Description
本申请要求2020年9月25日递交的、申请号为202022147513.9的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部公开内容在此通过引用并入。
本申请涉及汽车车门密封技术领域,尤其涉及一种密封条组件、密封条装置及汽车。
车门与车身之间的密封依靠带泡形结构的密封条来进行密封。密封条在安装到车辆上后,密封条的断面结构形式便已固化下来。
理论上,密封条的断面若控制在设计值内,密封性能可以满足设计要求。
实际上,在车辆的量产过程中,车门与车身之间的内间隙因制造公差而无法保证一致的情况。
当内间隙超过设计值时,密封条的密封条泡管的压缩量会减小,则密封条的压缩力会变小,密封条的反弹力也会变小,从而导致密封性变差。
当内间隙小于设计值时,密封条的密封条泡管的压缩量会增大,则密封条的压缩力会变大,密封条的反弹力也会变大,从而导致车门的开关力变大,开关门品质变差。
现有技术中的车门密封条,其反弹力会随车门与车身内间隙的改变而改变,不能维持在预设的范围内,只能在密封条的生产过程中控制工艺或改变挤出模的形状来改变泡形结构,控制方式费时费力,增加了后期的维护成本。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种密封条组件、密封条装置及汽车,其能够克服现有技术中的缺陷,通过加压和减压自动调节密封条的反弹力, 控制方式简单,提高了密封性能和开关门的品质。
本申请技术方案提供一种密封条组件,所述密封条组件包括具有气腔的密封条、用于所述气腔进气与排气的双向阀以及用于监测所述气腔中的气压的压力传感器;
所述压力传感器的探针至少部分位于所述气腔中,所述双向阀的一端开口与所述气腔连通。
本申请技术方案还提供一种密封条装置,所述密封条装置包括气泵、控制器和前述任一项所述的密封条组件;
所述气泵通过通气管路与所述双向阀连接;
所述压力传感器和所述气泵分别与所述控制器通信连接。
本申请技术方案还提供一种汽车,所述汽车包括有前述任一技术方案所述的密封条装置;
所述密封条装置中的所述密封条组件安装在所述汽车的汽车车门上;
所述密封条装置中的所述气泵安装在所述汽车的汽车前舱内或汽车车门内。
采用上述技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
本申请提供的密封条组件、密封条装置及汽车,当车门与车身之间的内间隙变大时,密封条的气腔中的气压变小,压力传感器向控制器发出信号,控制器向气泵发出信号,气泵向密封条的气腔供气,将气腔中的气压增加至预设值,将密封条的反弹力维持在预设范围内;当车门与车身之间的内间隙变小时,密封条的气腔中的气压变大,压力传感器向控制器发出信号,控制器向气泵发出信号,气泵向从气腔中向外抽气,将气腔中的气压降低至预设值,将密封条的反弹力维持在预设范围内。
综上所述,本申请提供的密封条组件、密封条装置及汽车,通过加压和减压自动调节密封条的反弹力,无论车门与车身之间的内间隙如何变化,都可将密封条的反弹力维持在预设范围内,能够弥补制造过程中出现的误差,能够很好地维持开关门的品质和车门的密封性。

下面结合附图来进一步说明本申请的具体实施方式。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1-2所示,本申请一实施例提供的密封条组件,密封条组件包括具有气腔13的密封条1、用于气腔13进气与排气的双向阀2以及用于监测气腔13中的气压的压力传感器3。
压力传感器3的探针31至少部分位于气腔13中,双向阀2的一端开口21与气腔13连通。
本申请提供的密封条组件包括有密封条1、双向阀2和压力传感器3。
密封条1主要用于安装在汽车车门的车门外板100上,在关闭汽车车门时,密封条1密封在车门外板100与车身的侧围外板200之间。
密封条1具有气腔13,气腔13中具有空气,气腔部分为密封条泡管。在关闭汽车车门时,气腔部分可以密封在车门外板100与侧围外板200之间。
结合图3所示,双向阀2为能够双向通气的阀门,其安装在密封条1上。双向阀2的一端开口21与气腔13连通,其另一端伸出在密封条1的外侧。双向阀2的另一端可通过通气管路5与气泵7连接。气泵7为能够充气和抽气的气泵。气泵7可以通过通气管路5和双向阀2向气腔13中供气,以增加气腔13中的气压,提升密封条1的反弹力。气泵7也可以通过通气管路5和双向阀2从气腔13中抽气,以降低气腔13中的气压,降低密封条1的反弹力。
