床垫是保证消费者获得健康而又舒适的睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品,现有技术的中国床垫智能制造流水线的加工生产上,人们越来越重视生产流水线上的生产效率,在现有床垫生产加工流水线上,在流水线末端上的对成品床垫进行套袋包装工序依旧采用传统的人工套袋的生产工艺,影响了床垫流水线上的加工生产效率和增加了人工劳动力成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种自动化程度高且能减少人工劳动成本的床垫套袋机。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种床垫套袋机,包括床垫套袋机本体,其特征在于,该床垫套袋机体由皮带输送装置、能将成品床垫进行对中的对中装置和将套袋撑开的撑开单元组成,该床垫套袋机设置有供皮带输送装置、对中装置和撑开单元安装的安装架,所述的安装架上设置有用于支撑撑开单元活动的航架,所述的安装架上位于皮带输送装置两侧上固定安装有若干个辅助滚筒,所述的航架上设置有用于测量成品床垫高度的激光测高仪。

工作原理
成品床垫通过流水线输送到床垫套袋机,当成品床垫到位后,通过激光测高仪8进行高度测量,然后通过设置于皮带9输送装置2两端的矫正板11进行对中矫正,在进行对中矫正时候,同时通过安装与矫正板11外侧上的固定杆27,该固定杆27一端固定连接于滑动底座26上,来带动其上撑板17和下撑板18的纵向移动,通过同步对中的方式,来保证成品床垫精准的进入套袋内,对中到位后,根据航架6上的激光测高仪8测量的高度,通过设置于航架6上的驱动结构来实现对上撑板17的升降运动,使得套袋口子能够精准的进入床垫,最后通过皮带9输送装置2和辅助滚筒7来完成床垫套袋的加工工艺。
进一步细说,皮带9输送装置2由皮带9和带动皮带9运动的驱动电机10组成,驱动电机10固定安装于安装架5上,通过驱动电机10到你皮带9运动从而实现带动成品床垫移动。
