一种手持吸尘器 技术领域
本申请涉及吸尘器技术领域,尤其涉及手持吸尘器。
背景技术
人们的日常工作生活中会在桌面上进行学习工作,比如图纸绘画、实验操作、模型制作和文字创作等时,易产生大范围的、不易清理的垃圾,且多为碎屑,极不易手动清理。为了快速方便的清理桌面,用于桌面清洁的手持吸尘器应运而生。
市场上现有的手持吸尘器存在结构复杂、拆装不便的缺陷。因此,有必要研究一种手持吸尘器。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本申请提供了一种手持吸尘器,具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的技术方案是:
一种手持吸尘器,用于对待清洁表面进行处理,包括:壳体,内部设置有容置空间、外侧周面成型有出风孔、底端面成型有进风孔,所述进风孔通过所述容置空间与所述出风孔连通;抽吸组件,设于所述容置空间内,用于在所述进风孔形成负压,以吸取所述待清洁表面的脏物;过滤组件,设于所述容置空间中,并较所述抽吸组件更靠近所述壳体下方设置,用于对所述脏空气进行过滤;以及至少一个刮擦件,设于所述盖体的底端面且围设于所述进风孔的四周。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述进风孔具有进风口,所述盖体的底端面上形成有沿所述进风孔的周向环设于所述进风口的外凸部,多个所述刮擦件位于所 述外凸部的外周;其中,所述外凸部构造为所述进风孔的底部延伸部,用于缩短所述进风孔底部与所述待清洁表面之间的间隙值,以提高所述进风孔处的真空度。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述外凸部环设于扩口状所述进风口与所述下盖底端面的衔接区域,且与所述进风孔同轴设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述外凸部具有用于气流导流的导流面,所述导流面在所述进风孔的径向方向上的截面为一段弧线或是多段弧线平滑连接形成的弧线链。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述进风孔具有第一中心轴线,所述出风孔具有第二中心轴线,所述第一中心轴线和所述第二中心轴线之间存在预设夹角,使得所述出风孔能够以斜向上的角度出风。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述过滤组件包括支撑件和过滤件,所述过滤件设于所述支撑件上;所述支撑件相对所述进风孔处设有一遮挡部,所述遮挡部在沿所述进风孔的延伸方向上至少部分覆盖所述进风孔。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述盖体包括:上盖,其外侧周面成型有出风孔;以及下盖,与所述上盖可拆卸连接,所述下盖与所述上盖扣合以形成所述容置空间;其中,所述支撑件连接于所述上盖,以使所述支撑件与所述上盖形成一整体后,能够一同与所述下盖可拆卸连接。
在本申请的一实施例中,还包括控制组件,所述与所述抽吸组件电连接,用于控制所述抽吸组件的启闭;其中,所述控制组件包括第一开关,所述第一开关用于当所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖分离时,控制所述抽吸组件停止工作。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一开关包括顶持件和与所述顶持件相抵接的第一触发件,所述顶持件用于在所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖连接时,对所述第一触发件施加作用力,使得所述第一开关能够保持导通的状态; 其中,在所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖分离时,所述顶持件能够与所述第一触发件分离,以使所述第一开关由导通状态变为断开状态。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述顶持件的一端与所述过滤组件连接,另一端与所述第一触发件抵接;所述第一触发件设于所述基座远离所述过滤组件的一侧,所述基座上设置有用于容置所述第一触发件的第一贯穿孔;其中,当所述过滤组件连接于所述上盖时,所述顶持件的另一端与所述第一触发件相抵持。

