Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sun visor for a vehicle with a ticket holder.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a sun visor including a ticket holder.
- the ticket holder is made of resin and has a plate-shaped holder body.
- a boss protruding from the back surface is inserted into an opening hole formed in the sun visor body.
- the boss is fixed to the sun visor body with an adhesive.
- the holder body is attached to the sun visor body.
- a holding protrusion is formed on the back surface of the holder body.
- the vehicle sun visor has a plate-shaped visor body.
- a ticket holder that holds a ticket in cooperation with the visor body is attached to the visor body.
- the visor body has a relief portion that penetrates or is recessed in the surface of the visor body at a position facing the ticket holder.
- the ticket holder When a ticket is inserted between the ticket holder and the visor body, the ticket holder elastically deforms. The ticket is pushed by the ticket holder and elastically deforms toward the relief portion. Therefore, the ticket is held between the ticket holder and the visor body by utilizing both the elastic deformation of the ticket holder and the elastic deformation of the ticket itself. Since the ticket is elastically deformed toward the relief portion, the ticket is held between the ticket holder and the visor body by using the relief portion even when the ticket is thick. In other words, a thick ticket can be held between the ticket holder and the visor body while avoiding large elastic deformation of the ticket holder due to the relief portion.
- the ticket holder has a convex portion that bulges toward the visor body side.
- the relief portion is located so as to face the convex portion. Therefore, the ticket is reliably elastically deformed toward the relief portion of the visor body by utilizing the convex portion of the ticket holder. Thus, the ticket can be reliably elastically deformed. Moreover, by being pushed by the convex portion, the ticket is prevented from coming out between the ticket holder and the visor body.
- the relief portion in the visor body has a width that extends beyond both sides of the convex portions facing each other. Therefore, the convex portion is located between the widths of the relief portion. Therefore, the first portion of the ticket facing the convex portion is easily pushed by the convex portion into the relief portion or toward the relief portion.
- the second part of the ticket on both sides of the first part tends to return to both sides of the convex portion through the relief portion.
- the ticket can be reliably elastically deformed.
- the convex portion of the ticket holder has a slope that gradually advances toward the visor body side from the tip where the ticket is inserted toward the base of the ticket holder. Therefore, by inserting the ticket into the ticket holder, the ticket is smoothly elastically deformed toward the visor body along the convex portion of the ticket holder.
- the vehicle sun visor has a skin covering the visor body and the relief part. Therefore, the ticket holder pushes the skin toward the relief part of the visor body.
- the epidermis is elastically deformed so as to be dented at the relief portion.
- the skin prevents the ticket from getting caught in the escape section. This allows the ticket to be smoothly inserted into the gap between the ticket holder and the visor body.
- the relief portion of the visor body is covered with the skin, a good-looking vehicle sun visor can be obtained.
- the vehicle sun visor has a support shaft attached to and detached from the vehicle body and a fixing base for mounting the support shaft on the visor body.
- a ticket holder is provided on the fixed base. Therefore, the ticket holder is attached to the visor body by using a fixing base for attaching the support shaft to the visor body. As a result, the number of parts of the vehicle sun visor can be reduced, or the manufacturing process of the vehicle sun visor can be simplified.
- the second ticket holder is arranged on the back surface of the front surface of the visor body on which the ticket holder is provided.
- the ticket holder and the second ticket holder are integrally attached to the visor body.
- the ticket can be held on both sides of the visor body, so that the ticket holder can be used at both the position where the visor body is used along the windshield and the storage position along the ceiling surface.
- the two ticket holders are integrated, they are jointly held by the visor body.
- the vehicle sun visor has a vanity mirror trim mounted on the visor body.
- the ticket holder extends from the edge of the trim. Therefore, the ticket holder is attached to the visor body by attaching the mirror trim to the visor body. As a result, the number of parts of the vehicle sun visor can be reduced, or the manufacturing process of the vehicle sun visor can be simplified.

- the mounting portion 6 has a plate shape and extends rearward from the connecting portion 10h.
- the mounting portion 6 is formed in the same manner as the mounting portion 6 of the ticket holder 3 shown in FIG.
- the ticket holder 10 is attached to the holder fixing portion 2e behind the support shaft 17.
- the support shaft 17 is mounted coaxially with the horizontal shaft 11a of the visor body 2 after the ticket holder 10 is mounted on the visor body 2.
- the visor main body 2 has a relief portion 2r on the surface thereof at a position facing the holding portion 10a of the ticket holder 10.
- the relief portion 2r is formed in the same manner as, for example, the relief portion 2a shown in FIG. 5, the relief portion 9g shown in FIG. 6, or the relief portion 2h shown in FIG. 7.
- the holding portion 10a of the ticket holder 10 may be provided with a convex portion protruding toward the relief portion 2r.
- the position and orientation of the ticket holder 3 with respect to the visor body 2 are arbitrarily set according to the specifications of the vehicle and the like.
- the ticket W is inserted into the ticket holder 3 in a state where the visor main body 2 is located at the storage position K along the ceiling surface 21.
- the vehicle sun visor 1 may be equipped with a ticket holder 3 so that the ticket W can be inserted while the visor main body 2 is located at the use position P along the windshield 20.
- the ticket holder 3 provided on the fixed base 4 is mounted on the visor main body 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 11 together with the fixed base 4. Instead of this, only the ticket holder 3 may be attached to the visor main body 2 without going through the fixing base 4.
- the visor main body 2 and the relief portion 2a shown in FIG. 3 are covered with the skin 2d.
- Various types and thicknesses of the skin 2d can be arbitrarily selected. Further, the size and the like of the relief portion 2a can be appropriately set according to the type and thickness of the skin 2d. As a result, even a thick ticket W is elastically deformed toward the relief portion 2a by the convex portion 3g and is stably held.
- the visor body 2 may be surface-treated with a plate-shaped member made of resin or the like without being entirely covered with the skin. Further, the skin 2d may cover only the relief portion 2a.
- the convex portion 3g of the ticket holder 3 shown in FIG. 4 has a slope that gradually advances toward the visor main body 2 side from the tip portion 3b toward the base portion 3c.
- the relief portion of the visor main body 2 and the convex portion 3g of the ticket holder 3 are set to various shapes and sizes according to the specifications of the visor main body 2 and the like.
- a quadrangular convex portion smaller than the length and width of the holding portion 3a may protrude from the holder piece toward the relief portion.
- the shape of the protruding convex portion may be another shape such as an arc shape.
- the holder piece 3d of the ticket holder 3 shown in FIG. 3 has an opening 3f.
- the ticket holder 3 may have a holder piece without an opening.
- the left and right convex portions may protrude from the holding portion having the same width as the holder piece.
- the hole 6a of the mounting portion 6 is locked to the claw 2f provided in the second shell 2c.
- the ticket holder 3 may include a mounting portion provided with a claw instead of the mounting portion 6. For example, when a mounting portion having a claw is inserted into the visor main body 2, the claw of the mounting portion is locked to a locking member in the visor main body 2.
- the visor main body 2 shown in FIG. 5 has a hollow plate shape in which the first shell 2b and the second shell 2c are overlapped.
- the visor main body 2 may have a hollow plate shape by blow molding. Further, it may be formed in the shape of a solid plate from PP foam beads, urethane foam or the like.
