Abstract
Description
(1)本実施形態に係る車両100は、走行姿勢と走行姿勢から折り畳まれた折り畳み姿勢とに姿勢変更可能に構成される(図1A,図4)。車両100は、前輪1および後輪2と、前輪1から後輪2にかけて前後方向に延在するメインフレーム10と、縦フレーム20と、縦フレーム20に支持されたハンドル23と、車両100が走行姿勢であるときにハンドル23が前輪1の上方に配置され、折り畳み姿勢であるときにハンドル23が後輪2の上方に配置されるように、ピン41を中心にハンドル23とともに上パイプ部211を回動可能に支持する回動支持部40と、後輪2の近傍に設けられ、車両100が走行姿勢から折り畳み姿勢に至るときのハンドル23の後輪2への接近を制限するフェンダー14と、を備える(図1A,図4)。
Claims (6)
- 走行姿勢と該走行姿勢から折り畳まれた折り畳み姿勢とに姿勢変更可能に構成された車両であって、
前輪および後輪と、
前記前輪から前記後輪にかけて前後方向に延在する第1フレームと、
第2フレームと、
前記第2フレームに支持された操舵部と、
前記車両が前記走行姿勢であるときに前記操舵部が前記前輪の上方に配置され、前記折り畳み姿勢であるときに前記操舵部が前記後輪の上方に配置されるように、回動軸を中心に前記操舵部を移動可能に支持する支持部と、
前記後輪の近傍に設けられ、前記車両が前記走行姿勢から前記折り畳み姿勢に至るときの前記操舵部の前記後輪への接近を制限する移動制限部と、を備えることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
前記移動制限部は、前記後輪の周囲に配置されたフェンダーまたは該フェンダーを支持するフェンダー支持部であることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項2に記載の車両において、
前記第1フレームに設けられ、前記車両が折り畳まれたまま、前記前輪が前記後輪の上方に位置する起立姿勢となるように前記車両を保持するスタンドをさらに備え、
前記フェンダー支持部は、前記スタンドであることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項3に記載の車両において、
前記スタンドは、前記車両が前記起立姿勢であるときに接地する接地部を有し、
前記接地部は、前記後輪の回転軸と前記フェンダーの後端部とを接続する第1線分が前記回転軸と前記接地部とを接続する第2線分よりも前方に位置するように設けられることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の車両において、
前記後輪は、左右一対の後輪であり、
前記フェンダーは、前記左右一対の後輪の周囲にそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項5に記載の車両において、
前記回動軸は、前記第2フレームの一部が回動可能となるように前記第1フレームよりも上方の前記第2フレームに設けられ、
前記第2フレームは、前記車両が折り畳み姿勢であるときに前記左右一対の後輪の間に挿入されることを特徴とする車両。