在本申请的一实施例中,所述控制组件还包括与所述第一开关串连的第二开关,所述第二开关用于控制所述手持吸尘器的启闭;其中,所述第二开关包括开关键和与开关键相抵接的第二触发件,所述开关键设于所述上盖的顶端面上,所述第二触发件设于所述基座远离所述过滤组件的一侧。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述刮擦件配置为在所述抽吸组件抽吸后能够使得脏空气呈旋转的态势进入所述进风孔;所述刮擦件为多个,每一所述刮擦件呈线性设置,包括靠近所述进风孔的第一端部和远离所述进风孔的第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部的连线与所述进风孔的径向方向之间存在第一夹角。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述刮擦件呈直线条状、渐开线条状、弧线条状、连续折弯的波浪条状中的至少一种方式设置。

本申请提供的手持吸尘器,其进风孔和出风孔之间形成了由下至上的气流 通道,基座、抽吸组件和过滤组件分别沿盖体中轴线方向上安装于容置空间内,具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点。进一步地,下盖的底端面形成有沿进风孔的周向环设于进风口的外凸部,外凸部能够提高进风孔处的真空度,能够更高效地将桌面上的脏物吸入,清洁效果好。

如图1至图4所示,本申请提供的一种手持吸尘器,用于对待清洁表面进行处理,尤其是对办公桌面的清洁,图1是本申请提出的手持吸尘器在一实施例中的结构示意图,图2是图1在仰视方向上的分解示意图,图3是图1在俯视方向上的分解示意图,图4是图1的剖面结构示意图。在本申请中,所述的 手持吸尘器包括:上盖110,其外周面成型有出风孔111;下盖120,与上盖110可拆卸连接;下盖120与上盖110扣合以形成容置空间;其中,下盖120的底端面成型有进风孔121,进风孔121通过容置空间与出风孔111连通;基座160,设于容置空间内;抽吸组件130,设于基座160上,用于在进风孔121形成负压,以吸取待清洁表面的脏物,使得包含脏物的脏空气能够从进风孔121流进容置空间;过滤组件140,设于容置空间中,并较抽吸组件130更靠近下盖120设置,用于对脏空气进行过滤;其中,抽吸组件130还用于在出风孔111形成正压,使得被过滤后的洁净空气能够通过出风孔111流出容置空间;控制组件150,与抽吸组件130电连接,用于控制抽吸组件130的启闭;以及至少一个个刮擦件170,设于下盖120的底端面且围设于进风孔121的四周。
也就是说,在本申请中,盖体采用分体式设计,包括上盖110和下盖120。当然,在其他实施例中,盖体可以采用一体成型设置。
通过上述方式,本申请中的进风孔121和出风孔111之间形成了由下至上的气流通道,基座160、抽吸组件130和过滤组件140分别沿下盖120至上盖110方向上安装于容置空间内,具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点。
工作时,刮擦件170能够使得下盖120的进风口1211与待清洁表面保持一定的间隙,使得进风口1211周围形成一定的微真空效应,以将待清洁表面上的脏物吸入。为了进一步提高进风口1211处的真空效应,下盖120的底端面形成有沿进风孔121的周向环设于进风口1211的外凸部180,多个刮擦件170位于外凸部180的外周。其中,外凸部180构造为进风孔121的底部延伸部,用于缩短进风孔121底部与待清洁表面之间的间隙值Z,以进一步提高进风孔121处的真空度。在本申请中,将外凸部180看作为是进风孔121的一部分,请参阅图4,在不设有外凸部180的情况下,进风孔121的底部与待清洁表面之间的间隙值为Z’;而在设有了外凸部180后,进风孔121的底部与待清洁表面之间的间隙值为Z,进风孔121的底部即为外凸部180,间隙值Z为外凸部180与待 清洁表面在上、下方向上的间隙,Z<Z’,由此,能够提高进风口1211处的吸力,更高效地将桌面上的脏物吸入,清洁效果好。
