  1. 一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,包括防护壳(1),其特征在于:所述防护壳(1)背面的顶端固定设有安装套盒(2),所述安装套盒(2)的内部固定安装有减速电机(3),所述减速电机(3)的输出端穿过防护壳(1)的内壁,且固定连接有第一齿轮(4),所述第一齿轮(4)的一侧啮合连接有第二齿轮(5),所述第一齿轮(4)的另一侧啮合连接有第三齿轮(6),所述第二齿轮(5)一侧的中心轴处和第三齿轮(6)一侧的中心轴处分别通过第三连接杆(29)固定连接有第一扇形齿轮(7)和第二扇形齿轮(8),所述防护壳(1)的内部开设有空腔,所述防护壳(1)内壁的一侧固定设有限位板(15),所述限位板(15)的一侧开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内部滑动连接有滑块(30),所述滑块(30)的一侧固定连接有齿板(9),所述齿板(9)的一侧与第一扇形齿轮(7)啮合连接,所述齿板(9)的另一侧与第二扇形齿轮(8)啮合连接,所述齿板(9)一侧的底端固定设有两个固定环(16),每个所述固定环(16)的内部均穿插连接有连接柱(31),每个所述连接柱(31)与固定环(16)之间均穿插连接有固定销柱(17),两个所述连接柱(31)的一侧之间固定连接有圆形滤板(19),所述圆形滤板(19)的顶端固定连接有通水隔板(18),所述防护壳(1)内壁另一侧的底部开设有固定通槽,所述固定通槽的内部固定设有伸缩柱(21),所述伸缩柱(21)的顶端固定连接有弧形连接板(28),所述弧形连接板(28)的一侧通过两个第一连接杆(20)与圆形滤板(19)固定连接,所述防护壳(1)内部的底端固定安装有驱动电机(27),所述防护壳(1)内部的一侧固定设有隔水板(25),所述驱动电机(27)的输出端穿过隔水板(25)固定连接有搅拌扇叶(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:所述防护壳(1)一侧的中心处开设有进水接口(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:所述防护壳(1)顶端的两侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆(13),每个所述 电动伸缩杆(13)顶端的伸缩端均固定连接有U形限位块(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:每个所述U形限位块(11)的顶端均接触连接有限位柱(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:每个所述限位柱(12)的底端均固定连接有第二连接杆(22),每个所述第二连接杆(22)的底端均固定连接托板(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:每个所述托板(24)的顶端的一侧均固定设有多个连接块(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:所述圆形滤板(19)底端的边缘处开设有多个连接通孔,每个所述连接通孔与连接块(23)的尺寸相适配,两个所述托板(24)均位于圆形滤板(19)的底端。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置,其特征在于:所述防护壳(1)正面的顶端固定安装有开关面板(14),所述开关面板(14)的内部固定安装有两个电动伸缩杆开关、减速电机开关和驱动电机开关,两个所述电动伸缩杆(13)、减速电机(3)和驱动电机(27)分别通过两个电动伸缩杆开关、减速电机开关和驱动电机开关与外接电源电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用化工原料漂洗装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:有如下几种:
    步骤1、将各用电器分别通过开关面板(14)与外接电源电性连接,随后通过进水接口(10)将洗涤液通入防护壳(1)的内部,随后将待漂洗的原料放置于圆形滤板(19)的内部。
    步骤2、打开驱动(27)和电机减速电机(3)使得第一齿轮4传动第一扇形齿轮7和第二扇形齿轮8转动,从而带动齿板9上下位移,从而使得圆形滤板(19)内部的原料在水流中漂洗。
    步骤3、通过电动伸缩杆(11)推动限位柱(12)使得推板(24)拉动圆形滤板(19)上移,取出化工原料。