压力传感器3安装在密封条1中,其探针31的一部分伸入到气腔13中,从而可以监测气腔13中的气压。
在设计密封条1时,预先计算出车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙为预设值X时,气腔13中的气压P=a
0±b,此时密封条1的密封性能和反弹力都满足要求。
如因制造和安装误差,车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙小于X时,气腔部分的压缩量大,气腔13中的气压增大,压力传感器3监测到气腔13中的气压P>a
0+b,则向控制器8发出第一信号,控制器8向气泵7发出第三信号,气泵7接收到第三信号后会开始抽气,将气腔13中的部分气体抽出,将气腔中的气压降低至预设值,将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内。
如因制造和安装误差,车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙大于X时,气腔部分的压缩量小,气腔13中的气压减小,压力传感器3监测到气腔13中的气压P<a
0-b,则向控制器8发出第二信号,控制器8向气泵7发出第四信号,气泵7接收到第四信号后会开始向气腔13充气,将气腔中的气压提升至预设值,从而将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内。
本申请中,双向阀2可以采用自动阀门,例如电磁阀。自动阀门也可通过控制器8控制开关。
当气泵7不工作时,双向阀2保持关闭,避免气腔13中的气体排出。当气泵7开始工作时,双向阀2开启,气腔13可以充气和排气。
由此,本申请提供的密封条组件,能够通过加压和减压自动调节密封条1的反弹力,无论车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙如何变化,都可将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内,能够弥补制造过程中出现的误差,能够很好地维持开关门的品质和车门的密封性。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1-2所示,密封条1包括密封条本体11和设置在密封条本体11上的密封条管体部12。气腔13设置在密封条管体部12中。
双向阀2穿过密封条本体11,压力传感器3位于密封条本体11中。
密封条本体11用于安装在车门外板100上,其还用于安装双向阀2和 压力传感器3。
密封条管体部12为密封条泡管部分,气腔13形成在密封条管体部12中。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1-2所示,密封条1还包括设置在密封条本体11中的安装槽14。压力传感器3安装在安装槽14中。
在制造密封条1时,直接在密封条本体11上形成有安装槽14。组装时,将压力传感器3安装在安装槽14中,可以提高压力传感器3的安装稳定性。
在其中一个实施例中,密封条管体部12与密封条本体11一体成型。密封条管体部12和密封条本体11都由橡胶制成。在加工制造时,密封条管体部12与密封条本体11是一体硫化成型的,韧性好,使用寿命长。
在其中一个实施例中,密封条组件包括有两个以上间隔布置的双向阀2,可以提高对气腔13的充气和排气速率。
在其中一个实施例中,密封条组件还包括有与密封条1连接的卡扣4。安装时,密封条本体11通过卡扣4安装在车门外板1的边缘上,方便密封条的安装。
在其中一个实施例中,双向阀2穿过卡扣4。卡扣4为双向阀2提供安装位置,可以减小双向阀2对橡胶条1的磨损。
如图3所示,本申请一实施例提供的一种密封条装置,密封条装置包括气泵7、控制器8和前述任一实施例所述的密封条组件。
气泵7通过通气管路5与双向阀2连接。压力传感器3和气泵7分别与控制器8通信连接。
本实施例提供的密封条装置包括气泵7、控制器8和密封条组件。
有关密封条组件的结构、构造及工作原理,请参照前面对密封条组件的描述,在此不再赘述。
气泵7为能够充气和抽气的气泵。控制器8为芯片、单片机等。
气泵7通过通气管路5与双向阀2连接。压力传感器3和气泵7分别通过数据线6与控制器8通信连接。
当压力传感器3监测到气腔13中的气压P>a
