在罐装的过程中,常由于部分类别的饮品存在的气体太多,在竖直罐装的过程中,由于罐装头的冲压罐装,罐装头与饮料瓶瓶底之间存在大的高度差,极其容易形成较多的浮沫,且会造成瓶内的气压过高,造成罐装困难。除此之外,对于流动性较差的黏度较高的饮料品的罐装过程中,常常由于其流动性的较差,导致液位已到瓶口,而饮料瓶内的液体分布不均匀,且容易形成空腔等现象,极大的影响了罐装的质量,使得罐装极不均匀,且产生容易饮料外溢的现象以及饮料瓶与罐装头相脱离等的现象发生。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有技术中的罐装设备予以改进,以解决上述问题。

(4)出液口朝向饮料瓶瓶身的侧壁,并倾斜朝下设置,使得饮料自瓶身的内壁流向瓶底,避免了液体从出液口垂直下落,从而一定程度的减少了浮沫的生成量。
(5)调控式饮料罐装设备,流水线式的生产模式,提高了成品率与合格率。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、 “上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。因此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明创造的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
本申请公开了一种调控式饮料罐装设备。
请参图1至图3所示出的本发明一种调控式饮料罐装设备的一种具体实施方式。
参图1与图2所示,在本实施例中,一种调控式饮料罐装设备,包括:横杆1,设于横杆1下方的传送带;横杆1的底端间隔排布若干罐装头4,罐装头4与横杆1通过轴孔与轴销5构成转动连接,横杆1能够作水平升降并同时作横向移动,如图2中沿a的箭头指示方向来回移动。传送带上设有若干固定板,固定板上设有转动托架,转动托架供饮料瓶容置;转动托架底 壁的一侧与固定板转动连接;随着横杆1发生位移,转动托架也相应发生转动。调控式饮料罐装设备,利用横杆1作水平升降并同时作横向移动,驱动饮料瓶以瓶底的一侧支点发生转动倾斜,解决了传统罐装中饮料瓶内极易产生浮沫以及气泡的问题,减少了浮沫以及气泡的生成量,降低了罐装难度。通过设置抽气头42,起到三个作用:第一,使瓶内形成一定的饱压,通过瓶内压力,减少了浮沫与气体的释放量;第二,抽取瓶内气体,降低由于气体释放而产生的过高压力,降低罐装难度;第三,在罐装结束前,抽气头42的伸缩能够清理饮料瓶内的液面浮沫,使得饮料瓶在封装过程具有美观性。通过设置引流板,同样在一定程度上减轻罐装入饮料瓶内的液体所产生的气泡与浮沫现象。充液头41的伸缩性,能够减小充液头41的出液端与瓶底的高度差,同样起到减缓冲击力,减少泡沫生成量的问题。
具体的,参考图2与图3所示,在本实施例中,横杆1上分别排布有充液管2与抽气管3,罐装头4为双接头结构,且内置有相互分离的第一通道与第二通道,充液管2与第一通道相接,抽气管3与第二通道相接,第一通道的另一端设有充液头41,第二通道的另一端设有抽气头42,充液头41与抽气头42随罐装头4与饮料瓶相接而置入饮料瓶内,充液头41的出液端位于饮料瓶内的瓶颈与瓶身之间,抽气头42的抽气端位于饮料瓶的瓶口与瓶颈之间,且出液端的高度低于抽气端的高度。双接头结构的罐装头4增加了一项功能,具体的,在充液头41充气的同时,利用抽气头42,排出饮料瓶内的气体以及充液过程中饮料所产生的气体,使得充液速度提高,减少了饮料瓶内的气压,避免了饮料出现外溢的现象。具有伸缩功能的充液头41,由于液体在高压罐装时,由于充液头41与饮料瓶的瓶底之间的高度差,由于碰撞会使得浮沫量增多,利用充液头41的伸缩,使充液头41与饮料瓶内的页面始终保持齐平,从而做到了静态罐装,减少了浮沫量;抽气头42的可伸缩性,实现了两个功能,一方面,能够在饮料瓶内的不同高度抽取饮料瓶内的气体,使得罐装尽可能的完善,到位,避免了罐装量参差不齐,另一方面,能够对饮料瓶内的浮沫进 行抽取,最大程度的减少了浮沫对罐装的影响。
充液头41还设有能够伸入饮料瓶内的引流板,引流板具有伸缩性,且端部靠近饮料瓶的内壁,引流板与抽气头42相错开设置,以避免两者之间发生干扰。
