具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本床垫自动打钉机,包括由若干根横架和立架相互连接组合而成的机架主体,机架主体上设有供床垫放置并可带动床垫升降的升降辊筒机构,机架主体顶部设有可沿升降辊筒机外部环向往复移动且用于对床垫进行打钉的钉枪机构,机架主体顶部围绕升降辊筒机构外部设置有供钉枪机构环向往复移动的环轨输送机构,机架主体上位于升降辊筒机构与环轨输送机构之间设置有用于实现钉枪机构环向往复移动的环形拖链机构,机架主体上且靠近升降辊筒机构其中两对边的位置处均设有可前后及竖直移动的床垫侧边调型机构,靠近升降辊筒机构另外两对边的位置处均设有可前后及竖直移动的床垫调型机构,通过床垫侧边调型机构和床垫调型机构对床垫外围周边进行限位。
进一步细说,若干根横架和所述立架相互连接组合而成的机架主体中部形成有供升降辊筒机构装入的装入孔,升降辊筒机构包括可升降的升降底架和设置于升降底架上由若干个辊筒组成供床垫输入放置的辊筒线,辊筒线为两个,两个辊筒线间隔设置且均通过连接支架与升降底架相连接,升降底架内位于两辊筒线的下方设有一个用于驱动升降底架升降的伺服电机和由该伺服电机驱动从而带动升降底架升降的斜齿轮升降组件,斜齿轮升降组件由主传动轴、副传动轴一、副传动轴二和传动轴三组成,主传动轴位于其中一个辊筒线下方,传动轴三位于另一个辊筒线下方,主传动轴两端均配合连接有齿轮一,传动轴三两端均配合连接有齿轮二,配合连接在主传动轴两端的齿轮一伸出升降底架外,配合连接在传动轴三两端的齿轮二伸出升降底架外,主传动轴上还套设有斜齿轮一和斜齿轮二,斜齿轮一和斜齿轮二间隔套设于主传动轴上,传动轴三上还套设有斜齿轮三和斜齿轮四,斜齿轮三和斜齿轮四间隔套设于传动轴三上,副传动轴一两端均通过斜齿轮五分别与斜齿轮一和斜齿轮三啮合传动,副传动轴二两端均通过斜齿轮六分别与斜齿轮二和斜齿轮四啮合传动,副传动轴一上还套设有齿轮三,伺服电机的电机轴连接有与齿轮三相啮合的齿轮四,装入孔内且位于升降辊筒机构外部设有供环形拖链机构套设安装且呈环形状的环形固定轨道,环形固定轨道内壁安装有若干个分别与相对应齿轮一和相对应齿轮二配合连接的齿条,且该齿条与环形固定轨道通过夹合支架固定连接,伺服电机驱动齿轮四转动,与齿轮四 啮合的齿轮三转动,从而带动副传动轴一转动,通过斜齿轮一和斜齿轮三带动主传动轴和传动轴三转动,副传动轴二也因此附带传动,两个齿轮一和两个齿轮二均转动,由于环形固定轨道是固定的,那么夹合支架和齿条也是固定的,两个齿轮一和两个齿轮二便沿相对应的齿轮做向上转动或向下转动的运动轨迹,从而带动整个升降辊筒机构升降,从而带动床垫的升降,方便床垫的输入、输出和加工,伺服电机上还连接有减速器。伺服电机的电机轴上套设的齿轮四位于减速器外,升降底架上还设置有升降辊筒拖链,机架主体内设置有给升降辊筒机构的升降起到导向作用的导套导柱结构。
进一步细说,钉枪机构由钉枪、供钉枪安装的安装底板和位于安装底板下方的进给底板组成,进给底板顶部且与安装底板之间设置有控制安装底板前后移动的直线模组,安装底板和进给底板之间还设置有供安装底板前后移动的直线导轨,进给底板下方设置有带动进给底板、安装底板以及钉枪围绕升降辊筒机构外部环向往复移动的环轨平移小车,环轨平移小车上设置有拖链槽以及与拖链槽相配合的伸缩拖链,安装底板上还设置有控制钉枪工作的驱动电机,环轨平移小车下方设置有传动齿轮,传动齿轮通过连接轴与环轨平移小车连接,环轨平移小车与进给底板之间还设置有用于控制该传动齿轮转动的电机部,直线模组驱动安装底板在直线导轨的导向运动下前后移动,使钉枪的位置得到调节,需要打钉时就向前移动钉枪,之后向后移进行复位,再前移打钉,实现顺畅的打钉命令,环轨平移小车围绕整个升降辊筒机构外部环向往复移动,用于对床垫的各周边进行打钉。
进一步细说,环轨输送机构包括环绕于升降辊筒机构外部的固定环轨,环轨平移小车可沿该固定环轨环形往复运动,沿固定环轨的内壁环形设置有一圈环形齿条,传动齿轮啮合滚动安装于环形齿条上,电机部驱动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮啮合在环形齿条上并沿该环形齿条环向滚动,从而带动整个钉枪机构沿固定环轨环向往复移动。
进一步细说,环形拖链机构包括环绕分布于环形固定轨道外侧的环形拖链结构,该环形拖链机构还包括感应开关及伸缩导杆,环形拖链结构的设计用于实现钉枪机构的环向往复移动,感应开关能够感应钉枪机构所到达的位置,从而使相对应的床垫侧边调型机构和相对应的床垫调型机构做出避让,保证钉枪机构运行的稳定性和安全性。
