机身;
转台,为如上所述的转台,所述转台的转动座转动连接所述机身;
臂架,所述臂架的一端转动连接所述转台的第一转动连接结构;以及,
驱动件,所述驱动件的两端分别转动连接所述转台的第二转动连接结构和所述臂架。
根据本申请实施例一个实施例的作业机械,所述作业机械还包括安装于所述机身的驾驶室,所述驾驶室位于所述转动座的前侧,在所述臂架处于收拢状态时,所述第一转动连接结构位于所述转台的转动轴线的前侧,其中:
所述第一转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的正上方;或者,
所述第一转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的前侧。
根据本申请实施例一个实施例的作业机械,所述作业机械还包括安装于所述机身的驾驶室,所述驾驶室位于所述转动座的前侧,在所述臂架处于收拢状态时,所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转台的转动轴线的前侧,其中:
所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的后侧;或者,
所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的正上方;或者,
所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的前侧。
本申请提供的转台及作业机械,通过将第一转动连接结构和第二转动连接结构布置于转动轴线的同一侧,这样在两个转动连接结构的间距相等的情况下,同侧布置的方式相对于异侧布置的方式,能增大第一转动连接结构相对于转动轴线的偏心距,从而为作业机械的臂架提供足够的设计空间。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请实施例一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请实施例中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请实施例保护的范围。
下面结合图1至图3描述本申请实施例的转台,该转台能用于作业机械,如图1所示,该转台1包括转动座11以及安装臂12。
如图1和图3所示,转动座11形成有转动轴线A。转动座11是转动连接作业机械100上,这样转动座11会形成转动轴线A,即转动座11在作业机械100上会绕着该转动轴线A转动。转台1通过转动座11安装于作业机械100上,而转动座11的具体样式可以根据实际情况进行设定,例如,如图1所述,转动座11包括底板,板状的转动座11具有结构简单的优点。作业机械100上通常会设置有回转支撑结构,转动座11固定安装于回转支撑结构,以通过该回转支撑结构带动转动座11转动,如图1所述,转动座11设置有环形布置的固定安装结构111,转动座11通过固定安装结构111固定安装于回转支撑结构,且转动座11的转动轴线A位于固定安装结构111的内侧,此处需要特殊说明的是,环形布置的固定安装结构111是布置于一环形区域内,该环形区域的内侧为固定安装结构111的内侧,该环形区域的外侧为固定安装结构111的外侧。其中,固定安装结构111的具体设置方式是跟转动座11与回转支撑结构之间的安装方式相关的,例如,如图1所述,在本实施例中,固定安装结构111包括多个安装孔,多个安装孔环绕转动轴线A且沿一圆形轨迹布置,这样转动座11与回转支撑结构之间可以通过螺接件固定连接。
如图1所示,安装臂12的一端设置于转动座11,安装臂12间隔设置有第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A的同一侧。如图2和图3所示,安装臂12的第一转动连接结构121转动连接作业机械100的臂架2,安装臂12的第二转动连接结构122转动连接作业机械100的驱动件5。以垂直 于第一转动连接结构121的中心轴线和转动轴线A的方向为第一方向,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122是沿第一方向布置的,且第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A在第一方向上的同一侧,相对于将第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122分别布置于转动轴线A在第一方向上的两侧,将第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A在第一方向上的同一侧能增大第一转动连接结构121相对于转动轴线A的偏心距。
本申请提供的转台1,通过将第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122布置于转动轴线A的同一侧,这样在两个转动连接结构的间距相等的情况下,同侧布置的方式相对于异侧布置的方式,能增大第一转动连接结构121相对于转动轴线A的偏心距。
通常的,如图1和图3所示,第一转动连接结构121到转动座11的底面的距离为H1,第二转动连接结构122到转动座11的底面的距离为H2,且H1>H2;第一转动连接结构121到转动轴线A的距离为L1,第二转动连接结构122到转动轴线A的距离为L2,且L1>L2。以转动轴线A的方向为上下向,以第一方向为前后向,安装臂12的下端连接转动座11,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A的前侧,那么第一转动连接结构121位于第二转动连接结构122的上前方;并且,如图1所示,在本实施例中,安装臂12设置有第一转动连接结构121的一端侧向超出转动座11,安装臂12的上端是朝前超出转动座11的。
第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A的同一侧,可以是第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122均位于固定安装结构111的内侧;也可以是第一转动连接结构121位于固定安装结构111的外侧,且第二转动连接结构122位于固定安装结构111的内侧;还可以是如图1所示,在本实施例中,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122均位于固定安装结构111的外侧,这样有利于增大第一转动连接结构121相对于转动轴线A的偏心距。