具体地,进风孔121的进风口1211呈下部大、上部小的扩口状设置,在沿下盖120到上盖110的方向上,进风口1211的孔径呈逐渐减小的态势,用于对进入进风孔121的气流进行降压。外凸部180环设于扩口状进风口1211与下盖120底端面的衔接区域,且与进风孔121同轴设置。
外凸部180的设置方式有多种,为了简化外凸部180的结构,以便于外凸部180安装至下盖120的底端面上,外凸部180设置呈环状凸筋。考虑到,外凸部180设于进风口1211处,气流在途经外凸部180后才能进入至进风孔121内,外凸部180上设有用于气流导流的导流面,以减小风阻。导流面在进风孔121的径向方向上的截面为一段弧线或是多段弧线平滑连接形成的弧线链,由此,能够有效地降低风阻,以利于气流进入进风孔121。可以理解地,外凸部180上的导流面的形状不限于此,也可以是弧线和直线的组合,在此不做进一步限定。
为了避免下盖120内积聚的灰尘从进风孔121飞扬至外部待清洁表面,在进风孔121的出风口1212设有压灰结构。进风孔121的进风口1211与出风口1212相对设置,出风口1212位于进风口1211的正上方且朝向过滤组件140设置。请继续参阅图3,下盖120呈内部中空、顶部开口设置,以形成用于沉积灰尘的集灰腔122,上述顶部、底端的方向与附图中的“顶部”、“底端”方向一致。进风孔121位于集灰腔122的中央,脏空气通过进风孔121进入集灰腔122。在本申请中,出风口1212呈下部小、上部大的扩口状,出风口1212的内径和外径在沿进风口1211至出风口1212的方向上呈逐渐增大的态势,以形成上述压灰结构。上述压灰结构能够在出风口1212进行扩压,降低出风口1212的风速,从而避免集灰腔122内的灰尘被气流卷起而飞扬。
在清洁桌面或是其他台面时,现有技术中手持吸尘器的出风孔吹出的气流 难免作用于桌面或台面上放置的物品,若物品质量较轻,如文件,出风气流容易吹散文件,造成不必要的麻烦。鉴于此,本申请中的出风孔111能够以斜向上的角度出风,从而降低吹出气流将待清洁表面的文件吹散的风险。具体地,进风孔121具有第一中心轴线L,出风孔111具有第二中心轴线H,第一中心轴线L和第二中心轴线H之间存在预设夹角M,使得出风孔111能够以斜向上的角度出风。
考虑到出风孔111的倾斜角度过大或是过小都会影响其出风效果,因此,将预设角度M的范围设置在15°~75°之间,优选的,预设角度M的取值为30°、45°、60°,在上述取值下,风阻较小,出风孔111的出风效果较好。

进一步,过滤组件140包括支撑件141和过滤件142,过滤件142设于支撑件141上。考虑到所述的手持吸尘器的过滤件142在使用后会堆积大量的灰尘和脏物,因此,需定时对其进行清洗,以保证其过滤性能。鉴于此,将过滤件142以可拆卸的方式设于支撑件141,支撑件141上设置有用于过滤件142卡位的限位结构144。过滤件142用于过滤脏空气,过滤件142包括滤网1421和滤 芯1422,滤网1421可以选用为尼龙网,滤芯1422可以选用为海绵块,过滤件142属于现有技术,在此不做进一步限定。
具体地,支撑件141于中部向下凹陷形成用于安装过滤件142的安装槽143,安装槽143的周向镂空以形成供脏空气流入的过滤开口145,限位结构144设于安装槽143的槽顶边沿。在一具体应用场景中,上述限位结构144为成型于安装槽槽顶边沿上的卡块,卡块用于在轴向方向上实现过滤件142的限位。安装槽143的底部形成有遮挡部1414,遮挡部1414相对进风孔121处设置,遮挡部1414在沿进风口1211至出风口1212的方向上至少部分覆盖进风孔121。当用户的手指或是外物沿进风孔121的轴向方向误伸入进风孔121后,在遮挡部1414的阻挡下,手指或是外物不能更进一步向内部伸入,从而避免与手持吸尘器内部的抽吸组件130接触,具有使用安全可靠的优点。
考虑到遮挡部1414的遮挡效果,在进风孔121的轴向方向上,遮挡部1414设置成完全覆盖住进风孔121,具体地,遮挡部1414大体呈圆盘状,且与进风孔121同轴设置。由此,能够有效防止手指或是外物伸入所述的手持吸尘器的内部。
