Abstract
L'invention concerne une peinture à l'eau durcissable aux ultraviolets, un procédé de préparation associé et une application correspondante. La peinture à l'eau durcissable aux ultraviolets comprend les matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : de 30 à 40 parties de résine acrylique de polyuréthane modifiée aqueuse, de 25 à 35 parties de résine de silicone aqueuse, de 15 à 25 parties d'éther butylique d'éthylène glycol, de 15 à 25 parties d'acide acrylique de polymère hydroxyle, de 3 à 5 parties d'un extenseur de chaîne, de 2 à 5 parties d'un émulsifiant, de 2 à 10 parties d'un agent durcissant à la lumière, de 3 à 10 parties d'un catalyseur, et de 5 à 10 parties d'un initiateur. La peinture à l'eau durcissable aux ultraviolets peut être appliquée sur des matières plastiques.
