Claims (9)

  1. 一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上端表面中部位置固定安装有工作台(2),所述底座(1)上端表面一侧固定安装有第一支撑块(3),所述底座(1)上端表面另一侧固定安装有第二支撑块(4),所述第一支撑块(3)与第二支撑块(4)上端表面固定安装有安装板(5),所述安装板(5)一侧表面中部位置固定安装有固定块(6),所述固定块(6)一侧表面中部位置设有转轴(7),所述转轴(7)贯穿固定块(6)一一侧表面延伸至安装板(5)下端,所述转轴(7)一侧表面设有旋转电机(8),所述转轴(7)另一侧表面设有第一砂轮(9),所述第一支撑块(3)一侧表面中部位置安装有伸缩轴(10),所述伸缩轴(10)一侧设有驱动电机(11),所述伸缩轴(10)另一侧设有第二砂轮(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(2)内部底端表面开设有若干通孔(201),所述底座(1)下端表面中部位置开设有若干滑槽(22),每个所述滑槽(22)内部一侧表面中部位置均设有滑块(23),每个所述滑块(23)一侧表面设有储料箱(24),所述第二支撑块(4)一侧表面下端固定安装有收集箱(19),所述收集箱(19)内部安装有抽料泵,所述收集箱(19)一侧表面中部位置固定安装有输送管(20),所述输送管(20)一侧表面固定安装有防护罩(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述旋转电机(8)输出端与转轴(7)固定连接,所述第一砂轮(9)固定安装在转轴(7)下端表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩轴(10)贯穿第一支撑块(3),所述驱动电机(11)输出端与伸缩轴(10)固定连接,所述第二砂轮(12)固定安装有伸缩轴(10)另一侧表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)下端表面四角处均固定安装有支撑腿(26),每个所述支撑腿(26)下端表面均固定安装有固定支脚(28),所述底座(1)后侧表面边缘处固定安装有挡板(18)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述第二支撑块(4)一侧表面中部位置固定安装有固定板(13),所述固定板(13)上端表面固定安装有液压箱(14),所述液压箱(14)一侧表面中部位置固定安装有液压伸缩杆(15),所述液压伸缩杆(15)贯穿第二支撑块(4)一侧表面,所述液压伸缩杆(15)一侧表面固定安装有夹具(16)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述夹具(16)内部一侧表面固定安装有缓冲垫(17),所述缓冲垫(17)的材质为橡胶材质。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,每个所述滑块(23)与每个所述滑槽(22)滑动连接,所述储料箱(24)与每个所述滑块(23)固定连接,所述储料箱(24)正面中部位置固定安装有把手(25)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械设备制造用去毛装置,其特征在于,所述输送管(20)与抽料泵固定连接,所述防护罩(21)与工作台(2)平行,所述防护罩(21)的直径大于输送管(20)的直径。
