U形架5内腔顶部固定设有导向杆8,导向杆8上左右滑动安装有腰形活动框10,腰形活动框10上下两内壁上均设有第二齿条32,腰形活动框10底部通过电机盒16固定安装有抛光电机14,抛光电机14的输出轴上固定连接有用于将机械配件进行抛光的抛光砂轮15,U形架5内腔顶部对称设有两根滑杆9,两根滑杆9上均滑动套设有滑套34,两个滑套34之间通过电机支架23固定设有第一驱动电机(图中未画出),第一驱动电机的输出轴上固定连接有驱动齿轮33,所述驱动齿轮33与腰形活动框10上下两内壁上的第二齿条32非同时啮合,滑套34内壁上贴设有橡胶垫以使其与滑杆9之间存在一定的摩擦力,保证电机支架23在其自身和第一驱动电机的重力作用下不会向下滑动,需施加一定的外力才行,电机支架23上对称设有两根第一齿条24,U形架5内通过安装台固定设有第二驱动电机(图中未画出),第二驱动电机为低速电机且其输出轴上固定连接有残齿轮25,残齿轮25位于两根第一齿条24之间且与两根第一齿条24非同时啮合,通过第二驱动电机带动残齿轮25缓慢转动使其与两根第一齿条24交替循环啮合从而带动电机支架23沿两根滑杆9上下循环运动,在电机支架23循环升降的过程中驱动齿轮33分别与两根第二齿条32交替啮合,进而带动腰形活动框10沿导向杆8左右循环滑动,即抛光砂轮15沿机械配件抛光面循环运动从而对其进行高质高效抛光作业。
进一步的,为了便于操作人员快速将机械配件夹紧固定,所述U形架5内腔下部通过轴承转动安装有转杆3,两个内螺纹旋套27与转杆3之间均通过皮带传动机构22相连接,转杆3一端延伸至U形架5外侧并固定连接有用于将其进行转动摇手4,通过摇动摇手4带动转杆3转动,即使得两个内螺纹旋套27同步转动带动两块夹板17同步朝U形架5中心方向移动从而将待抛光的机械配件夹紧固定。
进一步的,为了避免两块夹板17将机械配件侧壁夹伤或划损,两块所述夹板17远离插杆29的端面上均固定贴设有防护软垫18。
进一步的,为了便于移动该装置,所述底座2底部对称设有多个滚轮1,滚轮1为自锁式滚轮。
在使用时,先将待抛光的机械配件抛光朝上先放于托板20上并控制伸缩杆21伸长以带动机械配件抛光面与抛光砂轮15充分接触,然后转动内螺纹旋套27使得两个夹持组件将机械配件夹紧固定,随后启动抛光电机14、第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机带动残齿轮25缓慢转动使其与两根第一齿条24交替循环啮合从而带动电机支架23沿两根滑杆9上下循环运动,在电机支架23循环升降的过程中驱动齿轮33分别与两根第二齿条32交替啮合,进而带动腰形活动框10沿导向杆8左右循环滑动,即抛光砂轮15沿机械配件抛光面循环运动从而对其进行高质高效抛光作业。
实施例2
进一步的,由于抛光会产生大量的粉尘,为了避免粉尘漂浮遥控其中被人体误吸,损害健康,所述腰形活动框10下方且且与抛光砂轮15左右两侧的位置上通过两根支杆11对称设有两个吸尘盒12,两个吸尘盒12底部均匀嵌设有吸尘嘴13,U形架5左右两侧壁上均固定设有吸尘器7,两台吸尘器7的吸尘端上均固定连接有吸尘软管6,两根吸尘软管6远离吸尘器7的一端一一对应分别延伸至两个吸尘盒12内,通过吸尘器7将抛光产生的灰尘快速高效吸收避免其飘浮到空气中危害人们健康。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明在使用时,先将待抛光的机械配件抛光朝上先放于托板20上并控制伸缩杆21伸长以带动机械配件抛光面与抛光砂轮15充分接触,然后转动内螺纹旋套27使得两个夹持组件将机械配件夹紧固定,随后启动抛光电机14、第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机带动残齿轮25缓慢转动使其与两根第一齿条24交替循环啮合从而带动电机支架23沿两根滑杆9上下循环运动,在电机支架23循环升降的过程中驱动齿轮33分别与两根第二齿条32交替啮合,进而带动腰形活动框10沿导向杆8左右循环滑动,即抛光砂轮15沿机械配件抛光面循环运动从而对其进行高质高效抛光作业。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种机械配件表面抛光装置,包括底座(2)和U形架(5),所述U形架(5)固定设于底座(2)上,其特征在于,U形架(5)左右两内壁上均设有用于将待抛光的机械配件夹紧固定的夹持组件,U形架(5)内腔顶部固定设有导向杆(8),导向杆(8)上左右滑动安装有腰形活动框(10),腰形活动框(10)上下两内壁上均设有第二齿条(32),腰形活动框(10)底部通过电机盒(16)固定安装有抛光电机(14),抛光电机(14)的输出轴上固定连接抛光砂轮(15),U形架(5)内腔顶部对称设有两根滑杆(9),两根滑杆(9)上均滑动套设有滑套(34),两个滑套(34)之间通过电机支架(23)固定设有第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机的输出轴上固定连接有驱动齿轮(33),所述驱动齿轮(33)与腰形活动框(10)上下两内壁上的第二齿条(32)非同时啮合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述底座(2)底部对称设有多个滚轮(1),滚轮(1)为自锁式滚轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述腰形活动框(10)下方且且与抛光砂轮(15)左右两侧的位置上通过两根支杆(11)对称设有两个吸尘盒(12),两个吸尘盒(12)底部均匀嵌设有吸尘嘴(13),U形架(5)左右两侧壁上均固定设有吸尘器(7),两台吸尘器(7)的吸尘端上均固定连接有吸尘软管(6),两根吸尘软管(6)远离吸尘器(7)的一端一一对应分别延伸至两个吸尘盒(12)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件包括插筒(26)和外螺纹伸缩杆(28),外螺纹伸缩杆(28)滑动插设于插筒(26)中,插筒(26)与外螺纹伸缩杆(28)交接处套设有内螺纹旋套(27),内螺纹旋套(27)与插筒(26)之间为转动连接关系,与外螺纹伸缩杆(28)之间为适配的螺纹连接关系,外螺纹伸缩杆(28)远离插筒(26)的端部设有插槽(30),插槽(30)内滑动插设有插杆(29),插杆(29)位于插槽(30)内的一端与插槽(30)内腔底部之间设有挤压弹簧(31),插杆(29)远离外螺纹伸缩杆(28)的一端固定连接有夹板(17),两块夹板(17)远离插杆(29)的端面上均固定贴设有防护软垫(18),底座(2)上方设有托板(20),托板(20)上端面上均匀设有多个吸盘(19),底座(2)上前后对称设有两根伸缩杆(21),两根伸缩杆(21)远离底座(2)的一端均固定连接于托板(20)底部,伸缩杆(21)为电动伸缩杆。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述U形架(5)内腔下部通过轴承转动安装有转杆(3),两个内螺纹旋套(27)与转杆(3)之间均通过皮带传动机构(22)相连接,转杆(3)一端延伸至U形架(5)外侧并固定连接有用于将其进行转动摇手(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述滑套(34)内壁上贴设有橡胶垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件表面抛光装置,其特征在于,所述电机支架(23)上对称设有两根第一齿条(24),U形架(5)内通过安装台固定设有第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机为低速电机且其输出轴上固定连接有残齿轮(25),残齿轮(25)位于两根第一齿条(24)之间且与两根第一齿条(24)非同时啮合。
