腈纶纱线生产过程中,采用聚合釜、脱单塔、真空旋转过滤机、聚合物贮槽、高剪切溶解机、脱泡塔、原液压滤机、自动抓包机、棉箱除杂机、豪猪式开棉机、纺丝机、预牵伸机、丝束洗涤剂、染色机、热牵伸机、第一干燥机、卷曲机、定型机、上油机、第二干燥机、切断机和打包机。
实施例3:腈纶纱线生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、开清棉:将紧压的90%腈纶原料和10%的天然棉松解成较小的纤维束,开清棉的工艺参数为FA106型开棉机打手为梳针打手,打手速度500r/min,A076C型成卷机打手速度为840r/min,凝棉器风扇速度1350r/min,棉卷罗拉转速12r/min,棉卷干定量400g/m。
S2、精棉梳:将纤维束彻底分解成单根纤维,并清除原纤维中的大部分杂质,疵点及不宜纺纱的短纤维,制成一定重量、长度、厚薄均匀和外形良好的棉条,精梳棉工艺参数为定量18g/5m,锡林速度360r/min,刺辊转速950r/min,道夫速度30r/min,锡林-盖板隔距0.2mm、0.18mm、0.15mm、0.15mm和0.18mm,给棉板工作面长度38mm,给棉板抬高5mm,除尘刀高度+2mm。
S3、并条:头并的定量18g/5m,并合数7根,牵伸倍数9倍,罗拉隔距9×18mm,前罗拉转速1200r/min。
二并的定量17g/m,并合数8根,牵伸倍数9倍,罗拉隔距8×18mm,前罗拉转速1100r/min。
三并的定量18g/5m,并合数8根,牵伸倍数9倍,罗拉隔距9×18mm,前罗拉转速1100r/min。
S4、粗纱:将束条均匀的拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,同时将牵伸后的须条加以适当的捻回,粗纱工艺参数为后区牵伸倍数1.2倍,罗拉中心距55mm×65mm,粗纱捻系数70,前罗拉转速250r/min。
S5、细纱:将粗纱拉细到所需要细度,使纤维伸直平行,将须条加以捻回,细纱工艺参数为锭速15000rpm,后区牵伸倍数1.4,罗拉隔距30mm×48mm,钳口隔距5.0mm,捻系数430。
S6、络筒:将纱线绕成容量大、成型好并且具有一定密度的筒子,筒子重量为1.5-1.8kg/筒,络筒速度为900-1000m/min。
精梳棉工序和粗纱工序的环境相对湿度分别为70-80%和60-70%。
纱线脱水和烘干后,回潮率控制在4%0.2%。
粗纱工序中,需要把粗纱放置在蒸汽型膨化箱内,注入蒸汽升温至120℃,保持10分钟进行膨化处理。
细纱工序中,需要把细纱放置在蒸汽型膨化箱内,进行蒸汽定型处理,温度为70℃,时间为5min。
腈纶纱线生产过程中,采用聚合釜、脱单塔、真空旋转过滤机、聚合物贮槽、高剪切溶解机、脱泡塔、原液压滤机、自动抓包机、棉箱除杂机、豪猪式开棉机、纺丝机、预牵伸机、丝束洗涤剂、染色机、热牵伸机、第一干燥机、卷曲机、定型机、上油机、第二干燥机、切断机和打包机。
综上可知,本发明:通过反复试验对各工序参数进行组合、比较、归纳和总结获得结果,能够提高腈纶纱线纺织生产工艺,提高腈纶纱线的质量,使得腈纶纱线包括腈纤维和天然棉纤维的特点。
最后应说明的几点是:虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明的基础上,以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 腈纶纱线生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
    S1、开清棉:将紧压的90%腈纶原料和10%的天然棉松解成较小的纤维束,开清棉的工艺参数为FA106型开棉机打手为梳针打手,打手速度480r/min,A076C型成卷机打手速度为820r/min,凝棉器风扇速度1300r/min,棉卷罗拉转速10r/min,棉卷干定量380g/m;
    S2、精棉梳:将纤维束彻底分解成单根纤维,并清除原纤维中的大部分杂质,疵点及不宜纺纱的短纤维,制成一定重量、长度、厚薄均匀和外形良好的棉条,精梳棉工艺参数为定量16g/5m,锡林速度340r/min,刺辊转速900r/min,道夫速度25r/min,锡林-盖板隔距0.2mm、0.18mm、0.15mm、0.15mm和0.18mm,给棉板工作面长度38mm,给棉板抬高5mm,除尘刀高度+2mm;
    S3、并条:头并的定量17.5g/5m,并合数7根,牵伸倍数8.75倍,罗拉隔距9×18mm,前罗拉转速1160r/min;
    二并的定量17g/m,并合数8根,牵伸倍数8.32倍,罗拉隔距8×18mm,前罗拉转速1100r/min;
    三并的定量17.1g/5m,并合数8根,牵伸倍数8倍,罗拉隔距9×18mm,前罗拉转速1050r/min;
    S4、粗纱:将束条均匀的拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,同时将牵伸后的须条加以适当的捻回,粗纱工艺参数为后区牵伸倍数1.18倍,罗拉中心距55mm×65mm,粗纱捻系数65,前罗拉转速230r/min;
    S5、细纱:将粗纱拉细到所需要细度,使纤维伸直平行,将须条加以捻回,细纱工艺参数为锭速14000rpm,后区牵伸倍数1.21,罗拉隔距30mm×48mm,钳口隔距5.0mm,捻系数415;
    S6、络筒:将纱线绕成容量大、成型好并且具有一定密度的筒子,筒子重量为1.5-1.8kg/筒,络筒速度为900-1000m/min。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的腈纶纱线生产工艺,其特征在于:所述精梳棉工序和粗纱工序的环境相对湿度分别为70-80%和60-70%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的腈纶纱线生产工艺,其特征在于:所述纱线脱水和烘干后,回潮率控制在4%0.2%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的腈纶纱线生产工艺,其特征在于:所述粗纱工序中,需要把粗纱放置在蒸汽型膨化箱内,注入蒸汽升温至105℃,保持10分钟进行膨化处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的腈纶纱线生产工艺,其特征在于:所述细纱工序中,需要把细纱放置在蒸汽型膨化箱内,进行蒸汽定型处理,温度为70℃,时间为5min。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的腈纶纱线生产工艺,其特征在于:所述腈纶纱线生产过程中,采用聚合釜、脱单塔、真空旋转过滤机、聚合物贮槽、高剪切溶解机、脱泡塔、原液压滤机、自动抓包机、棉箱除杂机、豪猪式开棉机、纺丝机、预牵伸机、丝束洗涤剂、染色机、热牵伸机、第一干燥机、卷曲机、定型机、上油机、第二干燥机、切断机和打包机。