出液口朝向饮料瓶瓶身的侧壁,并倾斜朝下设置;出液口朝向饮料瓶瓶身的侧壁,并倾斜朝下设置,使得饮料自瓶身的内壁流向瓶底,避免了液体从出液口垂直下落,从而一定程度的减少了浮沫的生成量。罐装头4外周设有密封圈,密封圈与饮料瓶瓶口相配接并形成密封。
本发明还提供了一种调控式饮料罐装设备的使用方法,抽气头42与充液头41具有伸缩性,包括以下步骤:S1,饮料瓶竖直放置,罐装头4与饮料瓶瓶口相插接;S2,横杆1作水平升降并同时作横向移动,转动托架拖着饮料瓶相应发生转动,饮料瓶随着横杆1移动的发现发生倾斜并倾斜到一定角度,抽气头42开始适当充气,使啤酒瓶内形成一定的饱压;S3,充液头41开始罐装,同时抽气头42相应抽取饮料瓶内的气体,使饮料瓶瓶内维持稳定的饱压状态,横杆1同时作间断性复位移动。需要注意的是,在S3开始前,充液头41伸入饮料瓶瓶身内,引流板伸出,在S3过程中,充液头41作间断性罐装,随着饮料瓶内的液位上升,充液头41与引流板开始收缩,抽气头42伸出抽取浮沫。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (10)
- 一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,包括:横杆,设于横杆下方的传送带;所述横杆的底端间隔排布若干罐装头,所述罐装头与所述横杆通过轴孔与轴销构成转动连接,所述横杆能够作水平升降并同时作横向移动;所述传送带上设有若干固定板,所述固定板上设有转动托架,所述转动托架供饮料瓶容置;所述转动托架底壁的一侧与固定板转动连接,使转动托架拖动饮料瓶发生倾斜,并通过转动角度改变饮料瓶的倾斜角度;所述横杆上分别排布有充液管与抽气管,所述罐装头为双接头结构,且内置有相互分离的第一通道与第二通道,所述充液管与第一通道相接,所述抽气管与第二通道相接,所述第一通道的另一端设有充液头,所述第二通道的另一端设有抽气头,所述充液头与抽气头随罐装头与饮料瓶相接而置入饮料瓶内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,所述充液头还设有能够伸入饮料瓶内的引流板,所述引流板具有伸缩性,且端部靠近饮料瓶的内壁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,所述引流板与抽气头相错开设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,所述出液口朝向饮料瓶瓶身的侧壁,并倾斜朝下设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,所述充液头的出液端位于饮料瓶内的瓶颈与瓶身之间,所述抽气头的抽气端位于饮料瓶的瓶口与瓶颈之间,且所述出液端的高度低于所述抽气端的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,所述罐装头外周设有密封圈,所述密封圈与饮料瓶瓶口相配接并形成密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备,其特征在于,随着所述横杆发生位移,所述转动托架也相应发生转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备的使用方法,所述抽气头与所述充液头具有伸缩性,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1,饮料瓶竖直放置,罐装头与饮料瓶瓶口相插接;S2,横杆作水平升降并同时作横向移动,转动托架拖着饮料瓶相应发生转动,饮料瓶随着横杆移动的发现发生倾斜并倾斜到一定角度,抽气头开始适当充气,使啤酒瓶内形成一定的饱压;S3,充液头开始罐装,同时抽气头相应抽取饮料瓶内的气体,使饮料瓶瓶内维持稳定的饱压状态,横杆同时作间断性复位移动,罐装完成。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备的使用方法,其特征在于,所述S3开始前,所述充液头伸入饮料瓶瓶身内,所述引流板伸出。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种调控式饮料罐装设备的使用方法,其特征在于,所述S3中,所述充液头作间断性罐装,随着饮料瓶内的液位上升,所述充液头与引流板开始收缩,所述抽气头伸出抽取浮沫。
