Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una variante de proteína GlxR (regulador de derivación de glioxilato) que comprende una mutación seleccionada del grupo que consta de (1) a (4) a continuación: (1) sustitución de la secuencia de aminoácidos correspondiente a la posición de aminoácidos 45 del N-terminal en la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 1 con alanina, serina, fenilalanina o lisina; (2) sustitución de la secuencia de aminoácidos correspondiente a la posición 66 de aminoácidos del N-terminal en la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 1 con alanina, fenilalanina o lisina; (3) sustitución de la secuencia de aminoácidos correspondiente a la posición de aminoácido 166 del N-terminal en la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 1 con ácido aspártico, fenilalanina o lisina; y (4) sustitución de la secuencia de aminoácidos correspondiente a la posición de aminoácidos 168 del N-terminal en la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 1 con alanina, fenilalanina o lisina. Reivindicación 2: Un polinucleótido que codifica la variante de la proteína GlxR de la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 3: Un microorganismo, que comprende uno o más tipos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en la variante de la proteína GlxR de la reivindicación 1 y un polinucleótido que codifica la variante de la proteína GlxR.