考虑到遮挡部1414会改变脏空气的流动方向,因此,遮挡部1414需具有引导气流流动的功能。具体地,遮挡部1414在自其中心往边缘延伸的方向上,大致呈逐渐斜向下翘曲的态势,进而引导脏空气流向过滤开口145处。请继续参阅图4并结合图5,图5是图1中所述过滤组件的分解结构示意图,附图4中的空心箭头代表脏空气的流动路径,脏空气经由进风孔121竖直进入手持吸尘器后,在遮挡部1414的作用下,改变了脏空气竖直抽吸的状态,脏空气能够以一定的拐弯弧度向过滤开口145方向运动,由此,有效延长了脏空气的流动路径,避免脏空气以竖直抽吸的方式进行过滤,从而有利于脏空气的尘气分离。
进一步,抽吸组件130包括电机131和叶轮132,电机131设于基座160远离下盖120的一侧,叶轮132设于基座160靠近下盖120的另一侧,电机131 的输出轴贯穿基座160与叶轮132连接,以驱使叶轮132旋转,从而形成抽吸气流。上述抽吸气流从进风孔121流入,途经过滤开口145和过滤件142,最后从出风孔111流出。优选的,进风孔121位于叶轮132的正下方,由此,能够有效减小气流损失。
为了避免用户在倒灰过程中触碰到叶轮132,支撑件141连接于上盖110,以使支撑件141与上盖110形成一整体后,能够一同与下盖120可拆卸连接。由此,即便在下盖120与上盖110分离后,用户是不能够触碰到叶轮132,具有使用安全、可靠的优点。
考虑到拆装的便捷性,支撑件141和上盖110之间以及上盖110和下盖120之间均采用可拆卸连接的方式。上盖110呈内部中空、底部开口设置;下盖120呈内部中空、顶部开口设置。在一具体应用场景中,上盖110的底部开口和下盖的顶部开口其中之一设有第一卡块,其中另一设有与第一卡块配合的第一卡槽。支撑件141的外侧壁和上盖110的内侧壁其中之一设有第二卡块,其中另一设有与第二卡块配合的第二卡槽。在另一具体应用场景中,上盖110的底部开口和下盖的顶部开口通过螺纹连接。支撑件141的外侧壁和上盖110的内侧壁其中之一设有第二卡块,其中另一设有与第二卡块配合的第二卡槽。
控制组件150包括第一开关151和第二开关152,第一开关151和第二开关152相串连。第一开关151用于当上盖110与过滤组件140或是下盖120分离时,控制抽吸组件130停止工作。第二开关152用于控制所述手持吸尘器的启闭。
进一步,第一开关151包括顶持件1511和与顶持件1511相抵接的第一触发件1512,顶持件1511用于在上盖110与过滤组件140或是下盖120连接时,对第一触发件1512施加作用力,使得第一开关151能够保持导通的状态。其中,在上盖110与过滤组件140或是下盖120分离时,顶持件1511能够与第一触发件1512分离,以使第一开关151由导通状态变为断开状态。
在本申请中,顶持件1511的设置方式有两种,顶持件1511的两种设置方 式分别对应于当上盖110与过滤组件140分离时可控制抽吸组件130停止工作的模式和当上盖110与下盖120分离时可控制抽吸组件130停止工作的模式。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3,附图3示意了顶持件1511的其中一种设置方式,具体地,顶持件1511的一端与过滤组件140连接,另一端与第一触发件1512抵接。第一触发件1512设于基座160远离过滤组件140的一侧,基座160上设置有用于容置第一触发件1512的第一贯穿孔161。当过滤组件140连接于上盖110时,顶持件1511的另一端与第一触发件1512相抵持。在本实施例中,顶持件1511呈矮柱状;第一触发件1512沿进风孔121的轴向方向延伸,基座160靠近过滤组件140的一侧设有沿进风孔121的轴向方向分布的柱套1611,柱套1611内容置有第一触发件1512;矮柱状顶持件1511的顶部形成有能够延伸进柱套1611底部的球面部。当过滤组件140连接于上盖110时,矮柱状顶持件1511顶部的球面部与柱套1611内的第一触发件1512相抵持,从而对第一触发件1512施加作用力,使得第一开关151能够保持导通的状态。