安装臂12设置于转动座11,可以通过增加安装臂12和转动座11之间的接触面,以让安装臂12牢固地固定于转动座11,具体地,如图1所示,在本实施例中,转动座11位于固定安装结构111的内侧和外侧的部 分均固定连接安装臂12,安装臂12对应固定安装结构111设置有避让槽123,这样能增加安装臂12和转动座11之间的接触面。同样的,如图1所示,在本实施例中,安装臂12的一端固定连接底板,底板在第一方向上的至少一端侧向延伸形成有延伸部112,延伸部112固定连接安装臂12,通过延伸部112的设置,也能增加安装臂12和转动座11之间的接触面。其中,延伸部112包括第一延伸部112a和第二延伸部112b,第一延伸部112a和第一转动连接结构121位于转动轴线A的同一侧,第二延伸部112b和第一转动连接结构121位于转动轴线A相对的两侧。
转台1通过安装臂12连接作业机械的臂架和驱动件,而安装臂12的具体样式可以根据实际情况进行设定,例如,安装臂12可以为连接杆;再如,如图1所述,安装臂12包括两个并行设置的侧板124,两个侧板124直立地设置于转动座11且间隔相对,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122均设置于两个侧板124,此种安装臂12的设置方式具有结构简单的优点。两个侧板124的板面间隔相对,两个侧板124相互靠近的板面为内侧面,两个侧板124相互远离的板面为外侧面,第一方向和转动轴线A均与两个侧板124的板面平行。其中,第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122具体设置方式是跟臂架和驱动件两者与安装臂12的安装方式相关的,例如,如图1所述,在本实施例中,第一转动连接结构121包括设置于两个侧板124的第一铰接孔,每一个侧板124上均设置有第一铰接孔,第二转动连接结构122包括设置于两个侧板124的第二铰接孔,每一个侧板124上均设置有第二铰接孔;并且,第一铰接孔处通常会设置有第一轴套,第二铰接孔处通常会设置有第二轴套。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,安装臂12包括加强板125,加强板125直立地设置于转动座11,每一个侧板124的内侧面和/或外侧面贴合设置有一个加强板125,加强板125对应第二转动连接结构122设置有穿孔。通过加强板125的设置,能够提升第二转动连接结构122处的结构强度。其中,在本实施例中,每一个侧板124的外侧面贴合设置有一个加强板125。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,转台1还包括沿转动座11的周向延伸的围板13,两个侧板124的外侧均设置有一个围板13,围板13直立地设置于转动座11且固定连接对应的一个侧板124的外侧面,通过围板13的 设置,能提升转台1整体的强度和刚度,并且,在本实施例中,围板13位于固定安装结构111的内侧,这样围板13对转台1的拆装不易产生干涉。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,转台1还包括第一封板14,两个侧板124设置有第一转动连接结构121的一端和转动座11靠近第一转动连接结构121的一端均固定连接第一封板14,通过第一封板14的设置,也能提升转台1整体的强度和刚度,并且,在本实施例中,第一封板14位于固定安装结构111的外侧。其中,转动座11的第一延伸部112a与第一封板14固定连接。
进一步,如图1所述,在本实施例中,第一封板14设置有开孔141,设置开孔141便于对转台1上的结构进行拆装检修。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,转台1还包括第二封板15,转动座11和两个侧板124的内侧面均固定连接第二封板15,第二封板15和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A相对的两侧,通过第二封板15的设置,也能提升转台1整体的强度和刚度,并且,在本实施例中,第二封板15位于固定安装结构111的内侧。
进一步,如图1所述,在本实施例中,第二封板15的自由端朝转向中心弯曲,这样第二封板15的结构刚性较好。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,转台1还包括隔板16,转动座11和两个侧板124的内侧面均固定连接隔板16,隔板16和第二转动连接结构122位于转动轴线A的同一侧,通过隔板16的设置,也能提升转台1整体的强度和刚度,并且,在本实施例中,隔板16位于固定安装结构111的内侧,且隔板16相对于第二转动连接结构122靠近转动轴线A。
如图1所述,在本实施例中,第一封板14、第二封板15和隔板16的自由端设置有缺口,这样能避免第一封板14、第二封板15和隔板16出现应力集中的情况。
下面结合图2和图3描述本申请实施例的作业机械,该作业机械可以为混凝土泵车、起重机或者消防车等,如图2和图3所示,该作业机械100包括转台1、臂架2、机身3以及驱动件5。
如图2和图3所示,转台1为如上所述的转台1,转台1的转动座11 转动连接机身3;臂架2的一端转动连接转台1的第一转动连接结构121;驱动件5的两端分别转动连接转台1的第二转动连接结构122和臂架2,臂架2具有相对的收拢状态和展开状态,其中,驱动件5可以为油缸或者气缸等。
本申请提供的作业机械100,通过将第一转动连接结构121和第二转动连接结构122布置于转动轴线A的同一侧,这样在两个转动连接结构的间距相等的情况下,同侧布置的方式相对于异侧布置的方式,能增大第一转动连接结构121相对于转动轴线A的偏心距,从而为作业机械100的臂架2提供足够的设计空间。
如图2和图3所示,作业机械100通常还包括驾驶室4,驾驶室4是安装于机身3且位于转动座11的前侧,当臂架2处于收拢状态时,转台1的第一转动连接结构121位于转动轴线A的前侧,而第一转动连接结构121与驾驶室4的具体位置关系可以有多种设置方式,例如,第一转动连接结构121可以是位于驾驶室4的正上方;第一转动连接结构121也可以是位于驾驶室4的前侧。将第一转动连接结构121延伸至驾驶室4的顶部,甚至超过驾驶室4,这样臂架2长度设计空间更大。
