Description

一种铣刀研磨机 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械技术领域,涉及一种研磨机,特别涉及一种铣刀研磨机。
背景技术
切削刀具是机械加工中重要的加工刀具,这些刀具大都由优良的硬质合金、金属陶瓷等材料制成,制作成本较高,而在切削加工中,刀具刀刃必会产生磨损现象,严重时甚至发生崩角、折断等严重事故,致使刀具不可继续使用。发生磨损的刀具都会经过重新研磨以便重复使用,有效降低加工成本。铣刀作为切削刀具的一种,在机械加工中得到了越来越多的应用,将磨损、崩角的铣刀进行重新研磨可有效降低机械加工的成本。
现有的铣刀是利用大型的铣刀研磨专用加工研磨机进行研磨,其主要是利用复杂的操作结构进行研磨,研磨机在进行铣刀研磨时,通常是需要选择研磨的刀具,再选择相对应的铣刀夹筒,将铣刀放置在高速转动的砂轮的相应位置,再对各种铣刀进行全方位的研磨。该大型的铣刀研磨机占地面积大,加工研磨的操作复杂,需要专业的工作人员进行操作,劳动成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种操作简单且研磨精度高的铣刀研磨机。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种铣刀研磨机,包括机体、设置于机体内的电机以及夹头组,所述的机体上设置有研磨壳,所述的研磨壳内设置有与电机轴端相连的砂轮,其特征在于,所述的研磨壳的上端面上分别固设有铣刀后角研磨座、铣刀连刃端面研磨座和铣刀断刃端面研磨座,所述研磨壳的外侧壁上分别固设有铣刀连刃研磨座和铣刀断刃研磨座,所述的铣刀连刃研磨座设置于铣刀断刃端面研磨座的一侧,且与所述铣刀断刃端面研磨座相交连接,所述的铣刀断刃研磨座设置于铣刀连刃端面研磨座的一侧,且与所述铣刀连刃端面研磨座相交连接,所述的铣刀后角研磨座、铣刀连刃研磨座、铣刀连刃端面研磨座、铣刀断刃研磨座和铣刀断刃端面研磨座的中部均开设有供铣刀夹筒伸入安装的研磨孔。
在上述的一种铣刀研磨机中,所述的机架上设置有用于铣刀夹筒对刀的对刀装置。
在上述的一种铣刀研磨机中,所述的铣刀后角研磨座、铣刀连刃研磨座、铣刀连刃端面研磨座、铣刀断刃研磨座和铣刀断刃端面研磨座位于相对应研磨孔处的上端面上均固连 有与铣刀夹筒相配合且与相对应研磨孔同轴设置的装配环。
在上述的一种铣刀研磨机中,所述的铣刀后角研磨座、铣刀断刃研磨座和铣刀连刃研磨座中的装配环的端面上均开设有若干个销轴孔,所述的铣刀连刃端面研磨座、铣刀断刃端面研磨座和铣刀连刃研磨座上均开设有限位槽。
与现有技术相比,本铣刀研磨机具有以下优点:
1、本铣刀研磨机进行铣刀的研磨,具有操作较为方便且不易崩刃,且研磨精度高的优点,省去了普通的研磨机研磨不同尺寸的刀具时需要调试的步骤,提高了研磨效率,同时研磨刃的种类多样,从而降低研磨成本。

如图1所示,本铣刀研磨机,包括带有支撑脚的机体1、设置于机体1内的电机以及夹头组,且机体1的外周壁上设置有控制电机启闭的控制开关,机体1上设置有研磨壳2,研磨壳2内设置有与电机轴端相连的砂轮,研磨壳2的上端面上分别固设有铣刀后角研磨座3、铣刀连刃端面研磨座4和铣刀断刃端面研磨座5,所述研磨壳2的外侧壁上分别固设有铣刀连刃研磨座6和铣刀断刃研磨座7,所述的铣刀连刃研磨座6设置于铣刀断刃端面研磨座5的一侧,且铣刀连刃研磨座6与所述铣刀断刃端面研磨座5相交连接,铣刀断刃研磨座7设置于铣刀连刃端面研磨座4的一侧,且铣刀断刃研磨座7与所述铣刀连刃端面研磨座4相交连接,所述的铣刀后角研磨座3、铣刀连刃研磨座6、铣刀连刃端面研磨座4、铣刀断刃研磨座7和铣刀断刃端面研磨座5的中部均开设有供铣刀夹筒伸入安装且倾斜设置的研磨孔8,铣刀连刃研磨座6的中心线由内而外相对于机体1的中心线向下倾斜,铣刀断刃研磨座7的中心线由外而内相对于机体1的中心线向下倾斜,上述结构的设置使铣刀的断刃和连刃在研磨后具有斜度,铣刀后角研磨座3、铣刀连刃研磨座6、铣刀连刃端面研磨座4、铣刀断刃研磨座7和铣刀断刃端面研磨座5位于相对应研磨孔8处的上端面上均固连有与铣刀夹筒相配合且与相对应研磨孔8同轴设置的装配环10,铣刀后角研磨座3、铣刀断刃研磨座 7和铣刀连刃研磨座6中的装配环10的端面上均开设有若干个销轴孔,若干个所述销轴孔上可设置销轴来现在铣刀夹筒的位置,铣刀连刃端面研磨座4、铣刀断刃端面研磨座5和铣刀连刃研磨座6上均开设有限位槽11,并通过限位槽11现在铣刀夹筒的位置,铣刀连刃研磨座6上的销轴孔设置于限位槽11上,该限位槽11的形状根据实际需求要设置。
进一步细说,为了提高加工精度,机架上设置有用于铣刀夹筒对刀的对刀装置9,且对刀装置9与机架通过安装座相固连,对刀装置9包括对刀座,对刀座上具有筒夹固定部和对刀部,该对刀部上开设有凹槽。
