a surface with a low Sk may also have a high Spk. This means that many undulation components are present in the above-mentioned portion where specular reflection of light occurs.
- Sk is low, when Spk is high, although the surface roughness is small in the portion of the surface that is relatively close in height, the surface waviness of the portion is large. Therefore, even if Sk is low, when Spk is high, it becomes difficult to concentrate the direction in which specular reflection of light incident from a specific direction occurs, and macroscopically speaking, the image clarity decreases. That is, the low Sk and the low Spk (the Spk value is small) achieve high image clarity.
- the load area ratio Smr2 that separates the core portion and the protruding valley portion is an index of the area ratio of the relatively low portion.
- a low Smr2 value (a small Smr2 value) means that the area ratio of the portion having a relatively low height is large.
- Sk and low Spk On a surface with low Sk and low Spk, this relatively low portion is a portion that causes irregular reflection of light microscopically.
- Smr2 is low, diffused reflection of light occurs frequently, and macroscopically speaking, the degree of whiteness increases.
- the present inventors studied the manufacturing process of the stainless steel plate in order to bring the above surface texture parameters (Sk, Spk, Smr2) into the desired ranges.
- the surface of the stainless steel plate is roughened by performing the roughening process under appropriate conditions.
- the surface fine shape of the steel sheet has a high Sk and a high Spk. Macroscopically speaking, a surface with high whiteness and low image clarity is obtained.
- insufficient planarization results in a surface with high Sk and/or Spk and low Smr2, with high whiteness but low image clarity. becomes the surface.
- excessive planarization results in a surface with low Sk and Spk and high Smr2, resulting in a surface with high image clarity but low whiteness.
- Smr2 increases as Sk increases in the roughening process, but decreases precipitously as the planarization progresses, prior to the decrease in Sk. After that, Smr2 begins to rise again as planarization progresses further.
- a surface with high Smr2 obtained immediately after roughening has high Sk and Spk, and almost the entire surface is a surface that strongly diffusely reflects light.
- the present invention has been completed based on the above knowledge and further studies. That is, the gist and configuration of the present invention are as follows.
- the level difference Sk of the core portion is 1.50 ⁇ m or less
- the protruding peak height Spk is 0.20 ⁇ m or less
- the stainless steel plate is an austenitic stainless steel plate or a ferrite-austenite duplex stainless steel plate, A material steel plate preparation process for preparing a cold-rolled annealed steel plate as a material, a roughening step of polishing the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled annealed polished steel sheet; a flattening step of subjecting the cold-rolled annealed and polished steel sheet to skin-pass rolling to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and polished skin-pass finished steel sheet, In the surface roughening step, the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet is subjected to a polishing treatment for adjusting the surface roughness Sa of the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet to 0.20 ⁇ m or more and 2.00 ⁇ m or less, In the flattening step, the cold-rolled annealed and polished steel sheet is subjected to skin-pass rolling using a skin-pass roll having a
- a method of manufacturing a steel plate is a ferritic stainless steel plate or a martensitic stainless steel plate, A material steel plate preparation process for preparing a cold-rolled steel plate as a material, a roughening step of heat-treating the cold-rolled steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled annealed steel sheet, and pickling the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet; a flattening step of subjecting the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet to skin-pass rolling to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled skin-pass finished steel sheet, In the roughening step, the cold-rolled steel sheet is subjected to a heat treatment in a temperature range of 750 ° C.
- the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet is subjected to skin-pass rolling using a skin-pass roll having a surface roughness Sa of 0.06 ⁇ m or less at an elongation rate of 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less.
- the present invention will be explained based on the following embodiments.
- the surface texture parameters of the steel sheet surface of the present invention are adjusted as follows from the viewpoint of obtaining desired whiteness and image clarity.
- the core level difference Sk must be 1.50 ⁇ m or less. When Sk exceeds 1.50 ⁇ m, the image clarity of the steel sheet is lowered. Sk is preferably 1.00 ⁇ m or less. Although the lower limit of Sk is not particularly limited, Sk is preferably 0.30 ⁇ m or more from the viewpoint that Smr2, which will be described later, is easily within a predetermined range.
- Protruding Peak Height Spk 0.20 ⁇ m or Less
- the protruding peak height Spk must be 0.20 ⁇ m or less.
- Spk is preferably 0.10 ⁇ m or less.
- the lower limit of Spk is not particularly limited, Spk is preferably 0.01 ⁇ m or more, more preferably 0.05 ⁇ m or more, in order to easily keep Smr2, which will be described later, within a predetermined range.
