Abstract
Peinture anti-corrosion en paillettes composite aqueuse de zinc-aluminium, comprenant les matières premières suivantes : 25 à 30 parties d'une résine de sol de silice aqueuse, 20 à 30 parties d'une émulsion aqueuse d'acrylique de silicone, 15 à 20 parties d'une poudre de zinc en paillettes, 15 à 20 parties d'une poudre d'aluminium en paillettes, 15 à 20 parties d'une pâte colorée, 2 à 5 parties d'un agent de démoussage, 3 à 10 parties d'un agent de dispersion, 3 à 10 parties d'un auxiliaire de formation de film, et 2 à 8 parties d'un agent anti-sédimentation. Procédé de préparation d'une peinture anti-corrosion en paillettes composite aqueuse de zinc-aluminium, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : (1) peser les matières premières ; (2) tout d'abord mélanger et agiter la résine de sol de silice aqueuse conjointement avec l'émulsion aqueuse d'acrylique de silicone, puis ajouter la poudre de zinc en paillettes et la poudre d'aluminium en paillettes, et mélanger et agiter le tout ; (3) ajouter le mélange à la pâte colorée, et agiter et refroidir naturellement le tout ; et (4) ajouter de manière séquentielle l'agent de démoussage, l'agent de dispersion, l'auxiliaire de formation de film et l'agent anti-sédimentation pendant l'agitation, de façon à obtenir la peinture anti-corrosion en paillettes composite aqueuse de zinc-aluminium.
