Abstract
Peinture aqueuse super résistante aux intempéries, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. La peinture comprend une résine amino méthylée, une résine de polyester saturée aqueuse, une résine d'organosilicium modifiée par polyéther et aqueuse, une pâte de couleur, un agent antimousse, un agent d'étalement, un agent mouillant, un agent dispersant et un promoteur d'adhésion. La peinture comprend de l'eau en tant que solvant, est inodore, permet d'économiser une grande quantité de ressources, et ne contient pas de substances dangereuses volatiles telles que le benzène, le xylène, l'éthane et le formaldéhyde. La peinture présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion et de bonnes performances de surpeinture, et est résistante aux rayonnements, ininflammable et non explosive, ce qui élimine le risque d'incendie lors de la construction et du stockage associés, et ce qui réduit la pollution de l'atmosphère. La peinture peut être appliquée en construction dans un environnement fermé comme à l'accoutumée, c.-à-d., elle peut être directement agitée sans procédure de broyage, et son procédé de préparation est simple et fiable. La peinture est largement appliquée sur des matériaux enroulés et peut être appliquée en construction dans de grandes zones extérieures. Le procédé est simple et facile à construire, et la peinture présente une adhérence élevée à la surface du matériau enroulé, une résistance aux intempéries élevée et des performances d'utilisation simples. L'outil de revêtement peut être directement nettoyé avec de l'eau, ce qui réduit considérablement les dommages aux travailleurs de la construction.
