Abstract
La présente invention concerne un revêtement d'amortissement antistatique à base d'eau, comprenant les matières premières suivantes : une émulsion acrylique de styrène spéciale d'amortissement à base d'eau, une émulsion acrylique pure élastique à base d'eau, une résine de polyaniline à l'état propre à base d'eau, une résine de polyaniline conductrice à base d'eau, une pâte colorée, un agent antimousse, un agent égalisant, un agent mouillant, un agent dispersant et un agent ignifugeant. Un procédé de préparation consiste à : (1) peser les matières premières ; (2) d'abord mélanger et mettre sous agitation l'émulsion acrylique de styrène spéciale d'amortissement à base d'eau et l'émulsion acrylique pure élastique à base d'eau dans un premier temps, puis mélanger et mettre sous agitation la résine de polyaniline à l'état propre à base d'eau et la résine de polyaniline conductrice à base d'eau dans un deuxième temps, et enfin réaliser le mélange et la mise sous agitation dans un troisième temps ; (3) ajouter le mélange à la pâte colorée pour mettre sous agitation et refroidir naturellement ; et (4) ajouter dans l'ordre l'agent antimousse, l'agent égalisant, l'agent mouillant, l'agent dispersant et l'agent ignifugeant dans la condition de mise sous agitation pour obtenir le revêtement d'amortissement antistatique à base d'eau. Le revêtement à base d'eau présente une viscosité modérée, une dispersion uniforme de matières premières, une bonne adhésion, un séchage rapide, de bonnes propriétés filmogènes, d'égalisation et de résistance à la corrosion, et une bonne facilité de mise en œuvre.
