Definitions
- the present invention relates to a live-line distribution tool used for live-line distribution work in uninterruptible work for erection and maintenance of electric wires.
- a live-line distribution tool In the uninterruptible power cutting work, a live-line distribution tool is used so that the ends of the cut wires do not touch each other. Most live-line distribution tools have a wire gripper that grabs the wire, a wire tensioner that pulls the grabbed wire, and a wire holder that holds the wire that is pulled and bent or cut and becomes unstable. I have.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a conventional live-line distribution tool 100.
- the live-line distribution tool 100 is arranged so that a portion of the electric wire 200 that needs to be cut is included between the two wire gripping devices 102. Then, by contracting the wire tensioning device 101 to which the two wire gripping devices 102 are connected, the electric wire 200 is bent. The electric wire 200 is cut in a bent state, and is placed in a separated state by two electric wire holders 103 so that the cut ends do not touch each other.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a live-line distribution tool that is not affected by rainwater and can stabilize an electrically cut-off distribution state.
- the live wire distribution tool of the present invention is a live wire distribution tool used in a power failure-free construction method, and has a stretchable cylinder structure in which a rod is housed inside a tubular body.
- a wire device two wire gripping devices connected to both ends of the wire tensioning device to hold an electric wire, an electric wire holder attached to the wire tensioning device to hold the bent electric wire, and a rod. It is characterized by having two flanges for draining water mounted on the body at intervals and a water-repellent portion provided between the two flanges on the rod body.
- the flow of rainwater is blocked by the two draining flanges provided on the rods constituting the expansion / contraction mechanism of the wire tensioning device.
- the water-repellent portion is provided between the two flange portions, it is possible to prevent raindrops falling directly from being connected to each other. This makes it possible to more reliably maintain the insulating state of the region formed between the two flange portions.
- FIG. 1 It is a front view of the live line distribution tool which concerns on embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view which shows the use state of the live-line distribution tool of FIG.
- the insulator on the wire tensioning instrument is shown, (a) is a front view, and (b) is a perspective view.
- the electric wire holder and the grip portion on the rod body are shown, (a) is a front view, and (b) is a perspective view.
- the grip portion on the cylindrical main body is shown, (a) is a front view, and (b) is a perspective view. It is a figure which shows the conventional live-line distribution tool.
- FIG. 1 is a front view of the live-line distribution tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
- the electric wire 200 to be worked is represented by a dotted line.
- the wire tensioning device 2 has a telescopic cylinder structure composed of a cylindrical main body 2a and a rod body 2b housed in the tubular main body 2a.
- a wire gripping device 4 for gripping the electric wire 200 is connected to both ends of the wire tensioning device 2.
- the wire gripping device 4 has a structure in which the gripping force of the electric wire 200 is increased by being attracted to the wire tensioning device 2 side.
- a wire holder 6 for holding the wire 200 is attached to each of the tubular body 2a and the rod 2b of the wire tensioner 2.
- An electric wire holder 6 is used to stably hold the cut end portion of the electric wire 200 bent before cutting and the electric wire 200 after cutting. It is also used to sort the ends of the electric wires 200 after cutting. If the cut ends are separated from each other in the opposite direction by the electric wire holder 6 around the tubular main body 2a and the rod 2b of the wire tensioning device 2, contact during work can be prevented. Safe work is possible.
- gripping portions 10 and 12 are provided on the tubular main body 2a and the rod body 2b of the wire tensioning device 2, respectively.
- a grip portion 10 is provided at a position close to the connecting side with the gripping device 4 in the rod body 2b
- a gripping portion 12 is provided at a position close to the connecting side with the gripping device 4 in the tubular main body 2a.
- the gripping portions 10 and 12 have a structure that can be easily gripped by a gripping tool (described later with reference to FIG. 2) such as a yatco for remote control.
- the grip portion 10 has a structure that can be integrally configured with the electric wire holder 6.
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a usage state of the live-line distribution tool 1 of FIG.
- the electric wire 200 is represented by a solid wire, and the gripping tool 201 used to support the hot-line distribution tool 1 is also represented.
- FIG. 2 shows a state in which two gripping tools 201 grip the gripping portions 10 and 12, respectively, and the electric wire 200 is housed in the two electric wire holders 6.
- the two wire gripping devices 4 each hold the electric wire 200.
- the live-line distribution work using such a live-line distribution tool 1 is as follows.
- the electric wire 200 gripped by the wire gripping device 4 is pulled toward the center to form a dip. At this time, the electric wire 200 is stably held by the electric wire holder 6.
- the electric wire 200 having the bending formed in this way is cut.
- a stripping device capable of stripping the coating of the central portion of the electric wire 200 is required.
