根据图1、图2和图4所示,包括研磨箱1,研磨箱1顶端的四个边角处均固定设有连接柱2,四个连接柱2外壁的顶部均套接有连接套3,连接套3与连接柱2配合方便人员拆卸预热箱6,四个连接套3的顶端分别与预热箱6底端的四个边角处固定连接,预热箱6顶端的中部固定安装有搅拌电机9,搅拌电机9的输出端与搅拌杆20的顶端固定连接,预热箱6内壁的两侧均固定安装有电加热管19,预热箱6底端的中部固定设有下料斗21,下料斗21的底端与排料阀5的顶端固定连通,排料阀5外壁的底部套设有螺纹软管4,螺 纹软管4一侧的中部开设的固定螺孔内螺纹连接有固定螺栓,可将螺纹软管4固定在排料阀5上,螺纹软管4的底端与研磨箱1顶端的中部开设的进料口固定连通,研磨箱1一侧的底部固定设有排料管13,排料管13内壁的中部固定设有控制阀门,方便人员控制排料,排料管13外壁的一侧固定设有连接轴承,连接轴承的外壁与外齿轮14的内壁固定连接,所诉研磨箱1一侧的中部固定设有支撑板,支撑板的顶端固定安装有驱动电机18,驱动电机18的输出端与驱动齿轮17一侧的中部固定连接,驱动齿轮17的底端与外齿轮14的顶端啮合连接,外齿轮14一侧的边侧与连接管30一侧的边侧固定连接,连接管30内壁的一侧与滤料管15外壁的一侧螺纹连接,滤料管15外壁的另一侧开设有多个均匀分布的滤料孔,滤料管15顶端的中部与低端的中部均固定设有把手16,预热箱6顶端的一侧固定设有加料斗7,加料斗7内壁的中部固定设有开关阀门,方便人员控制下料,加料斗7外壁的顶部与密封盖8的内壁螺纹连接,密封盖8顶端的中部固定设有提手,预热箱6两侧的中部均固定设有吊环。
根据图1和图3所示,研磨箱1底端的四个边角处均固定设有支撑腿10,支撑腿10一侧的中部分别与电机安装板11的四个边侧固定连接,电机安装板11顶端的中部固定安装有研磨电机12,研磨电机12的输出端与传动轴的底端固定连接,传动轴的顶端与内磨块28底端的中部固定连接,研磨箱1内壁的中部固定设有与内磨块28相对应的外磨块27,研磨箱1内壁的底端固定设有导料块29,研磨箱1开设的进料口的一侧与分料斗22的顶端固定连通,分料斗22内壁的四个边角处均开设有第一连接螺孔,四个第一连接螺孔内均螺纹连接有连接长栓23,四个连接长栓23外壁的一侧分别与分料锥斗24顶端的四个边角处开设的第二连接螺孔螺纹连接,分料锥斗24的内壁固定设有连接板25。
根据图1、图3和图5所示,连接板25的底端固定安装有步进电机26, 步进电机26的输出端与扫料块31顶端的中部固定连接,扫料块31两侧的中部均固定设有铰链32,两个铰链32的一端均铰接有扫料条33,每个扫料条33的外壁均固定设有多个扫料毛刷,扫料条33与铰链32配合可使扫料条33在内磨块28和外磨块27上扫动,研磨箱1一端的中部固定设有控制盒,控制盒内部固定设有搅拌电机开关、研磨电机开关、驱动电机开关、电加热管开关和步进电机开关,搅拌电机9、研磨电机12、驱动电机18、电加热管19和步进电机26分别通过搅拌电机开关、研磨电机开关、驱动电机开关、电加热管开关和步进电机开关与外接电源电性连接。
在使用时,本发明一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,人员打开密封盖8,通过加料斗7添加原料,随后打开搅拌电机9和电加热管19,搅拌电机9带动搅拌杆20对原料搅动,电加热管19加热,可对原料预热更加均匀,预热完成后打开与螺纹软管4连接的排料阀5,即可使原料进入研磨箱1内,研磨箱1进料口与分料斗22连接,分料斗22通过连接长栓23与分料锥斗24配合可对原料进行分料,研磨电机12通过传动轴带动内磨块28,内磨块28与外磨块27配合,即可对原料研磨,在研磨时,步进电机26带动扫料块31转动,从而通过铰链32带动扫料条33在内磨块28和外磨块27上扫动,可对原料进行扫动,保证研磨更加均匀,研磨后的原料落在导料块29上,随后进入排料管13内,人员打开控制阀门,随后打开驱动电机18,驱动电机18通过驱动齿轮17带动外齿轮14,即可带动连接管30转动,连接管30带动滤料管15转动,在滤料管15转动时,原料进入滤料管15,即可对原料进行过滤,避免原料内含有大颗粒杂质,人员转动把手16可将滤料管15从连接管30上拆卸,方便对大颗粒原料进行再次研磨。
综上所述,该原料预热研磨装置通过驱动电机18带动驱动齿轮17从而带动外齿轮14,外齿轮14通过连接管30即可带动滤料管15,即可对研磨后的原料进行过滤,避免了研磨后原料内含有大颗粒原料的问题,保证化工产 品的质量更好,提高了合格率,同时通过把手16可拆卸滤料管15,方便人员清理大颗粒原料,使用更加方便,通过研磨箱1开设的进料口与分料斗22连接,分料斗22通过连接长栓23与分料锥斗24连接,对原料进行分料,使下料更加均匀,避免原料堆积的问题,保证研磨的正常进行,通过步进电机26带动扫料块31,扫料块31通过铰链32与扫料条33连接,可将外磨块27和内磨块28上的原料进行扫动,避免原料过多导致研磨不均的问题,人员操作更加便利。