在另一实施例中,请参阅图6,图6是本申请提出的手持吸尘器在另一实施例中的结构示意图,附图6示意了顶持件1511a的其中另一种设置方式,具体地,顶持件1511a的一端与下盖120a连接,另一端贯穿过滤组件140a与第一触发件1512a抵接。第一触发件1512a设于基座160a远离过滤组件140a的一侧,基座160a上设置有用于容置顶持件1511a的第一贯穿孔161a,过滤组件140a上设有用于容置顶持件1511a的第二贯穿孔146a。其中,当下盖120a连接于上盖110a时,顶持件1511a的另一端依次通过第二贯穿孔146a和第一贯穿孔161a与第一触发件1512a相抵持。在本实施例中,顶持件1511a呈细长柱体,以便于依次通过第二贯穿孔146a和第一贯穿孔161a与第一触发件1512a相抵持,从而对第一触发件1512a施加作用力,使得第一开关151a能够保持导通的状态。
进一步,第二开关152包括开关键1521和与开关键1521相抵接的第二触发件1522。考虑到用户的使用习惯和按压的方便程度,将开关键1521设于上盖 110的顶端面上,第二触发件1522设于基座160远离过滤组件140的一侧。
进一步,刮擦件170不仅能够使得下盖120的进风孔121与待清洁表面保持一定的间隙,使得进风孔121周围形成一定的微真空效应,还能将待清洁表面上粘附的脏物刷开,以便于吸入所述手持吸尘器。为了更好的将待清洁表面上的脏物吸入所述手持吸尘器,刮擦件170配置为在抽吸组件抽吸后能够使得脏空气呈旋转的态势进入进风孔121。
刮擦件170的设置方式有多种,刮擦件170可以呈直线条状、渐开线条状、弧线条状、连续折弯的波浪条状中的至少一种方式设置,每一刮擦件170呈线性设置。请参阅图7,图7是图6中所述刮擦件的分布示意图,刮擦件170a为多个,刮擦件170a呈直线条状设置,具体地,刮擦件170a包括靠近进风孔121a的第一端部和远离进风孔121a的第二端部,第一端部和第二端部的连线与进风孔121a的径向方向之间存在第一夹角P,进风孔121a的径向方向是指进风孔121a所在圆心与刮擦件170a上任意一点的连线,为了便于阐述,上述径向方向是指进风孔121a所在圆心与第一端部之间的连线。第一夹角P的范围在15°~45°之间,优选的,第一夹角P的取值为20°、25°、30°、35°和40°,在上述取值下,刮擦件170a能够使得脏空气具有较为理想的旋转趋势,从而提高手持吸尘器的抽吸效率。请参阅图8,图8是图7中所述刮擦件的一演变结构示意图。刮擦件170b还可以呈弧线条状,弧线条状的两端连线与与进风孔121b的径向方向之间存在第一夹角P。请参阅图9,图9是图7中所述刮擦件的另一演变结构示意图。在附图9中刮擦件170c的数量为一个,由于刮擦件170c需使得脏空气具有初步旋转的趋势,因此,刮擦件170c优选为螺旋线,螺旋线自下盖120c的中心往边沿延伸的方向上呈逐渐扩展的态势。
考虑到刮擦件170需具备将待清洁表面的脏物刷开的作用,刮擦件170优选为毛刷条,请参阅图2,毛刷条式的刮擦件170包括衬底171以及立设于衬底171一侧上的绒毛172。其中,衬底171的另一侧与下盖120的底端面可拆卸连 接,绒毛172的自由端远离底端面设置。可以理解地,衬底171可通过魔术贴或是卡槽配合。魔术贴的连接方式具有拆装方便、快捷的优点;卡槽配合的连接方式具有连接稳定可靠的优点。具体选用何种方式连接可根据实际使用情况而定。当然,刮擦件170并不局限于上述毛刷条,还可以为抹布、海绵块或是具有凸点状的清洁件等具有清洁功用的物体。
毛刷条式的刮擦件170设置形式有多种,为了提高刮擦件170的清洁能力,下盖120底端面上相邻两个刮擦件170中的绒毛172分别具有第一硬度和第二硬度,第一硬度与第二硬度不同。第一硬度小于第二硬度;其中,具有第一硬度的刮擦件170中的绒毛S1的线径为0.01-0.04mm,绒毛S1的线径可以为0.015mm、0.02mm、0.025mm、0.03mm和0.035mm,在上述取值下,绒毛S1具有较好的韧性。具有第二硬度的刮擦件170中的绒毛S2的线径为0.19-0.21mm,绒毛S2的线径可以为0.195mm、0.20mm和0.205mm,在上述取值下,绒毛S2具有较好的抗变形能力。在本实施例中,具有第一硬度的绒毛S1和具有第二硬度的绒毛S2相隔设置,能够有效提高刮擦件170的清节能力,具有清洁效果好的优点。
