Abstract
La invención se relaciona con las variantes de polipéptido para clivaje de la toxina fusario de una carboxilesterasa de toxina fusario con la SEQ ID No. 46. Cada una de las variantes de polipéptido tiene una secuencia de aminoácido acortada por 47 aminoácidos en la N-terminus, y la secuencia del aminoácido tiene cuando menos 70%, de preferencia 80%, en particular 100%, de identidad de secuencia, principalmente SEQ ID No. 1, para la porción de la secuencia de aminoácido 48-540 de la SEQ ID No. 46. La invención también se relaciona con polinucleótidos aislados que codifican para las variantes de polipéptido, para el uso de las variantes de polipéptido o el aditivo, y para un método de clivaje hidrolítico de cuando menos una toxina fusario.