- Load area ratio Smr2 dividing the core and protruding valleys 80% or less In order to obtain the desired whiteness, it is necessary to set the load area ratio Smr2 dividing the core and protruding valleys to 80% or less. When Smr2 exceeds 80%, the whiteness of the steel sheet is lowered. Smr2 is preferably 60% or less. Although the lower limit of Smr2 is not particularly limited, it is preferable that Smr2 is 50% or more in order to make it easier to keep the above-mentioned Sk and Spk within the predetermined ranges.
- each surface texture parameter including Sk is obtained as follows. First, the surface of a steel plate as a test material is subjected to shape measurement under conditions of 2048 ⁇ 1536 pixels in a range of 94.0 ⁇ m in width and 70.5 ⁇ m in length with a confocal laser microscope. Noise is removed from the obtained shape data, and then tilt correction is performed by approximating the entire measurement surface with a plane and taking the difference. The height of pixels removed as noise may be interpolated based on the heights of surrounding pixels.
- the above-described measurement is performed in 10 randomly selected fields of view, and the arithmetic average value of the surface texture parameters (Sk, Spk, Smr2, Sa) of each field of view is calculated.
- surface texture parameters Sk, Spk, Smr2, Sa.
- the stainless steel plate of the present invention has a high whiteness of 50 or more and a high image clarity of 1% or more by the above-described method for measuring whiteness and image clarity.
- the whiteness is preferably 60 or higher.
- the image clarity is preferably 10% or more.

- the Al content is more preferably 0.600% or less, still more preferably 0.060% or less.
- N 0.001 to 0.250%
- N has the effect of forming a solid solution in the steel to increase the strength of the steel sheet, suppressing scratches during manufacturing, and improving the manufacturability of the steel sheet.
- the N content is preferably in the range of 0.001 to 0.250%.
- the N content is more preferably 0.005% or more, still more preferably 0.010% or more.
- the N content is more preferably 0.080% or less, and still more preferably 0.050% or less.
- the present invention may further contain one or more groups selected from the above-described (A group) to (C group).
- the preferred content range and the reason for the content of each element are the same as those described above. I will omit it.
- the rest of the components other than the above are Fe and unavoidable impurities.
- the manufacturing method includes a step of preparing a steel plate to be a material steel plate, a roughening step, and a flattening step.
- a manufacturing method includes a material steel sheet preparation step for preparing a cold-rolled steel sheet having the above chemical composition; A roughening step of heat-treating a steel plate to obtain a cold-rolled annealed steel plate, pickling the cold-rolled annealed steel plate to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel plate, and subjecting the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel plate to skin pass rolling, It has a flattening step to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled skin-pass finished steel sheet.
- the cold-rolled steel sheet is heat-treated at a temperature range of 750° C. or more and 850° C. or less for 3 hours or more and 10 hours or less to obtain a cold-rolled annealed steel sheet.
- pickling is performed by immersing the steel sheet in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution having a concentration of 15 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less and a temperature of 75° C. or more and 95° C. or less for 30 seconds or more and 240 seconds or less to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet.
- the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet is subjected to skin-pass rolling using skin-pass rolls having a surface roughness Sa of 0.06 ⁇ m or less at an elongation rate of 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less.
- Ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel can be roughened more easily by pickling than austenitic stainless steel and ferrite-austenitic duplex stainless steel. Therefore, by performing each step of the general manufacturing process consisting of cold-rolled sheet annealing, cold-rolled annealed sheet pickling, and skin-pass rolling under appropriate conditions, processes such as polishing can be eliminated from the general manufacturing process.
- the present invention can be realized without adding.
- P in the roughening step. That is, in ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel, heat treatment (annealing) of the cold-rolled steel sheet is performed under appropriate conditions so that grain boundaries are formed in the steel structure of the cold-rolled and annealed steel sheet. can be segregated. Furthermore, by pickling the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet in which P is segregated at the grain boundary under appropriate conditions, the vicinity of the grain boundary can be preferentially eluted into the pickling solution among the surface of the steel sheet. It is possible to roughen the surface of the steel sheet.
- the step of preparing a material steel plate is a step of preparing a steel plate as a material.
- the material steel sheet is not particularly limited, but for example, a material steel sheet having the chemical composition as described above may be prepared as follows.
- molten steel is melted in a melting furnace such as a converter, an electric furnace, or a vacuum melting furnace to obtain molten steel adjusted to the above chemical composition.
- the molten steel is made into a steel material (steel slab) by a continuous casting method or an ingot-blooming method.
- the steel material is hot-rolled to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet.
- the above hot-rolled steel sheet is subjected to hot-rolled sheet annealing to obtain a hot-rolled annealed steel sheet.
- the obtained hot-rolled and annealed steel sheet is descaled by pickling, shot blasting, surface grinding, etc., if necessary.