- a stripping device capable of stripping the coating from the end portion is required.
- the ends of the cut electric wires 200 are separated from each other to the opposite pole positions by turning one of the electric wire holders 6 around the axis center of the wire tensioner 2. By being separated in this way, it is possible to prevent accidents due to energization and to work safely.
- the gripping portions 10 and 12 can be gripped by the gripping tool 201, so that the work can be performed stably.
- one of the wire holders 6 holding the end of the wire 200 is swiveled around the axis of the wire tensioner 2 and returned to the original position.
- the expansion / contraction mechanism composed of the tubular main body 2a and the rod body 2b of the wire tensioning device 2 is gradually extended until the tension returns to the electric wire 200.
- FIG. 3 shows the insulator 8 on the wire tensioner 2.
- FIG. 3A is a view seen from the front side of the insulator 8, and
- FIG. 3B is a perspective view.
- the water-repellent portion 8b to which the water-repellent treatment is applied is shaded to distinguish it from the others.
- the two flange portions 8a constituting the insulator 8 are arranged to face each other so as to sandwich the water repellent portion 8b inside.
- a groove is formed on the outer periphery of each flange portion 8b so that rainwater flowing along the rod body 2b of the wire tensioner 2 (see FIG. 1) does not pass to the inner water repellent portion 8b. ing. That is, the rainwater that spreads from the rod body 2b along the outer surface of the flange portion 8a collects in the groove formed on the outer periphery of the flange portion 8a and has a structure that easily drops downward.
- the insulator 8 according to the present embodiment is provided with a water-repellent portion 8b inside.
- the water-repellent portion 8b prevents raindrops from spreading over a wide area, it is possible to prevent rainwater from being continuously connected between the two flange portions 8a. In this way, since the transmission of rainwater is doubly prevented, it is possible to reliably prevent energization on both sides of the wire tensioning device 2 even during work in rainy weather.
- FIG. 4 shows the wire holder 6 and the grip portion 10 on the rod body 2b of the wire tensioner 2 (see FIG. 1).
- 4 (a) is a front view
- FIG. 4 (b) is a perspective view.
- the grip portion 10 is formed with an electric wire holder mounting groove 10b so that the electric wire holding portion 6 can be integrally attached.
- the flange 10a is also formed at the end portion on the side to be gripped by a gripping tool or the like.
- the gripping tool 201 when gripping with the gripping tool 201 shown in FIG. 2, the movement is restricted by the flange 10a even when the gripping tool 201 is tilted with respect to the wire tensioning device 2. As a result, the gripping tool 201 can work safely without coming off the gripping portion 10. In remote control, it is difficult for the gripping tool 201 to convey the feeling of gripping to the operator, so that the gripping force may partially escape in a state not intended by the operator. However, even in such a case, safety can be ensured because the flange 10a regulates the slip and prevents the slip from falling off.
- the electric wire holder 6 can be greatly opened laterally by the closing tool 7 provided so as to be slidable up and down. Since the eye nut 7a is provided above the closing tool 7, the opening / closing operation can be easily performed by hooking the eye nut 7a on a remote control tool.
- a through hole 7b is formed in the closing tool 7 so as to extend in the longitudinal direction.
- the guide pin 6a of the electric wire holder 6 is arranged so as to penetrate the through hole 7b, and holds the closing tool 7 slidably and prevents the closing tool 7 from falling off.
- the closing tool 7 is stabilized in the sliding direction by the guide pin 6a and the guide groove 6b formed below the guide pin 6a.
- the lower end of the closing tool 7 is fixed by the fixing pin 6c, and the closed state is stabilized.
- the fixing pin 6c may be a screw that tightens the lower end of the closing tool 7, or may be a plunger that exerts pressure on the lower end of the closing tool 7.
- FIG. 5 shows the grip portion 12 on the cylindrical main body 2a of the wire tensioning device 2 (see FIG. 1).
- 5 (a) is a front view
- FIG. 5 (b) is a perspective view.
- the configurations other than the grip portion 12 are represented by dotted lines to distinguish them.
- the grip portion 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape that covers the tubular main body 2a.
- a flange 12a is also formed on the grip portion 12 as in the grip portion 10 shown in FIG. Since it is configured in this way, when gripping with the gripping tool 201 as shown in FIG. 1, even if the gripping tool 201 slips, the flange 12a regulates at the end portion, so that the work is stable. ..
- the closing tool 7 of the electric wire holder 6 is shown as an example of a configuration in which the closing tool 7 is opened by sliding it upward. However, it may be configured to be opened by sliding it downward. Further, instead of a slide, an opening / closing mechanism that swivels around the guide pin 6a may be used.
