L'invention concerne une peinture antirouille à base de polyester modifiée à l'eau, un procédé de préparation associé et une application correspondante sur de l'acier, la peinture antirouille comprenant les matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : de 65 à 80 parties de résine de polyester modifiée aqueuse, de 10 à 15 parties de résine polyacrylique aqueuse, de 10 à 15 parties d'hydroxyméthyl cellulose, de 6 à 15 parties de benzoate de sodium, de 1 à 5 parties d'huile de méthyl silicone, de 3 à 5 parties de tributyl phosphate, de 2 à 5 parties d'agent plastifiant, de 1 à 5 parties de dispersant, de 1 à 5 parties d'agent anti-sédimentation et de 1 à 5 parties de promoteur d'adhérence.