- the above hot-rolled and annealed steel sheet may be subjected to skin-pass rolling, if necessary.
- the above hot-rolled and annealed steel sheet is cold-rolled to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet, which is used as a material steel sheet.
- the conditions for the above hot rolling, hot-rolled sheet annealing and cold rolling are not particularly limited, and conventional methods may be followed.
- hot rolling the steel material is heated to 1050 to 1250° C. and held in the temperature range for 30 minutes to 24 hours, or the steel material is heated immediately after casting if it is in the above temperature range.
- Rolled as it is.
- the hot rolling rate is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately adjusted according to the required thickness of the final product.
- hot-rolled sheet annealing the hot-rolled steel sheet is heated to a temperature range of 750 to 850 ° C. and held in the temperature range for 1 to 24 hours, or the hot-rolled steel sheet is heated to a temperature range of 900 to 1100 ° C. Heat and hold in the temperature range for 10 seconds to 5 minutes.
- cold rolling it is preferred to use a cluster mill.
- the cold rolling rate is not particularly limited, but is preferably 40% or more from the viewpoint of smoothing the surface shape of the steel sheet.
- the material steel sheet prepared as described above is heat-treated (annealed) and then pickled to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet.
- this heat treatment it is important to heat the material steel sheet to a temperature range of 750° C. or higher and 850° C. or lower and maintain the temperature range for 3 hours or longer and 10 hours or shorter.
- the obtained cold-rolled annealed steel sheet is immersed in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution having a concentration of 15 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less kept in a temperature range of 75 ° C. or more and 95 ° C. or less for 30 seconds or more and 240 seconds or less. is important.
- Holding temperature for heat treatment 750° C. or higher and 850° C. or lower
- the cold-rolled steel sheet is first subjected to heat treatment (annealing) to segregate P at grain boundaries in the steel structure. If the holding temperature of the heat treatment is less than 750° C., the crystals will not grow sufficiently, and the formation of grain boundaries that will serve as P segregation sites will be insufficient. On the other hand, when the holding temperature of the heat treatment exceeds 850° C., diffusion of P in steel tends to occur, P diffuses into grains, and P does not segregate at grain boundaries. Therefore, the holding temperature for the heat treatment is 750° C. or higher and 850° C. or lower.
- the holding temperature for the heat treatment is preferably 810° C. or higher. Moreover, the holding temperature of the heat treatment is preferably 840° C. or lower.
- the holding temperature of the heat treatment may be constant during holding, or may not be constant during holding as long as the temperature is within the above temperature range.
- Holding time of heat treatment 3 hours or more and 10 hours or less
- the holding time of heat treatment is less than 3 hours, P segregation to grain boundaries becomes insufficient.
- the holding time of the heat treatment exceeds 10 hours, coarse carbonitrides are formed in the steel that cause surface defects in the subsequent pickling, resulting in a decrease in manufacturability. Therefore, the holding time of the heat treatment is 3 hours or more and 10 hours or less (180 minutes or more and 600 minutes or less).
- the holding time of the heat treatment is preferably 6 hours or more.
- the holding time of the heat treatment is preferably 8 hours or less.
- the cooling after holding in the holding temperature range of the heat treatment may be furnace cooling as it is, or the temperature may be held in a lower temperature range than the temperature range.
- the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet is pickled to obtain a cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet.
- this pickling it is important to immerse the cold-rolled annealed steel sheet in a 15 to 30 mass% sulfuric acid aqueous solution maintained at a temperature of 75° C. or higher and 95° C. or lower for 30 seconds or more and 240 seconds or less.
- another pickling may be performed under the condition that the pickling weight loss is 5 g/m 2 or less.
- Immersion in a mixed aqueous solution of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid may also be performed. After immersion in the aqueous sulfuric acid solution, the steel may be immersed in an aqueous nitric acid solution and electrolyzed in the aqueous nitric acid solution for the purpose of passivation.
- Temperature of sulfuric acid aqueous solution 75° C. or higher and 95° C. or lower If the temperature of the sulfuric acid aqueous solution is lower than 75° C., roughening by pickling becomes insufficient, and planarization is performed under any conditions in the planarization step described later. However, a surface with high whiteness and high image clarity cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the temperature of the aqueous sulfuric acid solution exceeds 95° C., the elongation rate of skin pass rolling required to obtain a surface with high image clarity in the flattening step described later becomes excessively high, resulting in poor manufacturability. Therefore, the temperature of the sulfuric acid aqueous solution during pickling is set at 75° C. or higher and 95° C. or lower.
