本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~6,本发明实施例中,一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,包括工作台11,工作台11的上表面从左到右分别安装有第一固定板5和第二固定板8,第二固定板8的下表面安装有第四电动伸缩杆33,第四电动伸缩杆33的伸缩端连接有去核板10,去核板10的下方安装有圆锥形设置的去核顶针9,通过第四电动伸缩杆33可将去核板10下方的去核顶针9向下移动,从而可对红枣进行快速去核,并且其红枣核掉落至去核槽21的内部,去核槽21的内部边缘位置处安装有第五电动伸缩杆35,第五电动伸缩杆35的伸缩端连接有连接板34,连接板34的底部安装有梯形状的推板36,同时利用第五电动伸缩杆35的作用,使得连接板34下方的推板36可快速的将红枣核从去核槽21的内部推出,实现对其进行快速清理,防止过多的红枣核残留造成堵塞,而红枣核可从第一回收槽12掉落至第一回收箱13中进行回收,便于后期的使用。
在图2和图3中:工作台11的上表面的边缘位置处安装有第一电动伸缩杆2,第一电动伸缩杆2的伸缩端滑动连接有移动板17,移动板17的上表面卡接有放置板3,放置板3的上表面开设有放置孔4,且放置板3的两侧对称安装有安装销20,移动板17的上表面开设有与安装销20相互卡和的安装槽18,移动板17的上表面开设有去核槽21,且移动板17的下表面固接有连接杆22,连接杆22的末端连接有滑块23,工作台11的上表面开设有与滑块23相互滑动的滑槽19,滑槽19在工作台11的上表面开设有两组,连接杆22与滑块23呈“T”型设置,且连接杆22在移动板17的下表面两两对称设置有四个,安装销20在放置板3的两侧至少设置有三个,安装槽18的高度为去核槽21高度为一半,通过第一电动伸缩杆2的作用,可将移动板17在工作台11上进行推动,从而实现其在不同的位置下对其进行去皮以及去核的过程,全程自动化操作,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,同时通过安装销20嵌入至安装槽18的内部,使得能够将去皮去核过后的放置板3能够快速的从移动板17上取下,便于更换下个放置板3,使得能够有效的增加其工作效率。
在图1和图5中:工作台11的一侧固定安装有控制箱1,且工作台11的上表面在移动板17的一侧从左到右分别开设有第二回收槽15和第一回收槽12,工作台11的下表面从左到右分别安装有第二回收箱14和第一回收箱13,第一固定板5的下方设置有去皮板6,去皮板6的下方转动安装有去皮筒16,第一固定板5的下表面安装有第三电动伸缩杆30,第三电动伸缩杆30的伸缩端连接有伸缩板37,伸缩板37的上表面安装有电机29,电机29的驱动端连接有旋转轴32,旋转轴32的末端连接有去皮板6,去皮板6的下表面转动安装有去皮筒16,去皮筒16的内部设置有去皮切刀31,利用第三电动伸缩杆30以及电机29的工作,可实现自动的将去皮筒16下降并与放置孔4对应,同时通过去皮筒16内部的去皮切刀31,可对放置在放置孔4内的红枣进行快速的去皮处理。
在图4中:第一固定板5和第二固定板8的中间位置处设置有清洁板7,工作台11的上表面安装有第三固定板24,第三固定板24的前表面安装有第二电动伸缩杆25,第二电动伸缩杆25的伸缩端连接有清洁板7,清洁板7的下方卡接有安装板26,安装板26的下表面设置有清理刷28,清洁板7的前表面设置有螺丝27,安装板26的一端嵌入至清洁板7的内部,螺丝27的末端与安装板26前表面开设的螺孔螺纹连接,安装板26在清洁板7的下表面至少等距设置有十二个,通过第二电动伸缩杆25的作用,使得能够将清洁板7进行移动,使得利用清洁板7下方设置的清理刷28可对去皮过后的放置板3的表面进行清理,能够将红枣皮从放置板3上清理下来并从第二回收槽15中掉落进行回收在利用。
本发明的工作原理是:在使用时,将需要去皮去核的红枣放置到放置板3上开设的放置孔4上,并且可将放置板3两侧安装的安装销20嵌入至移动板17上开设的安装槽18的内部,使得将放置板3进行固定,在通过控制箱1控制第一电动伸缩杆2使得第一电动伸缩杆2工作并使得移动板17进行移动,即移动板17下方通过连接杆22连接的滑块23在滑槽19的内部滑动,从而使得将移动板17移动到去皮板6的正下方,通过第一固定板5下方设置的第三电动伸缩杆30的作用,使得伸缩板37向下移动,同时使得旋转轴32下端连接的去皮板6向下移动,进而使得去皮板6下方转动连接的去皮筒16与放置孔4相互对应,并且可将红枣进入至去皮筒16的内部,通过电机29的工作,能够使得下方的去皮筒16和去皮板6发生相对转动,并且会使得去皮切刀31对红枣进行快速去皮处理,去皮完成后可通过第三电动伸缩杆30的工作,将去皮板6上升,在将移动板17进行向前移动,并且使得第二电动伸缩杆25工作,第二电动伸缩杆25的伸缩端连接有清洁板7,在清洁板7的下方卡接有安装板26,当清洁板7在不断