一种破碎锤复合式活塞环 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械加工领域,涉及一种破碎锤复合式活塞环。
背景技术
液压破碎锤是一种以液压能作为动力,以此来驱动位于液压缸上缸体内部的活塞进行往复运动,通过活塞来锤打钎杆,以向钎杆传递能量,钎杆上的能量再由被击打物体吸收,从而将被击打物体击碎的重要工程机械,主要用于建筑施工中的破碎、拆除、开挖硬层等工作,通常安装在挖掘机、装载机或动力站上,具有冲击力大、使用方便、机动性好和效率高等优点。
液压破碎锤主要安装在机械装置上用以对石块来进行破碎作业,其工作原理较为简单,主要通过活塞的往复循环来带动钎杆进行伸缩,让钎杆的端部击打石块来进行破碎作业,但是现有破碎锤中的活塞环结构简单单一、活塞环强度不高造成活塞环使用寿命不高,同时也影响了破碎锤的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种结构简单,设计合理的复合式活塞环。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种破碎锤复合式活塞环,包括活塞环本体,其特征在于,所述的活塞环本体两端套设有O型密封圈,所述的活塞环本体一端面设置有铜环保持架,所述的铜环保持架一端与活塞环本体一端相互抵靠安装,所述的铜环保持架内设置有铜环,所述的铜环上开设有若干条环形平衡槽。
在上述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环中,所述的活塞环本体两端面上均开设有供O型密封圈固定安装的台阶,所述活塞环本体的内周壁上径向开设若干个凹槽,所述的凹槽数量为四条,可分为第一凹槽、第二凹槽、第三凹槽和第四凹槽,且所述的第二凹槽与第三凹槽之间设置有镶嵌于活塞本体内壁上的铜卡环。
在上述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环中,所述的铜环保持架内壁上开设有供铜环固定安装的安装槽,且所述的铜环保持架内壁与铜环为间隙配合。
在上述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环中,所述的平衡槽数量为四条。
与现有技术相比,本破碎锤复合式活塞环具有以下优点:
1、本破碎锤复合式活塞环结构简单、使用寿命长、设计合理且活塞环强度高,能适应高强 度工作环境。
2、本破碎锤复合式活塞环中的活塞环中增设有铜卡环,加强活塞环整体的强度,铜卡环的设置起到减小活塞环的磨损,具有提高活塞环使用寿命的优点。
3、本破碎锤复合式活塞环抵靠安装有铜环保持架,增强了活塞环的实用性,提高了活塞环使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本破碎锤复合式活塞环,包括活塞环本体1,活塞环本体1两端套设有O型密封圈2,活塞环本体1一端面设置有铜环保持架3,铜环保持架3一端与活塞环本体1一端相互抵靠安装,铜环保持架3内设置有铜环4,铜环4上开设有若干条环形平衡槽4。
进一步细说,活塞环本体1两端面上均开设有供O型密封圈2固定安装的台阶6,活塞环本体1的内周壁上径向开设若干个凹槽,凹槽数量为四条,可分为第一凹槽7、第二凹槽8、第三凹槽9和第四凹槽10,且第二凹槽8与第三凹槽9之间设置有镶嵌于活塞环本体1内壁上的铜卡环11,使得活塞杆在运动过程中运行更加稳定,不易发生偏移。
进一步细说,铜环保持架3内壁上开设有供铜环4固定安装的安装槽12,且铜环保持架3内壁与铜环4为间隙配合。
进一步细说,平衡槽4数量为四条。

  1. 一种破碎锤复合式活塞环,包括活塞环本体(1),其特征在于,所述的活塞环本体(1)两端套设有O型密封圈(2),所述的活塞环本体(1)一端面设置有铜环保持架(3),所述的铜环保持架(3)一端与活塞环本体(1)一端相互抵靠安装,所述的铜环保持架(3)内设置有铜环(4),所述的铜环(4)上开设有若干条环形平衡槽(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环,其特征在于,所述的活塞环本体(1)两端面上均开设有供O型密封圈(2)固定安装的台阶(6),所述活塞环本体(1)的内周壁上径向开设若干个凹槽,所述的凹槽数量为四条,可分为第一凹槽(7)、第二凹槽(8)、第三凹槽(9)和第四凹槽(10),且所述的第二凹槽(8)与第三凹槽(9)之间设置有镶嵌于活塞环本体(1)内壁上的铜卡环(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环,其特征在于,所述的铜环保持架(3)内壁上开设有供铜环(4)固定安装的安装槽(12),且所述的铜环保持架(3)内壁与铜环(4)为间隙配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种破碎锤复合式活塞环,其特征在于,所述的平衡槽(5)数量为四条。