- Concentration of sulfuric acid aqueous solution 15 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less If the concentration of the sulfuric acid aqueous solution is less than 15 mass%, roughening by pickling becomes insufficient, and planarization is performed under any conditions in the planarization step described later. However, a surface with high whiteness and high image clarity cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the concentration of the aqueous sulfuric acid solution exceeds 30% by mass, the elution of steel into the pickling solution is rather suppressed, and the surface roughening by pickling becomes insufficient. However, even with the hardening, a surface with high whiteness and high image clarity cannot be obtained.
- the concentration of the sulfuric acid aqueous solution during pickling is set to 15 mass % or more and 30 mass % or less.
- the aqueous sulfuric acid solution may contain unavoidable impurities such as Fe ions and Cr ions as a pickling solution.
- Immersion time in sulfuric acid aqueous solution 30 seconds or more and 240 seconds or less If the immersion time in sulfuric acid aqueous solution is less than 30 seconds, roughening by pickling becomes insufficient, and in the flattening step described later, under any conditions Even with planarization, a surface with high whiteness and high image clarity cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the immersion time in the sulfuric acid aqueous solution exceeds 240 seconds, the elongation rate of skin pass rolling required to obtain a surface with high image clarity in the flattening step described later becomes excessively high, resulting in poor manufacturability. . Therefore, the immersion time in the aqueous sulfuric acid solution during pickling should be 30 seconds or more and 240 seconds or less.
- the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet obtained as described above is subjected to skin-pass rolling.
- this skin-pass rolling it is important to roll the cold-rolled annealed and pickled steel sheet using skin-pass rolls with a surface roughness Sa of 0.06 ⁇ m or less in an elongation range of 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less. is.
- the surface roughness Sa of the skin pass roll is determined by the surface roughness parameter calculation method using a confocal laser microscope. Further, the surface roughness Sa of the skin pass roll is a parameter defined in JIS B 0681-2:2018, as described above.
- the roll diameter of the skin pass rolls and the steel plate speed during rolling are not particularly limited, but for example, skin pass rolls with a roll diameter of 800 to 900 mm are used, and the steel plate speed is set to 40 to 50 mpm. Further, tension may be applied to the steel sheet during skin-pass rolling.
- the tension is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 20 kgf/mm 2 or more and 30 kgf/mm 2 or less.
- the surface roughness Sa of skin pass rolls 0.06 ⁇ m or less
- the surface roughness Sa of skin pass rolls should be 0.06 ⁇ m or less. It should be noted that the smaller the surface roughness Sa of the skin pass rolls, the better, and the lower limit is not particularly limited. be able to.
- Skin-pass rolling elongation 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less If the skin-pass rolling elongation is less than 0.10%, Sk and Spk on the surface of the steel sheet become high, and desired image clarity cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the elongation percentage of skin pass rolling exceeds 3.00%, the Smr2 of the surface of the steel sheet becomes high, and the desired whiteness cannot be obtained. Therefore, the elongation percentage of skin pass rolling is set to 0.10% or more and 3.00% or less.
- the skin pass rolling may be performed in one pass or in multiple passes. When the skin pass rolling is performed in multiple passes, the total elongation of the multiple passes is within the above range.
- the elongation rate of skin pass rolling (skin pass elongation rate (%)) is calculated by the above formula.
- the stainless steel plate of the present invention is preferably manufactured by the manufacturing method described above.

Especially for ferritic stainless steel sheets and martensitic stainless steel sheets, it is not necessary to add processes such as polishing to the general manufacturing process by performing each step of the general manufacturing process under appropriate conditions. There are advantages.
- the structure of the austenitic stainless steel sheet or the ferrite-austenite duplex stainless steel sheet may be a single phase structure of the austenite phase, may be composed of the ferrite phase and the austenite phase, or may be composed of the austenite phase and the strain-induced martensite phase. may be configured. Inclusions and precipitates having a volume fraction of 1% or less may or may not be contained as the balance other than the ferrite phase, austenite phase and deformation-induced martensite phase.
- the structure of the ferritic stainless steel sheet or the martensitic stainless steel sheet may be a ferrite phase single phase structure, a martensite phase single phase structure, a composite structure of a ferrite phase and a martensite phase, or a martensite phase structure.
- a composite structure of the austenite phase in this case, the area ratio of the austenite phase is 10% or less
- a composite structure of the ferrite phase, the martensite phase, and the austenite phase in this case, the area ratio of the austenite phase is 10% or less.

- the measurement a 150-fold objective lens was used, the upper and lower limits of measurement and brightness were automatically set, and the RPD (Real Peak Detection) method was used with a height pitch of 0.08 ⁇ m.
- the RPD method is a method in which measurements are performed at specific height pitches, and the true focal height is detected by calculation from the reflected intensity data of the laser beam obtained at each height.
- DCL correction with a threshold value of 5000 and spike removal correction with a strong height cut level were used.