毛刷条式的刮擦件170使用后经常会缠绕有异物,清理较为困难,为了降低用户的清理难度,请参阅图10,图10是图1中所述刮擦件的一演变结构示意图。下盖120d底端面上的每一刮擦件170d的衬底171上的绒毛均包括具有第一硬度的第一子绒毛1721d和具有第二硬度的第二子绒毛1722d,第一硬度与第二硬度不同。其中,在绕进风孔121d的圆周方向上,第二子绒毛1722d两侧均设有第一子绒毛1721d。其中,第一硬度小于第二硬度;第一子绒毛1721d的线径为0.01~0.04mm,第一子绒毛1721d的线径可以为0.015mm、0.02mm、0.025mm、0.03mm和0.035mm,在上述取值下,第一子绒毛1721d具有较好形变能力;第二子绒毛1722d的线径为0.19~0.21mm,第二子绒毛1722d的线径可以为0.195mm、0.20mm和0.205mm,在上述取值下,第二子绒毛1722d具有 较佳的硬度。由此,毛刷条的中间形成有硬毛条用于清扫,毛刷条的两侧形成有软毛条用于支撑,两侧的软毛条还能够防止异物卡在中间的硬毛条上,以降低用户的清理难度。
进一步,上盖110和下盖120的设置形式有多种,可以为圆柱状壳体或是方柱状壳体或是椭圆柱状壳体等,在此不做进一步限定。
综上所述,本申请中的进风孔和出风孔之间形成了由下至上的气流通道,基座、抽吸组件和过滤组件分别沿下盖至上盖方向上安装于容置空间内,具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点。进一步地,下盖的底端面形成有沿进风孔的周向环设于进风口的外凸部,外凸部能够提高进风孔处的真空度,能够更高效地将桌面上的脏物吸入,清洁效果好。进一步地,通过将出风孔倾斜设置,以使出风孔能够以斜向上的角度出风,与传统的出风孔水平出风的方式相比,能够避免将桌面上的灰尘、文件吹散,具有使用方便的优点。进一步地,通过将遮挡部设于进风孔的延伸方向上,当使用者的手指或是外物沿进风孔的延伸方向误伸入进风孔后,在遮挡部的阻挡下,手指或是外物不能更进一步向内部伸入,从而避免与手持吸尘器内部的叶轮和/或电子元器件接触,具有安全可靠的优点。进一步地,通过设置第一开关,在上盖与过滤组件或是上盖与下盖分离时,第一开关能够控制抽吸组件停止工作,从而保证了使用过程的安全性。进一步地,刮擦件在支撑下盖的同时,能够使脏空气呈旋转的态势进入进风孔,由此,在抽吸组件工作后,刮擦件可使脏空气具有初步旋转的趋势,从而能够有效提高抽吸组件的抽吸效率。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域 的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种手持吸尘器,用于对待清洁表面进行处理,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,内部设置有容置空间、外侧周面成型有出风孔、底端面成型有进风孔,所述进风孔通过所述容置空间与所述出风孔连通;
    抽吸组件,设于所述容置空间内,用于在所述进风孔形成负压,以吸取所述待清洁表面的脏物;
    过滤组件,设于所述容置空间中,并较所述抽吸组件更靠近所述壳体下方设置,用于对所述脏空气进行过滤;以及
    至少一个刮擦件,设于所述盖体的底端面且围设于所述进风孔的四周。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述进风孔具有进风口,所述盖体的底端面上形成有沿所述进风孔的周向环设于所述进风口的外凸部,多个所述刮擦件位于所述外凸部的外周;