的向前移动时,会使得安装板26下方的清理刷28可对放置板3上的皮屑进行清理,使得红枣皮进入到第二回收槽15中对其红枣皮进行回收,清理完成后移动板17再次移动,使得在去核板10的正下方,此时在通过第四电动伸缩杆33的作用,使得去核板10下降并且去核顶针9对红枣进行快速去核处理,去核后的红枣核进入到去核槽21的内部,并且通过第五电动伸缩杆35的作用,使得连接板34在去核槽21的内部移动,使得连接板34下方的推板36可快速的将红枣核从去核槽21的内部推出,实现对其进行快速清理,防止过多的红枣核残留造成堵塞,而红枣核可从第一回收槽12掉落至第一回收箱13中进行回收,便于后期的使用,其全程自动化操作,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,同时通过安装销20嵌入至安装槽18的内部,使得能够将去皮去核过后的放置板3能够快速的从移动板17上取下,便于更换下个放置板3,使得能够有效的增加其工作效率。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,包括工作台(11),其特征在于,所述工作台(11)的上表面从左到右分别安装有第一固定板(5)和第二固定板(8),且工作台(11)的上表面的边缘位置处安装有第一电动伸缩杆(2),所述第一电动伸缩杆(2)的伸缩端滑动连接有移动板(17),所述移动板(17)的上表面卡接有放置板(3),所述工作台(11)的一侧固定安装有控制箱(1),且工作台(11)的上表面在移动板(17)的一侧从左到右分别开设有第二回收槽(15)和第一回收槽(12),所述工作台(11)的下表面从左到右分别安装有第二回收箱(14)和第一回收箱(13),所述第一固定板(5)的下方设置有去皮板(6),所述去皮板(6)的下方转动安装有去皮筒(16),所述第一固定板(5)和第二固定板(8)的中间位置处设置有清洁板(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定板(8)的下表面安装有第四电动伸缩杆(33),所述第四电动伸缩杆(33)的伸缩端连接有去核板(10),所述去核板(10)的下方安装有圆锥形设置的去核顶针(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述放置板(3)的上表面开设有放置孔(4),且放置板(3)的两侧对称安装有安装销(20),所述移动板(17)的上表面开设有与安装销(20)相互卡和的安装槽(18),所述移动板(17)的上表面开设有去核槽(21),且移动板(17)的下表面固接有连接杆(22),所述连接杆(22)的末端连接有滑块(23),所述工作台(11)的上表面开设有与滑块(23)相互滑动的滑槽(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽(19)在工作台(11)的上表面开设有两组,所述连接杆(22)与滑块(23)呈“T”型设置,且连接杆(22)在移动板(17)的下表面两两对称设置有四个。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述安装销(20)在放置板(3)的两侧至少设置有三个,所述安装槽(18)的高度为去核槽(21)高度为一半。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(11)的上表面安装有第三固定板(24),所述第三固定板(24)的前表面安装有第二电动伸缩杆(25),所述第二电动伸缩杆(25)的伸缩端连接有清洁板(7),所述清洁板(7)的下方卡接有安装板(26),所述安装板(26)的下表面设置有清理刷(28),所述清洁板(7)的前表面设置有螺丝(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(26)的一端嵌入至清洁板(7)的内部,所述螺丝(27)的末端与安装板(26)前表面开设的螺孔螺纹连接,所述安装板(26)在清洁板(7)的下表面至少等距设置有十二个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板(5)的下表面安装有第三电动伸缩杆(30),所述第三电动伸缩杆(30)的伸缩端连接有伸缩板(37),所述伸缩板(37)的上表面安装有电机(29),所述电机(29)的驱动端连接有旋转轴(32),所述旋转轴(32)的末端连接有去皮板(6),所述去皮板(6)的下表面转动安装有去皮筒(16),所述去皮筒(16)的内部设置有去皮切刀(31)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣蓉加工用全自动红枣去皮去核装置,其特征在于,所述去核槽(21)的内部边缘位置处安装有第五电动伸缩杆(35),所述第五电动伸缩杆(35)的伸缩端连接有连接板(34),所述连接板(34)的底部安装有梯形状的推板(36)。