当臂架2处于收拢状态时,第二转动连接结构122也位于转动轴线A的前侧,而第二转动连接结构122与驾驶室4的具体位置关系也可以有多种设置方式,第二转动连接结构122可以是位于驾驶室4的后侧,即第二转动连接结构122位于驾驶室4与转动轴线A之间;第二转动连接结构122也可以是位于驾驶室4的正上方;第二转动连接结构122还可以是位于驾驶室4的前侧。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请实施例的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请实施例进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请实施例各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种转台,包括:
    转动座,形成有转动轴线;以及,
    安装臂,所述安装臂的一端设置于所述转动座,所述安装臂间隔设置有第一转动连接结构和第二转动连接结构,所述第一转动连接结构和所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转动轴线的同一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转台,其中所述转动座设置有环形布置的固定安装结构,所述第一转动连接结构和所述第二转动连接结构均位于所述固定安装结构的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转台,其中所述固定安装结构包括多个安装孔,多个所述安装孔环绕所述转动轴线且沿一圆形轨迹布置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的转台,其中所述转动座位于所述固定安装结构的内侧和外侧的部分均固定连接所述安装臂,所述安装臂对应所述固定安装结构设置有避让槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的转台,其中所述第一转动连接结构和所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转动轴线在第一方向上的同一侧;
    所述转动座包括底板,所述安装臂的一端固定连接所述底板,所述底板在所述第一方向上的两端侧向延伸形成有延伸部,所述延伸部固定连接所述安装臂。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的转台,其中所述第一转动连接结构到所述转动座的底面的距离大于所述第二转动连接结构到所述转动座的底面的距离;和/或,
    所述第一转动连接结构到所述转动轴线的距离大于所述第二转动连接结构到所述转动轴线的距离;和/或,
    所述安装臂设置有所述第一转动连接结构的一端侧向伸出所述转动座。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的转台,其中所述安装臂包括两个并行设置的侧板,两个所述侧板直立地设置于所述转动座且间隔相对,所述第一转动连接结构和所述第二转动连接结构均设置于两个所述侧板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的转台,其中所述转台还包括沿所述转动座 的周向延伸的围板,两个所述侧板的外侧均设置有一个所述围板,所述围板直立地设置于所述转动座且固定连接对应的一个所述侧板的外侧面;和/或,
    所述转台还包括第一封板,两个所述侧板设置有所述第一转动连接结构的一端和所述转动座靠近所述第一转动连接结构的一端均固定连接所述第一封板;和/或,
    所述转台还包括第二封板,所述转动座和两个所述侧板的内侧面均固定连接所述第二封板,所述第二封板和所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转动轴线相对的两侧;和/或,
    所述转台还包括隔板,所述转动座和两个所述侧板的内侧面均固定连接所述隔板,所述隔板和所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转动轴线的同一侧,所述隔板相对于所述第二转动连接结构靠近所述转动轴线。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的转台,其中所述第一转动连接结构包括设置于两个所述侧板的第一铰接孔,所述第二转动连接结构包括设置于两个所述侧板的第二铰接孔;或者,
    所述第一转动连接结构包括设置于两个所述侧板的第一铰接孔,所述第一铰接孔处设置有第一轴套,所述第二转动连接结构包括设置于两个所述侧板的第二铰接孔,所述第二铰接孔处设置有第二轴套。
  10. 一种作业机械,包括:
    机身;
    转台,为如权利要求1-9任一项所述的转台,所述转台的转动座转动连接所述机身;
    臂架,所述臂架的一端转动连接所述转台的第一转动连接结构;以及,
    驱动件,所述驱动件的两端分别转动连接所述转台的第二转动连接结构和所述臂架。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的作业机械,其中所述作业机械还包括安装于所述机身的驾驶室,所述驾驶室位于所述转动座的前侧,在所述臂架处于收拢状态时,所述第一转动连接结构位于所述转台的转动轴线的前侧,其中:
    所述第一转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的正上方;或者,
    所述第一转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的前侧。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的作业机械,其中所述作业机械还包括安装于所述机身的驾驶室,所述驾驶室位于所述转动座的前侧,在所述臂架处于收拢状态时,所述第二转动连接结构位于所述转台的转动轴线的前侧,其中:
    所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的后侧;或者,
    所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的正上方;或者,
    所述第二转动连接结构位于所述驾驶室的前侧。