0+b,则压力传感器3向控制器8发出第一信号,控制器8在接收到第一信号后会向气泵7发出第三信 号,气泵7在接收到第三信号后会开始抽气,气泵7将气腔13中的部分气体抽出,将气腔中的气压降低至预设值,将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内。

0-b,则压力传感器3向控制器8发出第二信号,控制器8在接收到第二信号后会向气泵7发出第四信号,气泵7在接收到第四信号后会开始向气腔13充气,将气腔中的气压提升至预设值,从而将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内。
由此,本申请提供的密封条装置,能够通过加压和减压自动调节密封条1的反弹力,无论车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙如何变化,都可将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内,能够弥补制造过程中出现的误差,能够很好地维持开关门的品质和车门的密封性。
在其中一个实施例中,通气管路5为软管。具体地,通气管路5为橡胶软管,方便在车身钣金的间隙中布置通气管路5。
本申请一实施例提供一种汽车。该汽车包括有前述任一实施例所述的密封条装置。
密封条装置中的密封条组件安装在汽车的汽车车门上。
密封条装置中的气泵7安装在汽车的汽车前舱内或汽车车门内。
具体地,密封条1安装在车门外板100的边缘上。
气泵7可以安装在汽车的汽车前舱中,也可以选择安装在汽车车门内,例如气泵7安装在车门外板100与车门内板之间。通气管路5可以根据实际安装需要布线,通气管路5连接在双向阀2与气泵7之间。
控制器8可以单独安装在车身上,控制器8也可以与行车电脑集成在一起。
由此,本申请提供的汽车,能够通过加压和减压自动调节密封条1的反弹力,无论车门外板100与侧围外板200之间的内间隙如何变化,都可将密封条1的反弹力维持在预设范围内,能够弥补制造过程中出现的误差,能够很好地维持开关门的品质和车门的密封性。
根据需要,可以将上述各技术方案进行结合,以达到最佳技术效果。
以上所述的仅是本申请的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本 领域的普通技术人员来说,在本申请原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种密封条组件,其中,所述密封条组件包括具有气腔的密封条、用于所述气腔进气与排气的双向阀以及用于监测所述气腔中的气压的压力传感器;所述压力传感器的探针至少部分位于所述气腔中,所述双向阀的一端开口与所述气腔连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封条组件,其中,所述密封条包括密封条本体和设置在所述密封条本体上的密封条管体部;所述气腔设置在所述密封条管体部中;所述双向阀穿过所述密封条本体,所述压力传感器位于所述密封条本体中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的密封条组件,其中,所述密封条还包括设置在所述密封条本体中的安装槽;所述压力传感器安装在所述安装槽中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的密封条组件,其中,所述密封条管体部与所述密封条本体一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封条组件,其中,所述密封条组件包括有两个以上间隔布置的所述双向阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的密封条组件,其中,所述密封条组件还包括有与所述密封条连接的卡扣。
- 根据权利要求6所述的密封条组件,其中,所述双向阀穿过所述卡扣。
- 一种密封条装置,其中,所述密封条装置包括气泵、控制器和权利要求1-7中任一项所述的密封条组件;所述气泵通过通气管路与所述双向阀连接;所述压力传感器和所述气泵分别与所述控制器通信连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的密封条装置,其中,所述通气管路为软管。
- 一种汽车,其中,所述汽车包括有权利要求8所述的密封条装置;所述密封条装置中的所述密封条组件安装在所述汽车的汽车车门 上;所述密封条装置中的所述气泵安装在所述汽车的汽车前舱内或汽车车门内。
