Claims (12)
- 폴리에스테르 수지 약 100 중량부;폴리카보네이트 수지 약 5 내지 약 30 중량부;평판형 유리 섬유 약 50 내지 약 150 중량부;에폭시 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 약 2 내지 약 10 중량부; 및말레산 무수물 변성 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔단량체 삼원공중합체 약 2 내지 약 10 중량부;를 포함하며,상기 에폭시 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 및 상기 말레산 무수물 변성 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔단량체 삼원공중합체의 중량비는 약 1 : 0.5 내지 약 1 : 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리시클로헥실렌디메틸렌테레프탈레이트 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 평판형 유리 섬유는 모서리가 둥근 직사각형 단면을 가지며, 단면의 종횡비(단면의 장경/단면의 단경)가 약 1.5 내지 약 10이고, 단경이 약 2 내지 약 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 변성 올레핀계 공중합체는 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트 변성 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트 변성 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 및 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트 변성 에틸렌-부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체 중 1종 이상을 포함할 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ISO 19095에 의거하여 측정한 알루미늄계 금속 시편에 대한 금속 접합력이 약 30 내지 약 50 MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 듀폰 드롭(DuPont drop) 측정법에 의거하여 500 g 무게의 추(dart)를 사용하여 측정한 2 mm 두께 시편의 크랙(crack) 발생 낙하 높이가 약 65 내지 약 100 cm이고, ASTM D256에 의거하여 측정한 두께 1/8" 시편의 노치 아이조드 충격강도가 약 10 내지 약 25 kgf·cm/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D790에 의거하여, 2.8 mm/min 조건에서 측정한 두께 1/4" 시편의 굴곡탄성률이 약 90,000 내지 약 140,000 kgf/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 조성물은 280℃ 온도 조건의 사출기 실린더 내에서 2분 동안 체류시킨 후 사출 성형한 2 mm 두께 사출 시편에 대하여, 듀폰 드롭(DuPont drop) 측정법에 따라, 500 g 무게의 추(dart)를 사용하여 측정한 시편의 크랙(crack) 발생 낙하 높이가 약 40 내지 약 70 cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 금속 부재는 알루미늄, 티타늄, 철, 아연 중 1종 이상의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
