参图1所示,在本实施例中,一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,包括,竖直放置的转动盘1,与转动盘1侧向嵌套设置的存储盒2;转动盘1的一侧具有容纳腔,容纳腔供存储盒2相嵌套,存储盒2内设有多个扇形隔层20,扇形隔层20内分布不同密度的料品,转动盘1以设定的方向转动并以此进行以此罐装。转动盘1的外周设有若干能够与饮料瓶相插接的罐装头3,灌装头与扇形隔层20对应设置。在转动盘1的外周设有若干灌装头,利用转动盘1的转动以及罐装头3的伸缩性,使得整个罐装过程,通过多次切换罐装头3,从而实现对饮料瓶的分层罐装,节省人力耗时,提升罐装质量,使得罐装更加精确,智能化。罐装头3为双接头结构,且分别为:充液头31与抽气头32,充液头31与抽气头32均具有伸缩性。具有伸缩功能的充液头31,由于液体在高压罐装时,由于充液头31与饮料瓶的瓶底之间的高度差,由于碰撞会使得浮沫量增多,利用充液头31的伸缩,使充液头31与饮料瓶内的页面始终保持齐平,从而做到了静态罐装,减少了浮沫量;抽气头32的可伸缩性,实现了两个功能,一方面,能够在饮料瓶内的不同高度抽取饮料瓶内的气体,使得罐装尽可能的完善,到位,避免了罐装量参差不齐,另一方面,能够对饮料瓶内的浮沫进行抽取,最大程度的减少了浮沫对罐装的 影响。充液头31的尺寸大于抽气头32的尺寸。充液头31与抽气头32随罐装头3与饮料瓶相接而置入饮料瓶内,充液头31的出液口位于饮料瓶内的瓶颈与瓶身之间,抽气头32的抽气口位于饮料瓶的瓶口与瓶颈之间,且出液口的高度低于抽气口的高度。通过设置抽气头32,起到三个作用:第一,使瓶内形成一定的饱压,通过瓶内压力,减少了浮沫与气体的释放量;第二,抽取瓶内气体,降低由于气体释放而产生的过高压力,降低罐装难度;第三,在罐装结束前,抽气头32的伸缩能够清理饮料瓶内的液面浮沫,使得饮料瓶在封装过程具有美观性。充液头31的伸缩性,能够减小充液头31的出液端与瓶底的高度差,同样起到减缓冲击力,减少泡沫生成量的问题。
参图2所示,需要注意的是,在本实施例中,灌装头内置两条相互分离的通道(未示出),充液头31通过导流管(未示出)与扇形隔层20相连通,抽气头32通过软管与外部抽气装置相连;转动盘1通过控制单元控制沿周向作精确角度转动,罐装头3随着转动盘1的转动而进行伸缩,位于转动盘1最低点处的罐装头3能够伸缩并与饮料瓶插接。灌装头外周设有密封圈,密封圈与饮料瓶瓶口相配接并形成密封。
具体的参图3所示,抽气头32上设有压力感应器321,压力感应器321与外部控制终端相连,外部控制终端能够控制抽气头32运作并进行抽气。
本发明还公布了一种分层式罐装的罐装设备的使用方法,包括以下步骤:S1,饮料瓶竖直放置,转动盘1转动至灌装头与饮料瓶瓶口相对,灌装头伸缩并与饮料瓶相接;S2,充液头31伸出,在饮料瓶内的一定高度进行罐装,以最大程度减少浮沫,以及飞溅,充液头31缩回,压力感应器321将压力数值通过数据传播至外部,外部控制终端控制抽气头32伸出并进行抽气与液面表层浮沫,抽气头32缩回;S3,灌装头缩回,转动盘1转动一定角度,进行下一料品的罐装,依次直至罐装完成。具体的,在S2、S3中,抽气头32能够抽取多余的料品,对饮料瓶中每层的料品量进行精确控制。在S3中,罐装顺序根据料品的密度大小排布,且密度自小到大排布。分层式罐装的罐装设备,实现了对密度不同的料品进行分 层罐装,既保证了料品的多层次口味,又能够精确控制料品的罐装量,从而精确保证了罐装的质量,同时能够节省人力。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,包括,竖直放置的转动盘,与转动盘侧向嵌套设置的存储盒;
    所述转动盘的一侧具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔供存储盒相嵌套,所述存储盒内设有多个扇形隔层,所述转动盘的外周设有若干能够与饮料瓶相插接的罐装头,所述灌装头与扇形隔层对应设置,所述罐装头为双接头结构,且分别为:充液头与抽气头,所述灌装头内置两条相互分离的通道,所述充液头通过导流管与扇形隔层相连通,所述抽气头通过软管与外部抽气装置相连;
    所述转动盘通过控制单元控制沿周向作精确角度转动,所述罐装头随着转动盘的转动而进行伸缩,位于所述转动盘最低点处的所述罐装头能够伸缩并与饮料瓶插接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述充液头与所述抽气头均具有伸缩性。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述充液头的尺寸大于所述抽气头的尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述抽气头上设有压力感应器,所述压力感应器与外部控制终端相连,所述外部控制终端能够控制抽气头运作并进行抽气。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述灌装头外周设有密封圈,所述密封圈与饮料瓶瓶口相配接并形成密封。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述充液头与抽气头随罐装头与饮料瓶相接而置入饮料瓶内,所述充液头的出液口位于饮料瓶内的瓶颈与瓶身之间,所述抽气头的抽气口位于饮料瓶的瓶口与瓶颈之间,且所述出液口的高度低于所述抽气口的高度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备,其特征在于,所述扇形隔层内分布不同密度的料品,所述转动盘以设定的方向转动并以此进 行以此罐装。
  8. 一种如权利要求1所述的分层式罐装的罐装设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1,饮料瓶竖直放置,所述转动盘转动至灌装头与饮料瓶瓶口相对,所述灌装头伸缩并与饮料瓶相接;
    S2,所述充液头伸出,在饮料瓶内的一定高度进行罐装,以最大程度减少浮沫,以及飞溅,充液头缩回,压力感应器将压力数值通过数据传播至外部,外部控制终端控制抽气头伸出并进行抽气与液面表层浮沫,抽气头缩回;
    S3,灌装头缩回,转动盘转动一定角度,进行下一料品的罐装,依次直至罐装完成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备的使用方法,其特征在于,在S2、S3中,所述抽气头能够抽取多余的料品,对饮料瓶中每层的料品量进行精确控制。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种分层式罐装的罐装设备的使用方法,其特征在于,在S3中,所述罐装顺序根据料品的密度大小排布,且密度自小到大排布。
