본 출원은 GlxR 단백질 변이체 또는 이를 이용한 쓰레오닌 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 일 예에 따른 GlxR 단백질 변이체는 미생물에 도입되어, 부산물의 생산량을 감소시키고, 쓰레오닌 생산능을 현저히 증가시킬 수 있다.