进一步细说,床垫侧边调型机构均由侧边安装底座、设置于侧边安装底座上方的侧边固定隔板和设置于侧边固定隔板上方的侧边挡板组成,侧边安装底座顶部安装有控制侧边固定隔板前后移动的侧边平移模组,位于侧边平移模组的两侧设置有供侧边固定隔板前后移动的导轨组件一,侧边固定隔板顶部安装有两个间隔设置的固定连接板,固定连接板上均安装有升降气缸一,通过两升降气缸一控制侧边挡板的升降;
床垫调型机构均由主安装底座、设置于主安装底座上方的主固定隔板和设置于主固定隔板上方的主挡板组成,主安装底座顶部安装有控制主固定隔板前后移动的主平移模组,位于主平移模组的两侧设置有供主固定隔板前后移动的导轨组件二,主固定隔板顶部安装有控制主挡板升降的升降气缸二,床垫侧边调型机构和床垫调型机构均起到对床垫的限位作用,防止床垫在被打钉的过程中移位脱落,通过两个侧边挡板的前移和上移使其到达相应的位置处将床垫的其中两对边限位,通过两个主挡板的前移和上移使其到达相应的位置处将床垫的另外两对边限位,当钉枪机构运行至相对应床垫调型机构或床垫侧边调型机构的位置处时,感应开关感应,并驱使相对应的床垫调型机构和相对应的床垫侧边调型机构后移,保证钉枪机构的顺利通过。
床垫输入至辊筒线上,升降辊筒机构上升至相应位置处,之后床垫调型机构和床垫侧边调型机构往内靠拢将床垫限位,钉枪机构沿环轨输送机构绕床垫一圈,并给床垫其中一面进行自动打钉,完成后,床垫调型机构和床垫侧边调型机构复位,升降辊筒机构复位至初始状态,床垫移出本床垫自动打钉机外,并通过设备将床垫翻转到另一面,在本床垫自动打钉机的侧部还配备有功能及操作步骤均相同的床垫自动打钉机,并通过该自动打钉机去床垫的另外一面进行打钉。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,包括由若干根横架和立架相互连接组合而成的机架主体(1),所述的机架主体(1)上设有供床垫(60)放置并可带动床垫(60)升降的升降辊筒机构(2),所述的机架主体(1)顶部设有可沿升降辊筒机外部环向往复移动且用于对床垫(60)进行打钉的钉枪机构(3),所述的机架主体(1)顶部围绕升降辊筒机构(2)外部设置有供钉枪机构(3)环向往复移动的环轨输送机构(4),所述的机架主体(1)上位于升降辊筒机构(2)与环轨输送机构(4)之间设置有用于实现钉枪机构(3)环向往复移动的环形拖链机构(5),所述的机架主体(1)上且靠近升降辊筒机构(2)其中两对边的位置处均设有可前后及竖直移动的床垫侧边调型机构(6),靠近升降辊筒机构(2)另外两对边的位置处均设有可前后及竖直移动的床垫调型机构(7),通过所述床垫侧边调型机构(6)和床垫调型机构(7)对床垫(60)外围周边进行限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,若干根所述横架和所述立架相互连接组合而成的机架主体(1)中部形成有供升降辊筒机构(2)装入的装入孔,所述的升降辊筒机构(2)包括可升降的升降底架(8)和设置于升降底架(8)上由若干个辊筒组成供床垫(60)输入放置的辊筒线(9),所述的辊筒线(9)为两个,两个所述辊筒线(9)间隔设置且均通过连接支架(10)与升降底架(8)相连接,所述的升降底架(8)内位于两辊筒线(9)的下方设有一个用于驱动升降底架(8)升降的伺服电机(11)和由该伺服电机(11)驱动从而带动升降底架(8)升降的斜齿轮升降组件,所述的斜齿轮升降组件由主传动轴(12)、副传动轴一(13)、副传动轴二(14)和传动轴三(15)组成,所述的主传动轴(12)位于其中一个辊筒线(9)下方,所述的传动轴三(15)位于另一个辊筒线(9)下方,所述的主传动轴(12)两端均配合连接有齿轮一(16),所述的传动轴三(15)两端均配合连接有齿轮二(17),配合连接在所述主传动轴(12)两端的齿轮一(16)伸出升降底架(8)外,配合连接在所述传动轴三(15)两端的齿轮二(17)伸出升降底架(8)外,所述的主传动轴(12)上还套设有斜齿轮一(18)和斜齿轮二(19),所述的斜齿轮一(18)和斜齿轮二(19)间隔套设于主传动轴(12)上,所述的传动轴三(15)上还套设有斜齿轮三(20)和斜齿轮四(21),所述的斜齿轮三(20)和斜齿轮四(21)间隔套设于传动轴三(15)上,所述的副传动轴一(