- 一种用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,包括固定架(1)、渡板(2)、转运机构(3),所述固定架(1)设在轨道车辆本体(6)的顶部,所述渡板(2)、转运机构(3)均滑设于所述固定架(1)上,且所述渡板(2)设在所述转运机构(3)的下方;所述渡板(2)可相对固定架(1)沿轨道车辆的左右方向运动,至渡板(2)的一端搭设于另一轨道车辆或平台的顶部;所述转运机构(3)可相对固定架(1)沿轨道车辆的左右方向运动,至转运机构(3)的一端伸入另一轨道车辆或平台顶部的货物架下方;所述转运机构(3)包括滑设于固定架(1)上的托架(31)、设于托架(31)上方的罩板(33),以及连接于托架(31)和罩板(33)之间的升降机构(32),所述升降机构(32)用于驱动罩板(33)相对所述托架(31)升降。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述固定架(1)包括两条沿轨道车辆左右方向布置的导轨(11),两条所述导轨(11)平行布置,所述导轨(11)的顶面开设有第一滑槽(111),所述托架(31)与第一滑槽(111)对应的位置设有与第一滑槽(111)配合的滑条(311),所述滑条(311)滑设于相应的第一滑槽(111)中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽(111)为T型槽,所述滑条(311)的底部转动连接有辅助所述转运机构(3)滑动的导轮(312)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,两条所述导轨(11)彼此相对的侧面上开设有第二滑槽(112),第二滑槽(112)沿轨道车辆的左右方向延伸,所述渡板(2)滑设于两个第二滑槽(112)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述固定架(1)和渡板(2)之间连接有第一驱动机构(4),所述第一驱动机构(4)用于驱动所述渡板(2)沿轨道车辆的左右方向往复移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述轨道车辆本体(6)和转运机构(3)之间连接有第二驱动机构(5),所述第二驱动机构(5)用于驱动转运机构(3)沿轨道车辆的左右方向往复移动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述托架 (31)上设有沿轨道车辆左右方向布置的齿条(313),所述第二驱动机构(5)包括安装于轨道车辆本体(6)上的驱动电机(51)、与驱动电机(51)传动相连的齿轮传动机构(52),所述齿轮传动机构(52)具有与齿条(313)啮合传动的输出齿轮(53)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置,其特征在于,所述渡板(2)上转动连接有辅助所述托架(31)滑动的圆柱滚子(21)。
- 一种轨道车辆,包括轨道车辆本体(6),其特征在于,所述轨道车辆本体(6)的顶部设有如权利要求1-8任一项所述的用于轨道车辆的货物装卸装置。