    其中,所述外凸部构造为所述进风孔的底部延伸部,用于缩短所述进风孔底部与所述待清洁表面之间的间隙值,以提高所述进风孔处的真空度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述外凸部环设于扩口状所述进风口与所述下盖底端面的衔接区域,且与所述进风孔同轴设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述外凸部具有用于气流导流的导流面,所述导流面在所述进风孔的径向方向上的截面为一段弧线或是多段弧线平滑连接形成的弧线链。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述进风孔具有第一中心轴线,所述出风孔具有第二中心轴线,所述第一中心轴线和所述第二中心轴线之间存在预设夹角,使得所述出风孔能够以斜向上的角度出风。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述过滤组件包括支撑件和过滤件,所述过滤件设于所述支撑件上;所述支撑件相对所述进风孔处设有一遮挡部,所述遮挡部在沿所述进风孔的延伸方向上至少部分覆盖所述进风孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述盖体包括:上盖,其外侧周面成型有出风孔;以及下盖,与所述上盖可拆卸连接,所述下盖与所述上盖扣合以形成所述容置空间;
    其中,所述支撑件连接于所述上盖,以使所述支撑件与所述上盖形成一整体后,能够一同与所述下盖可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括控制组件,所述与所述抽吸组件电连接,用于控制所述抽吸组件的启闭;
    其中,所述控制组件包括第一开关,所述第一开关用于当所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖分离时,控制所述抽吸组件停止工作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述第一开关包括顶持件和与所述顶持件相抵接的第一触发件,所述顶持件用于在所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖连接时,对所述第一触发件施加作用力,使得所述第一开关能够保持导通的状态;
    其中,在所述上盖与所述过滤组件或是所述下盖分离时,所述顶持件能够与所述第一触发件分离,以使所述第一开关由导通状态变为断开状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述顶持件的一端与所述过滤组件连接,另一端与所述第一触发件抵接;
    所述第一触发件设于所述基座远离所述过滤组件的一侧,所述基座上设置有用于容置所述第一触发件的第一贯穿孔;其中,当所述过滤组件连接于所述上盖时,所述顶持件的另一端与所述第一触发件相抵持。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述顶持件的一端与所述下盖连接,另一端贯穿所述过滤组件与所述第一触发件抵接;
    所述第一触发件设于所述基座远离所述过滤组件的一侧,所述基座上设置有用于容置所述第一触发件的第一贯穿孔,所述过滤组件上设有用于容置所述顶持件的第二贯穿孔;
    其中,当所述下盖连接于所述上盖时,所述顶持件的另一端通过所述第二贯穿孔与第一触发件相抵持。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述控制组件还包括与所述第一开关串连的第二开关,所述第二开关用于控制所述手持吸尘器的启闭;
    其中,所述第二开关包括开关键和与开关键相抵接的第二触发件,所述开关键设于所述上盖的顶端面上,所述第二触发件设于所述基座远离所述过滤组件的一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述刮擦件配置为在所述抽吸组件抽吸后能够使得脏空气呈旋转的态势进入所述进风孔;
    所述刮擦件为多个,每一所述刮擦件呈线性设置,包括靠近所述进风孔的第一端部和远离所述进风孔的第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部的连线与所述进风孔的径向方向之间存在第一夹角。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述刮擦件呈直线条状、渐开线条状、弧线条状、连续折弯的波浪条状中的至少一种方式设置。