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,包括研磨箱(1),其特征在于,所述研磨箱(1)顶端的四个边角处均固定设有连接柱(2),四个所述连接柱(2)外壁的顶部均套接有连接套(3),四个所述连接套(3)的顶端分别与预热箱(6)底端的四个边角处固定连接,所述预热箱(6)顶端的中部固定安装有搅拌电机(9),所述搅拌电机(9)的输出端与搅拌杆(20)的顶端固定连接,所述预热箱(6)内壁的两侧均固定安装有电加热管(19),所述预热箱(6)底端的中部固定设有下料斗(21),所述下料斗(21)的底端与排料阀(5)的顶端固定连通,所述排料阀(5)外壁的底部套设有螺纹软管(4),所述螺纹软管(4)的底端与研磨箱(1)顶端的中部开设的进料口固定连通,所述研磨箱(1)一侧的底部固定设有排料管(13),所述排料管(13)外壁的一侧固定设有连接轴承,所述连接轴承的外壁与外齿轮(14)的内壁固定连接,所诉研磨箱(1)一侧的中部固定设有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶端固定安装有驱动电机(18),所述驱动电机(18)的输出端与驱动齿轮(17)一侧的中部固定连接,所述驱动齿轮(17)的底端与外齿轮(14)的顶端啮合连接,所述外齿轮(14)一侧的边侧与连接管(30)一侧的边侧固定连接,所述连接管(30)内壁的一侧与滤料管(15)外壁的一侧螺纹连接,所述滤料管(15)外壁的另一侧开设有多个均匀分布的滤料孔,所述滤料管(15)顶端的中部与低端的中部均固定设有把手(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述预热箱(6)顶端的一侧固定设有加料斗(7),所述加料斗(7)外壁的顶部与密封盖(8)的内壁螺纹连接,所述密封盖(8)顶端的中部固定设有提手,所述预热箱(6)两侧的中部均固定设有吊环。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述研磨箱(1)底端的四个边角处均固定设有支撑腿(10),所述支撑腿(10)一侧的中部分别与电机安装板(11)的四个边侧固定连接, 所述电机安装板(11)顶端的中部固定安装有研磨电机(12),所述研磨电机(12)的输出端与传动轴的底端固定连接,所述传动轴的顶端与内磨块(28)底端的中部固定连接,所述研磨箱(1)内壁的中部固定设有与内磨块(28)相对应的外磨块(27),所述研磨箱(1)内壁的底端固定设有导料块(29)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述研磨箱(1)开设的进料口的一侧与分料斗(22)的顶端固定连通,所述分料斗(22)内壁的四个边角处均开设有第一连接螺孔,四个所述第一连接螺孔内均螺纹连接有连接长栓(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:四个所述连接长栓(23)外壁的一侧分别与分料锥斗(24)顶端的四个边角处开设的第二连接螺孔螺纹连接,所述分料锥斗(24)的内壁固定设有连接板(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述连接板(25)的底端固定安装有步进电机(26),所述步进电机(26)的输出端与扫料块(31)顶端的中部固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述扫料块(31)两侧的中部均固定设有铰链(32),两个所述铰链(32)的一端均铰接有扫料条(33),每个所述扫料条(33)的外壁均固定设有多个扫料毛刷。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述研磨箱(1)一端的中部固定设有控制盒,所述控制盒内部固定设有搅拌电机开关、研磨电机开关、驱动电机开关、电加热管开关和步进电机开关,所述搅拌电机(9)、研磨电机(12)、驱动电机(18)、电加热管(19)和步进电机(26)分别通过搅拌电机开关、研磨电机开关、驱动电机开关、电加热管开关和步进电机开关与外接电源电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工生产用原料预热研磨装置及其使用方法,其特征在于:具体如下:
    步骤1、化工原料预热时,人员通过加料斗(7)向预热箱(6)加入化工原料,随后通过控制盒打开搅拌电机(9)和电加热管(19),即可对原料进行预热处理。
    步骤2、化工原料进入研磨箱(1),分料斗(22)和分料锥斗(24)对原料进行分料,步进电机(26)通过扫料块(31)和铰链(32)带动扫料条(33),即可扫动原料。
    步骤3、研磨电机(12)通过传动轴带动内磨块(28)转动,内磨块(28)与外磨块(27)配合对原料进行研磨,研磨后落在导料块(29)上。
    步骤4、研磨后的原料进入排料管(13),驱动电机(18)通过驱动齿轮(17)带动外齿轮(14),外齿轮(14)带动连接管(30)从而带动滤料管(15),转动中的滤料管(15)即可对原料进行过滤筛选,即可得到均匀的原料。