13)两端均通过斜齿轮五(22)分别与斜齿轮一(18)和斜齿轮三(20)啮合传动,所述的副传动轴二(14)两端均通过斜齿轮六(23)分别与斜齿轮二(19)和斜齿轮四(21)啮合传动,所述的副传动轴一(13)上还套设有齿轮三(24),所述伺服电机(11)的电机轴连接有与齿轮三(24)相啮合的齿轮四(25),所述的装入孔内且位于升降辊筒机构(2)外部设有供环形拖链机构(5)套设安装且呈环形状的环形固定轨道(26),所述的环形固定轨道(26)内壁安装有若干个分别与相对应齿轮一(16)和相对应齿轮二(17)配合连接的齿条(27),且该齿条(27)与环形固定轨道(26)通过夹合支架(28)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的伺服电机(11)上还连接有减速器(29)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的升降底架(8)上还设置有升降辊筒拖链(30)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的机架主体(1)内设置有给升降辊筒机构(2)的升降起到导向作用的导套导柱结构(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的钉枪机构(3)由钉 枪(32)、供钉枪(32)安装的安装底板(33)和位于安装底板(33)下方的进给底板(34)组成,所述的进给底板(34)顶部且与安装底板(33)之间设置有控制安装底板(33)前后移动的直线模组(35),所述的安装底板(33)和进给底板(34)之间还设置有供安装底板(33)前后移动的直线导轨(36),所述的进给底板(34)下方设置有带动进给底板(34)、安装底板(33)以及钉枪(32)围绕升降辊筒机构(2)外部环向往复移动的环轨平移小车(37),所述的环轨平移小车(37)上设置有拖链槽(38)以及与拖链槽(38)相配合的伸缩拖链(39),所述的安装底板(33)上还设置有控制钉枪(32)工作的驱动电机(40),所述的环轨平移小车(37)下方设置有传动齿轮(41),所述的传动齿轮(41)通过连接轴(42)与环轨平移小车(37)连接,所述的环轨平移小车(37)与进给底板(34)之间还设置有用于控制该传动齿轮(41)转动的电机部(43)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的环轨输送机构(4)包括环绕于升降辊筒机构(2)外部的固定环轨(44),所述的环轨平移小车(37)可沿该固定环轨(44)环形往复运动,沿所述固定环轨(44)的内壁环形设置有一圈环形齿条(45),所述的传动齿轮(41)啮合滚动安装于环形齿条(45)上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的环形拖链机构(5)包括环绕分布于环形固定轨道(26)外侧的环形拖链结构(46),该环形拖链机构(5)还包括感应开关及伸缩导杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的床垫侧边调型机构(6)均由侧边安装底座(47)、设置于侧边安装底座(47)上方的侧边固定隔板(48)和设置于侧边固定隔板(48)上方的侧边挡板(49)组成,所述的侧边安装底座(47)顶部安装有控制侧边固定隔板(48)前后移动的侧边平移模组(50),位于所述侧边平移模组(50)的两侧设置有供侧边固定隔板(48)前后移动的导轨组件一(51),所述的侧边固定隔板(48)顶部安装有两个间隔设置的固定连接板(52),所述的固定连接板(52)上均安装有升降气缸一(53),通过两所述升降气缸一(53)控制侧边挡板(49)的升降。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫自动打钉机,其特征在于,所述的床垫调型机构(7)均由主安装底座(54)、设置于主安装底座(54)上方的主固定隔板(55)和设置于主固定隔板(55)上方的主挡板(56)组成,所述的主安装底座(54)顶部安装有控制主固定隔板(55)前后移动的主平移模组(57),位于所述主平移模组(57)的两侧设置有供主固定隔板(55)前后移动的导轨组件二(58),所述的主固定隔板(55)顶部安装有控制主挡板(56)升降的升降气缸二(59)。
