Abstract
Peinture à base d'eau imitant fortement un panneau composite d'aluminium, et procédé de préparation de la peinture à base d'eau. La peinture comprend les matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : de 15 à 20 parties d'une résine acrylique modifiée par un fluorocarbone à l'eau, de 45 à 50 parties d'une résine de polyester saturé à l'eau, de 15 à 20 parties d'une résine acrylique de silicone à l'eau, de 15 à 20 parties d'une pâte de couleur, de 3 à 5 parties d'un agent antimousse, de 2 à 5 parties d'un agent d'étalement, de 2 à 10 parties d'un agent mouillant, de 5 à 15 parties d'un dispersant et de 2 à 10 parties d'un promoteur d'adhésion. Le procédé de préparation consiste à : (1) peser les matières premières ; (2) mélanger et agiter la résine acrylique modifiée par un fluorocarbone à l'eau, la résine de polyester saturé à l'eau et la résine acrylique de silicone à l'eau ; (3) ajouter ledit mélange à la pâte de couleur, agiter et refroidir de façon naturelle ; et (4), dans des conditions d'agitation, séquentiellement ajouter l'agent antimousse, l'agent d'étalement, l'agent mouillant, l'agent dispersant et le promoteur d'adhésion pour obtenir la peinture. La peinture permet d'obtenir une dispersion uniforme des matières premières, présente une viscosité modérée, une bonne adhésion, un taux de séchage élevé, une bonne propriété de formation de film, une propriété d'étalement, une résistance à la corrosion, et une facilité d'application élevée, peut complètement remplacer des panneaux composites d'aluminium, et permet d'économiser des ressources.
